Tommy took our order behind the counter and was super sweet. He asked how our day was going and even brought over some napkins for us! I definitely will be coming back to say hi!
It was good. The chicken was cooked perfectly, so that it was still moist and not dry. First time taking my dad there and he enjoyed it as well.
Everything about this place was great from the food the the customer service! And the sauce with the chicken makes it so much better loved it first timing trying it and I will be back for sure!
As a walk in customer, you might have to wait 5 minutes. Put your order in, and it's usually ready before you get your drink filled. The order is accurate. The food is hot.The chicken is very tender! The tea is especially good!
I barely had time to fix a drink before my order was ready; nice, piping hot, and delicious. Blindingly swift service. Great and friendly staff. My first time ever at Cane's definitely blew me away

Typical canes. Great chicken and perfect crinkle fries. I hate the seats in this place, though. I'm not short by any measure, but the seats are so soft that you sink, and it feels like I'm toddler height again. Overall, it's worth reaching up to the table to grab another fry or chicken finger.
Customer service is above average. Food came quick. I really appreciate how the restaurant has local culture on the wall with sports teams jerseys & history.
i just simply love how vibrant, lively and clean this place is!!!! food’s pretty phenomenal service was prompt and people were cordial and friendly... y’all should try their chicken fingers a lil bit pricey but it’s all worth it....
My first time going! The chicken was juicy and tender but lacked any flavor! It was disappointing because I’m not a fan of the sauce- although I understand it’s wildly popular. I personally won’t be going back.
I bought 50 chicken fingers and a tray of French fries.. For a family of 10. And it was really good. The service was good they gave us lots of ketchup and lots of cane's sauce . It just took a few minutes to have our order ready also.
What can I say, it Raising Cane's. A highly recommended chicken spot; and as far as fast food chicken places go, this is one of the best. I'm not gonna argue with anyone. The flavor is there, the freshness is there, the service, cleanliness and atmosphere of a Cane's is usually top notch compared to similar places. Can't say this is the case for this location since I went through the drive through but this has been the case when I went to Cane's in the past. If you're tired of the mundaneness of Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, and the sinking quality of KFC; Try out Raising Cane's. Fun fact: The tender meals are also sandwiches if you're creative enough.
Great location, good ambience and service. Was not so impressed with the food. Tried their famous chicken fingers with secret sauce. Was nothing to write about. Fries were good. Very small portion of coleslaw.
Been awhile since my last visit but I found this place exactly as I last saw it. Chicken strips were big crunchy and juicy. I love the toast so always get extra and the fresh lemonade is always a treat. I didn’t leave hungry and will be back soon.
Normally I’d give this location a 4.5, but today I definitely had 1.5 experience 😂 how you going to undercook and under season all the food?
Today, Drive thru & inside was fairly busy. Had a four top to-go order and the only disappointment was seeing single orders going out BEFORE mine. 3 orders to be exact that were placed AFTER mine. BUT it did NOT cause, imo, a delay. It the principle tho.
Placed an order around midnight. The person at that microphone for drive thru had the most “I hate my job” vibe. No a single “anything else” just silence on the other ended until I said “hello?”. Just a bad experience.
I arrived for my curb side order. After waiting awhile I go inside and my food is sitting ready on the counter with 3 employees standing there talking. The car parked next to me had to do the same thing. I asked a girl who normally runs the orders out she said oh any of us I just didn't have a chance to yet. Mm sure didnt look like that.
Our family loves this place, thing is we usually grab our food through the drive, but this evening we decided to go inside and let’s just say was t the best experience the food is great but the service was not the front counter guy was rude and kept walking away in the middle of taking our order and yelling to another employee in the back. It was chaotic to say the least . But the food was good . We will just be doing drive thru from now on .
I come here often and yes I do know they don't give you much fries. And so i ordered an extra one. Well I looked in my box no extra fries and the amount of fries they give was little lower today. So I went back. Counter guys comes off as rude as if it were my fault and that the amount of fries is how everyone gets them and the cooks also seemed mad when she threw my food on the counter. But hey I'll be back for more soon. 1st pic. Is what they give you 2nd pic. Is an extra order of fries No biggie but dangg 9 dollars for 10 fries Edit 10+ dollars now
