Quick with getting new pizzas cooked and has a great selection, with an optional custom pizza of your pick. Works great for families with kids under 3, because they eat free. I have two kids 3 and under, and them eating free has been a lifesaver. That, plus the great service, has led to this becoming our restaurant of choice when we go out to eat.

Place was busy so as far as I can tell, they have a pretty good team there. The tables were clean and the food was hot and fresh. You already know what the food tastes like, so I'm highlighting the important stuff.

I brought my four children for dinner and thought the salad bar was excellent! The restaurant was clean. I probably will dine there in the future. But I have to give a shout out Jesenia because she was so nice and made this such a great help and all the staff that was there that night, it was packed and they handle it like a champ

I really like stopping in here when I come to Abilene. The employees are friendly. They keep the seating area cleaned. The keep the pizzas filled and with a good selection. I'll definitely be back again.

We arrived with a group of 52 students and staff on the way home from a sophomore biology trip to Big Bend. We did call ahead to notify the staff that we would be arriving. The staff were kind, courteous, quick, and friendly. Thank you so much for taking care of our group! We left full and happy!

The food is hot and freshly made. The buffet line is never empty. Custom pizzas are out quickly. Their cleanliness is excellent and gloves are available for every trip to the buffet. I felt confident dining here despite it being a buffet in covid times. The manager is always on the ball when it comes to keeping the line full of fresh and hot pizza.

Always a good time. Clean dining room, fast cook times, friendly staff. We took our family on a Monday night with the $5 per person coupon. There was a staff member, I wish I could remember his name, who sang to me to ask to take our plates and he pretty much made my day. I could tell he was embarrassed but he made a little magic happen and the world needs more of that. (Manager if you're reading this, he's a tall guy with dark brown hair and a good sense of humor. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The dining area was well kept and clean. Never had to wait more than a few minuets for any of the items at the buffet. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a casual evening out.

The manager and the rest of the staffs were so accommodating. We called them to ask if they are willing to accommodate us since we will arrive 30 minutes before they close. They said yes and even prepared more pizzas to serve us (25 people). When it was closing time, we asked them if we can just stay for 15 more minutes and they were perfectly ok with it. They even gave us the rest of the pizzas so our students can have something to eat as late night snakcs. Kudos to Lesly and the rest of the staffs!!!!

Good experience. The food was pretty good. There were a lot of people on a Friday night, so it was a bit loud, but they did a good job of keeping the pizza stocked and fresh. The desserts kept running out (except for the brownies, which were a bit dry), but overall, it was a great time with friends. Good food, especially for the price.

***UPDATE BELOW*** So I guess they don't do pizza requests anymore, been sitting here for an hour, have asked twice for a certain pizza and my daughter even asked and still no pizza, even though they said it will be right out, may have to take my kids back to Potter's Pizza cause at least I know that I will get my order there. ***UPDATE*** After 3 weeks we decided to give it another try. Firstly, I want to say, Santiago went out of his way to make it right, which we weren't expecting. The service was back to phenomenal, very attentive and on point. Special requests were filled quickly and accurately. The food was the BEST it's been in MONTHS!

I haven't had cicis since the pizza was 3.99$ for the all you can eat. It has now gone up so much! Too expensive but the pizza, salad, and desserts are still on point. The gameing area requires a card no longer uses coins that was disappointing since I only wanted to play one game and the card requires more money than I was willing to spend.

It sucks there is no changing table in the restroom because it's a "family restaurant," and i saw multiple little ones there.

We were driving through Abilene and decided to stop at this Cici's. Well worth it!!! The pizza was so good! My favorites were definitely Buffalo chicken, pepperoni, and apple. The cinnamon rolls were great too. Great experience overall, would recommend.

Such a nostalgic feeling coming in to a cicis and it’s a great deal. I haven’t been to many different cicis but this one kept the pizzas fresh and had a decent selection. They even offer a unique ranch pasta I haven’t seen at my local cicis in Dallas. Also, dont miss out, you can request a special “any way you want it” pizza up at the counter! I recommend an Alfredo w/ pepperoni and Canadian bacon. This isn’t gourmet Italian pizza and pasta but if you want a quick buffet or feeding a family; you can always rely on Cicis.

I just enjoy their buffet and love to eat a salad buffet also, with my meal. For me, it is a good value. It's all fresh and the pizzas are hot.

It is a great place to take kids and let them have fun choosing what type of pizza they want and then allow them to go play. The only complaint I might have would be that the table was so wobbly that we had to be careful not to spill our drinks by just putting our plates on it?

The staff did a great job to accommodate so many big hungry bodies after an inflow of hungry linemen, after a lineman challenge event. They worked hard to keep the food coming, and everyone well fed. Especially for not having prior notice. Everyone just happened to choose Cicis that day, and they did their best!

