Phở Hòa in Temecula is a popular Vietnamese restaurant known for its large portions, flavorful pho, and friendly service. Customers rave about the quality being comparable to Garden Grove. Some find the Thai tea too sweet and peanut sauce lacking peanut taste.

My all time favorite is the Vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, shrimp and egg rolls and Bahn Mi. Especially if it's our first time. That's how we compare restaurants. No matter what cuisine it is, we have our favorite dishes to compare. We ordered the vermicelli bowl. Grilled chicken rice plate and the bone marrow pho. It's a large beef bone with tender meat with slivers of tendon in a beef broth. Everyone enjoyed their choices. The vermicelli bowl was packed with fresh lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts & carrots. The bowl had plenty of vermicelli, which is a plus. Sometimes we've been to other Vietnamese restaurants and I can see the bottom of the bowl after a few servings. The pork was crispy and smoky. The beef broth was clear, rich and savory. The beef tendon was very tender. They really took their time preparing it. We actually spoke to the owners son and praised him about the pho and how delicious the broth was. He proudly mentioned it's his dad's recipe! We highly recommend trying the food here, especially the pho.
Food and Service was amazing!!!! Our first time at this restaurant, and the portions and taste surpassed any other Pho we have ever tried. The menu was extensive and included more than just Pho. Lots of tea and smoothies choices to choose from.
Pho is so delicious! They add so much noodles and meat!! The pork ban mi was AMAZING! The meat was so flavorful, bread was crispy, and the jalapeños adds a great kick! Staff is super chill and nice!
This place can get busy fast so come early if possible. They have a full vietnamese menu from Bahn mi, pho, bun, and broken rice. They have a great selection of house specialties as well, pictured the coconut snails. I should have checked for one of my favorites bahn xeo. Anyway service lacks a bit but I feel it's a true family run business so a bit expected. The pho broth is very good and even something as simple as their bbq chicken was so smokey and had such a good marinade. I ended up eating my kids food it was so good. All the flavors were on point and we will definitely back.
It was our first time here and it was a great experience. Quality and quantity of the food, service and atmosphere was the best! We will be back.
I have never tried Vietnamese food before in my life and this was my first time, and I loved it, I picked the number 16, the concept, the atmosphere where wonderful, without any doubt I will go again
Probably the best pho restaurant in Temecula. The broth is flavored just right and they're quite generous with their tendons. Today I thought I would try their steak cube platter. Oh man, I was not disappointed. Meat was so tender and portion was big for the price!! Forget the steakhouse I'm coming back to this restaurant for their steak cube. And the pho of course lol.
I’ve never had Pho before and this was an amazing experience. Great service. Great food. Amazing steak. Our service was so nice and hilarious. And whoever’s on aux here needs a raise the playlist is fire 🔥
Dining in the restaurant proved to be more enjoyable than when we did takeout a couple years ago. We sat in a comfortable booth, water brought to the table lickety split. We ordered shrimp spring rolls and each of us the large Pho Ga (chicken pho). Spring rolls are big but peanut sauce was only so so. The pho ga was epic. Came with fish sauce which was a plus. Great flavor and enough for 2 meals. Service was excellent and the young waiter's were very polite. Easy upgrade to 5 stars and yes, we will be back.
Very fast ordering, faster than turning on your cellphone and look for tiktok. Còm Bò lúc lắc is one of my favorite dishes. It translates to "shaking beef" in Vietnamese cuisine, because of how you shake the cubes of steak around in the boiling and simmering pan when you cook it. A welldone steak so soft to chew and melt quickly in your colon. Unlike rare and mediumwell steak...it won't stuck in your intestine that causes stomach acid having hardtime to dissolve completely.
I have to admit I go to this place a couple times a week. The food is unbelievable. It’s like grandma is back there putting love into everything that is served. I tend to be picky. I haven’t ordered anything I haven’t liked. Their attention to detail shows they care about what they serve. You will not be disappointed.
Quick service with great food and reasonable prices. The menu is extensive and portions are just right. Many of the phó restaurants in town don't provide much protein or cut back on noodles. Pho Ha provides a hearty bowl that's served nice and hot. The wings were delicious as well as the egg rolls. Be sure to try the "smoothies" with boba.
