best juicy burger I’ve ever had ! 10/10

We go there a few times a week and Lauren always takes care of us with great/fast service! Showing up and seeing her as the server means it’ll be a good night.

Come here nearly every day with my coworkers, we mostly get Lacey and she always takes good care of us and her other tables, I could ask for one single fry and she will double down and bring me a plate with two fries. However if you dont get Lacey, worry not. ALL of the waitresses are awesome and do a great job. They're all kind and fun people, definitely go to Denny's guys. Get a double cheese burger

Autumn was our waitress. SHE WAS AMAZING! She was super friendly, very knowledgeable of the menu, made wonderful suggestions, and was super attentive. I had my children with me (7 to be exact) and she was fantastic and patient with them! I would go back just for the service!

Every time i come into Denny’s i have a wonderful experience. Autumn is my server every time, and i wouldn’t ask for anyone else! she’s very kind, sweet, wholehearted, and always has a bright smile on her face!

My server, Timber was excellent. She was accommodating, cheerful, and fast. The food was excellent, and Ramone was considerate enough to bring my bacon and eggs on separate plates, of his own volition, in order to keep the bacon crispy. The music playing in the background was cheerful and my seating was most comfortable! Thank you for an excellent breakfast experience!

My husband and I came here for breakfast this morning and we were highly pleased. He and I have been to many places here in town for breakfast, and no one else has been as welcoming and attentive. Rachel was our server and she did an awesome job of checking up on us and bringing us all that we needed.

Went to Dennys this morning and had an amazing waitress named Autumn (definitely ask for her if she’s available she definitely deserves a raise). Me and my husband got our food hot and perfect with no issues. Store was clean. Would highly recommend!

I eat at Denny’s 2 to 3 times a week. The food is always great and their ice is A 1. My waitress is timber. She is friendly. Sweet and always takes care of my wants and needs. She works circles around the other waitresses there. If you were wanting to go eat there I suggest you request her as your waitress. Thank you for another well satisfied experience.

They have converted me from my iHop ways. See the light as you walk through their doors, feel a sense of purpose as all of staff is busy bustling, enjoy hot food & coffee with attentive servers who still find the time to smile. Wife and I went and it was not to crowded. Our server Lilly was fantastic and the food was good. Something has changed for the positive and you can tell. We ate there in past it wasn't. We enjoyed our meal which was hot and tasteful. We will be back!

All of the servers here at Denny's try their best to give the best service they can. They are all very sweet and attentive and move with a sense of urgency. There's a real comfortable home like atmosphere as to where you are greeted by name.

Very impressed by the renovations. Also, our waitress, Summer was friendly and brought our order just as ordered. Food was hot and delicious. We learned that the manager was also our chef. That says a lot when management can and does step in when needed. We met him. He was very personable and gracious.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Bridget! From the moment we arrived, she was making us smile and laugh. Her having conversation’s with us made our experience way better. This Denny's is the best!!!! I have traveled all over the place with my job and been to many Denny's and this by far is the top on I have ever been to. The store is super clean, the staff goes above and beyond, even the management is out helping her crew. The food was no comparison to other that I have been to. What ever you are doing at this location please don't ever stop. Whoever you have here please don't change them. I will happily travel to come here again.

We visited on a really busy Sunday morning, and even with being short handed, the hostess and servers kept their cool and with great demeanors. Our orders at the South Clack location have always been correct and rarely if ever been told they were out of any items on the menu.

Went in for breakfast. Service was friendly but very slow. I think there must have been some drama happening in the kitchen, but the servers were on their toes and chatted up the customers so the wait didn't seem so long. The food, once it arrived, was very good. All in all, a good, if leisurely, experience.

The service was the best experience. I’ve had a restaurant in a good long while everybody seems so happy. Manager was the one who seated us and introduced us to our server. Barbara was just beyond sweet. I got the chicken fried steak plate and was over the clouds about it. My spouse decided on a breakfast plate. Every bite was a piece of heaven. This dennys has truly turned itself around. As we cashed out with the manager she reminded us about the rewards program. We are definitely going to be signing up and returning. Booth bucks here we come! Exceptional people at this location, keep up the great improvements.

We hadn’t been to Denny’s in a while after some past order mix-ups, but wow—they’ve really stepped it up! Everything came out quick, fresh, and correct this time. The real star of our visit was our waitress, Bridgette—she was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and turned our family dinner with three little ones into such an easy, enjoyable experience. Bridgette truly made the difference, and we’ll definitely be back because of her!

