The general manager here is Kary yertmen. This man likes to look at what he says, young boys working for him. He's brought me to his house and tried to load me up at 1420 old burrstone road because he said he liked me to be closer friends. Well, the same person also fired me when I missed work. My family member died that day that morning I'm supposed to work. A horrible death in the hospital while fighting cancer. Making me weak finding out. Later I snape out the depression of it and tried to call out. the times I did call I could only get through one time with no pickup. All the while I texted kary to make sure someone is aware I'm not showing up to work. I was beyond unsafe to work and even drive. Well a few days later on schedule to work. Kary is writing me up because I was so distraught but should have been able to predict my family member's death, bleeding out his own eyes of air diseases, and call 3 hours ahead of time according to Kary Y. Okay fine I accept that. While about twice over the man-made a point to tell me in his words. I don't care about your family members' death. So I said I understand that but I can't just time that my family member was going to die. Again he states to me. I really don't care about your family's death you should time the death better so you could have called ahead of it. Expecting me to stay calm at this my family member being buried that day. He keeps antagonizing me about how much he could care less about my family's death. I got mad and said something about it he said I'm fired now and walk out of my building you disrespected me. After making me more distraught then firing me. I walked out calm even pointed out to him what stock was done before I left and what needs to be calm. I'm is sorry for anyone in the morning of a family death. Just hid it the best you can if you work for this company. They will fire you for morning Kary made that clear to me. You have to time their death ahead of time to tell the store according to him you have to know what's going to happen to tell them early. Or you disrespecting the store. This location is nice, the employees are nice. Service was quick, food was hot and delicious. The lady's bathroom is extremely small and you have to step up to get into it. It is not handicap friendly. I'm not sure how the men's room is but I can't imagine it's much bigger than the lady's bathroom.

Can be slow in the drive thru (the drive thru could also use a fresh pave) but even when that happens I've never had a bad meal from here! Even on their bad days they make it right and with a smile too. McDonald's across the street is HORRIBLE, which makes Arby's the obvious choice when I pass by.

One of my favorite places to get a meal to go. It might be fast food but it is definitely a step above. It might be a little pricier than most fast food places but the food is more premium and it usually never bothers my stomach.

This restaurant has the best customer service. They forgot about my order, so they made it up by giving me a ticket for a free meal in the future. They were extremely polite the whole time. I would suggest checking this particular Arby's out, as the customer service makes it worth it.

My family and I stopped here on our way back home from a holiday. Arby's is my favorite fast-food restaurant and as much as I love the Canadian version, our jalapeno bites are no where near as good as the original version, which I can only get here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the cashier I believe her name is Blu. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.

My wife and I go here a couple of times a month. I don't know if we have ever had a bad experience here. The staff has always been friendly to us and there has been no issues with our food. The only downside is their parking lot, but it seems to be an issue with many businesses in the area due to the rain and freezes we got late winter. Overall I'd give them 4.5 stars, but since Google doesn't do half stars I rounded up to 5.

I dont think there is anything in the world that would make me stop loving their jalapeno popper bites. This place does need a serious thought with the chicken sliders. I want even amounts of chicken sauce and bread. Not just bread and sauce/ bread and cheese.

Great place to get a quick sandwich, "we have the meats", is there catchy slogan and they really live up to it, of course a little outdated on the inside still great with the drive thru and extremely polite service, overall just needs an update.

Fast food! As far as fast food goes they're my favorite for the ability to also get 'normal' sandwiches. This specific one has employees that dont forget the side requests like is common in fast food.

Tried reuben, gyro, and I think classic roast beef (not sure of name). The reuben and gyros (traditional) are the best sandwiches I've 3ver had at a fast food place (I'm 50+ and have been to most fast food places). And they send coupons in the mail which makes these sandwiches the best deal in town. A little sloppy to eat but thats part of why they are so good.

I almost always have good service when I go inside, the service in the drive thru is sometimes lacking. The bathrooms, at least the ladies room, is unbelievably small, the door barely opens past the toilet. The manager that I have had the most dealings with seems quite unprofessional, but the employees are always friendly with me.

Actually like their fish sandwich, better than McD's. Drive thru pretty quick & if their busy people placing large orders are asked to park & they'll bring the order to your car. A nice way to keep it moving.

Fix your parking lot/drive thru. I shouldn't need an all terrain vehicle to get some curly fries. Update 8/25: They fixed it! After years of wondering why their lot had been bombed by cluster munitions they finally properly repaved the whole lot.

Yummy! One of the only Arby's in the area. They're never too busy and the food is always fresh and fast. The inside could use some updating but that doesn't effect the food quality. The employees are always nice. ☺️

Long wait time but that's rather common since it is the only Arby's in the area and really could use a make over in the drive-thru area. Wish we had more locations. I like the food though the consistency of the quality isn't the best it is usually better than other fast food places. There shakes are the best out of the major fast food chains in the area.

The last time I was there the counter girl had a pretty serious head cold. the only reason I completed my order is because I hardly ever get sick. But seeing that was unpleasant. The food is good, it’s always been the same but man is it expensive and keeps going up, 2 sandwiches and a curly fry was just under $20… I didn’t want the curly fry after that and the guy who prepared my food had it written on his face that he thinks I’m an idiot, besides the point, it’s not this locations fault. It’s the company as a hole, I could eat 2-3 days on $20 anywhere else 🤷‍♂️ just some information for someone who budgets and buys lunch out.

