The food was great as it usually is but to wait 22 minutes for a Number 4 Combo pulled up next to 4 other cars waiting and none behind me I don't understand. No apologies needed just do better.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I have no other choice. First, the employees seemed to be in no hurry (it is supposed to be a "fast food" place). Second, the restroom was filthy. Third, the sausage biscuits I ordered were soaked in grease or butter. So much, that it soaked through the wrapper and through the carry out sack. The soaked biscuit made the taste of the food undesirable. Fourth, some condiments were not available. My suggestion is to avoid this BK.

a little disappointed a few employees talking loud about personal business, also one employee was making hamburger another employee on her cellphone. Restroom needs to be cleaned one of the two faucets don't work no paper towels to dry your hands. Smells horrible

I order food tell first in line.. tell her to left my order on counter I'm going to pump gas.. I went next door to pay took long time so I returned with pumping gas. noticed people get food behind me in line.. They did even start my order..she ran back and did order because I returned and they skip me. Boo 👎👎👎

The staff are super friendly. But be prepared to wait 10 plus minutes. I waited for at least 3 just to order and then spent 15 minutes at the first window just to pay. I gave up the last time I went. I wasn't running late to work until I sat in the drive for 20 minutes. No one had been in front of me but several cars behind me gave up before I did and pulled away before ordering. When I am successful at getting food, it's usually pretty good.

One of the worst experiences at bk...took 45 mins for a number 1...won't be coming back to this lo ation again

I placed a mobile order, thought initially 1 item was wrong. 2 items were wrong. A small mistake of chicken fries instead of chicken nuggets. And then my bacon cheese burger had no bacon. When I told the person there I got a wrong item. She said it was the right item and sent me on my way. Anyways, last time I'll be going there.

This place needs to be shut down. If you come here, be prepared to: -Spend 20 minutes on a two item order -Absolutely never receive any dipping sauce -have requests (such as no lettuce) ignored -get just enough condiment to paint a bun -watch employees walk outside and sit in thier car -be looked at as though you're the problem -drink something other than what you ordered In summary, while they will ask how they can "make your day awsome" it is only because it's an inside joke for the employees, as they are laughed at each and every one of us. The attached photo is the new Maple BBQ burger. It comes with two different kinds of bacon, and two different sauces. As you can see, that's not possible. There is one bacon on the mug.

Used to love this place, girl at register was really nice but I got sweet tea and it was by no means sweet then I told the girl she tried it and said no it isnt sweat so she went and got Suger then the main lady stopped her and said it was sweet enough and told her to give me sweetener packets, well that didn't do anything and then the main lady after the girl told her It was not sweet said that if I said it wasn't sweet then something is wrong with my taste buds, that is as disrespectful as it gets, me and the girl working there both tried it and said it wasn't sweet.

Not impressed. Trying to do low carb diet, stopped for breakfast at 10:20am and broiler not on so can’t get a bun less whopper (which per BK you are supposed to be able to get anytime)….and keep in mind, lunch time menu starts in 10 mins. Had to get a bun less croissant…greasy bacon, processed cheese — took 10 mins to make. Dirty bathrooms should have been our first clue.