Loved it!! MY FIRST experience was great I was nervous to try , but my friend told me it was incredible, so i gave it a try. I'm glad that I did. The PHO🍜🍛 was amazing. Love how the meats 🍖 cook themselves in the broth. If u like Boba 🧋🧋 they have some delicious 😋 smoothies as well. Definitely coming back thanks for introducing me to PHO !!🍜
Fresh everything. From the restaurant itself to the Pho, veggies, banh mi bread. Meats super tender. Broth very tasty. Fast, friendly service.
This is the spot 🙏🙏 that’s it, look no further - that’s the review. Jk but seriously coming from OC where we got garden grove killing it with Viet food… this is the closest it comes to being on par with the quality. Service is quick, polite and efficient. Love their music selection too.
I love the flavors here. Had the Matcha Latte, spicy Salt and Pepper shrimp, and lemongrass chicken. I couldn't take a picture of the chicken pho as my kids started devouring it before I could take one. Friendly staff, delicious food, great price point. Highly recommended for Vietnamese food.
This place was great! Was hesitant to visit, because I am picky but was surprised by the comfortable atmosphere, kind employees, and delicious food! We tried the pork spring rolls and Bahn Mi this time and it did not disappoint. The bread on the Bahn Mi was warm and soft which was amazing! Highly recommend!
Good for big groups. Friendly and efficient service. Reasonable prices. Great food! From the fried calamari, the spring rolls, and the P-1 Pho! Easy free parking lot.
Very good food, fair price, nice/comfortable seats, in a convenient location with plenty of parking.
I was kinda hesitant to try because not all Pho restaurant makes the same Pho. But I try it any way. Their food tastes authentic Pho . I loved the flavor and taste . Served with big lime half of it. Loved the egg rolls and Thai iced tea is very delicious . Place is clean . Chairs are clean and comfy . Servers are nice . Service is good . Very happy to go there and ate my lunch. I highly recommend this Pho Ha in Temecula .
Great clean broth, good flavor and perfect salt. Noodles are perfectly cooked. Good meat, tendon perfect. Portions are great. Spring rolls are very good.
Super tasty. Never got his name but had a waiter who was from Hawaii and was super nice and on top of everything. Great service. Our family is all from out of town and we came in for a brunch-time feast and everything was delicious. Will come back if we pass through again!
The restaurant is in the same plaza near UFC gym and around the corner from Target. I haven't eaten here in a while. It looks like they remodeled the inside really nice. It has a better ambiance. They were playing soothing music as well. They have a wide selection of food to choose from in their menu. As for drinks, we want to go back to try their avocado smoothie and their mango smoothie. Everyone provided good customer service from beginning to the end. They were attentive throughout our visit. We were a little put off by the self serve spoons and the forks, but I've seen this in other places also. We were just hoping they weren't played with by kids, etc. The food was really delicious. We tried the beef stew and the chicken lemon grass. Both have an amazing flavor. Bathroom was clean also.
My girlfriend and I love the pho there. Me personally love the chicken pho and the qauntity is huge and can never finish it and she loves the veggie pho. The soup is amazing and so the spring roll. Thai tea is good but a bit sweet if you ask me. Overall, food is amazing very fresh very nice taste and ohhh try mixing your pho with that little bottle of the chili oil, it tasted good to me and squeeze a lime juice to the soup!
The prices are decent and amount of food is good same as taste and atmosphere. The only opportunity to improve is the peanut cream coming with spring rolls since it is lack of peanut taste and Bathrooms could be cleaner.
This is a great Vietnamese restaurant and I was even surprised to know that they are franchise. The food quality and service seem like they're family owned. Always try their fried spring rolls, wrap it with the lettuce and be generous with the dipping sauce. My go-to is their pork and shrimp broken rice combo and beef stew. I also recommend having their iced Vietnamese coffee. We also had food to go and with a little help from the microwave, they still tasted good. They're also bery generous with the veggies and sauces too. All delicious!
The large pho bowl is huge. The food and service was great. Will definitely come back.

Absolutely delicious! Dropped in for a spontaneous dinner and found this little gem where the owners were working hard at providing delicious food and making sure the customers were politely and promptly greeted. Loved our dinner of ribeye…yes ribeye, with mixed veggies. My husband enjoyed a flavorful ramen bowl. It was all sooooo good!!
