Dunkin'

Coffee was definitely better than the last time I tried this Dunkin, but the food was horrible. Bagel so hard I couldn’t eat it, and hash browns were basically black. Girl behind the counter obviously hates her job.

This was my first time in this Dunkin’, and I was highly disappointed. I ordered the holiday peppermint mocha as a freeze, a regular chocolate donut, and a blueberry cake donut. The peppermint mocha taste like cream and peppermint, I don’t taste any coffee in it, plus they didn’t even put the whip cream or nothing else on top. The chocolate donut tasted like it’s been sitting there for hours, like they never change the donuts out. But the blueberry cake donut actually wasn’t that bad, it was alright. Plus the employees there seemed to be very rude, and they weren’t even that busy, a couple cars in the drive thru and I was the only person inside. Not even a simple smile or good morning. I will not be back.

This Dunkin has employees who don’t want to be working. It took 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and then when ordering they seemed like they didn’t want to be there or do anything. Plus they were out of so much stuff! How can a business survive with such poor service and atmosphere? It truly is a shame how Dunkin has gone down hill over the years, this is a prime example of why!

This place truly is a disgrace from the day they opened to now. I have had so many issues with this place its ridiculous. We used to LOVE dunkin, but after everything we've experienced with THIS location we will never spend another dime there. We've called in the past & have spoken to corporate and the manager from killeen location who was nice. We've sent in pictures from past issued and they said that the owner of this location will be notified. After speaking with other Temple customers I can clearly see that THIS locations owner clearly doesn't care what so ever. 80% of the whole town DISLIKES this dunkins. There is something almost ALWAYS wrong with the orders every single time we've gone. This morning my food was almost burnt & there was a tiny sliver of bacon on my egg cheese croissant. MY COFFEE WAS CRUNCHY!!!! disgusting.. My husbands drink was nasty and he didn't even get bacon in his sandwich. The employees seem so miserable and it take literally forever to get your order. They're so sloppy with your order and the amount you get is ridiculous. I could go on. Again I'll never go to a single dunkins again. STARBUCKS is way friendlier & they get my order right!

One of the worst experience ever in all the Dunkin’s ever visited. The people working don’t care at all they are ignoring the customers and are busy doing their own work without talking to the customer.

Food is mediocre and they'll steal your money if your Uber eats driver picks up your order and cancels the delivery at the store before leaving. Eat/order elsewhere.

I don’t usually leave reviews at all but this location is one of the worst food places I have ever been to. They always claim they are out of everything. They are always out of ice cream, food, unless you are ordering basic coffee you will not get it. The employees are the laziest, no customer acknowledgement. If you call in for a delivery you will wait for a very long time. I walked in this morning and there was 9 I repeat 9 delivery tickets on the counter and none of them were being worked on. And if you think it’s because they are busy it’s not. Every time I walk in there are no more than 2 cars in the drive thru, so they can’t even use that as an excuse. This store needs a total management makeover. Horrible

The staff here are consistently rude and act like they don’t want to be there. My son and I walked in to get ice cream and a coffee. No hello or any acknowledgement (we were the only ones in the store). At the ice cream counter the lady said “What do you want?” with an attitude. I ordered our ice cream and the coffee. She tells me she is out of coffee milk and can’t make it. Nothing else. No, “I could do this drink instead.” My husband also said he has had only negative experiences there. They yelled at him through the drive through once or ordering through door dash. They thought he was a driver and needed to go in, he was a direct customer and could pick it up through the drive through. We probably won’t be returning with other, more friendly establishments like Dutch Bros and Summer Moon.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When I asked for a second to check my phone for the drink order, the drive-through employee yelled at me for “taking too long.” I ended up with the wrong order and missing items. I was also told to go to the next window, but when I did, the staff got upset as if it were my fault. Completely unprofessional behavior. After working 16H in the ER I shouldn’t have to tolerate this. Very disappointed.

The drive thru worker was rude I got a drink that missing about 3 inches of drink and when I asked why she acted like it was a bother and said it’s is made that way. I worked for Dunkin’ Donuts for 5 years in Florida and I have heard that. I called the store to make sure they had the Halloween buckets again the girl that answered was rude. If you want was to have good customer service then don’t work in customer service. I have been in customer service for 20 years and today was horrible.
