Staff are friendly & helpful but some waiters aren’t that present. This waiter was super kind & patience waiting on everyone’s order. But after 30 minutes when my drink ran low I was like where the waiter. But not all people are like that food is good but today’s was little more salty than normal. Eh a little extra salt doesn’t kill you.

The food was delicious! Our party of four enjoyed ribs, the mango chile, and two perfectly cooked burgers. The manager and the severs were very attentive. We look forward to our next visit!

Haven't been to chill's for a long time. The menu was new to me and it had a lot of options. We order off the lunch menu and the was really good. The service was fast we sit in the bar area self sitting. The crowd was small and waiter came right over to check on us. We be coming here again soon. So far for lunch a five star.

I came here for Veterans Day for their Veterans Day meal. It was really generous and the meal was delicious. You got to try out their crispy chicken tenders with honey mustard. It is 😙👌. I always endorse and support local businesses that support our military. They're so generous and kind on Veterans Day. they also have easy and convenient pickup for your to-go orders.

We were seated and had service immediately. Ordered the $25.00 meal for 2. Not only were the fahitas delicious. We had enough for 3 people. The salads were fresh and vinaigrette was yummy!

I had a very enjoyable experience here. My waitress was polite, intelligent, and efficient; and the supervisor on hand was quite personable and acute. The food was excellent, and I can't say that I have anything bad to say. I definitely recommend this place.

This is one of our regular places. I have to say, their hamburgers are some of the best around. I think they are better than a lot of the specialty hamburger places. Service is always good and prices are reasonable.

This was the first time I had been to a chili's because I'm not much of a food chain guy. However I was impressed in a few ways. To start it was an extremely busy night and we had a party of 12, called for reservations and had only a 15 minute waiting time. The food was top tear and the coconut margaritas were so good I have been try ever since to make em at home and have yet to make one as good. Makes me wish I was seated where I had a view of the bar, great job guys.

Normally I don't go to Chili's but it was a convenient for my friend and I. We were both pleasantly surprised. Good atmosphere, yummy food, tasty cocktails but our server was AWESOME! His name is Ryan, about 20 yrs old, athletic build. He was so professional, polite and prompt. My friend asked A LOT of questions about the food and drink menu. He answered all of the questions like a PRO! Ryan checked in on us frequently and made sure our waters were always full. Needless to say, we went back a 2nd time and were so lucky to have him wait on us again! He said welcome back and we felt so appreciated. It is often difficult to find such great customer service and we plan to put this restaurant into our regular rotation. I even signed up for their loyalty program. Thanks, Ryan!

We love Chili's! Our boys love the sliders and the chips. It's a great sports bar & restaurant, we always get a booth and are usually seated right away. I usually order different items on the menu. So far there isn't anything we don't like 😋

I'm a big fan of Chili's. I love the chips & salsa as well as several other meals like the Cajun Chicken Pasta, Tex Mex Bowls. There isn't usually a wait here, but even if there is it doesn't tend to be too long. The service has always been pretty solid here. I don't like the tablets they have, but that's just a personal preference thing. Once I ordered out here and it was near closing time so the bartender handled my order. She accidentally gave me the wrong order. They called me and went above and beyond to make their mistake right. I was very impressed by this care and attention to making sure what could have been a poor and frustrating experience turned into a great one.

Great experience. Staff is very nice. Went there March 27 2019 for dinner. Ashley was our waitress. Very cortious, friendly and totally on top of giving us immediate service. Although I don’t know her name, the manager is also very good. I was a little unfriendly too her at first because I had had a bad day but apologized after. She is very good. Does not let her emotions interfere with being a manager. Some people bring their emotions into work. That is very wrong. It makes the business environment bad. This lady did not do that. She was great. Also they have great food for decent prices. The bar is not loud. That is also very nice.

Had Mother's Day dinner at this Chili's location. The service was fast. The waiter was friendly and helpful. The food tasted great and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely will return to this Chili's.

