Came in for a to go order. Nothing in particular happened with me, but while waiting I noticed just how friendly the staff was with every customer. They were all working very hard and in good spirits. You can also really tell how much the manager helps his team and and how good he is at his job! I hope y'all see this and know someone noticed that y'all are doing a wonderful job!

I hate that I can’t remember the managers name but my husband and I were just there at 4:30pm. We didn’t know the Drive up window was for online pickup only 🤦‍♀️ The manager was so kind and joked around with us. he still took our order and had it ran out to us. Hope he has a great rest of his day!

Amazing food, amazing service, slightly pricey but worth the money and time. The Cashier was extremely helpful and polite and the cooks in the back did show a sense of urgency yet took the time to confirm our order was ready and accurate. Will recommend and absolutely will return!

We had a small catering order that was delivered to ACU softball field. Ray was amazing in getting our order and making sure we had everything we needed. He even followed up after our order was delivered to see if everything went well and also to check to see if we won our games!! Great service and great food! We highly recommend using McAlister's for your catering needs!!

Everyone was really happy and helpful! The regional manager Sandy and a new employee De’asyia rang up my moms and I order. I asked for a salad that is no longer on the menu. Sandy was quick to say they can still make that for me. Her knowledge of the old menu was spot on! If I would of realized how long it would of took to ring that non menu item up I would of never asked for it. They were so funny and nice as they took 4 whole minutes with my complicated order, which by they way I asked them to 86 the ham and bacon and add extra others. They genuinely were not bothered by helping me. Thank you both. I’ll definitely be back to try something on the menu!

Food is always exceptional but that's not why they get 5 stars today. We were overcharged for something and even though we had no idea that we had been overcharged 5 bucks, they came to our table to explain everything. That was something that they didnt have to do, but they looked out for their customer and I can't appreciate that more. Thanks, keyannas doing a great job and running a great team!!!

I stopped in to get a bite to eat as I have to eat with my medicine im on right now and decided to keep it simple and light and went with the choose 2 and got the ham and cheese sandwich with a cup of potato soup and boy it hit the spot, but even that didnt come close to the excellent customer service from the lady at the counter to the manager of the establishment. They will have me as a regular from here on.

They recently renovated their store so the inside is very nice. Anytime we go the lobby has always been clean and the customer service has always been amazing. They are always nice and the food is served quickly and is always fresh.

Nice easy-going place to pickup some dinner. Staff members are always friendly. Food is tasty.

We visited with a large group to celebrate a birthday. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, and the food was fabulous. Initially, ordering was slow as the person seemed newer to the role. When the manager jumped in, it went much quicker. Savannah salad is my new favorite, and I've gotten it the last three times I've been here.

Update, Several months later I went back and it seems this place has turned around quite a bit. I would say it is now on par with how a Macalisters Deli should be. This place is a train wreck. They seriously need to hire more employees. Waited 15+ mins just to be seen, after I had already called in my order! Still had to wait for my order even after calling it in. Nothing against the employees, they just need to better manage and hire more than the 2 people i saw working.

Service was good. Nice and friendly staff. Had the veggie spud. It was good. There were not to many people at the time we were there at 11.

Truly think all restaurants shoukd understand or learn to help people with hearing impairment. I was really upset with the portion. And the struggle to place an order. Learn basic all or have pen n paper n learn English.

Pretty decent place to have lunch.

Food was great and prepared well. The resteraunt was clean and organized. The soda fountain at the side the drinks were flat and the heat was put during our visit but maintenance issues happen.

Good eats and good tea. Today was much better than a previous visit. However, McAlister's was out of baked potatoes. The good part, the mgr chose to pull a baked potato from the call-in online menu to fill our order.

Got a French dip sandwich, it was delicious. Got a king club, also delicious. Then for the sides we got steamed broccoli and bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Steamed broccoli was good but bland, needed salt and butter, neither of which we had as our order was to go. The broccoli cheddar soup was very very watered down. The sandwiches were 5 star, 1 side 4 star, 1 side a 1 star.

The food taste great and they had quality service. However, I do believe that it is a little pricey. My lunch for two people which was a king club sandwich and a grilled chicken wrap with the side soup was $28. Then they ask for a tip for takeout food, It was takeout. Nonetheless, I will go back but wish the prices weren’t so much.

