Great Food , waitress were very nice

Well what can you say other than it's a delightful olive garden experience. Of course it's pricey! But the food quality and the amenities are always awesome to experience. If you like olive garden I recommend this one most definitely.

It was my husband and kids first time there and it was my 3rd and I was really excited for them to try it, and the LOVED it just like I knew they would. Also the waitress we had was Phenomenal I don't recall her name but she made sure we had everything we needed, she took great care of us. My family and I do plan on going back very soon and I highly recommend it to anyone and every one! Fantastic food with a great price!!😍😍

Everything was great! The seafood lasagna was very good, the wine selection is reasonable, and the bar is a great place to have a quick lunch. Colton was our bartender and he was very helpful and friendly.

As. I was parking. An elderly man opened his door when I got out. He apologized. I told him no problem when I walked in the door I told the hostess that I would be paying for he and his wife's lunch. I sat alone . They sat close to me. The food was extra delicious that day I had calamari soup and salad. However, the salad was so fresh in the soup was so meaty and thick. PHIL was very nice and polite.

This is a very nice well run Olive Garden. The place is large and I’ve never had to wait for a table. The food is as good as you would expect for Olive Garden and I’ve had no issues. Definitely a great place for a decent lunch or dinner while living in college station. In all honesty I would prefer this Olive Garden here over some of the local Italian restaurants here. The portions and price at Olive Garden makeup for the costs, wait, and lackluster food of places like Luigi’s.

Dinner Entrée contains salad or soup. I even felt satisfied after having the appetizer. The main dish was really great and the staffs were really nice. They provide us really good service. You may wait a little but it was fine. Another dishes served with shrimps were good as well. NOTE: Be carefully not to accidentally press the game on the KIOSK on a desk because it will pay you. 😂

We went to the Olive Garden in College Station. The restaurant was clean, and we were immediately greeted by staff. There was a 10-minute wait. That was not bad for a restaurant at noon. They had plenty of seats in their front waiting area for guests. Once seated, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. They brought our drinks and bread quickly. Then the salad and soup. I had the lunch chicken parmesan with spaghetti and meat sauce and a meatball. My wife had the lunch lasagna. The food was hot and tasty. The staff checked on us several times throughout the meal and were always very polite. The food was not overpriced, and we enjoyed the lunch. I would definitely go back.

My wife and I often dine at Olive Garden and we love the never ending Soup, Salad and Breadsticks. With their different soup choices and amazing salad, we never leave hungry or disappointed. Last night was something special however thanks to our server, Azlynn. Somehow was able to strike that perfect mix of friendly, happy, and professional without being too familiar. I spend a couple years waiting tables when I was younger and she was really something special. She was easily the best server I’d ever experienced at Olive Garden and one of the best I’d experienced ANYWHERE. Azlynn definitely made an already great menu and atmosphere AMAZING!

Our waiters name was Jake. He was absolutely wonderful. He made sure to come by frequently to ask how everything was and to check refills. He had a big smile and he talked with confidence. He was very professional. The restaurant was packed the music was good it wasn't too loud or soft. The food was great we saw several managers walking up and down clean floors and utensils. Overall great location.

The Manager Eric, was super nice about an issue we had at dinner. He came to my table and asked about the issue and compted my plate and I ordered another. I was not expecting that or even going to ask. This was a great visit!!! Our waitress, Madi, was so sweet and didn't mind laughing with my daughter and I. THANK YOU‼️‼️‼️

Very typical of any other Olive Garden out there. Food came out hot and tasty. Their prices seem to have gone up a bit too, but still fair. Large portions fill you up! Our waiter was fantastic and attentive.

Went today with my elderly mother. It's our first time in an Olive Garden in over 20 years. Everything was perfect for our whole experience. Cayden was our server and he was fantastic even though he was busy. We are looking forward to going back soon.

The $9.99 lunch lasagna with all you can eat bread & soup or salad was great. We tried the pumpkin cheesecake for dessert--excellent! Then added $5 spaghetti & meat sauce to take home. Great food & great service.

Gang, this service was amazing I went in there looking so homeless but they were so sweet and the server Britt was so silly and sweet and the manager was also goated, this was honestly such a ten out of ten experience, I can’t wait to go back

All the dishes were a bit expensive but very delicious. I would recommend the Chicken Alfredo and Scampi. Also, choose the soup instead of salad, as it comes with the Chicken Alfredo or Scampi. The soups were excellent. However, the Salmon was just okay.