My server ,Timber, was fabulous. She took her time making sure myself and the people I had join me were fully informed about their new rewards program. With this I was able to get my coffee free. Our drinks stayed full and our food was hot. It all came out quickly and well presented. The slam I ordered was to die for. My pancakes were fluffy and just the right amount of butter to go with. The smiles on these girls made the atmosphere warming and welcoming. As we all went to cash out the manager was at the registers. I never caught her name but she helped us separate our tickets and got us on our way. Her happy, come back attitude was delightful. More places need employees and managers like this. We will be coming back to enjoy this experience again!

Other than the fact that they were a little understaffed we had a pleasant visit. Dolly was our hostess, waitress, and cashier and she did it all with a smile. The Tres Leches Pancakes were a fun twist on one of my favorite desserts. I'd go back when I stay in Abilene again.

Everybody here is very professional, attentive, and positive. Lacey, Autumn, and Lidia are the servers I've interacted with the most. All three are very professional and positive. The restaurant has always seemed very clean, well maintained, and well lighted. The food is good, and quickly served most of the time. Overall, very positive experience.👍

Food was pretty good, almost tasted homemade. Tried the pancake nuggets/balls, for the first time, and they weren't bad the dipping sauce wasn't overly sweet, just pleasant. Def give em a try. I went middle of the week so it wasn't crowded, staff was pleasant and friendly.

I've been going to Dennys for a long time. My kids and I go on the regular. However, it seems in the past few months the quality has gone massively downhill. We get tontrstaurant a little after 10am, and someone gets our drinks. Cool. Another table gets seated after us and they get their drinks and order taken before us. Ok. The frustrating part is that it took another 15 min for our server to take our order. Our food came pretty quickly, but our server was not very attentive. It seems the server had Dennys have poor time management. They wander around aimlessly, sometimes doing nothing, when they could be attending to their tables. For the entire hour and a half that we were there I only received a refill on my drink once, and tour server only checked in twice. On top of it all, when we finished our food we had to wait an additional 20 min to get our ticket. I'm not one to usually leave bad reviews, but this time was just too much.

I love coming here, always good breakfast and usually good service. But this morning not sure which servers but they were arguing at the server station and customers don’t want to hear that. You have an issue take it to the back where customers are not. Keep it professional.

EXTREMELY understaffed!! Our waitress Lydia did the best she could, was attentive and friendly but kitchen obviously needs help. Waited about 50mins for our food to come out and it was cold. Cold eggs, cold pancakes and cold but overcooked t-bone. Very disappointed by the quality of the food

I went into the restaurant last night to pick up an Uber eats order. They didn't have a dessert that the customer wanted. They wanted the lava cookie skillet (this They had) and an apple crisp dessert (they didn't have this). I had asked if the customer could get another cookie skillet *if that's what they wanted* ( they didn't). And the lady that brought out the food had an attitude and said "I'm not making another cookie skillet the ice cream is way to hard". Like first of all I was just asking if they wanted it if y'all could remake it, second i was just trying to figure out what to do since this restaurant doesn't have half the stuff the customer wanted. Don't even remember what the lady looked like or her name, but tell your employees people can due without their attitude! If they don't like their job, tell them to quit.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was poor—my food took an unreasonably long time to come out, and the front desk attendant was very rude. The overall service lacked professionalism and courtesy, which made the visit unpleasant. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

My wife and I had one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had at this Denny's in Abilene. While waiting to order, a waitress dropped a glass about 15 feet from our table, and a shard actually hit me in the face—less than an inch from my eye. If I didn’t have a beard, it could have easily cut me. It took 40 minutes to get our food because our waitress said the order got “lost,” and when it finally arrived, everything was cold. To top it off, checking out took another 15 minutes of waiting. From start to finish, it was frustrating, unsafe, and disappointing. We will never eat here again.

Her, "they're completely out of reg. Only decaf". I say "no ty water is fine". She walks away. The same lady who sat us is the same one waiting on us. She's very frustrated to begin with. When finally seating us she tells someone idk who "I didn't have a choice". Whatever that means IDC. All I want when I go to a breakfast place is some good coffee and halfway decent customer service. We got up and walked out before she had the chance to come and take our order. You're not about to be pissy for whatever your reason and take it out on me. The one who's tipping you. You can't tell me that a breakfast place is completely out of coffee and what's with the "THEY"? Are you not "them"? You don't also work there too?

We came to the Denny’s near ACU. We think this one is the best one anyway. Hope the other Denny’s gets their act together. Church hadn’t even let out yet. I know Denny's isn't really top shelf as far as restaurants go, but for god's sake, the least we could expect was having our food cooked correctly. I got the super bird and pretty good sandwich if it's cooked, right. The tomato on the sandwich was cut half an inch thick, and the bread was burnt. My wife's meal was the all american slam. Eggs were okay, hash Browns, bacon, sausage were all cold like they'd been sitting out. Could be just having a bad day at the restaurant, but I look around and literally no one had their food served within 25 minutes. Then when the food got there, it was burnt and prepared incorrectly. In my opinion this is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be back to this restaurant. Just a reminder of why I cook my own food most of the time now.