The dinner on the 2 for $25.00 was delicious (steak,mash potatoes n broccoli). The chocolate chip cookies dessert was enjoyed by all family members. So good you were tempted to lick the plate. But, we didn't, we all agreed that we will return to Chili's. Good food good atmosphere.

Okay so this restaurant. Went in with my family after having driven a long day from Tucson to my hometown of Thousand Oaks California. We were expected to go to the competitor I won't say what it was... But they decided to close early thanks to the ridiculous covid drama. Obviously they don't want people's business. We made it here to Chili's at some wonderful service wonderful food the waiter was great. Enjoy the drinks and had a turkey club that I could recommend to anyone. Thank you very much

Never had an issue here. Everyone is so friendly and kind and the food is always good. The utensils and bathrooms are clean. The rewards program is a bit of a gimmick since you never really get anything of value, and the chicken always feels fake (but you should be coming here for ribs).

Get here right now! Order the triple dipper as two sliders and the buffalo wings, top it off with a root beer and you’re solid. Ask for the server Matt and you’ll have a great time!

Haven’t been back to Chili’s in years but my son wanted to try the Triple Dipper. Overall food is better than our last visit. The mozzarella dipper cheese did not have the stretchy goo that was advertised.

We went tonight for my son's make a wish reveal party. Our server Pamela was amazing, she always checked in on us, she was on top of everything, she interacted with all of us, especially my boys. Noa was amazing for helping put this together for my son and family with Make A Wish. She interacted with us all, had conversations with my son and attentive to all of us, making sure we were all okay with everything. I appreciate every thing they did, the amazing service and making my boys feel special. We will going again so my son can tell them all about our trip and the fun he had.

It was most empty came in a weekend and it was very clean, Tory out service was SOO NICE and attentive, my parents had so many questions and she was able to answer all of them. Everything was great food was hot and it came out fast.

We were at Chili's yesterday, and we really like the 3 for Me menu. However, never, in all the years I've been going to restaurants and even working in them, have I ever encountered someone who gave us the excellent service that Taylor provided us with yesterday (I hope that's the name; I took it from my receipt). What a committed person, so efficient—she continued taking the order while the dishes and drinks started to arrive. (Also, applause to the supporting team). We were truly impressed with Taylor's professionalism and dedication. Chili's, you have a great asset!

My experience was Amazing! Food was delicious.. Got the $10 Lunch Combo with the Chicken Ranch Quesadilla. Side Salad. and ordered Chips and Guac enough to bring some home to snack on. My server Jen was absolutely Fantastic. Her Energy was great her kindness and efficiency to me and to all who she was tending to. Great food and service at a reasonable price! Update 3-16-23 Had a great meal! We both ordered from the 3 for $10.99 menu. The old timer burger with cheese. My Wife got the side salad and I upgraded to a bowl of their delicious chili for an additional dollar. Yum! The burgers are hand formed, cooked to perfection and tasty. Adorned with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles. The buns were fresh and lightly toasted. The French fries are improved, served piping hot, tender inside and crispy outside. We split a piece of their fabulous cheesecake for a couple dollars extra too. Had some of our burgers to take home for later. Two huge iced teas in mugs to drink. Total bill, with a generous 25% tip was just $35.00!! Update 1/14/2026 Had a craving for a great burger. Came to Chili's in Newbury Park, CA and ordered the Old Timer with cheese. Fabulous burger all around. No gristle, no chunks of fat, cooked to perfection and topped with lettuce, diced onions and a tomato slice, mustard, all on a fresh, toasted bun. The French fries were freshly made, (not cooked en masse and left in a warming tray) crispy on the outside and cooked but tender and hot on the inside. I ordered the baked potato soup for a starter. Chased it all down with fresh brewed iced tea! Fabulous meal and wonderful service. Our favorite place! Going to have the chicken fajitas next visit, best fajitas anywhere around.

