Shake Shack

We don't live near a Shake Shack, so it's a road trip must every time we're driving nearby. Great food, and there's nearly always enough seating. Not every location we've visited has the Roadside Double burger option, which is a family favorite, but this location does. This location has seating inside and outside, the staff are nice and helpful, the food is great, and both the seating areas and the bathrooms are kept clean and stocked.

This restaurant is in a great location with delicious food and a relaxed vibe. It’s never too crowded, and the outdoor seating is perfect, chill, cozy, and refreshing. A wonderful spot to enjoy a meal in comfort while soaking up the relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely outdoor patio and great place to grab a casual dinner. Shake Shack has a great veggie burger for my son, lettuce wrap option for my daughter and cans of surprisingly good wine to accompany my dinner! A win all the way around. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! And super convenient parking!!

Shake Shack never disappoints! Their food is always fresh, flavorful, and hits the spot every time. The burgers are juicy, the fries are perfectly crispy, and the shakes? Absolutely delicious! On top of that, the ambiance is always inviting and laid-back, making it a great place to hang out and enjoy a meal. Highly recommend for anyone craving comfort food done right!

I really enjoyed the Avocado Bacon Burger. I ordered a double patty so it was very filling for me. There was a lot of avocado which was reassuring since the burger was close to $15 with the extra patty. I also ordered onion rings and a cookies and cream shake. I wish they gave more onion rings but they tasted really good. The ranch was very good also, it was nice and creamy. The cookies and cream shake was very sweet and had lots of chunks of Oreo, so I enjoyed it. The shake is like an 8/10.

The chicken was cooked perfectly, seasoned just right, and the oil it was fried in tasted super fresh. The employees were great, super friendly, and helpful. I could not have been any happier. 100 percent will be back.

They have a decent sized dining room, and also an outdoor patio, but no heat lamps. We had the veggie burger and vegan burger, which are identical save for the provolone cheese. These are delicious burgers! They are truly near the top of any veggie burger we've tried, and we've had MANY. Their foundation is shredded beets, and the patties are not mushy. They are firm and flavorful. The burgers are topped with onions, tomatoes, pickles, and the bun was very good--not too moist. The crinkle fries were crispy and well seasoned. We also tried a vanilla-chocolate frozen custard, and it was really good. Not too sweet. Their specially is there Shake, obviously. They serve beer and wine, too. I highly recommend you give the Shake Shack a try.

Outdoor Seating only. Patio is clean and inviting. Staff was friendly. They allowed use of indoor bathrooms even before the place was officially open for the day. Five minute walk from the Tesla supercharger.

Almost everything about this Experience was good & the food quality was average to good compared to most similarly priced "quick restaurants" Two concerns: 1. The way you're supposed to order food is via their array of Touch-screen tablets. And if you left your phone at home - that makes things pretty awkward - - they identify your order by your Ph-number and they want to text you when your meal is ready. 2. The prices are - - well for food that really is the same quality as In-N-Out, the prices for Shake-Shack are high. Since Shake is in their name, I expected the price for a shake to be under $5.00. Nope, it's $5.99 for their basic shake. Does anybody remember that $5.00 shake from the Pulp-fiction script? That was an ASTOUNDING price in that movie's context.

For people who want a modern/premium atmosphere and high quality food that is served to perfection, try Shake Shack! You avoid the long wait times of a sit down restraunt like islands but yet, no skimp or decrease in quality is evident! You essentially get the quality of a sit down restraunt without the sit down wait time! The ordering process here is unique because you order off of iPads! It is very intuitive and easy to use but, only Credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay. NO CASH is accepted here. They also are very accommodating towards people with allergies like me! They have a gluten free bun and allow you to customize your burger, sandwich or whatever else you want to order! In conclusion, I would come back here anytime!

I would have given 5 stars all around but my first visit to a shake shack had very animated order takers at the registers and now I walk in to this location and I have to figure out my own order on one of many order screens myself. Sorry but shake shack just got downgraded on service because they were lacking it! I ended up getting good food but not what I really wanted. If there would have been someone to take my order I know I would have got it right! Hire people, not machines!

