Enjoyed a Quick to go Meal for My Grand Princess. Happy Meal and Coffee for me. The coffee is the Best and it is priced reasonably. Food was hot and good.

This mcDonalds is SO much better than Gladewater. I live in gladewater and often drive further out of my way just to ensure my order is correct, staff is friendly, and I dont have to wait forever.

They have good fries and very courteous staff members that can explain promotional deals clearly. For example, I wanted to order free medium fries along with my purchase of $1 large fries deal. As it turns out, the free medium fries deal is reserved for purchasing hamburgers. I understood what the staff member explained to me that each promotional deal can be claimed ONLY for separate orders. Other that that, great place. Very swanky.

I have been here roughly 5 times in the past few months and every single time the fries are golden brown and 100% fresh. The management here is top notch to make this happen. We live near the MCds on loop 281 and we prefer to drive the extra 4 miles to go to this location!!

I had received a messed up DoorDash order and instead of making me go through DoorDash and dealing with them, they told me to keep my food already and that they would just remake the meal and I would have the fresh food. This was awesome of them and saved me a big headache. Great customer service; highly recommend!

Stopped for a late snack while driving home. Ordered a drink and cookies. The drink was as expected and the cookies were fresh out of the oven and still soft and warm. 😊 So yummy and good!

Definitely one of my favorite McDonald's!! All the employees are always so friendly and very efficient in their work. My food always comes right away and it is fresh and hot. I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone!! Great place of service.

Breakfast was yummy! The biscuits were so flaky and buttery. The hashbrowns were crisp. Restaurant was clean and service was good. White Oak's McDonald's was on point for breakfast and very rarely disappoints for McDonald's fans.

On a busy evening, when I don’t have time or energy to fix dinner, this is our go-to place in Longview! While I don’t mind the other chains in White Oak, we have experienced issues at each restaurant except this McDonald’s. They have never gotten my order wrong, I’ve never had to go back up to the store for a mistake, and they are always friendly and professional! Seems silly writing a post about McDonald’s but I wanted to acknowledge their above and beyond attitude that I see each time we visit this establishment!

After moving to their own building and away from being in a gas station, they are much more likable now! Their new restaurant is small but very nice inside. The parking lot is large with lots of space and very convenient to get to from either side of Hwy 80. The food is even better now and they can work more freely with less stress. It's a great move for them. I'm sure they'll be there for years.

I go out of my way to come to this McDonald's. It's always clean, the employees are always friendly, and they treat their customers like people, not cattle.

Ordered ahead for pick-up. My sandwich was exactly as I wanted, which was considerably modified - YAY!!! And you can't beat the caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle. Y'all did a fabulous job!!

This location always does a good job anytime I order food or do mobile pick up. Never had a bad experience and I know if something was messed up they'd fix it. 👍

Best fries I've had in a very long time. Drive thru moves fairly quickly and my order is always correct.

Staff is OK. They are usually fairly quick but sometimes they are understaffed. I get my order wrong on occasion

It was McDonalds, what else can you say, the McDouble isn't on the dollar menu and it seemed like they over charged me for the large fries amd the guy at the teller asked me if I'd like my receipt, I said no, he probably needed that extra dollar. When did fries ever cost three bucks at McDonalds, I won't be ordering that size again., Thanks McDonalds.

Me and my 4 year old daughter went inside. I order her a happy meal chicken nuggets. I couldn't find my last 5 bucks.I had 2 dollar in change and this very nice and beautiful hearted black women paid for my daughter meal she is a employee there young short that means alot being a single father taking care of my daughter almost by myself I did find the 5 dollar as we sat down to eat I try to pay her back she wouldn't take it now this is the people we need in our town because kindness is not in most hearts theses days

Got what we ordered. Everything was fresh and hot except the breakfast burritos.

i love this mcdonald’s but the only thing i absolutely hate is the way their fries are not cooked all the way sometimes. it doesn’t matter what time of day, their fries would be soft and uncooked. but besides that it’s a great place, it’s just the fries that need work.

