Food was good. Service was fast and accurate. Our Favorite Popeyes around. Just wish the had a bigger parking lot.
Was there recently and the food was tasty and fresh. It was a Sunday lunch rush and they were slammed -- you know the loyal after-church chicken crowd -- and I was still greeted in the drive thru with kindness, a smile, and didn't wait long for the food. The drive thru line was bananas but it was worth the wait. Thanks!
One of The Good Restaurants to get some Good Chicken. I like the Morning Afternoon Crew, Great Vibes 🙂
Excellent, tasty chicken! Tasty dipping sauces and decent sides. Definitely worth the trip! Staff is a bit lacking and doesn't always provide utensils and napkins so, make sure to check.
Saturday night chicken was exceptional It was very busy but the place was running like clock work ty
Morning crew is really good and cool, served the food fast and good. I really recommend this food everyone who likes fried chicken 😊 I am so happy for my meal
I really enjoyed my visit. I ordered the chicken an new fish sandwich. I really loved the chicken sandwich. It was out if this world. My husband really enjoyed the fish. Food was hot an fresh. Staff was very pleasant. You can not eat inside do to Covid yet. Management followed the health standards to the max to keep staff an customer's safe..
We love Popeyes chicken sandwich, tender and fries. We enjoy their food more because they serve Halal foods. Plenty of parking always available and staffs are friendly:-)!
Jay was amazing. She have a beautiful energy even after big shift. Beautiful service.
Today I am giving this spot 5 stars for exceptional service. I went for lunch today and received my order short of one chicken sandwich and had a busted sauce packet that got on everything in the bag. After driving all the way to albany when I discover this, I had to go back to Troy. Staff was friendly. The manager was great, and accommodating. An older gentlemen, I wish I got his name. If I had gotten a receipt, I would have give him praise so he can be recognized for great customer service.
Service was very good, the staff, friendly and efficient.
There was an issue with their computer and they kept apologizing. The staff is amazing and so kind. The food was delicious as always.
Got there just after they opened, still got food in less than 10 minutes. Tenders were not as crispy as usual, but still very good.
Ordered Popeyes and this location really impressed me. The food came out hot, fresh, and way quicker than I expected. Honestly better than other Popeyes locations I’ve tried. Everything tasted great and was put together well. I’ll definitely order from here again.
Great customer service. I called due to a mix up with my order and they were so professional, friendly, understanding and apologetic. Managment offered to correct to issue and did. Thank you for the great service
Wednesday night was my first time having Popeye’s in probably 4 or 5 years, and my first time at this location. I was pleasantly surprised. They had a $6 meal deal that came with chicken, 2 sides and a biscuit. The meal was advertised as being only 3 pieces of chicken, but I noticed my box felt awful heavy walking out and when I got home and counted it, there were actually 7 decent size strips. Can’t beat that. Chicken was hot and crispy and didn’t take more than 5 minutes to receive after ordering. Got a cherry pie too for dessert and it was delicious, wayyyy better than a McD’s pie. All in all, I had a solid experience and will be back.
This is Like Godin I don’t mean to to be a a problem for anyone. I like the service down there so please don’t. Kick me out or lock the doors. I am so sorry. Please understand. I wasn’t. Raise right growing up. So so sorry. Please forgive me. Me and my roommate Chris was down there today the owner told us don’t come back that hurts. My feelings I am struggling with finances right now. I am so sorry. I feel like he was kinda angry with me I understand. I just want my drink they won’t give it to me. Poppies is expecting me to pay full price. It’s not fair I only have 1 Dallar on me. And it’s not enough to them 943 pm. Tuesday October 7. 2025. They won’t let me in because. I can’t believe poppies would call the cops on me. All because I decided to get a drink without pay it’s not even fair
The food was good, the atmosphere was a topical fast food restaurant. The service was fantastic. They were busy as hell, but that crew keep things moving, they were polite and accommodating.
I would give it five stars except they didn't give me my chicken sandwich which is what I really wanted. I spent $46 on food and they conveniently left that out of the bag. And conveniently didn't give me a receipt either. The nuggets were perfect, the chicken is perfect, the mashed potatoes were perfect, the sweet tea was perfect, the desserts were perfect.
