Great family meal deal! Great for weekly meal prepping or a big family meal.
Love this place. Stephan was our server, and he was great. It's VERY busy during lunch on Sunday, but that's to be expected. Everyone is super friendly, and its just a great family atmosphere. Definitely recommend going. Plus, the store is awesome. 🥰
I got the campfire beef meal… it was ok, I don’t think it’s worth $16, not much meat in there. I’d say $10 at best. The meat was tender but for $16, id make it at home with the amount of meat I can add in myself
(Good review I swear) First I want to say food was only minus a star due to the gravy that came with our biscuits being just awful!!! Above that I need to express intensely that the young man serving names Zach, ( who we found out is promoting to a management position very deservingly) is the absolute most refreshing person we have seen in the waiting industry when it comes to balancing work demand and customer service/hospitality!!! Props to Cracker Barrel and I hope they see this and give him the praise he deserves! Might sound like nothing but to the older lady sitting alone today that comes there and eats alone regularly, he made her meal that use to be one shared with her late husband, a much happier one!! He engaged with her conversationally and was genuinely invested in it all while handling his busy breakfast work load and did it magnificently! I am in upper management in the customer service industry and have been for quite some time now and I truly was starting to believe that pure heart and talent like his, and the ability to balance it was almost dead and gone!! Bravo Zach!!! Cracker Barrel is lucky to have your skill working with them!
Was an experience for sure. It did take a few minutes for them to chat with me once seated (18 minutes). Food was good. All good was exceptional except for the chicken fried chicken. It was overcooked and rubbery. I wanted to see what this place was all about. Would love to know what everyones favorite meal here is. I would go back but I would order something else.
If I could give them 6 stars I would. I meet my mom for lunch and I haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in several years. There was about a ten minute wait for the table witch I thought was fine. Great thing about Cracker Barrel is the environment both on the patio, in the waiting area and the dinning area. The waiting area is loaded with all kinds of excellent gifts and random things that just about anybody would love. Candles, t-shirts, Post cards, jewelry, keychains, toys, candy, specialty sodas. Just about everything is 25%-70% off witch I think is awesome. I'll be going back on payday to get several things myself. Then we were shown our table and the service was way over the top. I've been to streak houses and fine restaurants that didn't have this kind of service. My waiter was Zachary. Guy went above and beyond and I had a phenomenal experience. I ordered the NY Strip Steak with loaded Backed potato and broccoli and the Fried Mozzarella cheese bites with ranch. Really really good! They served their buttermilk biscuits and cornbread muffins. With blackberry jam and salted butter. That was really awesome and very tasty. The steak was really phenomenal. The loaded potato surprised my expectations. Bacon strips, not bits. Scoop of sour cream and a scoop of butter. I ate the whole thing, peel and all. Zachary was the kind of cordial and overly attentive and polite that you expected from multi diamond hotel and restaurant staff. I was amazed and very impressed. So much so I had to ask to see the manager. Rair for me to do that with service. Waited less than 2 minutes and I spoke with Little Cindy. Apparently there are two Cindy's. She was very kind and very encouraging. She said they strive to deliver just such experiences to everyone. I not only believe that, I know it and it shows in every facit of their restaurant. The bill was $50 for two with an appetizer and two drinks. Their tea is also really good. I'm blown away and sold. The area offers Chilies, IHOP, Olive garden and Cracker Barrel. It's not even a competition in my honest opinion. The other places are not even on the same level in anything, let alone everything. I had the best dinning experience in years for far less than a $100. That's very rare in my experience. Would absolutely recommend to everybody. I'm definitely going back and soon!
My waitress was wonderful. I had the special of the day - chicken broccoli cheddar. It was amazing! I love shopping at Cracker Barrel. The lady who checked me out was great. I was at the store in Temple, Texas.
Great service from Alma! The food was pretty good. There was a wait.. but i imagine it was to be expected with how busy it was. Good atmosphere, good vibes. My only complaint is the table we were seated at, it was wobbly and definitely annoying! Other than that, it was great!
Cracker Barrel 08-19-24 Had lunch with a couple of my Grandsons Here. Friendly staff and nice dining area. We tried the Biscuit Beignets. They are more of a Fried Biscuit. Very good but not a Beignet! We had 1 GRANDMA'S SAMPLER PANCAKE BREAKFAST Two Pancakes, two eggs and a sampling of Bacon, Sausage and Ham. With a side of Hash Browns and Pure Natural Syrup. Served hot and fresh. 2 GRANDPA'S COUNTRY FRIED BREAKFAST Two farm fresh eggs, Hash Browns, Country Fried Steak with Sawmill Gravy. Includes Biscuits n' Gravy. All served hot and fresh. It’s been a while since I’ve been here. All in all I’ll be back. Food was flavorful and good. We will be back.
I have been to several different Cracker Barrel restaurants, and they have all had pleasant enough staff. This location lived up to my expectations and then some. Very cheerful and helpful from first arrival, through our seating, ordering, receiving our meal, and on through checkout. Everything was perfect, from the warmth of the staff, to the timely serving of our food, to the food itself, which was delicious. I recommend the hot buttermilk pancakes, breakfast at its finest! And as always, browsing through the little store is fun, and full of unexpected finds. Returned today (03-23-2018) for dinner and was very pleased.... again! Our waitress Anesia was very sweet, pleasant, efficient and professional. She gave great service with a friendly smile!