Food wasn't just tossed in the bag. It didn't have the look of being involved in a game of hot potato as I have experienced with fast food before. The workers where of decent respectful demeanor and the food was hot & fresh. The most time consuming & frustrating part was ordering thru the app. I should have just went in to order or ordered thru drive thru when I got there.

I was on the go, stopped by for a quick burger. Good food, service is pretty quick 😁

This McDonald's is usually pretty good, but the staff are not very welcoming. I have been there several times where not one employee acknowledged my presence. They wouldn't come to the register to take my order, so I had to use the machine to place my order which I am definitely not a fan of.

We all love some McDonald's. Always super fast service, and consistent product. You can get in and out quickly, and you can always bet the quality of food will be the same as the last time you went since it's a large chain. 4/5 stats would recommend.

Not a big fan of fast food but my wife loves it here. When I was younger I enjoyed working and eating McDonald's.

Change your hours, you guys are no longer open past 11pm, made me waste my time driving out to you guys. Google says you close at 1am and the McDonald’s app says you are open 24 hours, needs to be fixed.

Service was a little slow we went inside but other than that food was fresh and tasted great and was correct.

Today I went to McDonald’s and I waited till after 10:30 so that I could order my kids lunch. When I get in the drive thru the lady tells me I can’t order lunch until 11. My kids are screaming crying as I leave the drive thru with nothing… then I get on the mobile app and it says I can order lunch after 10:30 (live I tried to do in the drive thru) and so I ordered on there and then pulled in my pick up spot. I don’t understand why I can order lunch on the app after 10:30 but the drive thru told me I’d have to wait till 11, dumb.

Just ate at this location, the quarter pounder with cheese I received was so salty that it was hardly edible. It was like someone accidentally dumped the whole salt shaker in the ground meat. I have eaten at McDonald's many times but never had my food taste like this.

It's not an economical place to visit anymore. By the time you get all of your food combinations together might as well go to a nice place to eat. But they will serve fast though.

Decent visit overall. I bring my son to play on the newly renovated playground. Would be nice if the ice cream machine worked.

Well it would be nice if they still had sesame seed buns for the burgers 🍔... and the driver thru needs to be a bit more less aggressive.

Food was hot and reasonably tasty, BUT, if you're going to open the dining room, tables must be cleaned. The majority of tables were either out of service due to social distancing or they had cards on them indicating that someone would be cleaning them shortly. I sat at one that had a card that indicated thst it had been cleaned and sanitized. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned, so I'm pretty sure that it had not been sanitized. I found one with a similar card that appeared to be clean, so I took the chance that it had been sanitized. I was there for 30 minutes plus and no one ever came out to clean/sanitize tables.

Wish I had got her name because the young lady at the drive thru was super nice and friendly! A breath of fresh air compared to the attitude of a lot of employees. Thank you.

I ordered an ice coffee online when I got to store I had to wait not because of long line it was just slow service I looked at my ice for my ice coffee just sit there minutes before they made it.

Everytime a mobile order is placed Im asked to pull forward and they still get the order wrong.

Can't ever get the order right! Even if they repeat it back to you, don't ask for extra sauce on the side or any special instructions, because it is virtually impossible for them to complete it correctly!

Ordered a chrispy chicken sandwich with Mayo and cheese. Sloppy. And no cheese. Fries taste old as well. Please do better next time.

What's the deal with a asking for a napkin and a straw through the drive-through and two more little packets of ketchup they serve you attitude when you ask I would like a napkin around my drink I would like to catch up with my fries and I don't need the extra attitude from a nine-year-old. So very tired of places advertising items for a certain price and charging a completely different price. We went to the drive-thru for something fast, ordered our food which included the 2 for $3 pies. Checked the receipt as we were traveling and low n behold, we were charged 3.78! We all know .78 isn't worth turning around for, but c'mon McDonald's, that's false advertising and frustrating. But hey, you got us... The advertisement worked, we ordered the pies. Nice job.

