Fresh donuts and delicious coffee. Unfortunately this isn't a 24 hour location but the cleanliness of this location is why I prefer this location over others.

This Dunkin donuts located on Hempstead turnpike is one of the best Dunkin donuts I've ever been to! their cashier which I'm not sure who her name is, is a very nice and sweet lady, she always greeted me with very a warm welcome ( as I do the same) and most importantly she know how I like my coffee so I don't even have to ask as soon I as walked in my coffee is already ready for me nice and very warm. I'm not the type to write reviews because for me if the customer service is great ill just keep on coming back and the fact that I am sitting here writing a review is to show how much I appreciate their customer service and it also shows how much the person really care about her job and the fact that she go out of her way just to have my coffee ready for me really means a lot to me and because of that now I am a customer forever

A great place for quick cup of coffee, Even when crowded, in the morning, the manager moves it along quickly. Customer service is great, when I come in, most of the staff knows what I always order and gets it ready before I even have to ask.

The manager helped me with my app so I could get points toward free food. I love their avocado toast, hot decaf coffee with almond milk, and hash browns. I almost always get the hash browns free with points. Service was fast.

I go here more than I’d care to admit for my cold brew with almond milk. I find the staff to be exceedingly friendly and they always remember my order. Most times my drink is either in the works or completed by the time I reach the counter and I’m always greeted with a smile from the team. Great staff, great coffee, no complaints❤️

Like most Dunking Donuts, this store offers good coffee, donuts, and sandwiches. It also has a Baskin Robbins ice cream store inside.

Used to love going out of my way to come to this dunkin because they USED to have my favorite flavor, the chocolate headlight. Unfortunately, this flavor was discontinued. Their donuts seemed fresher than other locations. I hope they bring the chocolate headlight back because this was the only location outside of Florida that had it. -1 star for this reason. No reason to go out of my way now. My waste is probably the only one happy about this.

Average is a fair assessment. They are good and fast. There seems to a lack when it comes Sundae, either they are not sure how it's made or the ingredients are not there (usually for Reese's Sundae). The staff is nice if it's an order they know and you can feel resistance if it's something new or different to them. They do work with you to figure it out but in the mean time it's not the most comfortable scenario if you end up thinking of staff training.

They need to learn how to correctly make their food with the right ingredients

I usually don’t be one of those people that write a review. However, I’ve been to this location more than once and each time the food and drinks were displeasing. Food/donuts were not fresh and coffee was not satisfactory.

Horrible service. Lady in the morning BURNED my croissant.Didnt want to take it back and complain. Another time i went in the morning and while the young cashier was handing me my change some fell behind the counter and she didnt bother picking it up!(And I always leave a tip in the tip jar when i do visit here just to be nice,not because of the "good service"). The last time i went there at night the young women working there took so long just for my drink.There was no one else to serve besides me!She was doing things so slowly,as if on purpose. Very very poor customer service.Today I went here with my family.The employee who is an old lady misbehaved with me,when I asked to reconfirm the order.Secondly I don't know what her problem is?She always give me cold ice latte first, whenever I order her a hot latte. By far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever went to! The service was so horrible! The staff was more concerned with replacing the donuts and cleaning the counters than taking my order. I tried to get the young man's attention, but he generally didn't care about anyone. Then, he showed attitude, when I asked him if the Baskin Robbins side was open to get ice cream for my brother. The older woman who finally came to take my order was nice, but spoke extremely loud. Lol. I hope all Dunkin Donuts in Hempstead aren't like this! Just Horrible!

On Saturday night, 6/11, went to this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins to get ice cream. Arrived to the store at 10:45pm, but the doors were locked. As per the hours of operation, the store should be open until 11pm. Two staff members were sitting and having what seemed to be ice cream. I asked through the window why they were closed but only received hand gestures. A few seconds later, both staff members got up and disappeared to the back. Staff members showed no courtesy to explain why the store was closed early, but just ignored and walked away. Definitely, not the kind of customer service I expected and unfortunately will not recommend this store to anyone who wants to have a good customer experience.

