I've been going here for about a year and a half and I don't have a single bad thing to say about these guys. Excellent food every single time I eat here, I've never once been disappointed by the quality of my food. The staff is very welcoming and friend. Also, if you go there often enough like I do, they'll make a concentrated effort to remember you and your order. By and large my favorite food place in town.

I always enjoy having people greet you when you enter and actually sounding sincere when they do it. I get that here every time. The service areas, drink dispensers and tables are always very clean and it is a nice place to eat. My food was again made exactly the way I asked for it and it was done quickly to boot. Firehouse Subs is without a doubt one of the premier sandwich shops out there. I'm rather partial to the Hook and Ladder and the Meatball sandwich. I use the app with which I receive loyalty points. I get free sandwiches after saving enough points. You won't be disappointed.

The subs are too die for. I have been going to the restaurant since I have moved to Texas. The staff is great and the food is always fresh and delicious. Love the "Welcome to Firehouse" greetings when you walk in. Prices has went up (what hasn't) but still a great value for the amount of food and meat on the sandwiches. I'd recommend doing the survey since you can get a free drink on the next visit to save!

Love Firehouse Subs, The usual greeting was less than normal and two crew members were having words in the prep line. That tends to make people wonder if their sandwich was being made properly. Firehouse has great sandwiches, supports emergency services and fire departments so to me it's a win win situation.

Consistently one of the best experiences we have food-wise in town. The staff knows our names, greets us, asks if we want our usual. Great hot sauce selection, and lots of choices on the menu for sandwich-lovers of all sorts. Personal favorites include a great Italian sub and a brisket sandwich that tastes better than any chain restaurant's fare ought to be.

Ate here the other day and it was great! The food turned out really good, the place was really clean and nice. Love how they support the local community and always giving back to fire departments. If you want to eat at a place that has great food and helps the community Fire House Subs is the place to go!

Been going here for a while and turned to using the mobile app. I noticed the past few sandwiches had not had all the extras I put in the app and instead the sandwiches were coming out with the default/base ingredients. So this time I went back and informed the staff which I honestly never do. I am a toxic people pleaser and avoid these types of situations; however, I was handled with care and with no attitude about my inconvenience. Instead the manager understood my motives during these rough times and that we have to get our value for what we pay. So I give 5 stars because he went off on this replacement sandwich and nailed it......but more impressively and importantly he handled his customers and my situation with patience, understanding, and care. Bravo!

Never have had an issue with eating here. Don't do it often because it is kinda expensive, but my husband loves it so when I was pregnant and we were out we would stop here often. Employees were always kind and the food was always good.

I love the Italian here so me and the wife got an Italian and we are trying the meatball I would say firehouses meatball is good not better than Quiznos but a close second but the Italian is still the fav but overall this place is a definite try for the sandwich connoisseur!

The best service I have received in a long time. It was my first time there and they greeted us with such pizzazz and warmth. The first lady we meet was very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING about this place and the menu. They have warm, and cold options. They even provide vegetarian options. They have a hot sauce station! Have you even heard of that before? Crazy flavors and they encourage to taste what ever you want with the little plastic cups they provide. The staff perparing the food was nice and willing to add things you may have forgot to order like Jalapeños or salt and pepper. Overall a wonderful experience. Wish I took more pictures for you the place was clean and well themed. Very impressive.

Everyone’s so sweet here. I ordered out but dined in by choice and they made sure they didn’t make a mistake. I was offered to have my trash taken and checked on by 3 different people. Familiar faces are remembered and everyone is welcomed when entering and thanked when leaving. I love when an order is read back to me bc I make menu accommodations because I’m picky. Items politely upsold “i see you looking at the cookie! He’s only x dollars more! Then your combos only x more with a refreshing drink” etc.

