Honestly, my experience was very pleasant. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the crispiness was a 9, and the flavor a 9.5. The flavor is what stands out the most; it reminds me a lot of an American franchise called Popeye.

We wanted to go and support them because we saw the advertising, but the chicken pieces looked small. The prices aren't high for Kentucky Fried Chicken. The person at the counter mentioned that they only put "half a breast vertically" and count it as a whole piece. We ended up buying fried chicken somewhere else; we were disappointed because we came all the way from the heights of Walmart Boca to try it.

I went on Monday, November 25th. The young lady who served me was kind and friendly, the place was clean, the prices were good, the food was served quickly, the chicken was delicious and crispy, the mashed potatoes and salad were also very good, everything was excellent, I recommend it.

El sabor del pollo es bueno, la salsa muy sabrosa, pero le pongo 2 estrellas por que compre el paquete de 16 piezas y solo eran como 10 piernas y 6 muslos, ni por error una pechuga, difícilmente regresaré

El empanizado del pollo es rico, aunque la calidad de la carne en si, no es muy buena. La ensalada es poca y tiene un sabor regular, las papas fritas están ricas pero son muy pocas en la orden. El puré es bueno, lo que se puede esperar de los purés con gravy comerciales. En general, no es un mal producto, pero si lo comparas con el KFC, está años luz de estar a la par o mejor en sabor y calidad. No es un producto que volvería a comprar desafortunadamente, le falta mucho en presentación y cantidad/precio. Tampoco es tan barato, es ligeramente más barato que KFC pero este suele dar más cantidad en complementos.

Estaba echado a perder el pollo... Fuí el domingo 17 de marzo.

Pues acudimos a la sucursal de la plaza Victoria col Las vegas veracruz! y en la parte de afuera había propaganda de promociones ! Pedimos el paquete de 12 piezas te dan de regalo 4 mas! Y en la caja no nos la respetaron nos dijo la chica que estaba atendiendo, que ya no eran promociones actuales y de muy mal modo! La ensalada y puré son porciones muy pequeñas desgraciadamente no pudimos probarlos por que no alcanzaron para 5 personas aunque llevamos el paquete de 12 piezas!! El pollo que si probé esta rico

I honestly expected more. The chicken was cooked but very bland, the topping was burnt and tasteless, the mashed potatoes were plain, and the salad tasted like it had been sitting for days. The only good thing was the chipotle ketchup. It's a real shame, I was really looking forward to it.

The chicken I bought today, Thursday, June 12, 2025, was spoiled. My friends have bought from here because they offer a really good price; the price, especially the promotional price of 16 pieces for about 360 pesos, is quite good. However, I strongly recommend checking the product and, above all, that the establishment not better supervise what they offer. Unfortunately, we were too far from the branch to make a return and ended up throwing the chicken away. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

I ordered delivery and honestly had a bad experience. 1. Delivery to Arboledas seemed excessively expensive, considering other places charge half that. 2. The mashed potato portion is ridiculously small, about a third of what you get at KFC. 3. Their promotion is 279 pesos and they charge you that peso anyway. It's silly, yes, but then they should put 280 pesos on the menu. 4. They sent me a BBQ sauce that was actually adobo, not BBQ at all. This was the worst. I really wanted BBQ. The chicken is okay, I guess, and the salad is good, but it was very difficult to enjoy it with those points.
