Excellent place, I went to eat some tortas and I do recommend them
Delicious and traditional tortas in Veracruz. You can pay in cash or by credit card. It's easily accessible, and you can park on the street without any problem. There's a wide variety of options; you have to try them all!
The best tortas in Veracruz! The favorite is the combination of pork leg, ham, and cheese. The Patron's is fried ham with cheese and mustard. Don't forget to order a mixed plate of prepared livers and sweetbreads.
The cakes were delicious and the service was excellent.
Excellent selection of meats, they have a very good recipe with their dressing and seasonings. I suggest they offer flavored waters in addition to soda. They accept credit cards (very good).
The leg sandwich is my favorite, especially because of the sweet chipotle peppers. It's delicious and filling. I always order takeout, and the prices are affordable.
The truth is, the prices are competitive and the food tastes great; the food is excellently seasoned. However, the restaurant itself and the drinks selection leave something to be desired, especially the restaurant, which is small and lacks air conditioning.
The most delicious cakes in all of Veracruz, the mollejas is delicious and ask for a special of Morena, cuerito and turkey chicharrón!
The sandwiches are fantastic! The place has a lovely homemade feel. The tongue sandwich is my favorite: soft, well-seasoned, and a good size—totally worth it! 👌 I also tried the pork leg sandwich, although in my experience it was a little dry at times. Even so, the quality of the ingredients is evident. I'll definitely be back, especially for the tongue sandwich.

The most delicious tortas in all of Veracruz. The perfect size, bursting with flavor! Generous portions! The place seems stuck in the '60s, but it's like a little china cup. Clean and very pleasant. The staff is super friendly!
Very good-sized and tasty tortas. I ordered the Cuban one (leg, chorizo, ham, and cheese), but there is also turkey, liver, tongue, and gizzard.

Excellent place and food, full of tradition and flavor so much so that now we have a new branch and we will continue to open another branch in Boca del Río.
I placed a delivery order; their customer service is poor. Orders via WhatsApp don't arrive as requested and they leave messages on read.
I thought they'd be as delicious as they look in the videos, but honestly, they're not. El Gallo tortas are much better.
My father and uncles had always bought there, and I had too for years, but now it's under different management. They're still okay, but I noticed the flavor wasn't the same. The original ones are further down the same avenue.
The place is clean, the service is fast, and they make tortas that people have loved for years. Personally, I wish they had more options for sauces or hot sauces, since when I asked, they told me that's what was already in the torta. I tried one with pork leg. They also have turkey and, for those who like it, liver.
Another overrated place. The pork leg torta is fried, forget about it being grilled, and the ham torta was cold. The place is unsanitary and the bathroom is dirty. I don't think I'll be back. I'll keep looking for a torta that tastes like it did in the 70s or 80s.
I placed my order through Didi on January 15, 2026, and it was a total disappointment. There was hardly any meat, the patties were too small for the price, they didn't include chipotle peppers or onions, and both patties came in a tiny bag and got squashed. It was our first time ordering from Didi, and what a huge letdown!
