Quick trip through the drive through to pick up dinner of the 12 piece family meal. Extra crunchy is the way to go! One each of the sides of parties and gravy, mac and cheese, and slaw along with the half gallon of root beer. It's a treat to eat!

just left from here, the young lady in the drive thru was very friendly, nice and welcoming. She informed us that our food will take 5 mins witch we dont mind I rather get fresh food ( wasnt even 5 min wait) havent came here in a while didnt like my last visit but soo happy with tonight. She even offered us sauces not like Mcdonalds they just give you ur bag and dont offer any ketchup for fries. will be back soon

The food was fresh and DELICIOUS!! KFC cashier was very helpful he took order and served us in Great timing, allowing us to finish eating as it was time to lock dining room up. It means ALOT when a business cares about their customers. We had just got in town from long drive and are both diabetic and hadn't eaten. God bless him and KFC YOU ARE AWESOME!!! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS A MUST GO TO, THANK YOU!!❤❤

This KFC has been an up and down experience for our family over the years. Today it seemed clean, well run, and the prices seemed more reasonable. Be prepared for a lot more selection than in the past.

This KFC is super quick getting drive thru orders out... They also take EBT. Cards here also. That's a big plus there too... The only thing is usually around 8:30 - 9:30 pm they usually don't have the chicken pot pie... At times they will put some in the oven if you order 2 or more and willing to wait.... Also their pretty good about substituting their meals... The one up here in Woodcrest Van Buren / Dauchy st.

It was so hot and stuffy in here that it was uncomfortable. We ended up eating half of our food and taking the rest to go, was just too hot in there.

Decent food but the dining room and store are very dirty. The bathrooms are dirty and one of the door locks does not work. When you first enter the store, the main doors are covered in grease and dirt. Gross! 😝

This place was surprisingly slow, it was not busy when I was there. If you want to get your food fast go threw the drive threw, they put their priority there. Also you might want to ask them to cook the chicken a little longer.

Paid 47 for one of the meal deals. I should have checked my order. They left out the gravy! How? Also left out dipping sauces , and the fries were cold and soggy. They didn't even get the right mix on the pieces. Was very unhappy. Don't go out often because prices are high. Thought this was a good deal, and they ruined it. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I didn’t give it 5 stars because first I had to ask for fries twice when ordering because they had none made & trying to push mashed potatoes. I like freshly made fries & they were awesome. Secondly, I ordered the Cajun chicken tenders. Yuk. Greasy mess when I got home. My biscuit had soaked up some of the sauce, which I did not like. Biscuit should have been put separate from the chicken. I was expecting something totally different than what I got. I do not recommend. The picture of the Cajun chicken tenders did not look like what I got. I should’ve have stuck with what I know. I’m sorry I ordered this. The customer service was good.

First of all the manager need a name tag that states they are the manager. If I walk in and ask for the manager I should be certain that the person I'm speaking with is the manager. Second the manager here needs some manners. I asked about a deal they offer online and they said no. And no. And no again. Did not offer any explanation as to why I could not order in person the same thing I ordered online. When I asked for the reason I got a bunch of attitude from them. Still not sure I spoke with a manager! I will not be back to this location. I would rather drive 5 miles from my house and be treated with the correct type of customer service. I should not have to deal attitude from even normal cashier let alone the manager.

It says that on Wednesday this KFC closes at 10:30pm. I come at 9:55pm and they tell me its closed already? Makes me think all the employees are just lazy and decided to "close" it when they feel like it

Cashier: Rachel was very rude when I went through the drive thru. She gave me attitude and when she handed me my order, she didn’t even let me ask for sauce or napkins or anything. She shut the window right after giving me my order. Do not recommend this location for its service. It’s awful.

Really rude service, there has never been a problem with this specific kfc and today I go and the staff working the drive thru was really rude. When I tried to order they cut me off giving me no time to add to my order and then proceeded to not tell me about the extra charge for one of my items and I quote "well everyone pays for the upcharge ", which wasnt the problem the problem was that they did not tell me prior to charging me.

Absolutely horrible wait time here. Poor communication from the employees about that is taking so long. Daniel the cashier had no clue what he is doing. No place for someone with little education during apparently a 'rush' hour. I walked in @ 5:31pm. My order was taking at 5:48pm. Got my food @ 6:16pm. While I was waiting for my food. I could see the frustration on so many customers faces. One man was waiting on pot pies way before I got here. Another man walks in orders for pot pies and walks out with them within 3 mins. Obviously anyone waiting would be pissed off. And Daniel goes well.. 'I don't know what to tell you. I can give you an extra side.' No compassion for this man's time. He already waited at least 30 minutes.

Certain food is good from here i found out the chicken pot pie is frozen when i bit into one and the middle was still cold. Also ive arrived here at times with 30 minutes to close time and pulled up to drive through and they shut off the lights to make us think they are closed but when you drive off they get turned back on i feel like they are playing games or they closed early and if they did why not let us know through the window instead of having us guessing if its still open or not.

Worst KFC ever!! I was in the drive thru on 08/13/2021 at 2 P.M and ordered the 24 wing box. The person working the drive thru told me it would take 20 minutes to cook the wings. REALLY??? 20 minutes!! I understand that it is hard to find help right now. However they would be better off closing the doors than turning away customers! I will never go back there...

They changed BBQ sauce to honey BBQ which taste like pure sugar and is horrible doesn't taste like BBQ at all. Chicken tenders were tiny and Mac n cheese was dry. Were given biscuits without any butter or honey.

Got there at 900pm. They said someone bought all the chicken and they refused to make more. Hours Say they close at 10:30pm. Will go here again even though it's near my house, and I suggest everyone else stay away also. This is my first rating on this establishment but not my first experience with they're terrible customer service. KFC is a franchise, some one needs to find the owner and complain directly to them. No wonder KFC had gone down hill over time.