My apologies for the delay in writing a review about this location. I first dined here in the fall of 2019. I had just moved into the neighborhood,,and a very dear friend brought me here. When I lived on the East Coast I use to dine at "Chili's 🌶️ restaurants. I would eat the mozzarella cheese sticks.. Talk about addictive back in the day. So this location is in the suburban enclave of Newbury Park CA. It's located near a frontage road just a skip and a jump from the 101 freeway. The restaurant is situated in a corner of the parking lot with a Marriott hotel. So the food is pretty good at this location,, because I believe they have a comparable staff. The second time I visited here,, I was joined with a few people. I wasn't paying,,but I decided to order the chicken strips and I believe I shared a few finger foods with my party"? A former acquaintance treated us to a meal,,no expense spared. She paid for our bill ,,the gentleman with us he ordered a steak,,a cocktail and she ordered other items. Seeing that she used Apple card,, I don't have a copy of the receipt. I do have pictures that I can share from last year in 2024. We had a wonderful server,,the food kept coming. No disappointments what so ever. This chili's is very popular with the locals. Also they are competing with a few other restaurants,,that have bar's,,large screen television's. Parking is first come ,,first serve. You can also park across the roadway. Just use caution,,the driver's don't have to stop. Yes I would recommend this restaurant. Always remember to tip,,and enjoy.

Me and my wife got the 2 for $25 which was amazing. We got the Texas chilli fries with a side of ranch as a appetizer. For the entrees my wife got the Sirloin steak with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. I got the Cajun chicken pasta with a side of Texas toast! Friendly servers and food is fine. Average tap beer selection. Hard to hear people in your booth when crowded but hey that's why we go there! Over the past few years the menu choices have been reduced but that keeps ingredients a little fresher. No outdoor seating at most Chili's I've seen.

It's a Chili's the rating is based on how does it compare to other Chili's. The facility is clean and as I was staying across the street, the location can't be beat. The staff is very friendly and our waitress was very personable and engaging. Only thing I removed a star for is that there are many locally owned interesting nearby restaurants which should get your attention more than here. But if you NEED baby back ribs, this place is better than most Chili's

We ordered the classic nachos with chicken however chicken didnt make it on them. Our server comped the nachos and my unsweetened iced tea. Definitely would go back usually no issues with service or orders.

This was wife's idea to eat here tonight. We decided to drive to Newbury Park. I have never been a big fan of Chili's. For some reason this location was better than the Oxnard location. Great service and good food. I would definitely return to this location.

The place is great to eat at. The only issue I had, was that I couldn't remember my PIN number but I finally did however, it was too late. Luckily the waitresses were really helpful. I got my free dessert for my birthday. I'm just leaving one ☆ off because of the pin number situation. Not for the service. The service was the best. And so is the food really good. The servers were seriously helpful. I just think Chili's needs to make a better rewards program where we could just input our phone number. Other than that, it's so easy, Once one be able to input the Rewards thing so you can get credit for each meal you have there. I love the rewards program. You get a lot of good discounts and deals.

The food was amazing as usual. Bathrooms were clean. Service wasn't as friendly as before, but she was very fast and efficient. We love the chips and salsa here. Bartender is great and has a lively, fun personality.

We tried the chicken fajitas take out. Reason was we had a gift card that needed/ wanted to use. To our surprise the chicken fajitas were very good. From the beans to guaca to grill chicken and vegies were flavorful. We for sure are going to have then again in the restaurant. We have balance on the gift card. Wife wants to try the margaritas too. We always have a good time at Chili's! They have a great 2 dinners for $25 which includes salad, entrée, 2 sides, and dessert! You can add the Presidente Margarita for only $5 and it's great! Great deal for good food, a fun environment and great service too! The drinks have a decent amount of alcohol and you won't get gypped. 😉

Stopped for a Bloody Mary and some wings for lunch. Food, drink, and service were excellent but we also got a salad and the lettuce was getting old.

Lunch at Chili's today was pretty good. Besides the service here which was not the best this visit was likable. The food was fresh and tasty can't complain. Took quite some time for someone to notice we were there to seat us, that was disappointing.