Popeye's consistently has the best freshly fried tenders and fries near Popeye's (mobile app deal) price point. If they aren't fresh, they're not nearly as great. Fresh fries: 4.5/5 Fresh tenders: 5/5 Not fresh fries: 2.5/5 Not fresh tenders: 3/5 Blackened ranch sauce: 5/5 Chicken sandwich: 3/5 (was 5/5 when it was first released) The app is buggy when it comes to paying for a mobile order. Every time I order on mobile then check the order history it says the restaurant didn't have that selection despite me getting the order fine. You should use the app to get discounts on your orders. There's a decent chance something will be wrong about your order, so check it before leaving.
Being only a block or two from "the hood", the atmosphere can be...interesting, to say the least. Always delicious food tho.
Their chicken is great but the size of the chicken pieces like the drumstick and the wing are smaller now, yet the prices went up. They also needed to change the oil out of the fryer, and their receipt machine wasn't working. The sides were on point though.
The wait til for a mobile order was ridiculous.
Owners need to revamp the drive up. Literally only about 5 cars fit in the lot and people are lined up on 17th street waiting to enter. They're packed with cars/customers all day until closing. Maybe ownership should consider moving or buying the 2 family behind the building and add on/reconfigure things. Inside is chaotic , very rude customers and don't seem appreciative of the work the staff has to do, and do quickly. Food is always fresh and hot, no issues. Staff seem overwhelmed at times but do their best at keeping a smile on their face. I appreciate their work. 🙏🏾
Great fried chicken, smaller pieces of chicken than I like, but I think it's for consistency and short cooking times. The service from the crew in Troy is second to none, they're great ! I just wish they would bring back dirty rice and the southern spiced green beans.
This is your typical Popeyes. The food was good and all warm. Service was quick and the person was friendly. The place itself is pretty rough. All the tables were dirty. Bathrooms were nasty and partially broken.
Got my order wrong but good food!!
4 pc meal, 2 mild, 2 spicy. Simple. I like simple. Love that chicken. Staff was super helpful.
While the food is generally consistent and good, a lot of the time it takes forever to get through the line and served. My order was for pickup today and was missing 2 strawberry pies. I tried contacting customer service through the app and it would let me. I tried calling the store and no one answered the phone. Im at work so I can't just go back. Frustrating
The food was amazing for fast food the staff not so much. They had too many new people working the front end. I had one couple in front of me beforere they finished their order and started mine ten plus people behind me. Either take more than one order at a time or put new people in the back.
This Popeyes is always an experience. From having multiple cars parked and waiting for food in their exceedingly limited drive through space, to missing food from orders, to having the absolutely worst engineered drive through in the Capital District. There's always something. The staff rotates pretty regularly from what I have seen, and considering the layout and placement of the location I do not blame them one bit. But the food itself is ALWAYS great (assuming you get everything you order). I would blame my 3☆ review on whoever designed the location itself far more than I would on the staff itself.
They need to work on taking drive through orders more efficiently. It appears they take one order and fulfill it before taking another, despite the fact that the driveway was built do they could be taking the third person's order while fulfilling the first two. My mobile order was cold by the time I got to the window. Go inside for more prompt service, if you can, but with unvaccinated children it's not really an option given the current covid situation. The food is good, but a bit pricey. Worth visiting now and then as a treat.
The food is always great when they can get your order right. I've been inside and to the drive thru. They always mess up simple orders. One time I got spicy chicken when I ordered mild and my kids couldn't eat it. Another time I repeated myself twice with the side orders I wanted at the window and they still gave me the wrong sides.
I know that costs have gone up, but the prices have increased and the purchasing options have decreased. The coating on the mild chicken seems different. On the other hand the cole slaw and mashed potatoes were yummy. The service was quick and pleasant.
The food was actually really good! The service was lacking. They were trying to rush us through and left out half our order. When we did get it all, it was wrong. She didn't give our debit card back and when we reminded her she said she already gave it back! She did "find" it and give it back after a few minutes. Drive thru is hard to go through with a bigger vehicle so if you're in a big truck, I'd suggest going inside. Prices are very fair and definitely worth it as far as the quality of food and portion size! I will say they were extremely busy (we waited in drive thru line for about 15 mins but it was because they were busy, not because they were "slacking off". Maybe how busy they were factors in.
The spicy chicken sandwich was really good, but I was disappointed in the service at my latest visit. The cashier gave me an attitude when I said I had a coupon for 3 tenders + a regular side + a biscuit and refused to take the coupon because it wasn't on the app. If my web browser coupon was not accepted then why are you even able to sign on in the web browser and use the coupon? The coupon also has a 15 minute use time and then it's gone - I think that's a little ridiculous if you didn't get the chance the use it. Overall good food, poor service.
