Wendys is fast food and not evry location is great but this place is very well.manag3d and has good workers making orders faster and less issues. I can see how hard they work here and the drive thru is out of control, so if your inside ordering understand that there 10 more order waiting from outside the window. Great job. Keep making my orders right.

This Wendy's always seems to be busy, but the takeout line moves pretty quick. And if you decide to go in to order, I have found it to be even quicker. The service has always been great every time I have visited.
I had a good experience
It is a nice place to come with family and friend and have lunch together. The place looks really decent and it is a pleasant environment to have some laughts with your love ones. The place have good lighting, tables are clean, and there is planty of room in side the store. Customer service is really good and food taste good.
I ordered ahead via the Wendy's app literally 2 lights away from the restaurant. Upon entering they had a little line but my food was expedited. Everything was fresh and hot, the best way to enjoy your food. I appreciate you service!
Stopped by Wendy's burgers today. I was surprised at how delicious the sandwich and the service turn out to be. The fries were perfectly crisp as was the waitstaff. I had no idea lunch could be so fast and filling. Would love to see this restaurant expand into a national chain.
Excellent all around, small but clean store. Service is great. Can be a bit busy. Parking can be a hassle. The Wendy's on Central Ave is clean and the food was served quickly and the staff was courteous. Delicious and wholesome for fast food.
Good food but I wanted buffalo sauce with my biggie order (Double stacked with 4 pics nuggets)....I was told that if I wanted this sauce...it's gonna cost me one dollar! I thought sauce go with wings????....has anyone experience this $1 charge for sauce?
Excellent Wendy's location. Very clean, fast efficient service, it's what you want from fast food. Must have been updated recently all fairly new, has a fireplace! Often busy during lunch, especially the drive thru but never have had to wait long.
We placed a mobile order while in the Parking lot. The food was ready in a matter of minutes. My wife happen to use the bathroom while we were there, and she was impressed with the cleanliness. It is setup in a way that you can maintain certain level of distance with others since you walk in through one side of the restaurant and exit through another. Kudos to the staff at this Wendy’s
Quite possibly THE best Wendy's I have visited. The drive through was SUPER fast and professional. 100% I will return. When I offered a thanks and a compliment to the manager at the window on his employee- he nodded proudly, "she is firing on ALL cylinders!" Thank you!
Place has been very good since remodel. Special requests are followed and item's are never missing. If in the rare instance something isnt good they never have a problem remaking it for you. Clean and open floor plan lets you see everything happening. Deals are always good. If your gonna do fast food Wendy's is always the best choice. Huge new selection on fountain soda with new machines, pretty cool

Awesome drive thru experience. Staff was very helpful when we had trouble figuring out what to order. Food came fast and very fresh, still hot after 10 minutes. The pretzel baconator is the way to go!! The mango pineapple lemonade was also delicious.
Wendy’s definitely knows how to make a solid meal out of their salads! The taco salad is a classic, and pairing nuggets with chili is a great way to get a little bit of everything.
Friendly service, even when the line looks impossible, they always keep it moving! Their quality control of your whole order being in your bag is excellent! Food is always fresh! Very accomodating even when they are swamped. This is the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to and I'm always confident I will enjoy my meal here! Comfort food to the fullest! I really like this Wendy's restaurant. The staff is fast and the burger tastes fresh. On this night I returned two coffee's because it was cold. The staff wasn't nice about it but the second round of coffee was warmer than the first ones.

