What can I say except "I love it!" Raising Cane's is one of my favorite chicken joints. Ordering is simple you have 2 choices: chicken or chicken. The only question is really "How much chicken do you want?" Lobby and dining area is generally clean. It can kind of get messy during lunch rush, but what restaurant doesn't? Service is usually fast and what I love most is consistency. Whether it's the RC's in Lubbock, San Antonio, or here in Abilene, you know exactly what to expect and you'll get what you're hankering for: good ol' fried chicken and french fries.

Usually have no problems here. But today the girl taking the order for some reason could not get that we wanted a sweet tea. She kept saying I'm sorry what was that. Then get my drink and guess what not a sweet tea. To much playing around and not listening to customer.

Hi my name is angle i what to say and give a above and beyond for Jerry he was the sweetest cashier i every had i been here many times this was the best service i got here with a mother of 5 Littles ones its hard to manage getting drinks and setting up food for them to eat jerry came out behide the container and ask me did i need any home if you did't mine he got all my kids drinks etc he help me.set up the table for the kids and there food I ask him can he get me some forks and napkins and he did he had all my babys set up ready to eat my babys said to me mommy he is so nice to help us get ready to eat mommy and get are stuff for us he got us refills he even got my sissy a new kids meal because she knock hers on the floor to the Mangment of the on south clack you got a great guy here he is a gem I wish there was 100 of him in all restaurants he is a keeper I will be back to your store again ty jerry I hope the Mangment team will tell jerry ty for job well done. Raisins Canes newest store in Abilene. Our first trip there. As usual with every other Raising Canes we've ate at, the staff was friendly and went the extra mile to make your dining experience one you won't soon forget. The staff here is very friendly and the hallmark for Canes is the fact the chicken is always served hot and fresh, not sitting under some heat lamp. Their Canes sauce is the bomb. You will enjoy their food and their friendliness. A fast food restaurant that's awesome.

Talk about FAST service. Yes it is all just chicken tenders. But they’re very soft and delicious. Food is always hot, bread is warm, Canes sauce is always good too. Never spent more than 8 minutes in the drive thru or more than 5 minutes getting takeout. I always avoid the fries and cole slaw but that’s just personal preference. I’m a big guy but the 4 piece with extra bread always fills me up.

there was EIGHTEEN PEOLLE IN LINE AND IT DIDNT EVEN TAKE AN HOUR TO GET MY FOOD, sure it was just some fries and a burger but the timing has my heart , creative ketchup designs, food was mouth watering, I'm not to sure what to think about the cost but it was so worth it. I want to give a shout out to Connor! Let me just start out by saying that before I came to Raisin Canes, I went to Popeyes and tried to get a sandwich. Things were chaotic there and I left the restaurant. So I went to Raisin Canes. Before I came, there was a sports team that had come ordered 30 big box combos! It took some time to get the order ready. There was initially one person checking out but Connor stepped in and helped. I ordered a sandwich and I asked him if it had any sauce on it because lately the sandwiches hadn't tasted like the had any sauce on them. He said that I could have the sauce on the side! I was talking to him and told him about my experience at Popeyes. He seemed very pleasant and let me know what I have on my Raisin Canes card. He gave a shout out to the kitchen for a job well done on doing the 30 box combos! Connor then told the cook to make sure that my sandwich didn't have any sauce on it. I asked for his name and told him I will give him a shout out! I worked in retail for 18 years and having really managers really does make a difference. Connor seems like a really good manager.

Very clean fast service great food to eat

We made a quick trip to Abilene today and before going home decided to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. We’ve ate at multiple Cane’s in the past, however this one far exceeded any of the others. Every single staff member was attentive & kind. So much so our teenage son even commented on the excellent customer service, especially for the two gentlemen working the lobby. Food was also great, hot and fresh!

Love the fingers as they have a thin batter and great sauce.