Alright y'all, gather 'round for the epic tale of the Crispy Chicken Odyssey. So, I found myself in this joint that's a culinary paradox. You know the kind: service slower than molasses in January, whether you order ahead or show up in person. It's like they're prepping the chicken straight from the egg or something. But let me tell you, the chicken is chef's kiss crispier than a fresh $20 bill. It puts the Latham spot to shame. Like, who knew crunch could be an art form? Now, let's talk location. It's in a neighborhood that makes you wanna keep your head on a swivel. I've got more survival instincts kicking in than a National Geographic special. But hey, what’s a little danger when crispy chicken is on the line, right? As for timing, this place is busier than Times Square at lunch and dinner. Trying to get a table then is like playing chicken roulette. But hit it up in that sweet spot between the lunch rush and dinner madness, and you might actually get to savor the flavor without a side of crowd-induced claustrophobia. So, in summary: great chicken, slow service. But let's be real, we'd do just about anything for that crispy, crispy goodness. Eat at your own risk, folks!
Food was great. However, they didn’t pack my 🥧, no sauces and gave me the wrong side 😞. Spent $30. Kinda wanted my pie, sauces and the correct side like I had ordered — poor customer service. It wasn’t even that busy. 4 cars deep. Anyhow, attention to detail for the prices, please. Not too happy. 😠
Went to grab something quick and they had some decent deals. Without coupon some prices are high-strongly suggest use coupons. Otherwise, they guy in the drive thru was friendly. Will return in near future.
The value for the money is not right. I'm always still hungry. A drum and a thigh don't fill me up I can't spend $15 for lunch to not be full. People working are always nice though. Specially the black guy that is always at the counter. Good people.
If they can keep the great workers there everyday it would definitely be a 5 star.
The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, but the wait time thru the drive-in socks. Spent 12 minutes waiting to be serviced. You've got to get better Popeyes.
Good atmosphere they just don’t listen to your order CORRECTLY!!! & that’s annoying i came to this location about 3/4 times to get the big box and every time one of my sides is wrong something that i didn’t ask for is in my box this is aggravating they need to get the order done correctly ! Even repeat the order back maybe that would help instead of guessing what a customer says !! The two look alike sisters !!
This place has gone steadily downhill, since the change of ownership a few years ago. I felt like I needed a shower after picking up a sandwich tonight.
Late night treat, No direction where to go an online order. When I walked from the hotel the front doors were locked and I had to walk around the building. I found the drive-up window open and the lady that came to the window was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, had I seen the mess I wouldn't have ordered food. I already ordered online and paid for it so I didn't have much of a choice. When I returned to the room the food tasted amazing and was a tasty treat.
Do not order online from this location. 100% of the time I have ordered from here through the Popeyes app, something has been missing from my order. It’s gotten to the point where it feels deliberate. Ordering in person is fine though.
Person taking the order said one min after 5 min asked if we were using rewards we said no than he went in a rude tone Wait another min we waited 10 min before pulling off
After waiting in a line of six cars and ordering my food, I did not receive all the food that I ordered. My 5 piece for $10 was to come with two biscuits and only came with one. The sides weren't even full containers. The wing bash combo ended up being $6.50 instead of $5 and had the tiniest little chicken nuggets you can imagine. I asked for ranch for the entire order and we received two small packets. They put one fork in for two people. Definitely was not happy with the service nor the fact that I didn't realize things were missing until I was too far away!!? paid $18. Definitely no value in that!!! I go to the Schenectady location frequently and they always load me up on every type of sauce and it's always accurate as far as the order is concerned. Perhaps it's just this location that can't get it together.
The food was okay, gave me a completely other persons order. And when my husband brought the food home and it said Robin. My name is Ashley. We didn’t bring it back we were hungry and just moved into our new place a few hours ago.
The food is delicious - especially the chicken sandwiches I am giving the place two stars because this restaurant is plagued by poor management and has a history of running out of food on and off and you could be turned away with no food even after putting in an advance mobile order. We have a total of three separate incidences where the restaurant was our chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders. And these two items literally make up more than half of their menu. Place needs a better manager. Front Staff overall is great and they work hard to complete your order ASAP. Despite the problems I still go there simply because it’s the Popeyes.