Today was my first time ever eating at an Olive Garden! My spaghetti was delicious and our waiter was super friendly and attentive. The restaurant is very large with lots of seating & staff.

We had an amazing experience at the Olive Garden in College Station thanks to our waiter, Jude! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. He kept our drinks full, checked in at the right times, and made great recommendations on the menu. Jude really went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great dinner. His attitude and professionalism made the whole experience even better. If you’re eating at Olive Garden in College Station, definitely ask for Jude, you won’t be disappointed! Lenzy was out waitress. Let me tell you that lady was wow!!! She was on top of everything. I have never been to an olive Garden where the waiter/waitress was like welcome what can I get you to drink and would you like to see our apps to start off with!!! Then she put the order in herself. We was not left to do that on the machine ourselves. I was baffled to say the least. I wasnt sure what to do. I apologized to her because I was in shock of her hospitable she was. No waitress has been that way anywhere in a while. It is rare to find one's like her anywhere. She was amazing. The food was perfect and quick. We had lunch. We never had a empty glass. She great job to all who welcomed us, cooked our food and 1 amazing job to Lenzy!!!!! Management needs to know that gal is a keeper and she be leading because the rest of the wait staff she be that hospitable. Unfortunately they are not. As they walk around they seem like they dont want to be there. I am the one who watches everything when I eat out. I want to know the place is clean, hospitable and on top of the quality of food. We ordered 2 Tour of Italy and the pasta was surprisingly, ridiculously terrible I dont know how it got out of the kitchen and the chicken was hard it almost seemed as they were sitting in the kitchen for hours an heated up in the microwave It was so disappointing but the shrimp Alfredo was very good. Never had this happened but we didn't complain. The service was on point, the manager was visible and checking on every customer. This was the most elegant Olive Garden I've been to.

Olive gardens pasta is so delicious 🤤 I had the chicken Alfredo and added broccoli yum so good plus those bread sticks and salad!!! 😘 My daughter had the regular chicken Alfredo and hubby tried the pesto chicken. This restaurant is one of the best in the area. The seafood is delicious, the pasta is excellent, and the salads are fresh and flavorful. Plus, you can add as much cheese as you want at no extra cost! The waitstaff is incredibly kind and offers great recommendations. Service is quick, taking only 15-20 minutes, even when the restaurant is busy. On weekends, it gets packed, so I recommend booking a few hours in advance if you don’t want to wait in the lobby. They also offer great cocktails and delicious desserts!

Delicious as always! The service was excellent!! She came promptly after being seated, was informative when we ordered and visited us throughout our meal to ensure we were satisfied. The food was served quickly, the portions were perfect and the food was hot. We got our desserts to go; they too were delicious. I forgot to take pictures of our actual meals. I had Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, my husband had Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara. My drink was a Berry Sangria, he had a red wine.

Good portions and service was on point considering how busy the weekend was. Server was very kind and attentive to details and frequently came to ask if we needed anything. Soup tasted very flavorful with the chicken inside tasting very fork tender. Similar to the soup, the chicken in the Alfredo was tender and tasty. However, the only issue was that the pasta was a little undercooked when I tried it. The softness just was not there and there were sections where the pasta was a bit tough to bite on. Other than that, everything went very well.

Overall great service. Food is great. Berry Sangria is always delicious. Unfortunately the pasta dishes get greasy when reheated because it tends to separate. Dropped to 3 stars after an awful visit one Sunday. Had a guy checking us in at the front door. He told us an ETA. We sat outside and waited and waited and waited. Checked in with him after waiting 10 minutes after the ETA and he didn't have a clue. Walked inside after giving up on getting any information from the guy and then they told us we can be seated now. There were about 4 people standing there piddling around behind the Host/hostess stand, obviously they had no idea what they were doing. We stood there for about 5-10 minutes after being told we could he seated now. Finally seated. Get better hosts/hostesses or just ones that know what they're doing. Update: literally just try to go on a weekday or unbusy time and you'll have a good time always. Going on a weekday, never a wait, foods good, quick, not crowded. There was a small piece of plastic in my husband's gnocchi and chicken soup and the manager and server were very polite about it. They're also good about getting our orders right as we're relatively picky and make alterations on our dishes.

