Great food and service at a reasonable price! Update 3-16-23 Had a great meal! We both ordered from the 3 for $10.99 menu. The old timer burger with cheese. My Wife got the side salad and I upgraded to a bowl of their delicious chili for an additional dollar. Yum! The burgers are hand formed, cooked to perfection and tasty. Adorned with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles. The buns were fresh and lightly toasted. The French fries are improved, served piping hot, tender inside and crispy outside. We split a piece of their fabulous cheesecake for a couple dollars extra too. Had some of our burgers to take home for later. Two huge iced teas in mugs to drink. Total bill, with a generous 25% tip was just $35.00!! Update 1/14/2026 Had a craving for a great burger. Came to Chili's in Newbury Park, CA and ordered the Old Timer with cheese. Fabulous burger all around. No gristle, no chunks of fat, cooked to perfection and topped with lettuce, diced onions and a tomato slice, mustard, all on a fresh, toasted bun. The French fries were freshly made, (not cooked en masse and left in a warming tray) crispy on the outside and cooked but tender and hot on the inside. I ordered the baked potato soup for a starter. Chased it all down with fresh brewed iced tea! Fabulous meal and wonderful service. Our favorite place! Going to have the chicken fajitas next visit, best fajitas anywhere around.

Tori was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, had the best energy, and brought such a beautiful spirit and smile to our table. She was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing and made the whole experience even better. On top of that, the food was delicious. We’ll definitely be hoping to have Tori again next time—she’s a gem!

Very friendly and tall (6'4") waiter made the dining experience, delightful! Made us laugh, try new things and was definitely on top of his game by anticipating our needs and didn't have to ask. Chili's is a nice place but the server made it a great place. Before you are seated ask for the tall 6'4" guy, you will be happy that you did!

Love the food, love the service, love the atmosphere. My only complaint is that this location seems to be always slightly understaffed. We had to wait about 20 minutes, but I could see that there were empty tables.

An ideal spot for great food and local beer. There's a hotel directly across the street from this place. When you travel, in the end of the day all you need is a delicious meal, a refreshing drink, and a nice nap. The customer service is excellent as well!

My apologies for the delay in writing a review about this location. I first dined here in the fall of 2019. I had just moved into the neighborhood,,and a very dear friend brought me here. When I lived on the East Coast I use to dine at "Chili's 🌶️ restaurants. I would eat the mozzarella cheese sticks.. Talk about addictive back in the day. So this location is in the suburban enclave of Newbury Park CA. It's located near a frontage road just a skip and a jump from the 101 freeway. The restaurant is situated in a corner of the parking lot with a Marriott hotel. So the food is pretty good at this location,, because I believe they have a comparable staff. The second time I visited here,, I was joined with a few people. I wasn't paying,,but I decided to order the chicken strips and I believe I shared a few finger foods with my party"? A former acquaintance treated us to a meal,,no expense spared. She paid for our bill ,,the gentleman with us he ordered a steak,,a cocktail and she ordered other items. Seeing that she used Apple card,, I don't have a copy of the receipt. I do have pictures that I can share from last year in 2024. We had a wonderful server,,the food kept coming. No disappointments what so ever. This chili's is very popular with the locals. Also they are competing with a few other restaurants,,that have bar's,,large screen television's. Parking is first come ,,first serve. You can also park across the roadway. Just use caution,,the driver's don't have to stop. Yes I would recommend this restaurant. Always remember to tip,,and enjoy.

Food was super good and was made really well. Our server was super nice and very attentive. Would recommend this location! Only down fall is that the parking can be a bit busy and small.

Matt was absolutely phenomenal! He was the best! Matt was gentle, kind, patient, always went the extra mile (without being asked to) and was knowledgeable about the food on the menus. Me and my wife got the 2 for $25 which was amazing. We got the Texas chilli fries with a side of ranch as a appetizer. For the entrees my wife got the Sirloin steak with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. I got the Cajun chicken pasta with a side of Texas toast! For dessert we got the skillet chocolate chip cookie! Our roomamte got the 3 for $10 meal with a bottomless refill of coca cola! Everything was yummy but Matt's service is the real reason why our roommate, me and my wife will return