Gave my name for the pick up order and they kept asking me for a number. I told them I didn't have one just a name, and I repeated it and spelled it out. They got angry with me and eventually stopped helping me. Another person came up and asked me and also couldn't find the order. I peered over and saw my name on the bag. I said that's my name. They then got angry and said that I gave them the wrong name even though I spelled it out. Checked the bag and noticed stuff was missing. Showed the receipt and the bag and told them and they got angry again and threw the mac and cheese into the bag and it popped open. I left.
Chicken was scarce and a ton of bread coating. Dry as sheetrock. Service was good but the place had a dirty feeling an the alarm system was going off in the main entrance. Girl didnt seem to care once i brought it to her attention. Wont visit this location again.
42 minutes to wait for an order just seems ridiculous in a fast food restaurant
Pre ordered on their app. Entered the time for pick up. Arrived waited in line, then waited for the food to be prepared, and didn't see anything conveniences about using the app. Plus, it was about 4 in the afternoon. I don't believe that's a high order time. Only one person in front of me.
I stopped tonight to grab dinner to go, when I asked for 4 chicken strips and 4 pieces of chicken, The young lady told me she couldn't do that, I asked "seriously?" She replied that I had to order either one or the other.. So I left without any food, quite confused why she would not allow me to order what my family wanted. If there was additional charges I surely would have paid. I am very disappointed as I have ordered this other times without any problem. I am not sure I will go back to that one.
Today was the first time I've eaten here. We got food for 4 people. 3 of us at chicken tenders and several hours later, we all got headaches and an upset stomach. The one person who didnt eat tenders did not have a headache. I dont think we will be returning. I can say the staff was friendly and helpful. They were quick to serve us. I just dont trust their food to return.
Honestly. I think im done with this popeyes. Everytime something is missing, or just flat out wrong. Without fail. I dont think I have ever got the items I ordered my first time around once. At least whatever random thing I get given tastes ok.
Freezing cold inside, Bathroom disgusting, takes 10 minutes if you order kids meal, and no Coke Zero as advertised. Not a happy camper and i would avoid this one if i were you.
TLDR: My order got lost, shorted a chicken wing + long wait time Thought it was on my end but turns out the order went through. Employees were very kind, but I placed my order around 11:45, didn’t get it until 12:05-12:10. First time I came here, it was delicious and fast. It took 2 minutes to pickup. The second time the food was cold and the portions were sad for fries. The third time, was just not a good wait time and my food was shorted by a chicken wing. Normally, I get it, it is lunch hour. But each wing is a dollar, I am a college student on a budget. It stinks when I am shorted. Additionally, I had my mother waiting for me in the car. She is not impressed… Edit: When we got home, my mother had her wings. They were inedible. Way too salty! (Garlic parm)
Very slow service. There were other customers in front taking too long and store manager refuses to open another window. After several more minutes of waiting, I was finally served. Store manager spoke to me, saying "getting served now?" This kind of teasing word I would consider offensive and rude. However, best fried chicken NA guaranteed.
It's Popeye's so.....it is what it is. BUT, my order was wrong. My drink was wrong even after i confirmed my drinks when i was about to be given someone else's. My red beans and rice were not in our bag at all. The chicken seemed to be not so fresh. Perhaps i wouldn't return to this location and I will always check my complete order. I will say the last time i had an item missing from my order at this location, i turned and went back and the young lady really had a hard time believing that i truly did not get the item. I had to explain to her that I actually have $2 to my name and was not hard up for coleslaw enough to battle Hoosick St traffic for a freebie. And here I am again missing an item. I only come to this one when I am in the area. Otherwise I got to Schenectady. The staff was very pleasant but forgetful/confused.
1st time to Popeyes. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered the 16 piece family meal that was priced at $33. When we got to the window we were told it was $52. We asked why when the menu said $33. Employee states that the menu must be incorrect and that they are in the middle of changing promotions. If you've ever been in customer service or sales, this isn't about "the customer is always right. This is about honoring the prices you have showing to the customer. Biscuits were amazing.
