I really enjoyed the Avocado Bacon Burger. I ordered a double patty so it was very filling for me. There was a lot of avocado which was reassuring since the burger was close to $15 with the extra patty. I also ordered onion rings and a cookies and cream shake. I wish they gave more onion rings but they tasted really good. The ranch was very good also, it was nice and creamy. The cookies and cream shake was very sweet and had lots of chunks of Oreo, so I enjoyed it. The shake is like an 8/10.
It's probably the best burger I've had in a couple of years. Everything was perfect, fresh, and amazingly tasty. The chicken was cooked perfectly, seasoned just right, and the oil it was fried in tasted super fresh. The employees were great, super friendly, and helpful. I could not have been any happier. 100 percent will be back.
This was our first visit to Shake Shack, and we lived it. We're vegetarians, and we usually have a difficult time finding good fast food dining options that cater to our dietary needs. Shake Shack has kiosks as you enter where you can order and pay, or you can order at the counter if you know what you want. They text you when your order is ready at the counter. They have a decent sized dining room, and also an outdoor patio, but no heat lamps. We had the veggie burger and vegan burger, which are identical save for the provolone cheese. These are delicious burgers! They are truly near the top of any veggie burger we've tried, and we've had MANY. Their foundation is shredded beets, and the patties are not mushy. They are firm and flavorful. The burgers are topped with onions, tomatoes, pickles, and the bun was very good--not too moist. The crinkle fries were crispy and well seasoned. We also tried a vanilla-chocolate frozen custard, and it was really good. Not too sweet. Their specially is there Shake, obviously. They serve beer and wine, too. I highly recommend you give the Shake Shack a try.
Great burgers, indoor and outdoor space, clean, manager came over several times and asked how everything was, if we need anything, great service, easy to order, and usually is plenty of parking in the center.
Man, oh man, was this food delicious! First time ever having Shake Shack. Stopped in Thousand Oaks location driving back to Bellflower. The staff was so friendly. The food look super good and tasted even better. Our family ordered a bit of everything and it did not disappoint. We are die hard In & Out lovers, but I think SS just might give them a run for their $$$

Awesome freshly made burgers combine with terrific customer service. Pete and Jilian went out of their way to help me with my order. Really good house made vegi burger and gluten free bun. Plenty of free parking, westlake exit off 101 ,

I got the barbecue, classic burger, one of my favorites. Miguel took care of me with the big smile on his face. I did not leave unhappy. I will be back and recommend this place to my Friends, Thank You So Much.
First time here and Jayden was literally the sweetest and put me on to the Smoke Shack it was so yummy. Manager Miguel and the whole team were amazing ☺️
This restaurant is in a great location with delicious food and a relaxed vibe. It’s never too crowded, and the outdoor seating is perfect, chill, cozy, and refreshing. A wonderful spot to enjoy a meal in comfort while soaking up the relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely outdoor patio and great place to grab a casual dinner. Shake Shack has a great veggie burger for my son, lettuce wrap option for my daughter and cans of surprisingly good wine to accompany my dinner! A win all the way around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! And super convenient parking!!
Food is great. Love the burgers. I had shack burger with regular dressing with no cheese. And fries with mango dragonfruit lemonade. Fries was good not greasy. The buns were too thin/ small the not so regular kinda buns. Love the ambiance. Staff were not so pleasant as i thought. They need to be alive and enthusiasts. Address customers to be welcomed. At this location there are little kiosks that you order from, so it's such an easy dining experience. My friend was sad they didn't have the peanut butter shake anymore, but otherwise we had a nice lunch!

The food is okay the price is expensive service was kind of stuck up honestly, nice but stingy with the condiments 25 bucks for something that I could have paid 16 bucks for at Chick-fil-A

Are they kissing me? THIS constitutes lettuce on a bacon cheese burger? Unfortunately I took the meal to go and didn’t notice until I was over 10 minutes away or I would have gone back and gotten a refund. Literally I wonder if this is some kind of bad joke at my expense. So if you want lettuce on your burger, don’t go to the Shake Shack in Westlake Village!
Love the burgers. Issue is the system. I ordered and it says they will text u. I did get the ordered text I didn’t get a your order is ready text. So my food sat for 25 minutes. It was still good but not as warm as I would have liked. And the fries were a little soggy. They said “sorry…the system doesn’t work all the time.” So I guess you get what you get?
Way overpriced for minimal product. The guac burger as shown is the smallest burger I’ve seen outside the value menu burgers at normal fast food places $11+ change for the thinnest patty ever. They charge like a restaurant burger but lack the size to compare. It was delicious but will never come here again. They weren’t stingy w the avocado and there was the only good thing about it. The dragonfruit pomegranate lemonade tasted like water w an after taste and that is $6+ change! You get a large amount of fries but again $6. My total for 1 single burger meal was over $23. The staff is friendly tho so that is nice. 2 stars due to cost of a product but especially the small burger

Had to order via a tablet (smudges all over) made me a lil uncomfortable. Food came out fast the girl who handed it to me as nice, got it to go. It was so salty I couldn’t finish the plain smash burger, tossed it after eating about half. Really expensive for not much food, very greasy too. The venue is nice but I had an uneasy feeling leaving seeing the glass door was also filthy, I didn’t want to touch it.

Really good burger. But very small sandwich and restaurant design and atmosphere lack any feeling. Price for such small burger is expensive.
I ordered an avocado bacon burger 12.13.25 around 6.30pm. And after long waiting I got a burger WITHOUT bacon and almost WITHOUT avocado! Disgusting. Bad service. Never recommend