Very nice employees here - helpful, friendly and guided me to a purchase I enjoyed (albeit a $15 sandwich!) Disappointed in the excessive cost of the sandwich, but that's what we get with Uncle Brandon in the Oval Office. In any case, I wish Firehouse had more toppings, like Jersey Mike's or Subway. I love vegetables on my sandwich and lettuce, tomato, and a little onion, just doesn't seem like enough, especially given the price. Sure, those other places aren't any better on price, but I get more toppings. Regardless, I'd still return when I'm in town again as I often stay nearby. It was definitely tasty! (I had the triple stack limited time sandwich with the brisket, turkey and ham - I swapped the Cole slaw for the other toppings and they let me try the slaw first to see if I'd like it or not.)

Food was good. We had a to go order and got home and was missing a sandwich. They told me I had to come back to the restaurant to get a refund. Not happy.

The turkey,bacon, ranch sub. I can't seem to order anything else. It's that good! You can order on the app. I love that. It is so convenient. I only had 1 issue in the many, many times I have been there. It was addressed by the manager immediately. They are friendly and fast. I really like eating here, sandwiches are fresh and there's much variety. However I ordered pick-up and the website wouldn't let me take off condiments. There's no way to customize or leave the server a note. Also, we couldn't select the kind of drink we wanted. They asked and then got it for us just thought it would be easier if they knew when they looked at our order incase someone else is picking up the order.

I ordered two sandwiches and they messed up one of them, however they still tasted good. Very friendly staff that conversed easily with customers, however the floor and tables were dirty with many tables being crooked and moved from their spots just through usage.

I have never had the chance to try Firehouse until today, and let me say that I wish I'd done it sooner. We ordered 3 subs. I got the triple smoke house with the Carolina sauce in a foot long. I also got a 4" steak and cheese for the lunch pail and the wife got the New York steamer. All 3 were really delicious and the whole wheat bread wasn't so dry that you felt like you needed a gallon of drink to get it down. The service was friendly and fast, I think I'll be back to try other sandwiches.

Sandwiches are good, people are friendly, they keep fresh limes/lemons stoked for the drinks. My only complaint is this location seems less clean than other locations I've been to.

In my travels I hit a lot of sandwich shops as alternatives to way too many burgers or chicken sandwiches. However, I have to honestly say I was not impressed. While the flavor profile of my choice was almost identical to other less expensive sandwiche shop, I was taken aback by how little filling was in the sandwiches. The meat did not even cover the width or length of the sandwich. I'm guessing I must have had two to three small bites that were simply bread, some dressing and a few flakes of topping and it wasn't even a small, I got the medium. It was like they give you the same meat as a small in a medium roll with more toppings. Very disappointing. I'm going back to Subway for basic sandwiches and Cheese Steak shops for that got to have beef sandwich. Actually, even Arby's piles on the meat for less...

Very different experience than we've had in the past. Went in right at 9pm, and they seemed visibly annoyed we were there. Ordered a couple of Turkey, bacon, ranch sandwiches. Not very many people in there and they took their time making them. When the order was ready, I picked them up and my sandwich was not placed together very well. Almost as if they just slapped it together. As I stated earlier, very different experience and attitude than pervious times we've gone. Hopefully this was just a one time experience, and not the new norm.

I don't like when the employees yell 1012 welcome to firehouse. I know it's policy but I still bate it. I goto a restaurant expecting to eat in peace not having someone yell 1012 welcome to firehouse every five minutes

I really like this place! The sandwiches are filling and the cookies are big! And the service is normal speed. The only thing that I would change, is nicer employees, because whenever I come in, they always look super p*ssed when I order. It makes me feel bad for coming in.

Two of the subs we ordered were amazing, however I'm only giving a two star as the third sub in the order was supposed to be a Jamaican Jerk, however we received a hot tuna sandwich, which is frankly dangerous considering there very well could have been an allergy present, furthermore with the fact their tuna is premixed and later rewarmed, I'll be suprise if my party member doesn't get sick. We will not be returning.