FOOD-It was common Wendy's food, and it was just as good as the other locations of the franchise. SERVICE-Aboslutely excelent! We visited this particular location twice in one week, and the service was very consistent. You usually know that the service is going to be good if you see the manager personally working the counter and making sure that operations were working properly, as we saw at this location. However, the service section of this review loses a star because one of the women working at the counter to take your order seemed to overcomplicate things when placing a simple order. But other than that, the service was excellent. ATMOSPHERE-Very clean, quiet, and a nice crowd. When we first arrived at the location and got online to place our order, there was a line of at least ten people, but it was cleared out all within five minutes. There was someone cleaning the tables after everybody left, which is a very good sign and something that is not seen at every Wendy's location. But, a star was deducted here because the soda machines and other surfaces were sticky and seen dirty because there were ketchup stipes on the table. But other than that, the atmophere was excellent in other manners.
I was hungry and wanted a burger, nuggets and fries. When I was placing mobile order, I thought I am spending too much for lunch so, I just ordered Burger and 4 piece Nuggets. But I actually wanted fries too. I picked up, came to my car and checked, I saw my burger plus 7 piece nuggets and a large fries too. It’s not a big deal but that small gesture made me incredibly happy. And I kept wondering how he knew I actually wanted fries too. Anyway, meant a lot. Thank you brother. Besides that, I love this Wendy’s. Always nice and clean, very nice people (an understatement). When I bring my 5 year old boy to this place, a staff gives him some toys or coloring stuffs. Food is always good. Best ever experience among any fast food restaurants around. I wish I could give this place 100 stars.

Drive through line wasn't long but the waiting on the line after the previous orders were taken was like well guess they're making it extremely fresh. I say that because the fires are always smoking hot out the fryer
This is my go-to Wendy's. Very consistent every time. I took one star off because the drive through can get really backed up at some times during the day with all the traffic on Central Park Ave. The staff does a great job keeping the line moving, but there can be a decent wait during some times.
They forget my sauces everytime BUT their service is speedy, and their restaurant is clean. Although the soda machine and the area around it is filthy at time but that's just the public's fault. The lines inside are fast. The drive through is ridiculously slow and no matter how packed it is inside there is always seating somehow. 4 stars. Lol
They keep social distance and have removed all seats. They are quick and have added glass panels to protect you and their employees. They need to do a better job cleaning around and maintenance of machines and seats (when they are in use)
Food was served hot and very tasty. The service is good as well, but the cleanliness of this location is hit or miss. I have been here on different days of the week, and sometimes it's really a mess (garbage can full, dirty tables, etc. )
Standard Wendy's... nothing bad to say about it. Service was fast and they got my order correct. It does get busy around dinner time (around 5-7 pm) and getting a table can be a bit annoying. Besides the table situation during peek hours, I like the look and the service. I eat here about 3 times a month with my family.
It was good, the drive thru staff was attentive, fast and friendly. Our order was good, the only suggestion please mark the sandwiches specially when you are asked for the same sandwich in three very distinctive ways; it would help a lot.
This drive thru line is always long. It went really quick though. I figured the food must be good if people are always on line. I don't think I can give fast food a 5 but 4 is still good. The burger and chicken nuggets were real good. And of course I got a frosty. More like a sundae than a shake though. All good!
The decor is wonderful, the variety is great along with the food & drinks themselves. The seating is fantastic, prices are reasonable however the only con is the service which can be slow. (It takes 10 minutes to get your order prepared with mobile orders, if you're lucky).
Ordered two bacon egg and cheese biscuits. They tasted fine but I guess I prefer McD's . They were room temperature at best, would have preferred a lot warmer. Also got potato wedges that were much warmer than the sandwich and taste really good. Service from the attendant was excellent.
Great Wendy's stays open until midnight for those late night food runs, my go to is the Dave's double with no pickles or ketchup and a 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce. Try it you'll like it like the saying goes. Drive thru is pretty fast, thru close indoor seating at 10pm. Thanks for reading
Went to Wendy's for salad. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. My mother said the same. The price was very reasonable compared to other places. The staff was ok. For salads you can't go wrong in Wendy's.
This place is clean and fast, still no inside searing which is a bummer. They have the fancy Coke machines but when you order one you don't get to pick from a those options. One thing I always like is that the food is warm when it arrived. The foil wrapping keeps the heat in which is a nice touch, other fast food companies need to learn from this!
WENDY'S is consistently the best fast food burger chain, in my opinion. Can't remember my last bad experience at a WENDY'S. Just keep in mind, it's fast food and not fine dining.
A little annoying to order here. I would think you would need to know the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. The cashier who rang me up wrote my name as Kenn even though I spelled it for her. Then laughed alongside her coworker. If you like these antics, I would highly recommend.
So this might be the greatest Wendy's I've ever been to. Drive thru is usually packed so I went in for my order and was pleasantly surprised how clean and productive it was in there. The employees knew how to spell my name! It's frustrating when they don't even try. Only reason they get dropped from 5 -->4 stars is because they got my burger wrong. Gave me a double stack thing instead of my beloved Jr bacon cheeseburger. The Mayo dallop on the chicken sandwich was utter perfection tho. Oh and they have a fireplace inside.

