It's cheap, ready made pizza. Super cheesy and lots of pepperoni. Ordered pickup on our road trip to snack in the car and it was ready when we got there at the time we had set. Walked in, picked it up, walked out and were on our way in 5min.

My family decided we wanted some deep crust pizzas and ordered some special order ones and this store went above and beyond on those pizzas they were awesome best pizzas we've had in a while

They were fixing the front door, so was loud, but service was great and the pizza was better than I remembered it being!

Fast and friendly even though they seemed short handed the young man running front to back was very respectful and quick to attend!

When I arrived for my online order pick up I was about 10 min past the time they said it would be ready. To my surprise they had taken it out of the warmer and now my pizza was getting cold. I asked why it wasn't in the warmer and was told because I was late. And there were no pizzas in the warmer so they had plenty of room. When the manager over heard this he apologized and was very sincere and remade my whole order. I would definitely come back due to the integrity of the manager. I wish I could remember his name. Thank you so much!

Little Caesars off 14th and the highway. Dang y'all really came thru. Cheese stuffed crust and pepperoni think crust. Both were so good and after the HANGTEN coupon (10% off $10 or more) it was $17 and change. Y'all sleeping on LC. Order thru the app, stop getting Hot N Ready's. So good. This one and the one on B Gap always come thru. The stuffed crust was super cheesy and the thin crust was crispy with perfect portions of sauce, meat and cheese. For under $18 these pizzas were amazing. Can barely get 2 frozens for that price.

Thin crust, extra most bestest and 2 Jalapeño cheese dips under $12. My wife and I love this pizza. 10 minute wait if not pre-ordered. It's worth the wait.

This is a great and predictable place to pickup pizza. Although it's not the cleanest place inside or outside, the woman behind the desk was friendly and the is decent. If you order garlic sauce make sure to ask for it because it's an after thought for them most of the time. A good place to order from that's quick and inexpensive.

I freakn love little Ceasars pizza. Its the go to for our whole family, although the young lady at the counter was um, well her service was terrible. But the food was great.

Just went in to grab a couple HOT-N-READY'S. NICE FOLKS, GOOD PIZZA AND PLENTY OF NAPKINS!!! THE ENTRANCE IS BETWEEN THE HAWAIIAN RAMEN POKE AND THE DOLLAR TREE IN THE STRIP-MALL.

Pizza tasted fine and was hot. Place looked clean. Employees did acknowledge me. I would have liked a smiling face while being greeted, but I guess you can't have it all. Still I will go back.

They were hot and ready with 2 peps and 2 cheese. And my air fryer elevated then when re-warming leftovers. Also, they were already good pizzas, which isn't always the case at other locations in other cities.

Why is this location closed? It has been closed for 2 days now with a note on the door. Saying sorry for the inconvenience but they will be closed for the rest of the day which is now 2 days!

Good food but interesting that we ordered thru their app and said it would be ready in 20 mins. Then received a message there was a change in our order and to go to counter to pick up? Asked why and was given no reason. Then asked for parmesan and crushed red pepper packets and cashier said they are 20 cents a packet. Since when did they start charging 20 cents for each packet?

It's a good place to get cheap pizza. They don't seem to care much about hygiene, but quality is better at this Little Caesars than other ones. The staff is friendly enough and they're OK rectifying mistakes.

During lunch time is the best cause the workers care about what they put out. No not recommend dinner for crazy bread, since we've received dry bread countless times and barely half full marinara cups.

When someone walks in a business they should get a hello at least. Not today I walked in they looked at me and kept doing thier thing, I had to turn around cause I forgot the code. I went back in again no hello nothing. Thank goodness I ordered online. Then as I'm leaving I said yall have a good day, once again nothing. A simple hello does the job yall!! My family and I eat little caesars often. Its the only pizza place we go to normally because of the good food, great prices and good service. But tonight, I had called in an order. I ordered a Canadian Bacon pizza, pepperoni pizza and an order of breadsticks. My parents went to pick it up, and they told us they had messed up on our canadian bacon. that was fine. they gave us our breadsticks free for it. but when they got home, and we began to eat, we seen some hair on our pizza. It was already 8:30 when they got home from driving all day, so we werent in the mood to go back. Overall tonight was a bad experience.