I had to wait what seemed like forever for someone to acknowledge the fact that I was standing there waiting to order. Actually I had to ask one of the managers if anyone was working the registers. The lady that took our order was friendly enough. My only issue was when she asked my patient what grade he was in and when he told her she gave him a funny look. I had to explain to her that he was a special needs child. I shouldn't have had to do that. She shouldn't have judged him like that. When we finally got our food, they forgot my big breakfast. My patient went up there and told them his nurse didn't get her food. When the man brought it out to me, the eggs were so runny, the juic from them was running down the plate into the sausage and biscuit. I took it back and told him.i couldn't eat the eggs like that. They needed to be cooked more. While I was waiting for them to recook my eggs, a couple went up and ordered. They got their food before I got my recooked eggs. I had to go back to the counter and ask about my breakfast. There were 2 managers on duty. In fact the man that was suppose to get my eggs recooked was one of them. That has to be the worst service I've gotten from any McDonald's. I would rather drive into Longview than go there again.

How do you forget to put the hash brown in the bag? It's a breakfast meal. It wasn't at all busy and I only ordererd one breakfast meal. The window worker was very awkward. My last drive through experience was almost the same except it was the fries I didn't get 😐 I didn't check the bag because I only ordered one meal and the line was busy.

Expected to be able to sit and eat and work on my computer. Ordered my food. Paid. Turned around to notice there was no place to sit. Why should I ever come back?

I literally just left this mcdonald's and the employees need beeter training. I asked for a chicken sandwich with mayo and no pickles and she was so quick to talk back and say it came with mayo and no pickles that she didn't even ring up what i asked for and they gave me a plain dry sandwhich that had pickles on it. If you can't listen or follow instructions then you don't need to be in customer service. Oh and i also asked for sweet and sour sauce , she gave me tangy bbq sauce. My client is a diebetic and asked for diet dr. Pepper and she gave her regular dr. Pepper. STOP BEING LAZY AND TAKE PEOPLES ORDER CORRECTLY OR FIND ANOTHER JOB

Went through the drive through and ordered a few triple mcgriddles and after asking them if they still were able to make them and being told yes I though everything was fine. After receiving my order I reach inside to grab one only to realize they gave me mcgriddles without anything on them... so after turning around to go back through the drive through and tell them how they messed up my order they then tell me they've never heard of a triple mcgriddles so I try my best to explain to them how it's made and instead they give me a mcgriddles with just sausage on it. Will be calling corporate for this.

Hot cocoa tasted like something else entirely (not necessarily a good thing) but the whipped cream was good. The "Griddle" sandwich was too sweet and too pricey for something not even the size of my hand Not worth the time or money...

I just left sit in line for 18 minutes watched people behind me leave cause it took so long, I get to window and ask them why they didn't ask that gentleman to pull up and they would bring his order out,her response was he was waiting on meat no ma'am he was waiting on all his order so she turned and walked away so I said I guess the answer to my question is they put those two parking spots in for nothing, she wouldn't even talk to me so yes it pissed me off I will be taking my business else where.. Had to order food myself no customer service employees was rushing me to put in my order at kiosks thing.and drinks were flat. Old Ronald McDonald wouldn't be happy at the sess pool created anf when we got our food it was half raw and manager wouldnt refund fully. Ordered a hot Carmel Machiato on the mobile app. Went through the drive thru to pick it up and the guy working the drive thru hands me an Iced Carmel Machiato We told him that it was supposed to be hot and he argued saying that his screen just showed a Carmel Machiato. When we asked if he could make another one, he told us no that he could not. He was not trying to make the situation right when it was clearly his mistake.

VERY RUDE, I was explaining myself and they hung up on me. I called several more times and they did not answer. They messed up our order and also tried to blame it on us and doordash.