I went late at night after driving in from Lubbock. They were really close to the hotel I was staying at, and the service was so fast. The food was just as I expected. I'm glad they were open and the food wasn't bad. I didn't get the six hours old chicken and fries. Food was hot and fresh. Thanks for that!

We love Cane’s! It’s usually always quick and can’t go wrong with the chicken fingers and fries but the Texas toast. We were in Abilene since I had to do some training for work, we decided to stop by for dinner. The whole staff was friendly and took care of us, the food was on point had no issues with it. Would definitely stop by next time when I’m in town.

Anytime we are in town, stopping here for supper is a must. My kids LOVE everything about Cane's from the food to the atmosphere. Great inside decor and the outdoor patio is nice too. Super fast service and the food is always hot and fresh!

What's not to love about Cane's? It was fast, fresh, and the workers were friendly. There isn't really much that can go wrong here. They only serve one main dish. Chicken fingers. If you don't like them, go somewhere else. If you do like them, why not give it a try? If that's all they make they have to be good at it right?

Typical canes. Great chicken and perfect crinkle fries. I hate the seats in this place, though. I'm not short by any measure, but the seats are so soft that you sink, and it feels like I'm toddler height again. Overall, it's worth reaching up to the table to grab another fry or chicken finger.

The chicken is good but the service was lacking, if people don't like the work then quit and find something else to do for money but treating customers like they are putting them out by ordering is pathetic. The menu is small, not a big variety of options like other fast food chains.

Stopped in while traveling. Never seen one of these places before. LOVED the simplicity of the menu. What you see is what you get style menu. Service is quick and friendly. Food was good. Nothing spectacular but everyone liked it. We would go back if we had the chance.

The food was good as always. The line for drive thru was moving very quick compared to other Rasing Cane's. Lost a star because I ordered unsweetened tea and when I got home it was sweetened.

Chicken tenders were great and flavorful. Cajun sauce has a nice flavor to it to but it's not for everyone. Love the toast that came the meal too! Good lemonade too!

I feel like canes hits when you are in the mood for canes but if you are just going because you ran out of ideas then its mid. Overall it gets hard carried by the sauce since the chicken is 6/10 on a good day. My main reason of giving them a 4/5 is because they came in clutch late when I get turnt on weekends.

I bought 50 chicken fingers and a tray of French fries.. For a family of 10. And it was really good. The service was good they gave us lots of ketchup and lots of cane's sauce . It just took a few minutes to have our order ready also.

What can I say, it Raising Cane's. A highly recommended chicken spot; and as far as fast food chicken places go, this is one of the best. I'm not gonna argue with anyone. The flavor is there, the freshness is there, the service, cleanliness and atmosphere of a Cane's is usually top notch compared to similar places. Can't say this is the case for this location since I went through the drive through but this has been the case when I went to Cane's in the past. If you're tired of the mundaneness of Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, and the sinking quality of KFC; Try out Raising Cane's. Fun fact: The tender meals are also sandwiches if you're creative enough.

Raising Canes Southside on a Saturday night is absolutely crazy! They have a bunch of kids working and they don’t care about service with a smile nor food temperatures, etc. Got partial chicken tenders and food was all just thrown on the plate. Have had much better service!

To me it's chicken just like another fast food chicken. The bread is the best part. But, why don't the employees get a discount or at least a certain amount of free food is beyond me. That company makes millions!!

Do you microwave the chicken at this location? I've been here three times now at this location, and it's the worst food i've had at a Raising Cane's. The chicken is always luke warm at best and the fries, too. How long does the food sit out before it's served? Nasty :( Nice people working here, though. Maybe something broke? Who knows. I'll try one more time, but not anytime soon.

Was extremely packed and the menu choices are not that great. More variety would be nice. The only thing that kept the stars for food from being lower is the Cain sauce but other than that, the chicken is not that great without it. The fries are terrible or at least this location had terrible fries. The ones in Austin seemed slightly better but probably because the fries were not cold. During my visit, drive thru, they forgot one of our meals and I had to drive back for it.