Make sure you go visit when you are not hungry because by the time you get your food you will be starving that's how slow they are.

Requested flat bread for apple pecan sandwich received whole grain bread. Didn't taste any pecans. Chicken sandwich was flavorful.

Ordered 5 piece chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were fresh but the tenders had been sitting in/under the warmer for more than 20 mins. The tenders were dry, tough and barely warm.

We went to Arby’s this afternoon because it was too hot to be bothered cooking, while waiting for our food which took about 29 minutes to get even though they weren’t busy at all; we watched a young autistic girl running around barefoot; going up to customers and going behind the counter looking for someone (maybe a parent?) A woman would come out from behind where the food was being made and redirect the child to go to the side area of the dining room. One customer made a comment about calling CPS because the child was left unattended for several minutes and the person at the register said no need for that and then left the register to try and get that young girl to sit down and eat some chicken tenders. The child then ran behind the counter still barefoot, and the woman making the food stopped her just as the child was near the fryers. If the employee didn’t need to stop making the food to attend to the child my food may have been hot and fresh. I ended up tossing my food out after getting it because it was cold and the woman didn’t wash her hands after dealing with the child’s needs.

I ordered food through doordash, 13 hours smoked brisket sandwich with crinkle fries and the only good this was the ketchup and fries, the smoked brisket is impossible to be cooked for 13 hours and delivered raw and also my whole arby’s bag smelled like marijuana, I would not recommend this to anyone because you can get seriously sick or die because of the raw meat and probably out of expiration date because one side is too raw and one side is brown like it went bad, the only thing you can smell on the sandwich is the barbecue sauce, no flavor on the meat, this needs to be reported for food and health inspection to see what’s going on with this restaurant, we just heard stories about this restaurant and we tried to see if it’s true.

Please confirm that the order is correct with DoorDash drivers. Yesterday Doordash had to reimburse me for three small orders of fries JUST so I could order three cups of cheddar sauce. I didn't get the cheddar sauce $0.69 a cup. Today, just for fun, I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar combo and asked for SEVEN cups of cheddar sauce... And THREE packets of ketchup. I got my cheddar sauce 😋 But NO ketchup *facepalm*

Yesterday I ordered 2 turkey and Swiss sandwiches and 2 medium fries and a diet coke and sprite. There were barely any mayo on either of the sandwiches at all and neither of the fries were hot and fresh like ordered and tasted like they have been sitting out all day. There was barely any ice in the cups at all and both the sprite and diet coke were flat and no carbon in any of them. I was very displeased and dissatisfied with my order and service.

I waited 20 minutes for 2 cold chicken sandwiches and 4 beef and cheddars. It felt like the owner was serving me didn't want to waste cold chicken and save a punny on cheese.. It will be a long time before I go back there again

When I pulled up to the window I could tell the worker next to the man that was handing me my food was agitated, which I undeunderstad, sometimes work is tough. The man handing me my food asked me if I wanted any sauce, I said no thank you, but the I remembered I needed ketchup, so politely I said "oh I sorry can you throw some ketchup in the bag", he was very polite and threw some in there. However the worker sanding next to him rudely mocked me and then said "how do you say no to sauce but then say you want ketchup?" I heard a couple demanding comments and I bit my tounge but that was one of the worst experiences I have had there.

I walked into the bathroom before I ordered because I have Crohn's disease and was in middle of an emergency From the bathroom I could hear the employees talking about my bodily functions and discussing on whether I was doing drugs or not.... Disgusting rude cashier named jaden made disgusting comment about leaving a mess as we were on our way out , because my autistic 6 year old nephew spilled juice because he slipped and fell on the floor that was ALREADY WET and the wet sign was no where in sight. Disgusting thing to say as we’re leaving as if we purposely had a 6 year old spill his drink just for no reason when he slipped because the floor was wet. Gave us attitude because we had asked for a new cup. Respectfully if you don’t want to clean up a spilled drink because of a mistake a CHILD made because the restaurants floor was already wet then don’t work at a public fast food place. To give a comment unnecessarily just because you’re miserable is annoying and ruined our night completely.

They used to have one of the best fish sandwiches, no longer, the fish was absolutely disgusting, very very fishy tasting, completely cold, probably sitting around for hours, curly fries cold, hard, beef & cheddar cold, messy. I tried 3x to call this store, but no one would answer, unless you can actually go to this restaurant I would advise against ordering delivery, they just do not care at all, do nothing to rectify ongoing issues and the delivery companies like grub hub or door dash also do nothing to correct these ongoing issues. Reporting these problems to their guest support links also does nothing. I've reported twice, they offer a free sandwich, which I can't use on delivery so it's useless. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE, IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD THAT'S COLD, OLD & VERY LIKELY WILL MAKE YOU SICK!!! 10/2/23. My daughter and I ordered the chicken salad. She really liked it so we both ordered it. I took two bites and she took one saying it did not taste right. I did not think it did either. I thought they used some dressing beside mayo. I returned both of them. Told them we could not eat and we both felt sick. They returned the sandwiches but nothing else.