We did self seating at the bar and got a great spot. They didnt have some basic things I asked for such as hot tea or decaf coffee. There were some issues with some of their machines. It also took a long time for my husband to get his beer. The food is good and the service is fine. The parking situation was also terrible. I don't know if the parking was all taken up by the hotel or something but it was difficult to get a spot.

Ok, in a pinch. But, I wish the appetizers and meals would come to my table with some consistent quality each visit. The menu is easy to choose from. Atmosphere is fun and comfortable, like a local bar and grill. I just can’t seem to have a really tasty experience. Let’s face it...the Presidente Margarita never fails! That is tasty!

My husband's sirloin steak was good, but my baby back ribs was quite hard and chewy. It's overcooked which must have dried the sauce and made the meat too well done. The corn on the cob was so buttery, but flavorful. The place was clean but the bathroom was not clean. Our server was good though. For this visit, I'll give it an okay three.

I didn't enjoy my food here. Usually, when I order things I dislike from places, I can still imagine why people might like what I'm eating. However, I could not imagine how people would enjoy what I ordered. The buffalo chicken ranch sandwich was terrible in my opinion. It was just a regular chicken sandwich with some weird, sour sauce on it. I really didn't want to give this place three stars. I thought that two stars was more appropriate, but, because I finished the sandwich, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I won't be eating from here again, though.

Good service. Nice environment. Food was ok. Not bad...but nothing to write home about. I did order a margarita that came in a blue Shaker and it was awful...worst margarita I've ever had. Will we eat here again? Maybe...it's convenient and, like I said, the staff was great.

It was an OK meal. I ordered the Carne asada dish. The dish arrived too soon in my opinion. When I received my plate everything look delicious visually. I cut the meat into smaller bites and by doing so I noticed the middle of the slab of meat was still raw. The order also comes with beans and rice. The rice seemed old and stale or definitely undercooked. The beans were also ok, nothing to brag about. Clean and friendly environment. We're seated right away.

My husband and I were there yesterday Tuesday around 7:30. We were very disappointed when we where standing there waiting to be greeted and seated, 3 female staff workers made eye contact and saw us, but not one greeted us nor said they will be right with us, 5-7 minutes later one of the ladies past by and said she will be right with us. That should definitely be addressed to Management ASAP Customer service ( acknowledgement) is highly important! On another note, our waiter ( young man) I want to say his name started with a V- Vinny, he was exceptionally polite and attentive and I rate him a five star! 🙌🏼 Excellent service on his behalf, very Friendly and constantly checked up on us to see if we needed anything and doing ok. I would definitely request him when we return on another time. Food was delicious!

Chili’s is currently offering their “3 for Me” special, with prices starting at $10.99 and going up to around $16.99, with small upcharges for upgrades, such as upgrading to a margarita . It’s a solid deal, as it includes a soft drink, salad, and your choice of meal. I went with the 6oz steak, which came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was just okay—nothing extraordinary. For a chain restaurant, it didn’t stand out, and I found it lacked the seasoning I usually enjoy. The service was decent for our larger party, especially since we arrived around 4pm, before the dinner rush kicked in. I’d probably come back for the deal, but I’d try something different next time.

High Flying Living

Met my friend for lunch here. Was greeted by a very friendly waitress who also served us. She was absolutely fabulous! I ordered the quesadilla salad. It was very heavy on iceberg lettuce with only a few darker leafed lettuce pieces. The dressing was very vinegary. The quesadilla pieces were good but they tasted like they were fried in oil. I asked for salsa so I could use that with my friend's sour cream for a dressing. It made it much better. I don't think I'd order it again. My friend ordered the shrimp fajitas and she really liked her dish. There was plenty of shrimp and with the rice and beans she had plenty to fill her up. She said she really enjoyed it. The food was mediocre but the service would be the thing that would bring me back!