This particular location stays insanely busy, especially on the weekends. The staff is really nice and so is management. The problem is inconsistency. Sometimes they will let me substitute things in my meal, sometimes they won't, sometimes they charge me, sometimes they don't. I get the same thing every time except my drink. Sometimes my meal is under 10 and sometimes i am charged 13 and up. Again i get the same thing as far as food every time. I come because the bacon is just that delicious and like i said servers and staff are supet nice. I just dislike the inconsistency.
I gave this place a 4 star. My husbands usual was not listed. It seems like they changed the menu options which is ok, but he wasnt so much ok with it. Its more of a charge to add what he likes vs what he didn't want on the menu options. His toast wasn't bread toast, it was burnt sourdough bread. If you see the toast came out burnt, why bring it out that way? Overall, the atmosphere was nice, our waiter was ok.. a little to over friendly with my husband. I was sitting there with him, but she didn't seem to acknowledge I was. Tips come from the wife, so if you want a good tip, acknowledge everyone!
We came for Father's day around 4:30 pm. I loveee Cracker Barrel's food, and usually I have no problems with it. Recently, it seems like this location may have problems keeping waitstaff/training as there is always a very long wait (avg. 20-30 mins). Usually our servers are very new to food service. That being said, there were no problems with my order. I was sad to see the Sunday pot roast no longer on the menu, but I got the roast beef instead. Overall, we love Cracker Barrel, although we don't go often due to the high price point.
Food was Amazing, the French toast and chicken was some of the best savory/sweet combo that is out there. Chicken was perfect, and French toast was 8/10, hope this item stays on the menu. We waited ~30 minutes for a table to open up, but our server Eric (3 star apron) was very friendly and I highly recommend this location.
We showed up for breakfast, and there was a 20-minute wait. We used this time to browse the gift shop. When we were seated, our table wasn't clean. The waitress was nice. Our food was tasty. But the sliced tomato 🍅 option was kinda lame. There were 4 slices, only 2 good ones. When I asked for a second side of sliced tomato, it was the same. I ordered a burger with okra, they forgot my okra and when I asked about it, I was brought very over cooked french fries and where cold. They forget my husbands biscuits and gravy. I had unsweetened tea and twice they brought me sweet, which ended up having to get a new cup each time. I was rather disappointed in the kitchen itself. Our server on the other hand was great.
Been to this restaurant a handful of times over the past few years but today's experience is by far the most disappointing. Wanted to try the new menu item, hash Brown casserole, and believing that we would get the same portion size. My husband ordered the sausage and I ordered the bacon. Much to my surprise, the bacon casserole, it was a much smaller portion than the sausage casserole. I ordered a side of fried apples and I got 3 apples. Our server seemed like she was uninterested at being there that day, and so she phoned it in. Spoke with the manager who was a very nice guy. However, he seemed apathetic about the whole situation. He did state that he would talk to his cooks about portion size and making sure that the food comes out hot and fully cooked.
Service was excellent as always befitting their chain. Sadly the Fried chicken that I had was logged with oil that should have been changed out some time ago. The peices where very small as well. I used to love Cracker Barrel fried chicken 🍗 but this is now the second establishment I've visited in the last year that the fried chicken was way below a top standard. I'm totally disappointed and probably will order anything but that from the menu from this point going foward. I still love Cracker Barrel, I love their retail offerings and their decorations. The Hamburger my wife had was decent. I also liked it better when the potatos where French fried in house and not frozen too. Sorry I can't leave a better review.
Cracker Barrel has lots of comfort food. The service was fast and our waitress was very nice. My daughter received a lot of food for 8.99. I love their daily meal specials as well. For breakfast meals, the syrup comes out hot!! That's a plus. The store sells lots of vintage medicinal creams and candies. There is always a sale in the store. Currently lot's of 40% off items.

Went in on a Friday evening at 8:00pm with my son we were seated right away our waiter approached us said their was a list of foods they were out of so we placed our orders. When our food was brought out my son was shorted 2 sausages and his hash brown casserole I was told there was no more white gravy and he’d not been notified. My salad had no dressing because they were out of dressing as well. We were not notified and asked if we still wanted it they just brought it out to us. We weren’t offered a discount for the missing food or offered anything else asked for a manager and the manager never came around.
I called in a togo order for breakfast and it took 29 minutes to get it. They told me it would take 10 minutes. The food was good. I ordered an omelet with a side of bacon. I was a little shocked that it cost $14.36. However when I got the order I realized it comes with biscuits, gravy and grits. I can’t eat those items so I gave them away when I got to work. They also for to put silverware packet in my bag. I keep going back thinking that they will get faster but no luck! That is my biggest complaint. They are way to slow! If it is going to take 30 minutes to get a Togo order I wish they would just tell me. The ladies that work up front are very nice and the gift shop is really cute with reasonable priced items.

It was ridiculously cold inside. I did not know I needed a coat, considering the fact it was 90 outside. Like all cracker barrels, you always at all the props on the wall. But they need to close for a day and deep clean. The dust is caked on everything, including the lights. It's disgusting because there is no way it's not dropping in people's food. Unseasoned food at that. In addition to my coat, I regret not bringing seasoning. It's bland. Hospital food tastes better. My pot roast was sooo hard to chew. That's usually my favorite! This was my first and last visit.