Noisy, I can't hear myself talk, because of the game machines and hollowing kids, they need to completely enclose the game room from the dining area..not an enjoyable dinner.... at all..I love their pizza , but I can't stand all that racket, you can't even talk with your company...would be nice if you could do something about the situation..I may have to eat at another pizza place.., otherwise...

My family loves this spot, bit it's definitely not my favorite since I need to eat healthy...lower carb, lower glycemic index foods. Family loves all you can eat format at the variety of foods at a good cost. Wish there were no TVs, though, as the kids are so focused on TV the whole time we are there.

I think the only reason that I didn't give any higher stars, is because while the pizza was very good, it tastes very similar to Littler Caesars crazy bread. Because there are many factors that could contribute, don't let that deter you! The pizza was very good and that doesn't make me not want to go back.

Knowing what you are paying for should always reflect one's review and I believe for the price, Cici's is pretty good! Could it be better? Of course...but the price would need to reflect that as well! If you want a clean cheap place to throw down some pizza, salad, breadsticks, pasta, soup, AND dessert for the whole family included...as well as maybe play a few games OR send your kids over so you can have some grown up talk...this a great place to try! If you don't see what you want on the bar the cooks are more than happy to whip it up for you. It's clean, it's cool, and it's affordable. Not to mention it tastes pretty good as well :-)

My 9 yr son and l had dinner at Cicis Pizza, and the pizza was looked/tasted fresh, warm, the salad bar was well stocked, and the pasta was great. The brownie dessert and cinnamon rolls were delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

Definitely deserves a solid 4.5 stars because of the service of keeping the buffet well stocked even when busy. And they cleaned tables quickly. I will be taking my family here again sometime.

Didn't realize they updated the place. The arcade is much bigger and has a lot more fun games. I had the lunch buffet and it was pretty good. They didn't have that much of a variety but I really enjoyed the salad bar. Dessert could of been a little better, the cinnamon rolls were just a little hard.

Food was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was okay, and enjoyable. Had the restaurant been clean I would have rated it five stars, but when the floor is littered with trash okay is the best description I can give.

The food was about what you'd expect for a buffet-styled pizza place. The staff was very nice and were happy to assist and answer questions. Some of the pizza had been there a while, but they eventually switched it for new ones. If the pizza had been more fresh, maybe would have rated them 4 stars from service alone but with the quality of the food even given the price, it just didn't reach the standard. P.S. The food was what you would expect from a low priced pizza buffet, nothing to write home about but gets the job done. Cleanliness was my biggest issue with this place. There were flies going in and out of the tea spigot, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom was on par with a run down gas station bathroom. In addition to this they only have one drink station tucked in a corner that causes lines to form while getting your drink. Overall not impressed.

Went to eat at this place. Food was ok, but they need to have more pizza backup. I had to wait for a particular kind I wanted , waited like 15 to 20 minutes .

Walk in paid The price was fair. Looks good remodeled. I think you shot yourself in the foot. Loved the bigger better arcade but not at the expense of all the noise and less seating space. Stood around for ten minutes looking for a table. I had to join the crowd and wait for someone to leave then ask the one guy busing the tables to clean the tables so we could sit to eat. What use to be a peaceful place to go eat is not so anymore. The guy that buses the table well getting onto my kids is my job if they were doing something you didn’t like please talk to me the parent first. I can barley hear my thoughts while I eat. Doubt they know I’m here everyone is just going through the motions. If you want to improve location would be key and more seating less noise.

Short staff or something. Very little food out, and it was very slim choices of what was offered. At lunch time there needs to be better options. Several customers complained they were cutting food cost at the expense of the customer. People were literally standing at the counter trying to get some food before it was all gone because there was not enough.

Fun for kids good price for a buffet.

The pizza was good. But a couple of slices tasted weird. However I have been sick to my stomach since. But not sure why. This was the only thing I have eaten. So with that said some of the pizza was good. The salad bar was a delicious except the tomatoes didn't taste as fresh. Going to wait a few months and hopefully try again.

Ordered take out. This is what I told my family: "not very good, not very bad." Only reason why we chose Cicis was because they offered a mac and cheese pizza. It was average. Also got their spinach/Alfredo pizza and buffalo chicken pizza. I've had MUCH better spinach Alfredo pizza. The buffalo chicken pizza was good. When I went in to grab my order, the employees greeted me and took care of me right away. The place was clean inside.

Staff was kind. The food had been left out too long. All but two of the pizzas were hard as rocks. So were the brownies. Food should be tossed not left on the heater to harden when no one is eating it. The staff did tell me they can make whatever pizza I want so that was nice. The fresh pizza was great but there were only two fresh ones. The chicken soup barely had any ingredients in it, 90% broth. Maybe I came at a bad time.