Firehouse is ordered to-go at least once a week in our house, everyone loves it. In fact, it’s probably the one joint my entire family gets excited about and can agree on. However, they forget something every single time. We’ve left notes on the order: “Please make sure all items are correct, thank you!”, as well as politely ask at the window to make sure everything is right. Calling and letting the store know doesn’t seem to prevent it the next time around either. Realistically, I shouldn’t have to check my order every time before driving away. At this point, it’s just extremely frustrating being consistent customers and running into the same never-ending issue. I hope this helps highlight and put more focus on order accuracy more than the notes and call-backs have. If we get a course-correction, I’ll update my review in the future.

Need to do better reading online orders. Without fail they mess something up. I say light sauce, they give a dry sandwich. I say no pickles, I get pickles. This time the pickle I didn’t want even had a hair on it. Inspect your food closely. I’ve been here several times and every time I come I am reminded why I stopped. When you spend $40 on an order for the family you expect it to be made correctly. The sandwiches are delicious when made correctly. Staff is usually pleasant. Hopefully better next time.

I recently placed a pickup order through the app, but only noticed that it was wrong once I arrived at home. Both my wife and I spoke with them on the phone and again in the store, but even with all of that, they were still not able to get the order right. They continued to ask questions even as the original order was being remade. It was on the ticket for the original order, which they seem to either be in capable of reading or refuse to do so! Either the employees here are lazy, incompetent, or spiteful. Regardless, I will be making DAMN sure my order is correct before I leave the restaurant. You should too!

My cashier, Cameron, was very friendly and very good at his job. On the other hand, he was rudely interrupted by a manager towards the end of my order. I stood there waiting for my receipt that I hadn’t received yet while this manager seemed to be so self-absorbed in whatever he was doing to acknowledge that I was still standing there. When he notices me he decides to say “what else did you want” in a tone that I did not respect. I have worked a lot with customer service, and I have to say his management skills were not up to par. I suggest he might need some more training on how to properly speak to customers if he wants to stay in management, and keep customers coming back.

I ordered the NY Steamer for my husband today. It was the worst sandwich he’s had at Firehouse subs. It’s usually very good but it was inedible today. The meat was almost all gristle and tough as boot leather. Our dog, however, enjoyed it very much.

When I walked in, the lack of enthusiasm was contagious. The staff was not friendly at all. The only person that was friendly was the young woman running the food out to cars. She saw I had a baby with me so she offered to bring my sandwich out to my car, which was very nice! However, in saying that, the staff behind the counter really needs to work on their customer service because there was none. I don't think I will be back to this location. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the sandwich was good.

I ordered online and they forgot my drink. It was a 20oz coke. When I called the manger proceeded to deny everything and basically say I was lying. She was very disrespectful and not helpful at all. I actually had to reach out to corporate for a refund for my drink. I tried repeatedly explaining I couldn’t contact Uber because I ordered it off THEIR app. Still I was met with you’ll have to contact them about it because I know there was a drink in that order. She then proceeded to blame the Uber driver for not double checking the order. I have worked in restaurants that is the restaurants job! I would not have this women in a leadership position EVER!

As much as I like subs I was really disappointed steak and cheese was more bread than meat the mustard had a good flavor but there was too much and it was overpowering. The chicken dumpling soup was mostly broth very little dumpling. Brisket sub was tasty. Macaroni was good. The restaurant itself wasn't very clean floors were dirty. The restroom wasn't clean either. Plenty of staff but the overall feeling of the dine- in experience wasn't inviting. I most likely won't be returning.

7/29/2022 5:50 PM Ordered the large steak with peppers and added mushrooms for dine in at the cashier. The order was called nearly before I sat down which is unusual. I should have complained after my first bite. Everything was barely warm especially the mushrooms. Also the portion seemed smaller (shrinkflation?) I spoke to the manager but she basically shrugged her shoulders and said she would inform her staff. I will go back as it WAS and I hope will be a good sandwich shop if management addresses their quality issues

Ordered online for delivery by DoorDash. Food arrived timely BUT I specifically requested no ranch on one of the sandwiches. It was slathered in ranch. So, my daughter was unable to eat. Waste of money and my daughter had no lunch.