Every time…every time I place an order something is missing. Not a sauce…a side or main item is missing from my order. Also extreme cost control here—-THEY decide how many napkins you get. Among locations visited, this one is one of the worst
Took a very long time food was not ready and they told me someone else grabbed it? After I sat there for 30 minutes and was rude about it
I was very disappointed with my last order the chicken was over done and dry and the biscuits were cold and hard. I didn't get my order of chicken wings and the cashier didn't give me my receipts so I couldn't get my refund for the chicken wings I didn't receive
We had a TERRIBLE experience. I still have my receipt. My fiance and I were on the buses and he is disabled, it was sooo hot and we were so hungry. we didn't have a whole lot of money left and we were going to go to Mc Donald's but saw a sign with sales on the 2 meals he wanted for $5.99 for fish sandwich, a side and a drink, the other was also $5.99 for the tacklebox 11 pc shrimp, 1 side and a drink. Those are what he wanted and I only wanted a three piece strip meal. So we only plannned on spending almost twenty five dollars that we honestly didn't really have but ended up spending just shy of forty dollars which took from our grocery money. And that only included one drink with my meal. His was not allowed a drink nor to have that discounted price, because supposedly the sale had ended that day. Although the signs were still behind the register up on the the signage and on the glass in the front windows. As a matter of fact while we were eating, we saw them peeled down the sign off the front glass. I even asked for a manager, and the manager would not give us the discount/sale price either. They said there was no way for them to enter into the computer because that sale is now over. I feel like they should have compensated me somehow to make sure we got that advertised price. I also still have photos. I tried to upload the pics here but couldn't. I have 3.
Horrible!!! I had gotten food poisoning from their food a day ago and am still bedridden due to it! I had ignored my partner who had gotten food poisoning from this place months ago, because of how much I like popeyes in general and based on the fact I didn’t get it. I ordered my food in person and the drive thru personnel are always very slow and never listen to you fully when ordering. I had to go to two separate ERs to get help and I know that I got food poisoning from them due to this being only my second meal of the day. Honestly, their food quality has gone so downhill I will not be returning. Even worse? When I went to the second ER I was told I wasn’t the only person who had gotten food poisoning from that specific popeyes in Troy on 01/24/24 that same day!!. Somethings not getting done right with their food and it’s been this way for months.
I took a picture of how bad this meal looked. I ordered the 5 piece chicken strips and they looked like 5 day old chicken strips. Cold, dried up, and tiny ..I would have been embarrassed to given that out as food. Looked like scraps. Rice and beans.. no fork to eat them. $19? Do better.. seriously
Went there today, food was great. I was told that this store was all out of soda but I was able to get soda. I was also told that I could only have 1 sauce packet per meal even tho I was willing to pay for extra. Fries came in a bag wasn't given very many, and cashier was not friendly. I mean if you're that strapped for product just be honest, don't lie because you have a little bit of authority. Would give zero stars, avoid this place.
I real like this place even before the chicken sandwich. Food was always good staff very polite. Tonight was different . I am so glad the two at the window really like each other. A conversation not have in front of a customer . Get home I have a petite piece of chicken dwarfed by the roll. It will be some time before I head back to Popeyes.
Hands DOWN the worst fast food experience of my life...bottom of the barrel employees except the guy working register.
Tiny drive through with long wait times, 30min to order 30min to receive. Order is cold and soggy.
My last time here, should have been my last time here.. Every time I decide to eat from this Hoosick St location it's always a waste of time and money!!! The chicken is ALWAY dry and unseasoned, the fries are always old and taste like they've just been sitting there. Moral of the story is if we're being charged an arm and a leg at least do the bare minimum and make the food actually good, like Popeyes should taste! Highly recommend the Popeyes on Central
The lady in the front who was the team leader watching over the cashier is horrible! Treating us like we are garbage & talking down on the cashier who was doing his job! Every thing that was put out she took back opened, counted and made the atmosphere feel horrible like everyone around her was under her and couldn’t do anything right! She asked us the customers a few times during the wait if that was all when she’s down on what’s going on and still managed to not get all of our food! I’ve been going to Popeyes for years & I can say I’m not going back, she made the experience terrible! I was charged for a drink that she said I couldn’t get in a large but wouldn’t refund the money that I had already paid to get! Place was great before a place like her, the man that was our cashier that she kept talking down to in front of us was great & didn’t deserve to be treated like he did!
Got our order wrong... again... always a problem 😕😕😕
This place gets worse and worse. I order a five piece tenders meal with one side five minutes before I left the house. It took ten minutes to get there and they hadn’t even started the order. The app said the order would be ready at 6:28. I didn’t get out of there until 6:55. I feel like this may be one of my last orders here.