Window service fluctuates depending on who's working. I've had some great, friendly window service and other times, pretty bad. It just depends. Food quality has been great. Tastes great. Consistent every time. I always get the Mccallister's club with chicken tortilla soup. Excellent. Place is always clean!

The reason I’m only leaving four stars is because I was trying to do an online order and it said a lot of things were not available so I called in and there were several things available that had not been updated on the website so I was not able to order online.. They encourage you to order online so they should do better at keeping everything updated on the website. I’m sure this turns away a lot of business because it looks like they’re out of everything that they really have in stock. The prices are a bit high too.. Thank you

So in this updated review the Cobb salad was outstanding and good service. Best meal I have had there. Perhaps they changed managers but definitely an improvement...

Great food but reeeeallly long wait at the drive thru to get your food. And every time we get a salad, they always forget the dressing or the pickles or items specifically requested to be on the order when we placed it online.

Servers were rude an extremely slow. Food was mediocre with not much flavor. The ices tea was pretty good. Would be 2 stars if it wasn't for the good tea and that no one batted an eye at me for open carrying.

We ordered a Reuben sandwich. The bread was toasted but the meat was cold and there was very little slaw and sauce. As usual, the tea was great.

Food is still good, but they always seem to be short handed and have new people. Took 25-30 min to get food for a to-go order and they were not particularly busy. Usually they include pickles with the sandwiches, but none were included and anyone's order. Overall I rate this experience as "okay", alas it is a far cry from where they used to be for speed, quality, and service.

Was between lunch and dinner employees were screaming and playing around tables dirty a older gentleman who must hang out here alot picked up all the dishes on the dirty tables one of the girls thanked him.the girl who took my order couldnt stop clacking her nails on the counter. Had to request about the rest of my order one girl seemed bothered by my request for sour cream with my potato. Food was ok no ice in the tea. Could use some management very unprofessional to be laughing screaming and running in and out.Not one employee came out to wipe down tables having to much fun in kitchen on there phones playing.

The employees were nice however having more than one person on a register would have made things nicer. I ordered my sweet tea with easy ice so that I had something to actually drink instead of a cup of ice with a touch of tea...however I had maybe an inch of ice in my cup. I understand the warm tea will melt done if the ice but this is Texas in the summer. I ordered my regular orange cranberry club to-go. When I opened my box I was extremely disappointed to see that all of my bread on my club was burnt. I tried a few bites to see if I could just bear through it but the burnt taste was over powering. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and have unfortunately seen what could happen to returned food so I never bothered.

Staffing appeared a couple people short, but the three on duty were working hard. Long wait to place order and get food.

The past three times that we have gone to the South Side McAlister's the salad has been bad. Spoiled lettuce and the sandwich bread with super dry. What has happened to this location? The worst that I have experience in a long time. I used to love going to McAlister's.

The North side location is going down hill. I have weekly lunches here with my father and we have ended up with items that aren't suppose to be in our sandwich or spud just to have an employee say "I don't even know" or have an attitude for forgetting a side.

This was not my first time eating here. The food was not nearly as good as it was in the past. The bread was stail as if it had been laying out all day. The tea was not fresh.

Super disappointed in our to go order this evening. Not the correct size of soup, didn’t get the chips in one of our sandwich orders. The other meal was a pick 2, I upgraded my soup which wasn’t upgraded and my sandwich barely had anything on it. They close at 9 and it just felt rushed and thrown together even though we picked it up at 8:15.

Went for the 1st time the other night and got the pick two. Club sandwich and crab n corn soup. My sandwich was a little bit of meat and cheese and a ton of lettuce. My soup was ok and it was not garnished with bacon and green onion like it said. My tea was good. For 12.50 for what I got I think I’ll go some where else. No impressed. Pretty disappointed.

The customer service and food quality, as well as quantity, has really gone down in the last year. Used to be my favorite place to grab a salad. Now the portions are small, they frequently give you the wrong order, and the restaurant was not clean at all the last time we were in. I really hope they pull it back together.

I have never left a negative review, but I have to this time. I do not recommend the call ahead drive thru if you are in a hurry. Today I waited for almost 15 minutes in line behind two other cars for my call in order. This is the second time in a row I have had to wait too long in their drive thru on Clack. Something needs to be fixed.

Ordered food online, it took almost an hour for it to be ready and half of the order was completely wrong. Staff was friendly though and food was yummy!