I called in an order and was given a total of $26.00. When I pulled up to the window to pick my order up, I was given a different total. I questioned it and was told there was a mix up and someone else had paid for my food so they had to ring it up again. The total was still wrong and the receipt showed three sandwiches as opposed to the four I had ordered. We were told to pull around to the front and someone would bring our food out. Waited 20 minutes and finally went in. No one seemed to know what we were talking a. Finally got our food. Will definitely not be going back anytime soon.

Absolutely love the food here! However, the service from the cashier was not kind. It was a young male with ginger hair and a beard; my receipt said his name was Thomas, but I'm not sure if it's his name or not; he was not wearing his name tag (Which doesn't surprise me!) He was talking to me very immaturely and practically threw my receipt in my face. Very disappointed. However a young man named Jacob was very kind to me.

Ordered a bowl of chicken and dumplings. Got a cup of broth. Paid for a bowl. No chicken, no dumplings, no carrots, JUST BROTH!!!! Ordered a hot sub thst was not toasted, wrong items on it and tasted like yuck!!!! I threw it all away along with the $38. I spent to have it delivered! Never will eat there again or order from them!!!!!! I called to tell the manager and they just dismissed me. Terrible place, horrible food!!!!!!

I don’t eat here often bc I seem to always have a bad experience…. We have ordered at the drive through multiple times in the years we have lived here. We waited 30 minutes in the drive through today and when we got to the window we were told we cannot order at the window “because there is no menu board you can’t order” according to the district manager who was not kind at all. I explained that there was no sign stating that we could not order so how were we supposed to know that? She did not care. I asked for corporates number and was dismissed.

I'm a disabled veteran, I pulled up to the drive through and tried to place an order. Apparently that's not allowed! The girl was rude and told me I had to drive around and come in to place an order. I ended up placing my order on the mobile app and drove back up to the window. One of my sandwiches was made wrong, of course we didn't realize until we got home, so my son wouldn't eat what they decided to make. Absolutely horrible service for over priced food. I understand now you can't place an order at the window but it would have been nice for the clerk to offer a solution instead of just being nasty. There was nobody in line inside or at the window btw. So some lady called me from firehouse subs didn't tell me who she was and was extremely rude. Firehouse just lost a customer!!

They put my single sub order behind a 36 sub order. Which the person working said there should be a limit but apparently there isn’t. They have 10-15 people working, they take an overly long time to make their sandwiches. I don’t get why it takes over 30 mins on a regular day. Jimmy John’s is much faster. I tried to get refund but the manager refused to turn around. As I was already there for over 30 mins I had to leave back for work with no sandwhich and no refund. If you want to be treated like crap, go here.

Placed order in person for a single sandwhich and then waited in the store for almost an hour while other customers orders were made who arrived as long as twenty minutes after I arrived. Service was great, however, paying $15 for a small sub with a drink and chips was incredibly disappointing. Both mine and my fiancé's subs were not just tiny but barely had any meat or sauce. If you want a good sub or just a sandwich for a better price go literally anywhere else.

Where to start? The guy taking our order seemed very new, so new he should have had someone helping him take orders. How ever he did get our order of three very stright forward sandwiches put in correctly and he was pleasant. When we received the order 2 of the 3 where correct. 1 sandwich was a completely different sandwich than what was ordered. After bring this to the attention of the guy at the register, they promptly started fixing the issue and asked if I would like to keep the wrong one. After a bit of time they did bring out the new sandwich with the correct meat on it. However this time it was missing the cheese and vegetables, it was only meat and bread. I don't understand how this is hard. You make these standard sandwich all day long. You have a cheat sheet in front of you to tell you how to make it, it's even written on the order ticket and you still get it wrong. I wasn't a dick about the order being wrong the first time and didn't say anthing the 2nd time. If they can't get it right on the 2nd try they won't do it on the 3rd. I just don't get how service and work ethic seem to have gone out the window. Not just at this restaurant but most of them. This was my first visit to firehouse subs and quite possibly my last.