Don't order the steak. Granted Olive Garden isn't top tier, high class dining but I really truly don't understand how when I asked for medium rare, it came out rubbery with a squeaky bite to it?? The waiter was great and everyone else's meals and drinks were good though.

So we love it here. Food is good. Staff are great. The only thing we've had trouble with though is the same thing every time. If we order a an alcoholic drink/drinks when we sit down, those drinks didn't come out until we were nearly done with our meal. The last time we were there was the 3rd time its happened. The staff were great each time apologizing and assuring us they were checking every few minutes, yet we still didn't grt our drinks until we were nearly ready for thr check/to go boxes. I don't blame our waitstaff, but the bar just seems VERY slow or understaffed.

Short: Not sure we will return. Saturday about 430pm visit. Details: Many staff just hanging around the bar chatting.. Like 6 of them. Two doing side work but the others just chatting while customers were seated and ignored. Had to get host involved because the one server that was actually working was busier than a one-armee paper hanger trying to get things done. The manager (short old guy in purple) was useless. The host was doing all the work as it started to get busy. The manager literally walked back and forth between host stand and the bar in the hallway 6 times while looking dazed and confused and not doing anything or speaking with anyone. Looked to me he was avoiding work and was not a manager of people and the restaurant at all. Such a disappointment in this current staff and management. The place was actually dirty.. corporate office would flip their lid if they came here and saw what we saw. The place hasn't had a deep clean in quite awhile..if we had noticed coming in we would not have stayed. Noticed OTW out. The cooks and overworked server did a poor job on all the entrees. Dried out, lukewarm, steak overcooked, etc. the food took almost an hour to arrive. The bar drinks were ok but overpriced for being mostly ice. Soup was not hot when it arrived either but I love the recipe. Not sure if we will return to this location anytime soon as there are several good Italian options nearby. Just expected more from and $76 tab for two people.

Appetizers tasted amazing. Entrees were good, but honestly felt a bit limited in options. Felt the Scampa and Carbonara tasted identical. But love the portion sizes. Didn't have the deserts, but they looked great. Great service, okay atmosphere. But pricey. Also I don't recommend the movie Kantaara Ch 1.

im not one to complain but my boyfriend and i went there 3 hours away from home a month ago,food was great and service was quite nice up until my boyfriend pointed to my right and i look to wall just to see a cockroach. staff was quick to approach but seemed quite annoyed with the situation. the guy came up and grabbed it with a rag “rolling his eyes”. after the atmosphere had definitely change except our lovely waitress who kept apologizing for the inconvenience.

Our server and food was great! It was a great dinner. However, the hostess for some reason had such an attitude while seating us! A young lady with black straight hair. We had a table of 8 and came at 8pm when they close at 10pm and she seemed upset by this. Then, when leading us to the table, she made a stank face at us because we did not immediately follow! (which several members of my group noticed and pointed out). We came two hours before closing, why are you mad? You are not even the person serving us, you’re just seating us. Also, when we were leaving, a group of the employees were saying thank you and goodbye to us as we left. Except for her. She just looked away. The host is supposed to be the friendly face to greet us as we enter the restaurant. This was quite disappointing.

Atmosphere: There is ample amount of seating and looks nice in the inside. Adding onto that, with so much seating there comes the addition of more noise. There would be times that would be hard to converse with one another, as well as waitress having difficulty to get our order due to noise. Service: The wait-list feature is a plus and we actually got seated earlier than what the website had said. Once we were seated, waitress was really attentive throughout the course of the meal. Quality: Although the bread and butter (no pun intended) are the bread sticks and soups (Pasta E Fagioli, personal fave). Most of the dishes look as common as other Italian restaurants but nothing special. One entree that surprised me was the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, dish had a great combination of flavor and portion. Fili's Fave: I highly recommend getting the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara.

All and all it was the typical Olive Garden experience except I requested they sing for my son's 18th birthday and bring him dessert. She brought out the dessert, no singing or anything. They did comp the dessert but I'd rather they sang. So if you want a birthday celebration don't go here.

Service is always horrible here and they are extremely overpriced for microwaved Italian food. Both of us asked for chicken Alfredo for dinner and got less than a lunch serving. Had to request initial breadsticks because the server could care less about serving us in the first place. Horribly managed and cooks in the back will tell you no more soup will be served after 10pm.