In Town for a pool tournament wanted something to eat didn't know if they were open cause the outside are not on. Came to the door to find out they were open so I entered, the manager at the register was rude the girl who brought the food out you couldn't understand anything she said I got the French dip sandwich and the meat in it was burned and my salad had brown pieces of lettuce in it. The only thing good was my sweet tea. I will not be visiting this establishment again...

Appearance was better than usual and it didn't smell, food was ok but customer service not so much. My table was nasty and not once did anyone come by my table to ask if I needed anything. I watched everyone around me get asked if they needed anything and be provided with what they asked for. A few times, I thought someone was coming my way but they turned away. I did speak to the manager, sorry was given and I went on my way. I just wanted to make it known so that it doesn't happen again. Bright side, I ordered freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, which is the ONLY reason that I go here and they were amazing!

Came in last week and was by far impressed. Dirty tables as far as the eye can see (only a handful of clean tables), employees on their phone, no sign of management anywhere, it was a pretty sad scene. The lady in front of us happened to be complaining about the time she’d been waiting for her food as she’s going to be late back to work; funny as there where only five or so tables, saw six employees, one order on the expo screen and two orders being prepared to be taken out. As we paid the cashier Heather informed us our food would be out shortly even though we called ahead and placed the order some ten minutes before hand. Anyways after waiting 25 minutes we went back up to get our money back and what do you know our food was right there! Only reason why I give them two stars is that we ended up receiving our money back after waiting probably as long as the lady who complained in front of us and the food was half decent. Next time when we want Jason’s or McAlister’s we’ll choose the right choice. We ordered 3 kids meals and one adult meal. They left out a whole entire kids meal! And didn’t give us the correct sides. The grilled cheese was soggy . The adult sandwich didn’t have cheese, which basically makes the sandwich! Absolutely horrible!

Did on line order for Angus Spud only had beef and half slice of onion, no cheese or au jus, half the potato was burnt. Chipotle spud was over cooked and could only eat the very center. When tried to call the phone automatically hung up when 3 was pushed to speak with someone. When called back and pushed 1 to get through, hopefully to someone, was answered by some one not at that store. Supposedly transferred and after 20 minutes the system hung up. Every online order we have done has been incorrect. I will not be ordering from here again.

Before I begin, let me say that I constantly visit McAlisters Deli locations all over Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas and have NEVER has a bad experience u til this location. Worst. Service. Ever. The girl at the counter clearly had no idea how to do her job. The restaurant was out of ice and straws. The girl took forever with every menial task. She was doing small line work and cleaning while customer stood in line. The restaurant was filthy. The manager of this location should be ashamed. Luckily I was starving or I would have gone elsewhere.

Every time I place an online order the broccoli cheddar soup always has chunky cheese/not melted all the way, the soup cup is half way full and the fruit cup comes basically all melons and cantaloupe. Not worth the price I pay and I’m disappointed every time.

Could be the worst experience ever, I watched as scores of people waiting over an hour not getting there food, get refunds. plates were being stacked on each other from the kitchen, pushing food off into plastic ware bins. We waited 45 + MINUTES, asked for it to go. Looks as though my food was pushed off counter or smashed. See attached picture. I will not ever go here again.......

Dirty dining area! While waiting for our food a roach crawled across our table, instead of leaving we switched to a different table but there weren't many to chose from because SO many tables atill have food on them (wasn't even busy at all) and food all on floor. If the dining area looks this way I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen area looks like. Never eating here again.

Horrible service. Tried to go in and they said we couldn't come in at 10:30 ( which is when they open) because of catering orders. They've said this every Monday at 10:30. Supposed to open at this time, get my order wrong every time we come in, no respect towards others, very rude.

Picked up and order yesterday under my husbands name. My husband called everything in. Well my daughter wanted a spud. Plain only cheese. They didn’t informed my husband that when he called in. Not until he got to the window. So they told him they were out. And he said substitute the spud for Mac and cheese. My husband didn’t check the bag. He also didn’t check the receipt. We didn’t have any of our chips. And then I noticed on the receipt they charged us for 3 Mac and cheese. I called and the girl said that’s how they charge???? I told her that’s ridiculous!!! And we had no chips! And charge for 3 scoops of Mac and cheese??? Wth are they using to scoop 3 scoops of Mac and cheese? A tablespoon???? I know for a FACT we ordered Mac and cheese as a side before and was only charged the .99 and on the online menu! Shows .99. Attached are pictures of the small container that they supposedly gave 3 scoops of Mac and cheese. More of 3 table spoons and the receipt with them charging 3 Mac and cheese. On yelp. Since I can’t attach on google If your going to charge for 3 Mac and cheese. Fix your menu! Oh wait! The menu is right. Y’all just rip off!