If you were there to be seated, it seems like that was not an issue. The place is never busy, but if you’re there to pick up, they treat you as if you’re invisible. There were two people there to pick up and they completely ignored them did not talk to them did not look at them, and they only seated people that were there to sit This place is not busy enough for that kind of treatment, but it should never ever happen. Scammed on my Birthday. Didn't honor the birthday grand slam. Even though I told them when I ordered and showed my ID that I wanted the Birthday Grand Slam. This is advertised everywhere. I even have the app. They said at checkout they don't honor it. Paid $20 with the tip. Don't fall for their birthday scam. They don't honor it.

Was seated fairly quick sat there for an hour waiting on water that we ordered another hour and a half and still no food. 2 and a half hours and they couldn't remember what we ordered. Horrible

I was craving pancakes and went here because it was close to home. Server never brought me silverware, coffee was lukewarm, no straw for water. I had to ask another server for silverware and napkins. Someone else brought my food and it was cold. I asked for the manager and informed her that I’m not paying for Mediocre service and cold food.

I will not be returning First is that there was no one to seat people The line started going all the way out the front door. I am unsure anyone would have came except one of the patrons in line started yelling. Finally seated the waitress came quickly and we ordered everything. Waited 40 minutes during that entire time only one table received food. Ended up leaving because I had already been there close to an hour and had no more time to spare.

Went in for takeout order. Place was not busy at all. Waited awhile for order for it to be wrong. Half of my food was missing and my husband's was not even what he ordered. The waiter said it would take awhile to correct and asked me to pay for the correct order after already paying. So not only was I paying for something we didn't order and paying for missing food but also wanted us to pay to correct it all. Make it make sense. I asked for a refund and left with no food. Very disappointed.

Let's start when walking in, there were a few customers in the restaurant; but it wasn't too busy. My husband and I stood up at the front for about 5-10 minutes, not greeted, before someone else came in then suddenly 4 employees came up to the front to greet us. Our waitress, Summer, sat us at a table, didnt introduce herself. We only got her name thanks to our receipt. She never made eye contact with us while we were ordering and talked to us like we were an inconvenience. When we got our food, she immediately gave us our check and never saw us again. Other waitresses were cleaning off her tables. While we were eating, I also found a hair under my pancakes. We decided just to check out at that point. My husband went to pay with card and the pin pad beeped, saying it was done. Another waitress came by and said we needed to pay and was proceeding to tell the other waitress that sometimes they do not look and she needed to check it herself.

We were the only customers here (maybe one other family) and service was still slow. The kitchen played music louder than the restaurant music and the food was downright awful. Buffalo wings without sauce, hashbrowns that only tasted of oil. One waitress, and we were the only customers. They checked on us once and we never saw them again. We even mentioned that the food didn't taste right and they said they don't make them anymore so the food just sits in a bag "prepped" but never used. Was still charged it even though we didn't eat any of it and said it was making us feel sick. One of the worst experiences we've had.

Went there with family, me plus 4 others. We ordered at 4:50, got our food at 5:30 or later because the server was talking and flirting with a group of men beside us. I go to Denny's occasionally, never have I had service this terrible. The food was cold, we had to flag down our waitress for a refill when she made sure the people beside us had full drinks. There was only the manager and a server working. 0/5 stars.

First off we tried to call to order, waited 20 mins for someone to answer the phone, a guy named John answered and placed me hold for another 20- 25 mins so decided to drive there to order. Ordered a steak with 2 sides and asked for extra A1 for the steak. Get home and was very disappointed with how much sauce i got.. literally enough for maybe 1 or 2 bites

I’m pregnant with twins putting in mind I need to gain weight but I’ve lost over like 27 pounds within a couple weeks so I’m trying to eat well and I got the chicken fried steak breakfast thing and I told the lady I can’t eat eggs because they make me nauseous and I can’t eat hashbrowns because they have too much oil in them and makes me sick and she said what else would you want on there instead and I said Red skins and two pieces of sausage and I got charged for it, but I did not get my sausage or my potato skins this sucks because I have been going to this Denny’s for ever and I don’t know what the hell is happening I’ve been going to this Denise since my mom was pregnant with me. Literally, my mom used to come to this Denny’s so much she started dating one of the managers here I mean, but what the hell is this?