I visited this drive thru between 8 and 9 pm today on 4/12/19. I ordered three $5 fill up boxes (2 with wedges, 1 with mac and cheese). I drove 5 miles, sorted out food, only to realize that all of the orders had mashed potatoes with gravy (the receipt also said the wrong order). The chicken strips were not the same size in the two boxes and were breaded differently. We drove back to the restaurant, explained that we didn't get the correct order, pulled to the window. The employee working the window, named Iris, initially handed us two orders of wedges and Mac & Cheese. We began to explain about the chicken strips and how our food was cold now. Iris argued that the chicken strips always look like that, but we definitely had two different sets of strips in our boxes. My sister, who was driving, realized Iris had no intention of offering us a replacement of our order. She asked for a refund. Iris asked for all of the food back. After we handed all of the food back, Iris said, "And the drinks too!" (My cup was empty after driving 15 minutes home). She took my sister's drink, then mine, then passed mine back and said, "I don't want that". My sister, a little bothered by the poor customer service we're receiving, tapped the cup and it fell to the ground. Iris asked for the receipt at some point and slammed the drive thru window while she went to the register. When she returned to the window, she threw the refund receipt, cash, and coins at my sister (some of the money did not make it into the vehicle). My sister, in shock, thought to call for law enforcement at that point, but we didn't. I then had to get out of the car from the passenger side to go look for money that was thrown outside (I had initially paid with my card, so I'm unsure as to why we were being refunded cash, no explanation was given). I became very upset and began to tell Iris how poor her customer service was, that you never take food back through a window, that you ABSOLUTELY DO NOT THROW MONEY AT CUSTOMERS! I told her that if she came outside to pick up the money I wouldn't contact Corporate. After arguing with me about that, she gave me $5 more, which also flew on the ground under the car with the other money. Here I am, contacting you about how none of the 7 employees on shift could come to that drive thru window and provide great customer service. Some MUCH NEEDED training is needed at that store. Isabelle was not much help either. Meal time should be a pleasant experience every time. This was not the case this evening. I should have never had to exit the vehicle and appear like the crazy lady at the drive thru window. Iris has a lot to learn about customer service. This was BY FAR the WORST customer service I have EVER experience in MY LIFE.

Although everyone was wearing gloves, the manager wasn't while she was making and handle the orders. We have been going to this KFC for over 20years and just lately the service has been something else. We always order 2 Chickenstrip meals to go and also some extra chicken breasts and hotwings. Well today did it for us never to go there again. When we ordered the chickenstrip meals, Roxana wanted to know whether we wanted white or dark meat. Never ever was asked that question before. When we told her white meat she put in three chickenbreasts and naturally charged us a lot more, because they cost more. We also wanted an extra order of three chickenbreasts. Well they got that right. I called to find out if they had changed the chickenstrip meals and the supervisor gave me a big run around and then he hung up on me. Unfortunately, this visit today made me change my mind about this KFC location. The food was not fresh at all. Cole slaw was old and soggy, not crunchy like usual and had a bad flavor. My fries were all small pieces, maybe 2 whole fries if any. Only 1 Pot Pie out of my order was available so I had to pick something else that was not what I went there for. I wasn't told about this until after I paid for my meal. When we got there the Men's room was out of order. Washed up with sanitizer, not the worst, but wanted to wash up. My wife went to wash up but the toilets were clogged to the point they were overflowing with poop. We pointed it out to the manager since it was disgusting. She said they would address it. Over 30 minutes later after we ate, it was still not addressed and the sewage was everywhere in the bathroom by then. This is not the kind of place to enjoy a lunch break at.

As always, very tastey chicken fingers, but this time, hair found on the chicken and IN the coleslaw which my husband took a bite of and had to pull the hair out of his mouth. Had to file a complaint online and over the phone. I hope they compensate for this. Everyone watch before you put the food in your mouth! Hairnet policy must not be enforced! Yuck!

We ordered and only got half our whole order And the sizes were wrong First time coming to this place and also the last MAYBE kfc should work on improving their overall customer service HALF THE ORDER WAS MISSING They gave us a big bag we thought everything was just well packaged Silly us Edit: Just realized they didn't even give us utensils just WOW

This KFCs customer service is terrible, food isn't fresh, and they dont answer their phone. I called several times over an hour span to get a hold of the manager and nothing. Extremely disappointed with this location and its performance.

CAMERON was ready to get off work and gave lazy service. I think it’s ridiculous that you can’t use your app for rewards in person. So I offered to order something to use my coupon to redeem my offer. She said, no you can’t. Nahhhh. . I only came for that reason, my family finally agreed but didn’t really want to go here. I know not to expect too much from KFC but seriously.

How sad. We were not able to enjoy our food because a stingy lady manager who refused to serve us right. I ordered 3 orders of $6 (2 piece) deals and asked for honey mustard, barbecue and ranch. She threw in the bag 2 barbeque sauces and 1 ranch. I asked her again for a honey mustard and she said she can't give out sauces unless it's for chicken strips. The woman hesitated to give out one honey mustard sauce🤪🤯 How could she look customer in the face and keep a straight face while being a total 😈??? Dear Franchisee, as you can imagine I won't be back. Either hire a decent manager or change your policies (if in fact you demand your employees to be this cheap). Losing on a $20 order over a $0.20 sauce is not a good business practice.

My mother and I usually come here to get the $10 special on Tuesdays. We have always gotten both legs and thighs and never had a complaint. But we ordered the same special today and got nothing but the smallest of chicken legs. Not even enough to feed one person with one of the legs. Not even enough meat on one. I guess this will be the last time we order @ kfc.