We arrived around 2:30 and the place was filthy. Most tables were dirty, floors dirty too. I saw 2 different staff members eating in the kitchen. One guy didn’t wash his hands after eating and changing gloves. Just because you put gloves on and your hands are dirty don’t mean your gloves will stay clean!

Ordered 2 drinks, 2 cookies, cold sandwich & loaded nachos. No lemon for tea, made us wait over 30 minutes and then forgot nacho chips. Don't waste your time or money.

I was there the other day and ordered to go, got home and began to eat my chicken caeser wrap and while I was eating it I felt something stringy on my food. It was a long dirty blonde hair!!! Disgusted, I opened my wrap and I found another one! Worst experience and may not go back.

Worst service imaginable for online. Judge ely better. This is the second time i sat at window for 10 minutes before anyone helped me, they got my order almost completely wrong, and the food i got tasted old and stale. Complete waste of money. Tell your staff to do their jobs.

Unacceptable. On my second trip to this location. (everybody has a bad day every now and then...so I gave them a second chance) I found the place, untidy, the person taking orders walked away when I got to the counter, only for somebody else to finally take my order... it took FOREVER....and I was given attitude. On my first trip, a few weeks ago, I ordered the McAllisters club wrap, and could LITERALLY knock on the table with the hardness of the wheat wrap. The "manager" asked me how everything was....I knocked on the table with the wrap...she responded: "Was it not fresh"?....no. She shrugged her shoulders and wondered off. On trip #2. My order FINALLY was ready, (the place was only lightly crowded) I asked if there was a spoon in my to-go order for my soup. I was told they were out of spoons. I said: "Oh, WONDERFUL"..I'll just eat soup with my fork". He just turned and wondered off. I realize my business, (or lack of...) will not cripple this location, but that's the last time I'll darken their doorstep again!

Sorry But this store has greatly declined. It was dirty, bad service. No hair nets or facial hair nets. Made fun of my order, because as they said: gross who likes saurkraut? Only customer but took 20 minutes for two sandwiches. The store had employees standing around visiting with friends, eating and drinking in the kitchen. Tables all unkempt with the plates of customers long gone. Tomatoes in the salad were mushy! That means they were old. I won't be going back unless new Adult management comes back. Sorry, not Sorry. Money wasted

Edited: this restaurant has really taken a turn I went today. Told the cashier we would be outside, because there was not a table available. They were either full of people or of trash/not bussed off and wiped. Waited 45 minutes still no food. We went back inside and they finally bussed a table but did not wipe it down. I had to take wipes out of my purse and wipe table and chairs. This is not ok. Went up to the cashier and asked about my food. It was just sitting on the counter. Food was not hot at all so it had been sitting for quite sometime. I understand getting busy but I paid and should get to eat warm food. Then right before leaving I went to grab a refill and an employee is cussing and yelling at another employee. This is completely unacceptable! There were children in the restaurant, there were other customers there. And this is not how anyone should confront an employee regardless what happened. Go to the back, go to the office anywhere but right infront of your clients. Very disappointed! One of my favorite places to eat, and we will not be back. Wow, this is a great mcalisters service is amazing. We got our food very quickly and staff was very helpful

Disappointing visit to this McAlister's. Mainly because the service was very slow because there was only 1 person taking orders even though they appeared to be properly staffed. Line had 8-12 people and someone should have stepped up. The worst part is that the place was not clean and smelled bad. The restrooms both male and female were simply put, Nasty! Only good experience was one of the staff was on break eating her lunch and when we were leaving she said "Have a blessed day." I was traveling from Dallas and will not be back to this store.

Went at lunch -Waited 40 minutes for food, which gave me 5 minutes to eat and get back to work. $15 for 3 bites because I had to get to work.Every table was dirty and piled with dishes.