The togo staff was incredibly rude. I had already checked in on the app, with my online order clearly linked to my account, but they still refused to give me my food. No other store does this usually, once you check in through the app, it’s a straightforward process. Why does it have to be this difficult? I think her name was Karen. 🤣

This location is terribly inconsistent. Two of the last three times I’ve been the breadsticks have no seasoning and tasted freezer burned. The service was good the last time but the time before I asked about seasoning for the breadsticks and the waiter slammed a small bowl of seasoning on the table. The salad and breadsticks was the thing that set OG apart. This place cannot get either right. The rest of the food was okay. They may want to inspect the decor. One picture by my table had mold in it.

December 10, 2024, Olive Garden the worst experience ever felt like it was a racial profile by the employees that worked the front to sit you down ask for a table due to my mom not being able to sit at a table Due to her knees from surgery, let the person at front know this from the get-go to sit at a table and was trying to sit at a booth she look like she was bothered because my mom said I asked for a table not a booth so the lady takes us back to the front to wait then after 10 minutes she sits she takes us to go sit down and she sits us in a cornered area and even at the table, we waited another 10 minutes and nobody comes to our table no waitress no host nobody worst service ever if it was because we were Mexica that’s all she had to say. I’m sorry we just wanted to eat dinner from a long day of work and we got this bad experience from Olive Garden. Even the manager Eric was walked around and didn’t even bother to ask. So we asked one of the workers what were the managers names David and Eric just wanna let you know that Olive Garden is the worst place to get customer service do better especially with your employees and as to the young lady in front do better if you can’t give great customer service don’t work at a place where you get bothered because someone asks for a table. You will not get my service no more!!! Do better!!!

The food and drinks have been amazing as we’ve visited before; the reason for the review is that the male Caucasian with salt and pepper semi balding manager on the 11am-1pm shift made it uncomfortable by over hearing a conversation with a couple who asked why the no longer did an endless soup deal, he replied very confidently and loudly that “the POOR PEOPLE took advantage and ate all the soup” please do not support this establishment if this is their mentality towards individuals who go and pay out of their hardworking pocket to eat and enjoy their services. If that is their mentality then there is no respect towards their clientele and most likely not towards their workers. It is unfortunate to write this review but this is the truth and said by their manager on that specific shift. It was uncomfortable to overhear, I cannot imagine how the individuals who asked felt when being told such an unethical and unprofessional answer.

Came in for my birthday dinner, as I was already having a bad day I was hoping coming in with a friend would Cheer me up. Unfortunately that was not the case as our waitress , Kaitlyn, showed complete disregard to me and my friend. I understand it was late and she could have had a bad day but that does not excuse making someone else’s day worse, especially considering it was my birthday and Was wearing a birthday pin and my partner and I were speaking about it at the table. Not to mention she not once offered a happy birthday or free dessert for the occasion. This doesn’t just end with one waitress but also the manager on duty, who seemed as equally as disengaged and did not offer a verbal happy birthday. Once we requested a refill on the breadsticks and said he would oblige but would constantly pass our table, we left without said breadsticks. There was also an incident where we had ordered a drink on the tablet at our table and our waitress came Back seemingly annoyed that we couldn’t remember the drink. Which wouldn’t have happened if she had been attentive to us, we would have just ordered with her. My friend Had mentioned possibly getting a slice of Cake in which she seemed extremely annoyed by the notion, I refused as I didn’t want to border her and more with our existence. It is unfortunate we had such a terrible experience with her and the manager on duty, as it seemed the busers at work We’re far more friendly and helpful. The cherry on top was as we were walking out we saw both our waitress and the manager loitering at the hostess stand, who were apparently so deep in their conversation they couldn’t be bother to wish us a good night or anything of the sort.

Entire experience was amazing, so much so that our group left over a 20% tip plus an additional cash tip. Then our waiter, Florence, chased our group out of the restaurant to accuse us of stealing his tip money and whole waiter bill book. The book that was sitting untouched on the counter the entire time. And when he came back to it, he stated "oh now it's here" with attitude. He had mentioned earlier on that he was the only server there that had fine dining training. I feel this does not reflect that at all and I cannot condone nor respect being accused of something like that because of your own ineptitude at keeping track of your work supplies.

The coke was flat no ice. The cappuccino was dull no flavor. Our waiter was excellent.