Hated my trip there. I waited 10 minutes just to be served with no one in front of me and the line kept getting bigger and bigger that people started leaving. The two women working were really slow.

This is the worse and nastiest Dunkin’ Donuts in all of Long Island. This low life behind the counter is a scammer who tried to say 2 scoops for a sundae is smaller than 2 scoops in a cup. How does that make any sense if you’re paying more for a Sunday. I filed a complaint out of principle through Dunkin’ Donuts and he called my phone and talked nasty and rude. He was yelling and trying to say it’s my fault. He claims his name is Tony but I’m sure it’s not. Typical cheapskate. Also, the guy didn’t even wash his hands after wiping his nose when he was serving another customer after me.

I came from Brooklyn made a pit stop for a coffee and donut. Omg the restroom was sooooooooo disgusting I was afraid to touch anything. Disgusting it’s was only 1 in the afternoon and it look like no has clean the bathroom in years. The tables not wipe down but yet staff are laughing joyfully. Lost my appetite

They are fast here. Tony is very nice and accommodating. He always makes sure everyone is satisfied. They always get my order right. Sometimes they even give me free munchkins or extra. Updated: Used to be my go to dunkin for many years. It’s the closest one to me but unfortunately I recently had to change my dunkin and it’s honestly worth it. I like Tony the manager a lot. He always treated me right. He even remembered my name and sometimes he would give me free donuts or munchkins if I had to wait for a drink. My last visit I got a decaf coffee and it was sour. I thought maybe it was the flavor because it was pumpkin so I figured to go back and just get a different flavor so I did. That one was sour too. I thought it was just me but I kept tasting it and something just wasn’t right. So I go back and the workers basically looked at me like I was crazy. She even made me another one to try to see if that one was to and it was. The milk wasn’t expired so she said but I believe it was the decaf coffee. The regular tasted fine. I got refunded for the one coffee only when it should’ve been one. Even Tony looked at me like I was crazy and he said no one else complained making me look even crazier. But I knew that wasn’t true because I doubt anyone orders decaf in the morning because they always take forever making decaf especially in the morning. I believe he just said that or if people did get it maybe they just didn’t want to go back. I even went to another dunkin to see if I was crazy and it wasn’t sour! So it was not just my imagination lol. The old staff was better, they used to give me extra munchkins and even other Dunkin’s do that but they are very skimpy now and they even only gave me less than what I said. The new staff isn’t the greatest. Also their baked goods are never fresh and the pumpkin muffins look weird compared to other Dunkin’s very strange. The amount of money this place owes me smh. I’m disappointed. Anyway I’m officially done with them! This place went downhill!

Today was the last straw in this store! I ordered a sandwich with turkey sausage and was given bacon instead. My husband is allergic to pork! He got sick immediately! Went back to the store only to be mistreated and aggravated by the manager who told me that he wouldn't apologize for something that he didn't do, what do I want him to do and that if I didn't like the store why do I keep coming back! He kept playing games, asking me what I order when i gave him the receipt and my phone to look at the mobile order! He didn't seem to see the gravity or convern of any repercussions! Who is going to pay for this medical bill???!! A big company such as DD , you guys let this happen? Read the reviews for this store! It's trash! I will go to BBB as this is totally unacceptable!

Worst Dunkin in the area. I went in today around 5PM, and an employee at the register was eyeing and checking out my spouse. When I told him to look up, and stop checking her out, he continued to slam things in front of us and make us even more uncomfortable. When he finished making her drink he gave her a small size drink instead of the medium we paid for. Then he proceeded to lie and say she did not pay for a medium drink. I didn’t argue with him and so I left.

Then I asked her to make my order over again she looked at me confused .Then I said again can you make my order again or give me a refund she turns around and give me a refund with an attitude.