Every single time I give McAlister’s Deli a shot, they prove my point that they are unhygienic, slow to get food out & have poor customer service. Today, we went in, & we looked around & saw that there were a few teams from out of town being served. We knew our plates might take longer than usual to get out. 5...maybe 10 minutes. 45 minutes pass & many people are asking to switch their orders to to-go & for refunds because their orders are still behind the team’s! Yes, it can be hard to get food out, but there were plates just sitting there in the window. I heard one employee tell a customer that he’d have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for his meal. This guy came in AFTER us!!! If this employee knew that it’d take a long time to get our orders out, why wouldn’t they say anything to customers BEFORE they order?? All of the tables were messy, & every time I actually wind up getting my food, there’s a hair or two to garnish. We got our refund, but I’m over McAlister’s. 🤷🏽‍♀️

They REALLY need to work on their communication skills & service! While I was at work Friday I ordered lunch from this location. When I got there they told me they were out of two of the items that I had ordered! I got my money back but this is UNACCEPTABLE! Here's a suggestion, if you are out of something that a customer has ordered call them so that they don't waste their time & gas driving all the way to your restaurant....

Very disappointed with our experience. I placed an online order for 7 people for a family get together. They contacted me because they were out of baked potatoes, which is fine, so I contacted that family member & contacted the store back. Not a big deal. They were nice about it. The order came on time. It was a very easy order. 2 rubens, 3 french dip with extra roast beef, a king club & a kid's meal. We recieved 1 ruben, 1 something with corn & beans, 3 French dips, 2 were burnt, & none of them had extra roast beef. The king club was supposed to come with mac n cheese & there was about a1/3rd of a container. I paid over $90 for this meal. This was for my mother's 73rd birthday, because she loves rubens. Sadly, I will be searching for a new place for rubens before her next birthday.

Well today i went to grab some lunch before work. Pull up at like 3:15 pm aint a car one in the parking lot. Go in to order and stand there waiting for a good 5 minutes and no one comes up to take my order. Stand there a few more minutes and see a guy on his phone and still no acknowledgement that i am there. So i left. Sad to say they just lost a customer.

The BLT sandwiches were good. But I also got a country potatoes soup and it was spoiled and my husband got the dollar salad with his and he said it has a fishy taste. So really wasn't pleased with it and there were only 3 people working I felt bad for the guy running the front. He was having to take orders at front counter and the drive thru window and clean the tables and serve the food..but he kept a smile on his face the whole time and he was very polite and never complained and was very apologetic about the soup.

Most of the tables are not wiped down. Bathroom is out of paper towels. Cleanliness should come first while handling our food as well as the entire restaurant environment. No paper towels in the bathroom means they wash their hands and then touch the door knob to exit... think about that.

I've been to this MCALLISTER several times for lunch. Their always out of spuds and frankly the food is never prepared well. MCALLISTER used to be my favorite go to, but it's a place to avoid unless I have no other choice. Sad how this restaurant is being managed. The turn over is ridiculous. No worries last try won't be back !!!!

All male crew. Called in order for a sandwich and a bag of chips. Did not get my pickle. Waited 20 minutes to go get my order that was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. Dinning room empty drive thru empty. Ordered a cookie also. When I arrived they said they ran out,but over the phone they had SOME. Front counter guy was lost confused. A guy came up front and balled up napkins and threw them in with my order. The whole transaction and visit was unprofessional and I'm a regular at that location.

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but after the amount of times this McAlister's has messed up my order makes me hopeful that my review will be heard and lead to some sort of change. I really do like the food here, and have been coming to this location consistently for the last 2-3 years (but have since stopped because of how often they mess things up and the long wait times.) I have some food allergies (that makes McAlister's one of the few takeout spots that I can consistently eat), but almost most every other time that I come here they have to remake my order because they put at least one of the items that I'm allergic to on the sandwich. I always have to check to make sure nothing is put on the sandwich that I can't have, even though I always reorder the EXACT same sandwich through the app every time that has the ingredients I can't have removed. It wouldn't be so bad if the wait times weren't as bad as they are either. I understand that things get messed up occasionally when things are busy... but I'm so fed up with having to wait 20 minutes to get a sandwich that has to be completely remade. I have had absolutely no problems with the way I've been treated by the staff when they realize the mistakes, and they are generally very accommodating to fix the mistake... I have just stopped coming to this McAlister's all together because it has become a waste of my time & they seem to always mess something up.

