My family and I stopped here on our way back home from a holiday. Arby's is my favorite fast-food restaurant and as much as I love the Canadian version, our jalapeno bites are no where near as good as the original version, which I can only get here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the cashier I believe her name is Blu. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.
Food was good, but it took a lot longer than we had hoped. 35 min for 2 meals is a bit excessive.. but we enjoy Arby's so we will probably be back
I went to this Arby’s today and was impressed the manager was very helpful and his staff were too by the way best hamburger in the fast food business is the big bacon deluxe burger thank you for making my standards of fast food burgers higher than ever
In my opinion, Arby's is a commendable fast food establishment that deserves a five-star rating. The management and staff consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service, providing a welcoming and pleasant dining experience. Arby's stands out as a superior alternative to Burger King and McDonald's. Their signature crinkle fries are particularly noteworthy and highly recommended. Furthermore, the restaurant maintains a commendable level of cleanliness, ensuring a hygienic environment for customers and employees alike.
My wife and I go here a couple of times a month. I don't know if we have ever had a bad experience here. The staff has always been friendly to us and there has been no issues with our food. The only downside is their parking lot, but it seems to be an issue with many businesses in the area due to the rain and freezes we got late winter. Overall I'd give them 4.5 stars, but since Google doesn't do half stars I rounded up to 5.
Fix your parking lot/drive thru. I shouldn't need an all terrain vehicle to get some curly fries. Update 8/25: They fixed it! After years of wondering why their lot had been bombed by cluster munitions they finally properly repaved the whole lot.
Once I figured out that they could change the type of bun used for the burgers, I like the food much better.
Long wait time but that's rather common since it is the only Arby's in the area and really could use a make over in the drive-thru area. Wish we had more locations. I like the food though the consistency of the quality isn't the best it is usually better than other fast food places. There shakes are the best out of the major fast food chains in the area.
good food, my orders are not always correct and i dont notice until i get home that items i paid for are missing. they need to fix their pavement, it wrecks your car. i appreciate they have chocolate milkshakes!
Condiments were empty, no cup lids in holders. counter that the soda machine sits on was sticky. Floor was dirty and needed to be swept and mopped. No reason why someone couldn't have at least swept and wiped surfaces down. Dining room was empty and only1 car in drive thru
I wasn't happy with the mozzarella sticks they were not stretchy they just snap easily the rest was amazing
The food is good, it’s always been the same but man is it expensive and keeps going up, 2 sandwiches and a curly fry was just under $20… I didn’t want the curly fry after that and the guy who prepared my food had it written on his face that he thinks I’m an idiot, besides the point, it’s not this locations fault. It’s the company as a hole, I could eat 2-3 days on $20 anywhere else 🤷♂️ just some information for someone who budgets and buys lunch out.
We went to Arby’s this afternoon because it was too hot to be bothered cooking, while waiting for our food which took about 29 minutes to get even though they weren’t busy at all; we watched a young autistic girl running around barefoot; going up to customers and going behind the counter looking for someone (maybe a parent?) A woman would come out from behind where the food was being made and redirect the child to go to the side area of the dining room. One customer made a comment about calling CPS because the child was left unattended for several minutes and the person at the register said no need for that and then left the register to try and get that young girl to sit down and eat some chicken tenders. The child then ran behind the counter still barefoot, and the woman making the food stopped her just as the child was near the fryers. If the employee didn’t need to stop making the food to attend to the child my food may have been hot and fresh. I ended up tossing my food out after getting it because it was cold and the woman didn’t wash her hands after dealing with the child’s needs.
I came into the restaurant today having in mind that I was going to order some food at this location. I walked into the bathroom before I ordered because I have Crohn's disease and was in middle of an emergency From the bathroom I could hear the employees talking about my bodily functions and discussing on whether I was doing drugs or not.... NEEDLES to say, I did not order food when I left your restroom. By the way, your restroom smells like your attitudes.
They don't know how to make a shake. It's extremely too thick like come on. It's basically just ice cream with whipped cream.
i was there to pick up for customer the time frame should be read at what they appointed but i was waiting for like 20 mins the order was not ready still. so i let them know the cashier, and then the supervisor come and told me we try our best to do but as you see we’re busy right now, if you can’t wait you may canceled. like seriously? i have no words to say to that supervisor or manager. i understand they’re busy but while can’t they make it the first order which was sit for the time frame already. meanwhile they keep take other customers orders one by one and get read for them. this restaurant poor management. poor customer service.
