I honestly expected more. The chicken was cooked but very bland, the topping was burnt and tasteless, the mashed potatoes were plain, and the salad tasted like it had been sitting for days. The only good thing was the chipotle ketchup. It's a real shame, I was really looking forward to it.

The chicken tasted good, but the crust was poorly made, stiff instead of crispy, the mashed potatoes were watery and tasted more like garlic than potato, the salad was good and the mango habanero salsa was the best.

Good afternoon. A few days ago I bought a package of chicken. It looked delicious, but when I took the first bite, I realized the inside was purple and raw. How is it possible that they sell food like this? They don't meet the H certification. I don't recommend them; the food and the restaurant are garbage.

The chicken I bought today, Thursday, June 12, 2025, was spoiled. My friends have bought from here because they offer a really good price; the price, especially the promotional price of 16 pieces for about 360 pesos, is quite good. However, I strongly recommend checking the product and, above all, that the establishment not better supervise what they offer. Unfortunately, we were too far from the branch to make a return and ended up throwing the chicken away. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

The chicken is average, the problem was that the mashed potatoes were no good, it's impossible that they serve food that isn't good in this place, what a shame.

I ordered delivery and honestly had a bad experience. 1. Delivery to Arboledas seemed excessively expensive, considering other places charge half that. 2. The mashed potato portion is ridiculously small, about a third of what you get at KFC. 3. Their promotion is 279 pesos and they charge you that peso anyway. It's silly, yes, but then they should put 280 pesos on the menu. 4. They sent me a BBQ sauce that was actually adobo, not BBQ at all. This was the worst. I really wanted BBQ. The chicken is okay, I guess, and the salad is good, but it was very difficult to enjoy it with those points.