I wish I could leave a worse review... Just moved to Texas, been here less than a week and my new bride recommended this DISGUSTING restaurant! Faculty was nice but They expected me to give them a tip when I haven't even tasted the food or experienced their service! I gave them $0.01 on my debit card. Let me tip on my experience!!! Well, y'all are going to get tips based on this! I ordered French dip. Nearly a half an hour later it finally came out to the table and my French dip sandwich was cold! The au jus sauce? That was semi-warm... SOMEBODY PURPOSELY LEFT THIS WAITING for some reason! I'm guessing they didn't get a tip that they DIDN'T deserve... CURSE THIS WRETCHED RESTAURANT!!! NEGATIVE ⭐'s IF I COULD!!! If I was Texas I'd embarrassed by this restaurant!!!!!¡!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRID FOOD AND RESTAURANT!!!! FYI, MY TABLE WAITERS WERE AWESOME! 🤘🏼 😡HORRIBLE RESTAURANT! DO NOT GO! 😡

Should have known by ALL the dirty dishes on the tables, but hey!! 10 minutes was not close to the wait time, more like 30-40 minutes. Ran out of food we were told?? Then once we did get food, the baked potato was not hot, didn't melt the better. Had to ask for sour cream when I ordered the loaded potato. Asked for the pickle, didn't receive it. Husband said NO ONIONS on his sandwich, received onions on sandwich. Very disappointed 😞 😔

Worst McAllister's I've been to in awhile. The food took almost 20 minutes and they only informed us after we sat down that they were out of the soup I ordered. My friends' food both came out cold and my soup was lukewarm at best. Everything tasted fine but could have gone through a microwave and been better. The communication between the staff and customers was poor. At least they have good tea.

I went here craving their signature stuffed spuds at 4:50 on Saturday. Had to walk over some debris to get in the front door. Ray, the manager, told me it would be a 40 minute wait, cuz he just put the potatoes in. I settled for sandwiches and a tea and looked for a place to wait. The first 3 tables I checked were all dirty. I was the only customer there. I watched new staff arrive at 5pm and Ray left. At 5:05 I stood up to get someone's attention. I was still the only customer there. At 5:11 I finally flagged down an employee. She found my order sitting in the drivethrough window. It was marked online. No I won't be going back.

Only had two customers in the store when order was placed. Had to repeat order 3 times, then waited 21 min for room temp food being delivered by an unenthusiastic worker.

The last 5 times I've been to this location they messed up my order. I got a veggie sandwich but they added jalapeños and olives without me asking for it.

If I could leave no stars I would. When I placed my order; I had to repeat it four times. Food came out extra late. People that ordered after me got their food before me. When the person gave me food was rude. Just dropped off food and left. I really wish owner would see reviews. Sad can not get decent service.

Go to order from any mcalisters is a spud max, but this location made it inedible. The bacon was burned, and the ham had a strange texture that I couldn’t fully chew it. There was no green onion or black olive toppings on it either. Based on other reviews i believe this mcalisters is a no go.

For the love of god i have been in more times when they're out of spuds than when they actually have them. Potatoes aren't expensive its absolutely stupid they cant keep extra stock when thats half the menu.

We walked in and the restaurant was relatively empty, placed our order, got our number, and sat down. THIRTY minutes later, we start looking around, and go up to the counter to ask about our food. It had been sitting in the window for a while. We brought our own food to our table, and it had been sitting out in the window for so long, the Mac and cheese had congealed and my potato was cold. Absolutely worst experience ever and will not be back.

My wife and I just moved back to Texas and she totally recommended this place! After church last week we stopped by for lunch... Can't remember what she ordered but I ordered French dip & we waited for about 35 minutes with no food delivered to the table. When the food finally came out, French dip was cold to the touch & FOUL to the mouth!!! It's like our sandwiches had been ready but waiting for 20 minutes or more and then eventually delivered to the table... HORRIBLE service & no apologies by the staff!!! PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO EAT! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! 😡 PS - On a side note, our hostess who took our order, she was a LOVELY older lady and completely friendly!!! Everything else was HORRIBLE!!!

Never again! Food was cold, and there was paper inside my sandwich. The rice and beans was more like a soup. The manager skipped our table completely when he went around greeting all the other tables. Not worth the $40 dollars.

Went in to place a to go order, they were out of spuds. Ordered a French Dip. When I got home, the sandwich was so overdone, the bread was burnt and hard as a rock and no dipping sauce. Tired calling the store, number has been disconnected!!
