Walked in mid morning to a light crowd. We were welcomed by an elderly man behind the counter. Ordered our food and went to sit down. Noticed many tables were dirty, had crumbs all over even on the floor and needed to be wiped down. Went to use the restrooms and they needed a bit of tidying up. There was toilet paper all on the floor. Not very impressed. An older lady brought our food. But my almond croissant was missing. She claimed I didn't order one. I had to pull out my receipt <that's why I always get a receipt> and show it to her. Annoyance. She took some time to get it to me. The food was good. Gave it 5 stars. You can usually count on good food here. It's why we stopped in our road trip home. The service was good except for the attitude of the lady. And the atmosphere was one of lack of cleanliness. Therefore, only 3 stars. We expect better from a Panera!

I was visiting my son who is working in Webster, TX for the weekend of October 3rd through October 5th of 2020. Before heading to the airport, we went to the drive-thru and I ordered a pick two: Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. I also ordered a bear claw. The soup and the sandwich were unappetizing and could not be eaten. The soup was watery and thin while the sandwich was saturated with whatever type of sauce they used on it. It was disgusting, nasty looking, and gross. This was uncharacteristic of Panera's meal and I am displeased. I could not return to the store because I was heading to the airport so I called (10/05/20) approximately 11:15am and spoke to one of the managers (male) and he promised to refund the cost to my son's credit card. He took the card and security numbers and my son's phone number. However, my son has not gotten a refund. I called from Miami, FL. on (10/13/20) and requested to speak to a manager. A lady came on the phone and I explained the reason I was calling. She took my information and promised to call me back and she has not. My experience at this Panera was unpleasant but it will not deter me from eating at Panera again. The managers' reactions were unprofessional by failing to follow up with a customer's dissatisfaction from an order placed at the store. I am very disappointed in Panera.

Do not be fooled by the fake reviews on here. This location has gone downhill. On previous visits the orders have been a little off. The flavor has been bland and portions meager. There are staff working the drive thru that can not correctly input your order so you have to drive up and tell another person how you want a sandwich made. After all that, the sandwich is missing from the bag! and a grilled cheese is made incorrectly. A grilled cheese! Two slices of bread and cheese. How do you mess that up! Nobody asked for some Jalapeno ranch sauce on it. Do not recommend.

I stopped going to panera 2 years ago after a bad experience. Today I tried giving the location another chance. First, when I pulled up to the drive thru, I asked if I could have a moment to review the menu. The lady running the drive thru made it obvious it perturbed her and begin rushing me along. After placing my order I pulled up to the window and paid. The person running the drive thru Brianna switched places with another employee. I waited approximately 5min and when the new employee went to bring me my food she dropped the bag. She opened the window and said only one sandwich fell out of the wrapper so we will remake it. I asked if my whole order could be remade. Unfortunately all I could see was my food was dropped on the floor and I didn't feel comfortable eating anything from off the floor. The girl walked off and got Brianna. Brianna asked me what the problem was. I explained what had happened and she told me she wasn't going to remake the whole order but would remake the 1 sandwich. I at this point asked for a refund. Brianna continued and told me she wasn't going to refund my money but would remake the 1 sandwich. At this point I loss it and let her know that I paid for the food and she was not going to dictate what I eat from off the floor. She finally refunded the money. This whole encounter reminded me why I dont eat at panera bread. Hire individuals who have better attitudes and never tell a customer food you dropped can not be remade. I would suggest Jason deli or McAlister's for a better experience.

We were surprised. The coffee was cold. When telling them about it they told us we could microwave it. Also, the bagel was hard as a rock. We had to cut it with a plastic knife and attempted to warm it in the microwave.

Started when we ordered. Had big language barrier. For those who don't understand she did not speak good English. We placed our orders one came out correct but I guess she didn't understand No Tomatoes because they put extra on it. So now we are told the drink machine is broke. Tea was working. The restrooms were a total disaster. The floor was sticky before you went in and once inside I have been in port cans cleaner. The wife said the women's was same way but they had toliet paper all over the floor. We will not be back dump. This store must follow the same rules as the Fairmont Parkway location because it is almost as bad.

07/11/25 Location: Panera Bread – 155 El Dorado Blvd, Webster, TX 77598 Terrible experience and discriminatory treatment I placed an order through the Panera app for in-store pickup, and when I arrived, my order was ready. However, one of the employees spoke to me with unacceptable rudeness, telling me that I “couldn’t take anything without asking him” and that “if I didn’t like it, I could leave.” I tried to speak with the manager to explain the situation, but his response was even worse. He justified the employee’s attitude by saying that “there are people who come to steal orders” and added a completely inappropriate comment, implying that this happens with “people like you, Latinos.” That kind of comment is offensive, discriminatory, and totally unacceptable. I have visited many other Panera stores and have always received friendly and professional service. At all other branches, you can pick up your order from the pickup locker without any problem, simply by verifying your name. This store, however, has poorly trained, rude, and disrespectful staff. Hopefully, Panera's management will investigate what happened, because with employees and managers like this, they are seriously damaging the brand's image.

Super disappointed. I love Panera but this location is not it. Out of the maybe 5 times I’ve gone and ordered a Garden Caprese sandwich and PAID for chicken to be added, the chicken was missing 4 times. That’s ridiculous. I try to call and can’t get an answer no matter how many times I try. I do not recommend this location at all.

I don’t know if it was a bad day for them but this is totally unacceptable! I took one bite of my grilled cheese and instantly regretted it. $16.21 for this is unacceptable and ridiculous. If I hadn’t already made it home I would have requested a refund.

Charging me extra serving me this and paying 21 bucks for my meal is an abomination This is the second time someone at this drive through hasn't listened to my order. when the I drove up to the window the girl had her cell phone in hand and was just talking to another Co worker at the window. When I get home I notice this big thing of soup after I order a cup of soup and the girl charged me for a bowl which i did not order! Not only that this location and all location sloves to give u tomato slices with the pit inside of it. They seriously need to pay attention to detail because if you have time to talk to your friends you have time to charge me for the correct order I placed. Like 20 dollars for a whole sandwhich n a cup of soup and you can't even charge me right or take the pits out is crazy.