Foods good. Just sucks that when you order the shrimp you only get 8 tiny pieces of shrimp and half of them is just breading with no shrimp in it… mashed potatoes and gravy was good though. Didn’t know they dropped everything on the menu to only child’s portions 🙄 (aka sarcasm)
I went to this location yesterday. I've been to this location many times throughout the years since they remodelled in two thousand sixteen. Today was a different experience. I am a military veteran and they always gave a military discount. When I went to give them the card this time they told me they did not give the discount any longer. When I asked why they told me there is a new owner and he does not give military discount. I don't want to sound prejudice but everyone in the entire restaurant working were not white or black They looked either Pakistan or Indian.. The smile that the manager had on his face when he told me he no longer gave military or police or firemen discounts was nothing less than a very large smile. I took my meal and I left and when I got home the chicken was all overcooked and unusually greasy. Normally the chicken over there is absolutely delicious. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location for anything at all. What sticks in my head the most is the big smile that the manager had on his face when he told me the new owner did not offer these discounts any longer. He obviously was agreeing with the new owner's decision. The whole thought of giving any money to the new owner just makes me sick.
Chicken was so overcooked it was very dry. Very disappointed.
Attendant taking orders was rude. Here is the 18.99$, 5 piece tender meal, one tender I already ate. These are tiny and not fresh, I expect more for $18.99, this does not go unnoticed. Please get it together.
Their food has changed a lot. NEW OWNERS.This was a family thing on Fridays. The taste is even different not the same. It took 30 minutes to get my food and I was inside. People were sitting around waiting and waiting. The one in Latham is the same is the same. The taste of Popeyes chicken is no longer there. I went to another restaurant to get my sides. I will not be going back. Good bye to the Original Popeyes Chicken 👊🏽
Would not recommend this specific popeyes. Was told incorrect information, repeatedly, resulting in me spending 1000% more (literally, not an exaggeration) than intended. This location needs to be aware of the promotions available, rather than providing false information. Manager there did not provide recourse.
I placed a mobile order and arrived 30 minutes after the store after the store opened only to be told that the store had just opened and that nothing was ready and wouldnt be for another half an hour. And since theres no way to cancel or refund an order in the mobile app have to sit and wait for it to be done
Ordered a 5 piece tender meal, reg ride of fries & mac. lrg side of mashed potatoes. waited 5 or so min and was told to pull forward since there was a "3 minute wait" on my tenders. waited 25+ min for my order, was told someone else somehow took it at the window, even though i was told to pull forward and the employees should have known it was no longer a drive thru order, and someone needed to come out to bring it to me. after all that fuss, not only was the biscuit i was owed with my meal forgotten, but so was my bbq sauce, both of which i paid for. i am so disappointed that someone couldn't take 10 seconds to double check that my order had everything i paid for. will absolutely not be coming here again. a 5 piece tender meal with a reg side and a large side in addition to the meal, put me out almost $40 and i didn't even get everything i paid for. no fault of the employees as they are clearly overworked & underpaid; but this is ridiculous. popeyes corporate doesn't gaf about its low level employees or its actual customers.
I just get there inside and wait around 25 minute all the time there, I just see everybody just making jokes and laughing and they not use no glove in the end I just left the store ; honestly that store need better employee 25 minute for i order no glove ; please close that store
Updated review: I spent $40 on food through Uber Eats. The 1/4 popcorn shrimp portion I received was shameful and cold. Mostly crumbs! Just refund it if you don't have enough...$13 for it is crazy work. One sauce should come with it and I paid for an extra which I never got. Can't add photo reviews on Uber or I would. I added the photo here. Fries were ice cold, chicken sandwich had no pickles and not even lukewarm. I ordered my food around 8 so well before they closed. I deserve my money back for this garbage they served me.
If i could give this location zore star, i will. I ordered online, six pieces of wings, and three tenders, they just cut the 2 tiny chicken wing into 6 pieces. I know i ordered before they were closed, but if they were out of stock, they could let me know instead of cheating customers. They just made customers like stupid.
I liked their food but when you order spicy chicken expect to get half and half because they sneak the regular in when they run out and put it off as if it’s hot. 05/09/2022 Just ordered chicken from Popeyes and will never again. Look at this macaroni and cheese I got. I ordered 2 and both were horrifying. I wanted to upchuck. Look at these pictures. You can tell they sat all day. This is top and bottom of the large which wasn’t only 3/4 full