One of my favorite restaurants- Well used to be. This one in Newbury Park used to be so good. Never greeted when you walk in, employee's always look unkept & the dining area needs some cleaning. Last visit the manager(I think) brought our food, which was not even warm, set plates down & walked away. He was not even in uniform& did not bother to ask if we had all we needed or enjoy your meal or something, anything?? Such a disappointment.

The service was good. The quality of the food was very poor. The ingredients were fresh but all the absolutely lowest quality. I had the sliced turkey sandwich, the meat was super salty processed junk like the cheapest catering stuff you would buy wholesale, covered in nasty processed cheese. I had salad instead of fries which was a plate of iceberg lettuce with a few slivers of carrot, onion and cucumber and more rubber cheese. It wasn't even as good as McDonald's. I'm going to make sure I avoid eating at any Chili's ever again, as I'm sure they are all the same.

The food was decent the price was reasonable. The only problem is the lack of waiters/waitresses. There was only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant!!!! There were 2 host who stood at the host stand and conversed with each other instead of lending a helpful hand. Although our waitress (which was the only one) was doing the best she could given the circumstance, management really needs to step up their scheduling for staff.

I ordered take-out. The service is ok but the food is really bad. I ordered rib-eye steak and it smells, a lot blood water besides the steak. I had to use A1 sauce to go with it but still I couldn’t finish half of it, I really regret I bought two $50 gift cards. Don’t go there just because it’s cheap, sigh.

Ugh Chilis I never learn. I came for a glass of wine after a long work day out of town and it was the closest restaurant to my hotel. They serve wines in a carafe glass which is ok. I wanted a bite and since they don't have cheese I got a side of Mac n cheese which was a very teeny side that was more of a soup than cheesy and thick for 3.99 ur better off getting probably anything else. Very disappointed didn't get satisfied so a waste of calories.

Waiters messed up my order multiple times. Overcharged on drinks I did not order and transactions were terrible. Charged 10 dollars for chicken on the side. Waiter was dressed weirdly and telling me the customer I was wrong when they messed up the order. Manger took very long to fix transaction. Food was ok and atmosphere was good but loud. Disappointed as its been better before. Tips for bad service seeming forced.

Worst Chili's I've been to. The service was good but the food was trash. The queso was old and had burnt bits that were scrapped out of the bottom of the pot. The ribs tasted like fish. Not sure how they were prepared, as well as dry and overcooked. I advise to eat elsewhere.

Saturday night and the potions size on the pick two bbq was shamefull. Dry food and had to upgrade to Mac and cheese for 1$. Yet the small bowl is half full and it’s dried out. The host suggest we wait 5 minutes for our table at the bar. My friend got a beer but the bartender kept asking what I wanted to drink after I explained I wanted to just order a drink once we were seated. Felt more like intimidation. Our server was nice once we were seated but she seemed so stressed it wasn’t a nice atmosphere. The tv I was able to watch had the color not working correctly and our table didn’t have a computer at it to order an appetizer or play games. I mentioned the portion size and the server agreed and shrugged but I would have preferred she sent a manager over. I would prefer a Yard House next time, definitely not returning to this chillis

Chili's in Newbury Park have been on a consistent spiral down hill for the past few years. The quality of the food and the service is a FAIL. Based on my meal today I am pretty sure that if the health inspectors showed up they would get shut down. I included pictures of the BROWN guacamole they served us and will leave it at that. Sad as we use to go there frequently.

We dine around 10:30pm coming from a late flight. (7/18/2025) I ordered steak and my wife had shrimp pasta. We were so hungry and it was unfortunate that after a few bites of my steak, I found a hair under the steak. I wish I took a picture but our server took the plate right away but he did took the steak out from our bill. It’s just gross to find a hair when you’re so hungry.

Food was cold. I had to take back mozzarella that was cold and the other food was oddly gross. The quesadillas taste terrible. They cook them in some kind of oil that just taste horrible. Couldn’t eat them. Server was great and kind

Takeout service is HORRIBLE. You will wait a while for help while your food gets cold on the visible rack. I only recommend dining in.
