I ordered some coffees through Uber and it's not the first time I ordered from that restaurant and one of the products arrived thrown away and because it was poorly packaged and to top it off there is no supervisor or manager when it comes to making complaints and they can't solve anything. I lost 110 on a purchase and the solution was just a simple apology. The truth is very bad because there has to be a manager or supervisor on the afternoon shift since they leave the workers to their fate.

Desde que ingrese al local la actitud de los que me atendieron fue muy grosera, nos hicieron sentir que les molestaba el hecho de ocupar las instalaciones, y por segunda vez nos pidieron retirarnos casi una hora antes del cierre. The music was reggaeton, I have nothing against the genre but it was very loud and I had to take an exam, so I went to the counter to ask for more relaxing music but the music stayed the same, they only changed two songs and that was it.

I ordered a Mexican mocha frappe with oat milk and it was completely empty. It tasted like coffee water, with no sweetness and no chocolate flavor. The guy who served me never smiled; he seemed tired.

The employee at the checkout is sick with the flu. She's wearing a mask and pulls it down to wipe her nose with her hand. She continues serving, using the same hand to grab the cups to write the name and product. I let her know about the lack of hygiene, and all she did was ignore it; she didn't change the cups or wash her hands. Poor service due to poor hygiene.