Every time I pick up my food it always tastes stale and tough when chewing it. Little Caesars isn't what it used to be and it's sad. They could definitely do better.

This place is hit or miss. Usually miss. Wife called the order in and went to pick it up. She was told it wasn't ready and would be 15 to 20 minutes. When my wife said she had called it in 20 minutes before the girl responded rudely "we got slammed" .The waiting area was crowded with people who either called in or orderd online and was waiting also. My wife said there were 3 orders that were ready and the people were waiting, but they took their time handing them out. One person was telling everyone not to ask the blond girl anything be she "doesn't know anything". Then they charged more in the store than was posted on line. When my wife pointed this out the girl just stared at her. The pizza when right is good and reasonably priced. I think from now on I'll go to a non-chain and pay a little more for quality service.

This place has gone downhill over the last several months. Unfortunate, because it used to be a good place. Staff used to be a lot better, pizza quality used to be way better. Dont think I'll be back at this one. Shouldn't be that hard to figure out a pizza. Few times I went they were making pies to order during rush hour with 5-10 people standing in line, calling out for the kitchen to make another rather than working ahead. This time almost left with a cheese pizza when I ordered extra pepperoni bc they didn't bother to check.. Hopefully there are others in town doing it better bc this one on S 14th went from a 5 to a 2 in less than a year.

I ordered 4 pizzas, 2 crazy bread. In portals, they forgot to put one of my breads. When I asked them about it, the cashier got it for me, but was not nice. I said thank you, and he ignored me. ALSO, one pizza I ordered with NO sauce because I can't eat it. Didn't realize until I got all the way home that my order was NOT right. Not happy, but it's too late & cold to drive across town to ask them to fix it.

Don't order delivery They always forget half the food. Every single time. no fail.

The Mockingbird location has no organization and no structure. I walked in and told it'll be 15 minutes. Thats fine, I expected a little wait. The next two customers (also walk in) ask for the same thing and were served right away. So after getting back in line I had to wait another 15 minutes.

This is by far the slowest Little Cesars I've ever been too. You could literally go to a sit down restaurant and get your food faster. Tonight I just ordered 3 hot and ready's, 1 crazy bread and their cheese bread and it to 30mins to get my food and they were not that busy. The employees will blatantly ignore you and they never have the warmers stocked. After tonight, I won't be wasting my time with this place anymore. Which is unfortunate because it is the closest Little Cesars to where I live. Get new employees or management and maybe they can make it a better place to get fast hot pizza.

I have only visited this location twice and each time they've let me down. From getting my food wrong and the food tasting old, cold, and stale I recommend avoiding this location. The Little Ceasars on Buffalo Gap is much better than this place.

Little Caesar’s on S. 14th in Abilene has gone down hill. When I call to place an order, I was put on hold for a long time and didn’t get back with me. I tried calling again and they didn’t pick up. I was tired of the haste and went to a different pizza place that wasn’t little ceasars.

Peperoni is all they have on hot and ready and don't know when anything else will be ready.

I keep calling and getting put on hold. No one is answering. I was on hold for 10 minutes and 30 seconds before I hung up and decided to call again. Now it's just ringing and no one is answering, then I get hung up on. I just want some pizza. 🤦‍♀️

Worst experience I've had at little Caesars. The cashier was the only good thing about the experience. The workers in the back were yelling that they had to cook a pizza at 9, cussing at each other, talking bad about costumers that were walking in ordering pizza. One of the guys was rolling his eyes when a costumer ordered two pizzas. Another exclaimed he wasn't gonna make them. Go to buffalo gap little Caesars, they treat there costumers better