Disgusting rude cashier named jaden made disgusting comment about leaving a mess as we were on our way out , because my autistic 6 year old nephew spilled juice because he slipped and fell on the floor that was ALREADY WET and the wet sign was no where in sight. Disgusting thing to say as we’re leaving as if we purposely had a 6 year old spill his drink just for no reason when he slipped because the floor was wet. Gave us attitude because we had asked for a new cup. Respectfully if you don’t want to clean up a spilled drink because of a mistake a CHILD made because the restaurants floor was already wet then don’t work at a public fast food place. To give a comment unnecessarily just because you’re miserable is annoying and ruined our night completely.
Edit 3/31/24, zero stars deserved 6 months since last order for delivery & this was probably the worst yet. Delivery via grub hub. They used to have one of the best fish sandwiches, no longer, the fish was absolutely disgusting, very very fishy tasting, completely cold, probably sitting around for hours, curly fries cold, hard, beef & cheddar cold, messy. I tried 3x to call this store, but no one would answer, unless you can actually go to this restaurant I would advise against ordering delivery, they just do not care at all, do nothing to rectify ongoing issues and the delivery companies like grub hub or door dash also do nothing to correct these ongoing issues. Reporting these problems to their guest support links also does nothing. I've reported twice, they offer a free sandwich, which I can't use on delivery so it's useless. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE, IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING FOOD THAT'S COLD, OLD & VERY LIKELY WILL MAKE YOU SICK!!! 10/2/23. Its been almost 3 months since last order, which was bad, cold, possibly spoiled. Today was Delivery via door dash due to disability i need delivery. The curly fries were ice cold, the store just opened, they should have been fresh & hot! my gyro had no lettuce, onion, just tomato! My beef & cheddar smelled & tasted off, in the garbage it went. My turnovers were also cold, not warmed. All ridiculous considering store just opened within 30 minutes. They have major quality issues here that have been unresolved for over 6 months now. The owner needs to wake up & take control of his store, the employees & cold food, this is just unacceptable. 7/10/23 update deserves zero stars I contacted guest support as advised. Today I decided to try arby's again. Well it was as bad if not worse than 3 weeks ago. 2 beef & cheddar were stone cold, no warmth at all. Buns smelled weird & were cold as well. Fries again cold. I'm not sure what has happened but arbys used to serve hot food. Especially important when it's delivery. But your workers do not care about any of this as is evident by the disgusting food they are sending out. Owner seriously needs to get informed & fire these lazy, ignorant non working individuals. $30 for food I literally threw in the garbage, as I was afraid I'd get sick. No excuse can justify this arby's. because it's delivery your workers do not care, why?? Because they do not have to make the situation right. Door dash does, & they only credit occasionally. So it's the customer who loses out all the way around. Sorry but a free sandwich coupon will not make this situation right or better. Keep up this kind of customer service & you will lose customers guaranteed. Do better!!!!! Everything was completely cold & gross! Waygu Burger was just thrown together, hope I don't get sick as it was not even warm, fries disgusting, cold, hard not worth eating. Cheese sauce was cold. Who is working today? Fire them, as they do not care about customs or Arby's. No excuses, My God this was just terrible. Buffalo Chicken Slider is so tiny worth maybe $1. Not $2.59, what a joke!! This was a delivery via door dash. If I could of got to restaurant myself, I would have returned all of it. They absolutely do not care at all about customs who order delivery. Wake up Arby's. This is a large portion of your business!! DO BETTER ARBY'S. WERE IS OWNER, you need to observe employees better...
My daughter and I ordered the chicken salad. She really liked it so we both ordered it. I took two bites and she took one saying it did not taste right. I did not think it did either. I thought they used some dressing beside mayo. I returned both of them. Told them we could not eat and we both felt sick. They returned the sandwiches but nothing else. We left without eating anything. We think that it was very old. I got sick and my daughter also did not feel well
From she could not u understand my order. Then struggled with next persons order. Asked my name for the order told het 3 times Joel but yet she loaded my order as Jorge . Then 9 min wait for 4 sliders in an empty and dirty store. The food finally come out and it's cold and the turkey is spoiled ! Girls said bathroom was dirty with sticky floor.