I got here shortly after they opened, the only customer. Service was prompt and staff very friendly. I got a shake, fries, and avocado bacon burger. The shake and fries were great. The burger was okay, but rather underwhelming: sort of small with a wilted bun, definitely not brimming with contents like shown on the menu picture, but it tasted good. You have to order at a kiosk in store. I don’t care for that aspect of Shake Shack (I avoid a certain national chain that forces kiosk use now) but that’s their business model. I might eat here again, but wouldn’t go out of my way. I personally feel that 5 Guys and In-and-out have better food. 5 Guys is comparably priced.

Not great. I had a question so I went up to the counter and waited, and waited, made eye contact with two people (one twice) and still waited. When someone came to help me I was being looked at by the crew behind the counter and felt uncomfortable. I had to go to the counter again and I was made to feel uncomfortable, again. Ick. I ordered the 6 piece nuggets and they were not very good. They came out piping hot 👍🏻 but the crust or batter sloped off, the taste was weird, and I left without finishing. I’m used to the Woodland Hills location and they are on point! Kind of a disappointment coming to this location.

I ordered 4 shackburgers with 2 side orders of fries. Burgers were fine but for fries over $5 an order, one expects warm/ hot & enough quantity. I also requested no salt, but one of them had salt on it. This was a take out order so it wasn't worth it to contact the store about it.

I love that YELP asks if I would recommend a business. The reason I said "no" is because there are so many other burger places that are so much better. I gave it 3 stars because we're not allowed 2.5. First, the app is easy to use. Second, the French fries are very good. I requested no salt, and they still were very flavorful. I happen to think crinkle cut fries are the best. Third, the location is clean, and the service is efficient. For those reasons, 2.5/3 stars would be sufficient. It's a burger joint, so if that burger had been good, then they would have earned 5 stars. I got a ShackBurger single (comes with cheese, tomato, lettuce and shack sauce) to which I added pickle, on a toasted potato bun ($7.99) That pickle was the star of the show. The potato bun bottom was soggy, the meat was flavorless, it had one bun size piece of outer leaf (green leaf or romaine maybe?) lettuce that had no crunch or texture. I barely noticed it was there. It looked to be roma tomatoes (judging by the shape) 2 slices that were on the smaller side. I added 2 slices of what was such a great crunchy, thick sliced kosher dill pickle. It really was a great pickle. The shack sauce was underwhelming. I ordered fries, no salt ($4.99), and they were very good. I came on the off hour apparently because the place was dead. Usually this location is very busy though when I've seen it during dinner or lunch rush. Obviously, people like it. I can only speak on what I purchased. Their menu does have several other burger choices. I encourage you to make up your own mind and give it a try. But for me, this was and one and done.... unless, of course, I come back for the fries and a side of pickles, and maybe I should try a shake since it's in their name. Haha. For me though, there are too many other burger choices in my area that really hit the bullseye much better on all levels.

Servers were very nice with a quality amount of fried which tasted good with good seasoning but I am vegan and had to get the vegan burger which means I had to get the gluten-free, but which came with a patty with very little seasoning, and the tiniest patty I’ve ever seen, which fit in like a 4 inch bag and the bread dissolved in my mouth, and I couldn’t taste anything, except for the bread it did not fill me up and was definitely not worth $20. The servers were nice though, and helped me with The service and the questions I had.

Roadside burger! Almost no cheese and very little onion. Could not taste any Dijon mustard. This was our first time at a Shake Shack. Very disappointing! Westlake Village location. Would not go back!🙄

Completely disappointed!!! I’ve had some bad food in my days but this place has taken it to new levels giving out old moldy food. This place has fallen off completely this is not the first time I’ve ordered from this location and had to toss out the whole burger after one bite. Over priced and definitely a lack in quality control

Really good burger. But very small sandwich and restaurant design and atmosphere lack any feeling. Price for such small burger is expensive.

I ordered an avocado bacon burger 12.13.25 around 6.30pm. And after long waiting I got a burger WITHOUT bacon and almost WITHOUT avocado! Disgusting. Bad service. Never recommend