Food is always tasty at Cane and the young lady working the register wa super kind. However, the dining area was very dirty. Empty tables were dirty, floor was dirty and the drink station needed some attention. They were busy when we arrived, so maybe at a different time of day it's better.

Today, Drive thru & inside was fairly busy. Had a four top to-go order and the only disappointment was seeing single orders going out BEFORE mine. 3 orders to be exact that were placed AFTER mine. BUT it did NOT cause, imo, a delay. It the principle tho.

Dont get me wrong... canes is amazing. however.. they need to either season their flour or offer more sauce per order. its amazing food. however they blan their breading to highlight their sauce... but if you want a complete flavor throughout your dish you need to know to order and pay for extra sauce. a dish should come as is. fix it for more stars 🤷‍♂️

Crust not crispy. Bland taste. I consider myself somewhat of a chicken connoisseur as it is my favorite food and has been since childhood. This was my second time to eat at Canes. As before, I found the crust to be not crispy, which to me is an essential characteristic for Fried Chicken - fingers or on the bone. I also found the flavor to be quite bland. On the positive side, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained and the staff was very friendly and efficient. I know that Cane's Chicken is a popular eatery, but it's just not to my liking.

I ordered an UNSWEETENED tea and I even double checked with the lady at the window that it was indeed unsweet. She either didn’t know what she was talking about or didn’t care because I still got a sweet tea. I hate sweet tea which is why I went out of my way to make sure it wasn’t gonna be sweet. Y’all took forever with the people ahead of us but couldn’t slow down even a tiny bit to make sure y’all got my drink correct? That’s annoying.

The place literally doesn't get swept or have the tables wiped down. I'm pretty sure they don't have a dedicated person to go out and clean tables. If they do he should be fired.

It's definitely not lanes. 15 dollars for 6 chicken strips, fries, slaw and a drink isn't bad. They call them fingers - cool. They don't mention it's the pinky. Of my 6 'fingers' THREE were smaller than my daughters thumb. Skinny, short - more breading than meat. I understand inflation, I understand shrinkflation. The chicken tasted fine, nothing special. Fries were rather bland- the Cole slaw was excellent....main redeeming, 10/10 I'll come back for a bucket of slaw (then go down the street for chicken from somewhere else).

The young lady in the front taking our order was not the best person to be up front. She was rude and seemed to want to be somewhere else. The restaurant had just opened and I'm not too sure why she was in a bad mood but it wasn't a good look for the company. They were yelling the whole time we were there. The food was good, but if I ever go back, I'll just stick to the drive-through... Also, is the same mop being used in the back area, the same that is used in the dining area? The floor was greasy. Maybe try a floor degreaser?

Ordered a Box Combo on the drive-thru and only gave me 3 strips and fries... Left out the toast, coleslaw an extra strip and canes sauce. Dont know if they mistakenly gave me the wrong order or just simply forgot to put the rest of the food in the box. Will check the order next time.

Filthy, food from prior customers all over every table and on the floor. Oil from others customers food was so thick we were slipping as we walked, and our feet stuck to the floor. My friend slipped on the food oil trying to clean all the food pieces from her seat. Very limited menu choices and only two dipping sauces available. This was at the 3218 S Clack St, Abilene, TX 79606 location.

Glad we threw it up before we got salmonella poisoning. Place used to be the best, now the chicken is never crispy and finally it’s just not done 👍🏻Should be expected for the day after Christmas and wanting to be lazy I suppose.

Last few times I’ve been here, my order has come back wrong. I just now ordered a Dr Pepper and an extra canes sauce which cost me extra and I didn’t get the sauce and instead of Dr Pepper, I got an unsweet tea. Such a simple job to do. Cool math games did these guys no favors.

I come here often and yes I do know they don't give you much fries. And so i ordered an extra one. Well I looked in my box no extra fries and the amount of fries they give was little lower today. So I went back. Counter guys comes off as rude as if it were my fault and that the amount of fries is how everyone gets them and the cooks also seemed mad when she threw my food on the counter.
