Spent $40 for two people and the food was beyond rancid. It's been going down hill for awhile while charging an arm and a leg. Should have taken photos, we threw this garbage away. Seriously just go to tacos la villa or chipotle. Uninstalled the app. This place sucks. They need better owners and that won't happen.

Went inside to order but could not get help at the counter. I was told to use the kiosk.can we not get humans to ask questions anymore ? I needed to pay cash for my drink and no one would come to collect my cash so I was not able to get my drink. Very rude staff on night staff.wont come here again. Two thumbs down.

The customer service at this location has always been poor but now with the kiosk in the dinning room it is ridiculous trying to get help with adjusting items the way I want them. All items were very under proportion with protein or cheese. My Chalupas were light on the meat and the nachos had 50% of the chips without cheese. Absolutely unacceptable and does not meet the Yum Corporation standards.

Whoever is working tonight 03/29/2025 around 11:20pm needs to upgrade her costumer service and her attitude She was trying to rush us while ordering and she get the whole order wrong I always come to this place during lunch time and everyone is so nice but at night looks like they simply don’t care at all

Pulled up to the speaker sat there with no greeting for awhile. Finally someone's answered and asked us to give them a moment. They finally told us to order and when we started to order we were asked to hold on again. Finally they took our order got to the window cashed out. Sat for a little bit the gentlemen who handed us our food seemed like he was messing around with other coworkers. I get trying to have fun keeping the night going but they forgot one of our burritos. It's a shame cause this placed used to be good. The chicken was like eating beef jerky it had been sitting for so long. Just a same

Ordered my food in the Taco Bell app. The app said 18$, but when I went to pay suddenly it was 32$. I went inside and asked for a manager's help. He told me I ordered right, that the app is working correctly, and that because they are not a "corporate pricing" Taco Bell, they don't honor app pricing. He offered me a "senior discount" of 10%off the $32. I left. I won't buy from somewhere with bait-and-switch pricing.

This was a terrible mistake. My wife and I were both sick at home with Covid. Tired of chicken soup and orange juice so we attempted our first online order and delivery of Taco Bell. This did not go well. Our order was completely wrong and cold. The delivery driver was seriously unapologetic and did nothing to help and after making multiple phone calls to the location and only getting a machine it was clear that this location cares little about their customers. I have been to this location before and even on site they screw up orders. I’ve always liked Taco Bell and it’s really too bad that their service sucks so bad. Maybe they just need a new manager or something but it looks like in the future I will have to take my business elsewhere.😔

The customer service here is absolutely appalling. Every staff member I have come into contact with is extremely rude. It is almost impossible to make a complaint that will actually be heard considering they don't give you a receipt so you can do the survey. Convenient right? The food is fine but it's also pretty hard to mess up meat and tortilla. This location needs to get rid of their current staff and hire a completely new one, including the General Manager.