This location just keeps getting worse and worse. Orders are never ready when their place oh, they never have pizza ready in the heaters, then when you get your food it's either not right or someone else's order. Call in an order at 4:30 and barely get it at 5:50 for simple pizzas. Then order wings and instead of two separate orders as you ordered you get one order mix with both the flavors you ordered. The place was a shitshow. There was probably ten people waiting for food that nobody knew where it was.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is more like Hot and wait. Just an FYI if I wanted to wait for my pizzas to be made I would go to one of the fancier pizzas joints around town. Yalls employees are more concerned about getting their smoke breaks than they are making sure their is available products for the walk in customers. ALL of the drawers were empty (zero pizzas, zero breads) and as I walk in one of the employees is telling the cashier they are going out for a smoke. Seems priorities at this location are definitely not the customers. Had to wait 15 min to get some crazy bread a cheese bread. Watched numberous other customers walk out because there were not pizzas ready. Mind you not ONE single pizza was put in that warmer in the duration of me waiting on the bread. Horrible location. Been this way the past several times we have stopped in to get something…they NEVER have them ready.

I bought a hot & ready pepperoni ( because it was all they had) and it was old and hard. No telling how old it was. It had been in the hot and ready oven for a long time. It was not edible. The pepperoni was welded to the crust. Very disappointed. Will not return.

Out of my last 10 or so pizzas here I've had to cut every one of them when I got home, which is really getting annoying. Yesterday I went in and ordered an Italian cheese bread and the girl looked and there wasn't any so she turned around to me and said, "Oh, I'm sorry but we'd have to cook that." all I said was, "OK" and she goes, "Oh, did you want us to?" Well obviously I did, I wouldn't have asked for it otherwise. I get similar reactions every time I ask for it. For the price the food isn't bad, but the employees at all of the stores here consistently seem like they're very annoyed that they have to do anything.

I've ordered in person, have been charged for someone else's order. Zero accountability. I ordered through the app, the order was never made. Zero accountability. This is the absolute worst establishment in Abilene. The worst part is that they don't even care. Not even an apology. It's always "our system" this and "our system" that. Zero accountability.

The guy working back there with the long hair acts like he doesn't like his job and he's got an attitude a lot and I was there literally at noon during lunch hour and there's three people in line and they haven't helped no one been about 5 minutes and I left finally like I need to be able to eat my food and go that's why I get a hot and ready pizza but if you can't buy it then what's the point there's three of us there and I left

I was looking for cheesy bread but had to settle for breadsticks at 2:40 PM since I did not have time to wait. The breadsticks might have been sitting in the warming tray as leftovers from lunch. The ends were bone-dry, the Parmesan cheese that remained was visible as little clumps, and they were greasy. They ended up in the garbage. It was bad.

This location intentionally bakes their hair into their pizza and god knows what else. Made us sick. It’s one thing to find a stray hair but there several obvious hairs all over our pizza, so this was no accident.

Called in for a pick up, told the girl on the phone TWICE 2 supreme 1 Canadian bacon/mushroom with extra mushrooms! Sister gets there the girl asked if it was 3 supreme and she told her AGAIN 2 supreme 1 Canadian bacon/mushrooms with extra mushrooms... get back to Merkel and it's 3 supreme!!! Only way they would fix it is to drive back to abilene for refund!!! If you can't train your employees correctly find another line of work!!!

To whom it may concern, This branch of 14th in abilene they don't know how to cook pizza. I lived in Italy for 4 1/2 YEARS. everytime we get pizza there its burnt. Not enough cheese, cut wrong or sloppy, the attitude sucks too. Like ur staff don't care and don't want to work. Today we we bought pizza from there it had a weird taste. Dough had a metal taste, sauce had a metallic taste. . We are not going the again. We don't feel good from today's visit. Thank u for ur time. Zamboni

Every time I order a pizza and get crazy crust and pay extra for it and specify that I want crazy crust & i specify that means the butter and cheese on the crust like the breadsticks, I never get crazy crust even though I get charged for it. Only this location. When I called the girl said “okay and? Like, sorry bye” and hung up. I was not rude when I called.

I got 2 hot and ready pizzas and some wings. Pizzas had to much sauce that when I took a bite the cheese came off, the pizzas were not good at all, they tasted old and the wings were trash. Not getting pizza from them in the future. Good price should not mean food had to be trash. Only ate 1 slice of my pizza and 1 wing. Threw the rest away.