I love CiCi’s and I’ve been eating there since I was a toddler but I was a bit disappointed this time when I ordered a spinach and mushroom deep dish pizza and they didn’t give me my mushrooms even though I paid extra for it. I’ve ordered this at least 1000 times and this was the first time they got it wrong. The pizza was still delicious but I’m disappointed that I didn’t get my mushrooms. Instacart won’t let me give a proper review so I’m writing it here.

We love going to Cici's & have been to several all around Texas. It was our first time going there and sadly I wasn't impressed. When serving ourselves there was not one pizza fresh & hot. So I waited and decided to get a salad. Everything was fresh there until I got to salad dressings. Both ranch dressing bottles was almost completely empty and my favorite dressing (Thousand Island) completely finished. I just found it amusing because I counted 5 employees all around in the area chatting up a storm since the moment we arrived. Talking loud and laughing loud. Come on, why couldn't they keep up with things instead of doing all that talking. I'm pretty sure there was a few more employees in the back room as well. Before we left, I went to the restroom and it was a mess! Toilets dirty and no soap in the dispenser. If you're going to have that many employees at 4pm on a Friday before the dinner rush, someone should have been cleaning up that restroom! I'll admit this is not the first Cici's I've been to that was like this but I have been to much better and cleaner ones too. I do believing in giving second chances 🤞so here to hoping next time will be better with this restaurant.

Not too good on pizza choice but had a great salad. Manager called me a few days later and offered for us to come back in for a better visit. We stopped by on a busy Sunday afternoon we definitely had a better visit.

I've been to a lot of CiCi's and this one was the worst by a long shot. And not because of the staff either. They were friendly and helpful! The pizza was terrible! The cinnamon rolls were delicious, the salad was really good and fresh, and the entire bar area was clean and presentable. The dining room was not clean and the pizza, like I said, was terrible!

Staff here is great, but oh man is the pizza bad! Way worse than mid grade frozen pizzas. Salad bar is alright, pasta is definitely no good. How does a place like this have a full dining room? Really scratching my head at the 4 star rating.

The food and service is absolutely amazing: I'm just leaving a two star for two reasons: they needed a changing table still the last time I was in, and they lost the ability to have a kids eat free with adult purchase. I used to use iBuyAbilene to go in a few times a month, but since this is gone it's gotten too pricey to continue eating out here as often as we once did.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Not only was the pizza hard and stale tasting there were 2 what seemed to be employees (out of uniform) going back and forth from behimd the counter to the tables and while me and my children were trying to eat one of them kept saying the N word when i got up to speak to a manager ine if the guys started hitting the other. This is the second bad experience we have had at this location. We will not be returning

I come here every weekend and today was my first bad experience but the normal people that usually running the place was not there as I usually do when I arrive I asked for thier version of suprem pizza was told they have 1 in be about 5 minutes 25 minutes later I asked about the pizza and with a attitude I was told it's a speciality pizza it takes 25 minutes I replied you don't have any pizzas in don't you have to make it first and I was then handed money and asked to leave ......disappointed

Stood inside for over 20 plus minutes. No one ever came from the back area too take my order. I was there 45 minutes before I finally got my order from them oh yeah. One guy kept coming out too the front. But didn't ask me what I wanted. I tried getting his attention a couple of times. Kept ignoring us. He's lucky my girlfriend was there. Or I would of made a scene. Good food. Terrible customer service

I watch employees take what appeared to be previously cooked pizza from underneath the counter and fill up the serving pizza. Unk. How long it had been there.waited 30 minutes for cinnamon rolls. She kept telling people 10 more minutes, 10 more minutes,etc..Now as I wait there is a line of people waiting for the cinnamon rolls. They have all been told 10 more min..Well while typing the they brought out pan of cinnamon rolls and the crowd got them before I could get mind. .I looking at the counter and 6;pan have no pizza. Wow.

Kid's coughing on the pizza and running around the store bumping into people. Parents didn't care they were being loud and obnoxious themselves will never go back to this location.

Terrible buffet. No food on the buffet and no employees in sight. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is my 5th time in a row where I ordered a pizza on the website and it takes over an hour to get ready, I waited at home for a hour (like the website said) this time and they failed to even make my pizza and the front cashier just ignored me after I requested a ETA The food is good but nothing to boast about subpar at best for waiting an hour & no compensation for waiting that long either

We ordered pizza for curbside pick up and waited 10 minutes past our pick up time despite being told “our order would be right out”. When called back to ask regarding our food, we were told they were “still making it”. Once we received our order, it was incorrect and needed to be remade. Making us wait another 10 minutes. By this point I have 3 hungry children and cold food. Employees and store manager alike were uncaring and very annoyed at my dissatisfaction. We’ve been very unimpressed with CiCi’s curbside pick up since they started it. This was the last straw. The worst part…. It didn’t even taste good. the pepperoni pizza was super greasy and the Alfredo cheese tasted like wet powder. Really disappointed in our Abilene CiCi’s.