I would have gave it more stars buy the situation with the drive thru is getting out of hand. You can't even enter to park your car in the lot most of the time because the line for the drive thru is sometimes all the way outside. So basically your stuck!!! Now if your getting on the drive thru, it's a different story. Although there usually is 20-30 waiting on the line, the staff at this location are very fast and you will get your order and your food reasonably in good timing. I just think they should reroute the drive thru line so that the customers that want to park and order inside don't have to clash with the cars waiting for drive thru. It's kind of messy. All in all the food is great and the staff are prompt. Not as friendly though.
If you want lunch Wendy's says 1030am but if you want a baked potato. I was told to wait one hour! Serving lunch at 1030am should mean the baked potato 🥔 is also included. I like Wendy's and I want Wendy's to like me! There are many of us who are up early and totally hungry! The employees are wonderful but management has to recognize we the customer. I won't ever give up on Wendy's and hope that changes & improvements will be made.

Rebuilt, from the ground up. Nice decor. Fireplace, television and some comfort chairs. The food is average, like most other fast-food chains. Drink machines located in the dining area. This place is always busy; so expect a line when you go inside. There is a drive-thru. Small parking area. My order was taken incorrectly but was corrected by the manager. When it was bagged up again it was cold and incorrectly made. It was corrected at the counter so I thought . I was giving this food to a 3 year old and a nine year old. Thank God I tasted the nuggets first and they were spicy not regular. Called spoke to the manager from earlier who was apologetic and offered a corrected order on my next visit. I recently visited the drive thru and my order was good up to not receiving my nuggets , two coupon books and my receipt. I tried to call no one answers the phone. Now I have to go bank and show I bought close to $30 worth of food . To end my night my daughter dropped my strawberry swirl frosty which was finally made correctly what an experience.
Used the drive through, the line was long but when I gave my order their time in completing it was decent. One of my orders was regular fries and for some reason they were spicy, so that's why I gave them three stars.
We didnt like the way the reataurant is set up starting with the parking lot. The drive way forces you to turn right towards tge drive thru and drive around the restaurant, once the drive thru line advances and you can do so. The staff wasnt too attentive or friendly either. We needed ketchup and went up to the Order Pick Up area and at least 3 employees walked by and didnt ask if I needed anything. My wife said the food wasnt fresh but I have no complaints about the food.
I have been a long time customer for many years. This was one of my favorites until all the recent changes. They took all the good deals off the app in recent months. They raised all their prices and changed all the sauces. The biggest mistake they did and others noticed this was changing too shredded lettuce. Wendys whole piece of lettuce was a signature thing that i loved from them. Im very dissappointed that they switched to shredded lettuce. That definitely was the wrong move. Even the premium chicken sandwiches do not taste the same and are smaller. I used to go here all the time, but with all the changes i wont go here much anymore. Im very disappointed in the direction wendys is going. It just isnt the same anymore.
The food is always good here but the reason why I give it 3/5 stars is because of the takeout. The workers never get your order right despite you asking them if everything that you ordered is in there. Also, the food is cold when you receive it. You're better off dining in because the workers won't mess up your order and the food will be nice and warm.

Stopped by one morning for breakfast. Bought my chicken sandwich to go. On my way home I bit into the sandwich the chicken was tough and rubbery, it was quite simply uncooked. There's a waste of my money. I had just come from work. It took me an hour to earn little over 10 bucks and 5 mins to waste it on a Wendy's chicken sandwich.
I have been to Wendy's only 4 time and this one was sadly the worst of them. The rest where 4 and 5 stars. The woman who served me must have been new, yes the bacon jalapeno was new but if you work there you should say up to date on what your serving, but lucky a work who knew what he was doing help her out so I could get my sandwich and frosty and enjoy my meal.
Usually a pretty decent place but can't say that for today. My sister ordered 2 Homestyle Chickens. Sadly it was a disappointing order. The chicken looked and tasted like it was there for hours. Dry and hard to chew. Please check your food over before you leave

