Contamos con chimenea, servicio para llevar y mesas para disfrutar aquí mismo. Los clientes destacan el sabor de nuestro pollo, especialmente la versión adobada, y nuestras promociones, como la del jueves. Además de los paquetes de pollo, ofrecemos opciones como queso asado y, recientemente, hemos incorporado platillos como papas con chistorra y arrachera. Aceptamos solo pago en efectivo.

Good place to buy packages of roasted chicken, marinated or dry chili. Includes their elbow rice, parripapa, and they also have grilled cheese, but that is an extra cost. Good place.
1st time I tried the chickens (marinated) and the truth is that up until now I can say that they are the best chickens in the entire metropolitan area of Veracruz, excellent price literally. I am a bit picky when it comes to eating chicken and with this one I ate it down to the bones better than some happy chickens, and now its potato is there so as not to leave anything smeared on its aluminum foil!

Today I bought the second pack, which is very good and complete. Today, Thursday, they're giving away half a chicken on sale, but the breast didn't arrive, meaning the whole deal didn't arrive. This hasn't happened to me before, since we buy it every Thursday.

I've been trying to request delivery for days and it's always busy, it's like they leave the phone off the hook. How can they offer a home delivery service if they don't answer?
Terrible service. The so-called manager is rude to his staff, they serve you reluctantly, sometimes transferring money and sometimes not. We waited more than 15 minutes. It's getting worse every time. What a shame this place is. Good food, terrible service.
The first time I bought it, I was missing a piece of chicken... I had already stopped buying it, and today, when I went back to buy it, they only gave me two pieces from the promotion, and the rest was chicken... They could have at least given a discount or let me know the promotion is over 🤨

They tried to fool me on Thursday 04/17/2025 by giving me a whole chicken and I asked for the Thursday promotion.
They need to update their ordering system. With a modern system, orders would be much faster. For frequent customers, it's repetitive to have to provide the address with each order; they would only need the cell phone number to have each customer's address. Soon the chickens will be pigeons, getting smaller every day. P.S.: Update 03/06/2020: The chickens have arrived; they're pigeons now. The chicken legs are smaller than my finger.