The food & ambiance was impeccable. However, the young lady with black hair at the to-go area made me feel like a nuisance for trying to order before they closed. So another worker stepped up and was very informative about the food I was ordering and was very welcoming. Food was alright but it wasn’t cooked all the way I got a stomach virus from it so the one here in college station I don’t recommend there was also an ambulance outside the premises when I was getting my food and I don’t think it was a coincidence that I got sick the same day that happened

We ordered our meals and a bottle of wine. We had just come from nail appointments close by and thought it would be convenient to go to Olive Garden. We ordered a second bottle of wine half way through our meals and the manager, Tony Chircop, told us we couldn't order a second bottle of wine because we were obviously intoxicated. We started laughing and I said excuse me? We told him we only had a glass and one-half and, clearly, are not intoxicated. The manager told us it's State law (which is erroneous) and he said he was not going to service us any longer. I said, let me guess you don't drink alcohol. The manager said no. I said oh, which Baptist church do you belong to here? Mind you, this is in the Bible Belt of Bryan/College Station. The manager said I'm not going to tell you which church. The manager said, I suggest you go home and drink all the wine you have. I replied, yes, we actually have a wine cellar. The manager said, oh, I bet you do. We stood up, preparing to leave, and the manager said pay the bill or I'm calling the Brazos County Police Department. Mind you, I am a retired Legal Assistant and my husband is a decorated retired Government Secret Service and Harris County Police Officer. We are more than fully aware of the laws regarding intoxication and laws regarding harassment! Whatever choices you have to patronize a food establishment, I strongly recommend that you do not go to the Olive Garden located at 510 Earl Rudder Fwy S, College Station, Texas 77845.

Atmosphere was somewhat good because of the lighting but the service and food were really terrible. The quality is like sushi from a gas station quality, but the breadsticks were somewhat not as disappointing than the tour of italy. I cried on my last experience and no longer loved the place. Would not recommend

Tour of Italy was very dry,pasta was totally dry, wasn't able to any of that. IT WAS a order to go, I drove 30 minutes for food that was all dried out, to top it off they kept me on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up the phone

We had a celebration of my mother-in-law's birthday, and had a great time, our server, Florence, did very well, and we tipped well because of it. But as some of us were leaving, he ran out of the building after and accused us of stealing his tip booklet. Of course, no one had it, and I myself was sitting next to where the booklet was laying on the counter, and he came back and started counting his money like nothing happened. He mentioned how he was the only server there with fine dining experience, but this shows a major lacking of it. Show you have that experience, don't just say it. Keep track of your stuff.

What I thought I was getting and what I received were not the same. The four cheese manicotti was disgusting. It was flat, noodles not cooked, hardly any filling and then the cheese on top was like cheddar. Do not recommend.

Ordered angel hair pasta with double meat sauce. Got charged for the double meat sauce but never got it. Horrible.

The service was good. Everything else was terrible. First, the whole place was disgusting. From the table itself to the menus, kiosks, and signs on the tables nothing was clean. Food and crumbs everywhere. Silverware, plates, and cups were all dirty and my boyfriend couldn’t even use his napkin because there was old crusty food on it. Now to the food. I got the neverending pasta. 1. They were out of half of the pastas in this deal. 2. The creamy mushroom was terrible the mushrooms were powdery. 3. The marinara was also terrible and I sent both back. I genuinely regret not saying anything to the manager and paying for this meal. We should have walked out as soon as we saw how filthy the table was.

My husband and I went here for lunch around 2:15pm on a Tuesday afternoon 7/15/25 we checked out around 2:50pm.. first of all I walked inside and I wasn't greeted at all I was just stared at. I decided to speak first. The way the greeter stood there and looked at me was awful.. my waitress was very rude as well 😒 I wanted someone else to be our waitress at this point. I asked her questions about the menu and she looked at me like I was stupid. She never not once smiled and she wasn't friendly at all. I believe the waitress goes by Abby or arbany. Honestly I was so unhappy with the service I asked my husband to Not leave a tip! She didn't deserve anything from us. On the way out the general manager or store manager had the biggest smile 😃.. I wish he would of waited on us.. absolutely ruined our lunch and kina upset me so I will not be back anytime soon.. the waitress was tall with dark brown hair.. I will be contacting corporate if I do not hear back soon... the food was really good 9/10