Paid for a $6 biggie bag and didn't get my burger that's suppose to come with it. I only noticed until after I left the restaurant. There's a reason why I only go the Chick-fil-A on central now. Its not only because the quality of the food. But also the quality of the staff. Wendys Managers are doing good. But Wendy's regular staff act like they don't wanna be there. It's sad. This is why AI is taking over. Chick fil A staff will always come up to a customer with a smile and resolve issues with points or free food. DO BETTER WENDY'S.
My son wanted to dine in, and the doors were closed and locked before 11 pm. The drive-thru was exceptionally long, and unfortunately, he didn't get a chance to eat there.

Food is good but service is terrible. Every single time i’ve come to this location, my order gets messed up without fail. My last straw was when my sandwich came with ketchup and onions on it when thats not even what it comes with in the first place??? Was asked to pay for the replacement. Workers are passive aggressive and act like its their first day on earth. I suggest you go to a different location if you want your order to be correct.
Garbage bins were full. Also, Put in a mobile order thru the drive-thru just to receive the wrong order. The manager/ supervisor (Elizabeth) aka Liz.😍 refused to correct my order due to the sandwich station being short-Staffed which led no choice but the manger/ supervisor to hop on sandwiches instead of correcting wrong order briskly that was received in the drive-thru. However, the fries operator corrected the order accurately and the drink station supervisor found the receipt which the manager/ supervisor refused to print out when this complaint was initiated. Food right temperature. Correct Sauces in the bag. 🙂 Highly recommended during the other supervisor/ manager shift. The fry operator and drink station person deserves a promotion.

The fries never has salt n at times tends to be over cooked . They have a lot of young immature teenagers working at this location. When you go Through the drive-through they are coursing and joking around not paying attention and get the orders wrong. Mind you they never give you a cup holder unless you ask for one which should be unacceptable when placing 4 to 5 orders ....so make sure to check your food at all time
I ordered a chicken sandwich without pickles because I am allergic I saw it on the screen saying NO pickles came home and there was pickles. Thank you for not letting me fet what I paid for. Going to burger King now
This Wendy’s is truly unbelievable. The staff is incompetent and are always joking around when waiting at the window to pick your food. When picking up your food make sure that you check the back because the staff being incompetent forget your condiments, and sometimes the burgers and fries are cold. Lines are too long, I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s.
Ordered Dine in from phone inside the store. It was ready in few minutes. Received cold nuggets, cold fries. Chicken sandwich had cold chicken in it. My kid threw up after eating this food. I will not return here. Scared to go to any Wendy's restaurant after this experience
Wendy’s is hands down my favorite fast food place, but this location can be a hit or miss in terms of drive through lines. I usually have a better experience when I order at the cashier or use the mobile app and pick up. On August 26, 2021 the restaurants as locked at 8pm and the drive through line was very long. At the very least, they need to not close the restaurant for walk up orders before 10pm (actually 11pm pre pandemic). This is a very popular location and actually following their posted hours would be good for business. Update 11/1/2021: location closes earlier now. Went to restaurant around 7:30pm with restaurant closed for in person/take out orders - only option was long drive through line. Do they need to hire more staff? This is a repeated problem at this location.
Placed an order on doordash close to their closing time, but the order was confirmed an accepted. They had a long line in the drive thru but our dasher was there waiting. The restaurant cancelled the order because they closed before our dasher was able to pick up the food, because he was stuck in the long line. I know they can’t he’ll the business of their drive thru, but why the hell would they accept the order, make it, just to cancel it? I ordered close to closing but they were still accepting orders. Don’t accept orders that close to the time you close, or stay past closing to fulfill all the orders. So aggravating after working an extra long day and then having your dinner order cancelled. It’s now after midnight and nowhere else is open. Makes zero sense.
I ordered a baconator single and was given a very thin burger pattie like one on Jr bacon for kids, cold fries also. Staff distracted and disregarding the customer wether a mistake or cutting corners, it is not the service expected from a Wendys franchise. I was already on the highway when I noticed. Not cool.