Inside was disgusting. Every. Single. Table. Was dirty. Not one was cleaned and it looks like they were left like that for a while because I went to wipe pen down with a napkin and the sauce on it was already drying. Drink area had drink spilled everywhere as well. It was gross. They weren’t even busy to have the building like this.

I know food and beverage employees are over worked and under paid and are exhausted right now. But to get an entire order wrong is you simply not caring about your job and/or your customer. I understand mistakes happen but that is completely ridiculous!

They had me sit in the drive thru while they took an order that pulled up after they told me to wait. Then when they did finally take mine they let me then know the debit machine was down. So they not only wasted my time, they wasted it more than they had to. Also, a few weeks ago I ordered a burger add big mac sauce, then proceeded to give me two chicken sandwiches add big mac sauce. What kind of sociopath do you think I am?

I’d give it negative stars if I could. No accountability for not being able to read an order nor to get somewhat of that order right. A third grade reading level should be considered for this job.

Last time I was here (4 days ago) the wifi was down. I made the mistake of ordering before I realized I couldn't do what I came here for (and had to wait 11 minutes for my coffee). This time I checked the wifi first. Still not working even though I asked them about it 4 days ago. Their response after asking someone else (who was busy taking a break) was that it isn't working. Thanks for the news flash! Your employee-only wifi is working great, why doesn't Mr. "I need a break" stop trying to drive the stool through the floor and pull a McDonald's employee type maneuver and get the customer wifi functional? I could do it for him in less time than it takes to make me and my son a coffee. This time, I'll spend my money at a McDonald's that cares more for their customers.

The lady who takes my order is always nice. NOW, Elizabeth ,(at the window giving out the orders), is a different story. She NEVER smiles, and seldom says anything to you. No courtesy, no acknowledgement of you at all. More like a robot than human. If the job is so bad, then she needs to quit and get another job!

Here we are trying this location again! We waited at the counter forever! They wait on the drive thru first and there's 3 people in line!! Then our order was totally wrong and we didn't get no hash browns!! Can they not read NO CHEESE!?? Then they start talking bout you in Spanish cuz they think you don't understand it smh Nothing has change even after a few months of bad reviews! 9 months ago review:Food was cold. Fries were not even warm. Double cheese burger was cold, no pickles or onions and they put SO MUCH MAYO it was everywhere. The cheese on the burger was hard. Drinks were more ice than drink. Never will we stop at this location.

First off terrible customer service the last two time I’ve been there second they just jam your food in your bag and don’t care if it’s smashed dumped out or what. The what I guess is the manager in the afternoon is rude has no customer service about him whatsoever. Their GM needs to come take a look at this place and turn it around. Kid worker walking out with pants around his knees. No one wants to see that.

Never even got food due to the guy at the drive thru being so rude. Rushed me thru my son's order then when I asked for a triple cheese burger meal he said no you can't get that in a meal. I got food yesterday everything was cold but since I was at the mercy of someone else giving me a ride I didn't want to complain. But I did let the restaurant know and their response was oh well since you didn't come in and complain nothing we can do about it. Why bother to call waste my time if you weren't going to even rectify the situation. What a joke, if I had ordered they would have made them repay for their bad food. No accountability.

