Always quality food and seamless pick up process from the app. We've never had any issues at all from this location with our orders. And never a delay on promised pick up time! Love how easy they make it, and huge fan of their clean menu!

I had an online order set, I got done with my errands early and wanted to get my order early. No problem. They were able to also make my order to pick up then (from the past-forgot to pu one evening)

Food and the service were great. I was there at 1130 for lunch with my wife. Food is always great, salsa bar was well prepared and the service was very friendly and courteous. Only issue I had was the cleanliness. We decided to eat at yhe restaurant and the table was too sticky. We had to move to another table and I still had to clean the table with moist napkin. Not to be picky and complaining but the table seem not cleaned at all.

Everyone is very personable. I go so often that the ladies who cook know me and say hello . I am happy you have made your portions a bit bigger , getting a value when times are difficult is appreciated, this was wise on your part. your tables could you some kind of resurfacing , even though they are always cleaned by employees they feel sticky ( an issue with wood) I would put some type of smooth surface on table tops .

Quick service. Yolanda was great. I had an issue with my online amount total. She helped me figure it out and when realized she was mistaken about a coupon expiring, she mentioned it to me at pick up. I could tell she cared; she was very sincere.

The food was fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and efficient. One less star for atmosphere because the tabletop was sticky.

Rubio’s new Queso bacon Burrito with shrimp.It replaced the Bacon shrimp burrito. Not as good. A lot of rice and beans for filling. Not as much shrimp. The restaurant was Quiet, clean and the staff was attentive.

The gourmet tacos and street corn are both excellent — full of flavor and great ingredients. They also offer a good selection of house-made drinks like lemonade and brewed teas, which are all really refreshing. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming. My only wish is that it were a full sit-down restaurant instead of self-serve, because the quality of the food really deserves a more polished dining experience.

This location was not good for a few years. Suddenly, we noticed it has changed and is much better. The people that work there are super friendly. We now go each week and look forward to seeing the people that work there.

Restaurant is dirty. Floors, rugs, around drink area, tables not wiped off after people leave.

I usually go here because of the quality. But it seems they short the measurements. I got a chicken quinoa bowl and there was like 3 pieces of chicken. I'm guessing they don't measure it by weight. I got it to go and was in a hurry and it was not busy hours. And it wasn't the first time for this location.

Update!! Still awful!!! Gave em another shot and this is what I walk in to!! Awful!!! Come on guys! And there is no follow up with this either!! The restaurant chain as a whole is wonderful. The food from today's order was tasty. I am giving this restaurant location 1 star only because I have to give it an actual star. This location is poorly ran. The trash cans were over flowing during my most recent visit. But that was only the cherry on top of this visit. I ordered $53 worth of food including TWO large sides of chips. I asked for 15 large cups for salsa seeing as I have asked and gotten them in the past from this restaurant. I feel 15 cups for salsa is a reasonable amount of salsas, I also needed the cups for limes and the onion and cilantro mix. I was told it would be considered a catering order and that she would have to charge me for 2 catering sides of salsa. Each being $5 each. I then asked her it would be $10 for extra salsa? She then proceeded to only charge me for one. While handing me the cups she told me that she is the only one who will do it, next time I will have to pay $10 for extra salsa. That was probably the last time I will going to this location. The trash can was only taken care of after an older gentleman said something to the manager.