We love going to Wendy’s for a quick bite to eat after school, but our last visit was absolutely unacceptable for an eatery. The dining area was filthy. The floor looked like they had not been mopped let alone swept in days. The garbage was over flowing and trays piled high on the garbage cans. The soda machine was absolutely disgusting! The machines were sticky and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The floor was completely soaked around one soda machine that had a caution sign in front of it, but it didn’t look as though anyone had attempted cleaning it. It honestly didn’t seem as though anyone had tried cleaning up the place period. The bathrooms...please let’s not even go there. My fries had a hair in it and after dining in heard and saw all the disappointed and frustrated faces surrounding us. When this restaurant was first renovated it was great, now I’m not sure if the management even cares. This place needs to seriously be looked by wendys cooperate office and the proper staffing issues addressed.
Slow unprepared workers at the register. The place used to be ok but has recently adapted the McDonald's customer service plan.
Employees smoking in front of the entrance. Ordered regular coffee but came out almost as black coffee. Ordered beef burgers but chicken burgers. If I were the employer, I would definitely fire them.
Quality of food has gone down significantly. Constant mixups in my order and the meat is cold and drenched in ranch. The workers seem like overworked teenagers which is not a problem till the quality went down

The drive thru has to be the worst experience of any other fast food place in the area. The soda machines on the inside, which had 2 of them only had limited flavors, I had told the employees about it being basically empty and only 3 varieties and they honestly could care less because I waited patiently for the refill and just gave up after almost or close to 10 minutes and left with a cup of water.
I should've went with my GUT for previous experiences with the Wendy's on Central Avenue in Yonkers NY. They ALWAYSSS get my pickup orders WRONG!!! ALWAYSSS!!! They NEVER give you the sauces and ketchup packs you requested. EVERRRR!!! After not ordering from them online because of these recurring issues I decided to take a chance today and order. I even messaged my Doordash Dasher to please check the order before he leaves. He came with one of my salads missing and also NO sauces or ketchups for two orders of nuggets and fries. Livid isn't the word to describe how I felt. I now KNOW TO NEVERRRR order from Wendy's AGAIN!!!! I've learned my lesson!!!! They don't care that you will eat dry nuggets. Plus the salad portions are so small for ten bucks. And they don't answer the phone when you call. HORRIBLE!!!!!
I would give the service 0 I could. I had a very simple order. I had to tell the person at the window twice that he didn't give me my full order and after driving for a few minutes I realize there was still an item missing. Between the person taking my order and the person providing it. There was no patience. Just haste and inattentive service.

This was once my favorite Wendy's but now not so much. I went inside to pick up my food and I saw an employee using their phone on the burger prep area. Phones are so dirty and shouldn't be on the prep table Years later it's just getting worse and worse thought I would give them a try again at night they give you the run around for carry out but on the app the option is allowed

Ordered jalapeño popper sandwich and got this. Fries were stone cold. I have many bad experiences with the employees, they don’t seem to care even slightly. Oh well, now I know not to go here unless they train team members and hire people who want to do a good job.
I went over to pick up my food abt 10 mins ago and they basically forgot every part of the order they tried to give me 3 drinks when there was supposed to b 4, they forgot nuggets in my order w less then 4 nuggets in some of the lil boxes and i’m over here thinking everything was good but they forgot a burger that’s crazy i’ve nvr had such n issue at wendys before and they were not busy i was the only person in the drive through as well as the food being lukewarm warm almost cold worst wendys i’ve been to🤦🏽♂️
First of all I ordered three things , Two biggie bags and one extra sandwich , The first biggie bag being a blt with nuggets and fries , and the second one with a cheeseburger with bacon , the extra sandwich also being a cheeseburger, In the order was two burgers two fries and one nugget
A employee named Edwin. What a discussing attitude and customer experience. No idea why this human being is the face of the brand as cashier.
The dining area was dirty. (Tables and floor) Suggestions, have your staff keep an eye on the dining area as well of standing behind counters. Customer service could also be retrained.
Who packs the food at this location. This is unacceptable !! Why did nuggets come with no sauce???? I called and ask to speak with the manager and there was no resolution to this issue. Martia ask if the Uber driver was going to come back to get the sauce ? Can’t be serious. Since when do the the driver come back when it’s the restaurant mistake. I would like my full refund since i can’t eat the nuggets without the sauce. What’s of money and time