I've been going here for years, but lately, service has taken a plummet :( The employees are nowhere to be seen, and it takes a long time to be able to order, so I usually opt to use the kiosk to avoid this🤷🏻‍♀️ But there's always something missing in my order, so I have to wait for them to come anyway so I can get my missing item. They're also always upset and mad at having to attend any customers🤔 or if you use the app for some reason. Happened multiple times this isn't the first :/ TLDR: Food is okay once you finally get it. If there's nothing missing, that is. And you may get the stink eye from them a couple of times. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I normally come here on my way through because I am from Longview and I travel. I always use my app. Today I used my mypoints and got two hot n spicy mcchickens on two tickets. One in drive thru(got that one) and one at curbside spot #1. I waited patiently at spot 1 until I seen someone get their order before me. I asked the employee what was taking so long on my order. The employee went in and came back out and requested proof. Showed her my order # on the app. She proceeds to go back in and came right back out asking for a picture. I got out of my car and went in. The manager asked for proof and I showed her and she said I was lying even with the proof. I then proceeded to ask for her bosses information. She argued with and stated no one was there but her. Which was a lie since her boss came from out of the dining area and helped me. I tried my hardest to keep a level head especially having a customer service background in management. She was most definitely rude!

Hands down one of the worst locations iv ever seen. Rude, Lazy incompetent Staff that will screw you at every turn. God forbid you place a door dash order because they will cancel it 9 times out of ten stating they are closed when its currently 4:00 in the afternoon. The never get the order right so i dont know how they stay in business and when you ask them to fix it they are rude and leave you sitting in the lobby for 25 mins. It was about 5:03am when I pulled up in the drive thru lane. There was a car ahead of me. I waited for over 5 minutes and no one was taking the waiting cars order. I drove around to the 1st window and an employee was cash in the drawer she acted like she didn't see me and walked away. It was approximately 5:10am when I pulled out and went to Gladewater's McDonald's. White Oaks McDonald's can't seem to ever be open and ready at 5am. I'll be taking my future business to Gladewater. I came for breakfast but they weren't taking orders 10 minutes or longer after 5am. I suggest you hire people that can get to work on time to open on time.

No matter how many times I tell the KETCHUP AND CHEESE ONLY ..... They put ONIONS on my burgers. Hope you like raw onions .. cause weather you want them or not you're getting them. This is order 5 they have done this to. Literally the worst place in 40 mile radius to get food. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. The food was fine but someone who doesn't speak English nor understand it well should NOT be working the drive thru. It was an absolute mess trying to get her to understand what I was saying.

Came through the drive-through for fresh fries. I had about a five minute drive back to the house so I checked on making sure that they were hot and fresh. They were already lukewarm and not fresh at all. I pulled around back around through the first window and asked for some fresh fries. He got on the microphone with Dominic And after a long drawn out argument about how fresh the fries were and that Dominic himself just made them four minutes ago. Dominic threatened to call the cops on me.

We have spent so much money here it’s unreal. Yesterday we got a shareable meal and there are two of the same shareable meals for the same price one comes with nuggets and fries. The other just comes with the nuggets. They are the same price. I accidentally purchased the one that came with nuggets only. We went in to talk to the employees to see if we could still get the fries and the employee was too busy on her phone to give us any attention and then she acted like we wanted something for free when technically, we paid the same price, we would have either way. Ended up paying another nine dollars for the french fries to shut her up.

Workers (including the manager)just stared at us standing at the counter waiting to order. They had 5 people running around the kitchen looking for a missing order for 5 minutes it doesn't take that many people looking and they could have just remade the order and moved along instead of wasting all that time. We finally just ordered on the kiosk and had to ask for our cups. We go to the drink machine and the coke was not working so we went to the counter and finally started to walk into the kitchen to get our drinks. They come running then and fixed our drinks and later when we got our food it was ok it's disappointing to wait that long for warm not hot fries. This used to be a good restaurant but sadly it has gone down hill. I watched several customers get annoyed and left while we were waiting

Yr employees must hate their job / customer service sucks/ will never return / never hear a hello or thank you so u just lost a customer u need to train yr employees about customer service u don’t favor certain customers all customers should be treated the same or don’t work with the public because customer service is the number one for yr customers to come back/ u guys have skipped on the French vanilla ice coffee now can only taste ice coffee nothing else learn how to make French vanilla ice coffee put the French vanilla in the ice coffee not just coffee so glad to be leaving texas and going back home where they know how to make drinks and not skip out on the flavor
