Super horrible, this has been happening several times. The first time the order arrived incomplete, I had to settle for a 20% coupon. But now when I order, they tell me it's not valid, even though it's not expired, and they send me the most rancid food! Don't buy anymore, and if you order delivery, the food arrives rotten!

Terrible service from the staff. We arrived at 8 pm and ordered something to eat there. The order cost over 2,000 pesos. They delivered our order at 8:50, and the cashier told us we had to leave because they closed at 9:00, and if we didn't leave now, the police would come and remove us. The establishment's hours say they close until 10:00. The woman who served us, with very poor judgment, should have told us from the start that they closed at 9:00 and that there was no food available there. I would never return.

I rarely criticize food, and on this occasion, due to the poor quality of the food, the chicken is clearly spoiled. Identifying the pieces reveals differences in freshness. Some legs are quite decent, but the thighs, wings, and crates are clearly refrigerated for more than the eight days required by food safety standards. I'm sharing photos of the leg in very good condition, and one of the thighs in a deplorable appearance, flavor, and condition, freshly served. This restaurant needs to be visited by FOOD SAFETY URGENTLY. The facilities are even dirtier! And more importantly, the chicken is in terrible condition. If I were a food safety auditor, I would immediately shut down the place! Just look at the "crunchy" style chicken, a dark area that delays the loss of freshness by more than 10 days. The leg has a good texture, correct color, and the flavor corresponds to the "secret" recipe; only the last one passes the standard; the other pieces were the same as the crispy thigh.