I came into Pho Ha in Temecula last Sunday and had such a good experience that I returned tonight after a long day at work. I was just hoping for a quiet bowl of soup and a moment to unwind, but I left with much more than I expected. My server, Breanna, recognized me right away and asked if I was doing laundry again. She asked my name and used it throughout the meal, which felt sincere and personal. It was not only that she remembered me but how she carried herself. Her service was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind without ever feeling forced. I felt seen, and it became the highlight of a difficult day. Breanna recommended the rare filet mignon pho, and it was excellent. The broth was rich and aromatic, with balanced, deep flavor that showed real care in the kitchen. The filet was tender and silky, and every spoonful felt comforting and fresh. The restaurant itself is spotless, calm, and welcoming, and the staff seem to truly enjoy what they do. Another front-of-house team member named T also caught my attention. He has a funny, genuine, and vibrant personality that lights up the room. Even in the short interaction I had with him, his energy was contagious. Watching him move around the restaurant, smiling and connecting with people, you cannot help but feel happier yourself. It is rare to see that kind of natural joy at work, and it adds so much to the atmosphere. I moved here from Southern Oregon about two months ago, and I have not made many personal connections outside of work yet. That is part of why this visit meant so much. Breanna’s kindness reminded me how powerful genuine hospitality can be. I imagine she and T make travelers and new guests feel the same way, cared for and completely at home. That is a real gift. As someone who works in hospitality, I notice the details, and Pho Ha gets them right. The food, the service, and the atmosphere come together beautifully. They have earned my loyalty, and I plan to make this my Sunday spot. If you are anywhere near Temecula, treat yourself to a visit. You will leave feeling nourished, appreciated, and already looking forward to coming back.
Got a smoothie here after my massage, i got no boba and it was kind of busy for a Monday but they got the drink out quick. The workers are polite and fast, and the drink was a good thai tea. Will go here again with my family now that we've moved nearby
Enjoyed our Beef Pho Lunch. Hearty and packed with traditional flavor....one the best in town, and we've eaten at the majority. Will need to venture outside the Pho as the menu looks delicious.

I came here for the first time with some girlfriends on a recent Monday lunchtime. This Temecula location is in the Target shopping center and parking isn't too bad. The decor is what you'd expect in a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. They weren't busy at all, with only one or two other parties there. We ordered some spring rolls for the table and while my friends all ordered pho variations, I had the bone marrow soup without noodles. My bone broth was delicious but definitely a tiny portion, especially compared to my friends' very full bowls! See the attached pic of my dish as it arrived. The gigantic beef bone took up most of the bowl. My bad for not asking for more broth. Our server was not attentive - had he come over to ask how things were, I would have mentioned my scant portion... But I did take that big 'ole bone home and threw it in my Instant Pot, covered with water and cooked for 8 hours, which resulted in more amazing bone broth to make my own soup! Service was definitely lacking. As mentioned, they weren't busy at all, yet we had to repeatedly flag down our server for forks, knives (he only gave us one for the table and said we could share lol!), more water, containers for leftovers, etc. My friends all loved their pho and my soup was yummy - just not enough of it! I would try this place again and order the pho next time.
Food is EXCELLENT! But I had to give it 4 stars due to the management as they were yelling at each other from one side of the roon to the other. Very unprofessional for a restaurant. It took over 10 minutes before anyone took our drink order. They brought my dinner and 15 minutes later they brought out my husband's food. BRING THE FOOD OUT AT THE SAME TIME. Again great food but very unprofessional management and under trained staff.
This place is good. The only thing that I dont care for and the only reason why I wont go back is it's not very clean. They have utensil holders on the table with spoons and forks. 1st, I dont know who's been touching these prior to me sitting there and the holders themselves are dirty inside and out. I asked for an clean spoon and used the paper wrapped chopsticks. Food was good.🤷♀️
It seem like every city has a pho Ha lol... the pho here I give it 7 out of 10, the spring roll was good but the sauce or the chili sauce was very salty... the 3 waiter was very helpful n super fast.. they have alot on the menu so definitely gonna try other stuff when im back In Temecula that's for sure
For Temecula … not bad. It’s no Vegas, Houston, or NYC BUT I liked it and it served my cravings. A little disappointed they didn’t have hot Vietnamese coffee. That’s such a staple. But the iced viet coffee was good too. There’s also a plethora of other drinks but coffee should be a must. Next time will come back and try the bahn mi’s and rice dishes to decide if it’s still good :)
Dinner was good. We had chicken pho, shrimp pho and pork sausage spring rolls. The Spring rolls were OK, the peanut sauce for them was delicious. And the pho is always good. Usually the service is mediocre at best. It looks like they have some new servers, we had Isaac, he was amazing. He came to our table with a smile and when we asked for anything else he was happy to get it for us where are usually there irritated. When we go back again we’ll definitely ask for Isaac.
