This particular location stays insanely busy, especially on the weekends. The staff is really nice and so is management. The problem is inconsistency. Sometimes they will let me substitute things in my meal, sometimes they won't, sometimes they charge me, sometimes they don't. I get the same thing every time except my drink. Sometimes my meal is under 10 and sometimes i am charged 13 and up. Again i get the same thing as far as food every time. I come because the bacon is just that delicious and like i said servers and staff are supet nice. I just dislike the inconsistency.

I gave this place a 4 star. My husbands usual was not listed. It seems like they changed the menu options which is ok, but he wasnt so much ok with it. Its more of a charge to add what he likes vs what he didn't want on the menu options. His toast wasn't bread toast, it was burnt sourdough bread. If you see the toast came out burnt, why bring it out that way? Overall, the atmosphere was nice, our waiter was ok.. a little to over friendly with my husband. I was sitting there with him, but she didn't seem to acknowledge I was. Tips come from the wife, so if you want a good tip, acknowledge everyone!

We came for Father's day around 4:30 pm. I loveee Cracker Barrel's food, and usually I have no problems with it. Recently, it seems like this location may have problems keeping waitstaff/training as there is always a very long wait (avg. 20-30 mins). Usually our servers are very new to food service. That being said, there were no problems with my order. I was sad to see the Sunday pot roast no longer on the menu, but I got the roast beef instead. Overall, we love Cracker Barrel, although we don't go often due to the high price point.

Food was Amazing, the French toast and chicken was some of the best savory/sweet combo that is out there. Chicken was perfect, and French toast was 8/10, hope this item stays on the menu. We waited ~30 minutes for a table to open up, but our server Eric (3 star apron) was very friendly and I highly recommend this location.

We showed up for breakfast, and there was a 20-minute wait. We used this time to browse the gift shop. When we were seated, our table wasn't clean. The waitress was nice. Our food was tasty. But the sliced tomato 🍅 option was kinda lame. There were 4 slices, only 2 good ones. When I asked for a second side of sliced tomato, it was the same. We will try again in the future and recommend giving them a try.

I ordered a burger with okra, they forgot my okra and when I asked about it, I was brought very over cooked french fries and where cold. They forget my husbands biscuits and gravy. I had unsweetened tea and twice they brought me sweet, which ended up having to get a new cup each time. I was rather disappointed in the kitchen itself. Our server on the other hand was great.

Been to this restaurant a handful of times over the past few years but today's experience is by far the most disappointing. Wanted to try the new menu item, hash Brown casserole, and believing that we would get the same portion size. My husband ordered the sausage and I ordered the bacon. Much to my surprise, the bacon casserole, it was a much smaller portion than the sausage casserole. I ordered a side of fried apples and I got 3 apples. Our server seemed like she was uninterested at being there that day, and so she phoned it in. Spoke with the manager who was a very nice guy. However, he seemed apathetic about the whole situation. He did state that he would talk to his cooks about portion size and making sure that the food comes out hot and fully cooked.

Service was excellent as always befitting their chain. Sadly the Fried chicken that I had was logged with oil that should have been changed out some time ago. The peices where very small as well. I used to love Cracker Barrel fried chicken 🍗 but this is now the second establishment I've visited in the last year that the fried chicken was way below a top standard. I'm totally disappointed and probably will order anything but that from the menu from this point going foward. I still love Cracker Barrel, I love their retail offerings and their decorations. The Hamburger my wife had was decent. I also liked it better when the potatos where French fried in house and not frozen too. Sorry I can't leave a better review.

Cracker Barrel has lots of comfort food. The service was fast and our waitress was very nice. My daughter received a lot of food for 8.99. I love their daily meal specials as well. For breakfast meals, the syrup comes out hot!! That's a plus. The store sells lots of vintage medicinal creams and candies. There is always a sale in the store. Currently lot's of 40% off items.

Went in on a Friday evening at 8:00pm with my son we were seated right away our waiter approached us said their was a list of foods they were out of so we placed our orders. When our food was brought out my son was shorted 2 sausages and his hash brown casserole I was told there was no more white gravy and he’d not been notified. My salad had no dressing because they were out of dressing as well. We were not notified and asked if we still wanted it they just brought it out to us. We weren’t offered a discount for the missing food or offered anything else asked for a manager and the manager never came around.

I called in a togo order for breakfast and it took 29 minutes to get it. They told me it would take 10 minutes. The food was good. I ordered an omelet with a side of bacon. I was a little shocked that it cost $14.36. However when I got the order I realized it comes with biscuits, gravy and grits. I can’t eat those items so I gave them away when I got to work. They also for to put silverware packet in my bag. I keep going back thinking that they will get faster but no luck! That is my biggest complaint. They are way to slow! If it is going to take 30 minutes to get a Togo order I wish they would just tell me. The ladies that work up front are very nice and the gift shop is really cute with reasonable priced items.

It was ridiculously cold inside. I did not know I needed a coat, considering the fact it was 90 outside. Like all cracker barrels, you always at all the props on the wall. But they need to close for a day and deep clean. The dust is caked on everything, including the lights. It's disgusting because there is no way it's not dropping in people's food. Unseasoned food at that. In addition to my coat, I regret not bringing seasoning. It's bland. Hospital food tastes better. My pot roast was sooo hard to chew. That's usually my favorite! This was my first and last visit.