Not as efficient as other Vietnamese restaurant. Went on Saturday night and had to wait 45 minutes for the table and another 30 minutes for the food. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet large. The soup was sweeter than the other Pho Hai (they have a few other restaurant locations), the pho was good and the ingredients was good. Just don’t go there on an empty stomach you will be good!
Good food. Friendly, quick service. The egg rolls are quite good. The pho was good. Not the best I’ve had - could have used a little more flavor. Overall I enjoyed the experience here.

Compared to pho ha #7 , the quality and serving size was not the same and the food quality wasn't the best , the service was okay , I just didnt like that there was shrimp poop in 1 of my shrimps and I bit into that, very disgusting 😐
This place was very disappointing. Pho Ha is a chain that’s been around for decades with one of my favorites in San Jose and Pomona (eat there and you won’t be disappointed). By reputation, Pho Ha is very authentic but this particular day it went wrong. Owners of this franchise really need to go back on their service and chef training. It gives the other Pho Ha a bad name. We left Palm Springs to head south and wanted pho. The next closest Pho heading South was Temecula. This was Thanksgiving weekend and combined with CoVId restrictions, this plaza was very dead. Pho Ha had six tables for outdoor dining on their sidewalk. Three on each side, five of them seat 4 and one seated two. The first annoying incident was that we went inside and stood halfway between the door and register due to social distancing. There were others in there and at the time we thought they were customers but they were workers! No uniform so we couldn’t tell. Then they didn’t acknowledge us! At least say, “we will be right with you”. So we made a comment out loud like do we just stand here? A guy walks passed and said you order at the front then find a seat outside. We thought he was a customer leaving but that guy happened to work here! So we finally placed our order, no apologies from the counter at all. My mother was already seated outside. We got 3 pho’s (seafood, dac biet, and rare streak) and banh khot which is Vietnamese savory mini pancake. The seafood pho was not worth serving. One of the imitation crab was still frozen. Which means the fish balls, meat balls, shrimp probably all were frozen prior. The broth tasted weird and at first, I couldn’t figure it out. It was like soupy. I got the rare steak and normally I love carbs and would eat noodles and save meat for last. This time the broth and noodles was so disgusting that I just ate the meat. I still couldn’t shake that smell and taste from the broth. Later, I figured it out, it’s not the broth, it’s the noodles that was over cooked and it’s like they didn’t rinse off the extra starch and just served it like that so it had a funky thick smell to it. My mom and I can’t stand to waste food and we thought maybe taking it home and add some spice would be easier to chow down. So we asked for take out containers. My mom had the seafood and ended up tossing the noodles and keeping the seafood to make a new meal at home. I had the rare steak and when I took it home to heat up, It was worse so I had to throw it away. On the flip side, they give a lot of noodles. So that take home portion could have been divided up into two meals. The only item that turned out delicious was the banh khot. We thought they forgot about it because it should be an appetizer but it came out after we boxed our pho. Banh khot was freshly made, the batter had to be mixed and fried. It came out crispy on the outside and glutinous chewy in the center with the friend shrimp on top and had tons of flavors when wrapped in lettuce and dipped with fish sauce. I was aiming for 1 star but the banh khot redeemed itself to 2.
I was so looking forward to a nice service experience but instead got a blank faced teenager in a sweatshirt who knew nothing about the menu, never smiled once, just sort of grunted at us. Never checked back to see how we were doing after food was delivered. Nobody in the restaurant when we arrived and nobody came to offer us drinks or see if we had questions about the menu, which I did. My husband loves pho, but I had questions. I was new. Said I had food allergies, another grunt. Didn't know the ingredients in the menu. Im sorry but I used to be a server and this was totally unacceptable. First time ever in my life. $0 tip. Didn't pick up the payment for our bill. Completely ignored. My husband said it was good pho, but I couldn't eat much because I didn't know if I was going to get something that I was allergic too. Owner or other worker i tried to ask about ingredients didn't care either.
