Kitchen manager Larry greeted me as I walked in to check/pick up my online order. Larry was very friendly, respectful, and prompt to ensure my to-go order was prepared and packaged correctly. (A BIG PLUS... for OUTSTANDING Customer Service) Upon arriving at my house, the food ordered was unwrapped and eaten. (Food was cooked to perfection, the temperature was still hot, and very-very delicious.) Thank you... Larry and cook(s). I'll definitely be ordering online or dinning-in soon, again.

Our waitress Rachael was great! Food and drinks came out prompt and orders were correct The ONLY complaint we had was the fries that were offered while we waited were delivered almost at the same time as our entrees. But sometimes that can’t be helped!

Another great experience with Red Robin! We ordered take out. Christian took our order. He was very friendly and made you feel at home. He was very helpful with the order. It was ready when my husband got there and still warm when he got home. We got 2 simple hamburgers,fries and campfire sauce. All was delicious!

This was my first time ever having the experience of trying Red Robin, and it was wonderful! The food was great, but even better than that... the staff were amazing! The two who helped me, Ty and Rachel, were so awesome and kind. I hadn't been having the best day, but I actually felt a lot better after my chat with Ty while I waited for my family's food. I come here quite often and I love it each time. Always has great food, usually very friendly, and quick to bring food out, get refills, and anything else you might need to help you enjoy yourself. Never once let me down in food service, and I always come back for more! Shakes are the best in town! I have a salad I get every time but sometimes change it up with a burger. Each burger is always excellent as well. And I just can't get enough of the fries and red robin sauce and seasonings. Prefer this place over any other in town. Keep up the great food and service!!

A friend and I split the fried chicken sandwich. More than enough for us, especially since we ordered their delicious shakes. Server was friendly and prompt. Restaurant is feeling a little dated.

The food was delicious, a great atmosphere and our sever did an awesome job! She was quick with our drinks and anything that we needed, even quickly cleaned up a spill that we made.

This Red Robin is not only the best of their locations I've had the privilege of dining in, its possibly the best eating experience in Abilene hands down. The waitstaff are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating and will go above and beyond to make your meal as enjoyable as possible. Multiple times the waitstaff have, after learning of my love of their signature campfire sauce, ensured I was brought extra and even sent home with some. Extremely attentive and helpful. The kitchen is as on their game as the waitstaff are, I have NEVER had to return an item or ask for an alteration/adjustment. It has been 100% accurate every visit and is always fresh and delicious. Even the stranger requests from my table have been met flawlessly and without delay. The location is always clean and the atmosphere is perfect, be it for a date night or a staff meeting. I can't praise this location highly enough.

Best vegan burger and cauliflower boneless ever! I love that they have delicious vegan options and you can even make it healthy by replacing bun with lettuce. The service was a bit lousy because they gave me fries instead of broccoli, but they compensated by giving us more fries and broccoli haha Kettle chips are not good though. Loved the place!

Sean was great! Its Father’s Day and he had lots of tables, but still gave us great service. The food came out fast. We didn’t have to wait for a table. We are very impressed all around, but especially with Sean! He gave us AMAZING SERVICE! On top of all that the manager came by and checked on us and gave us a coupon for a free dessert next time! I was worried with it being Father’s Day. We’re gonna have trouble getting in somewhere, but we had the best experience.

We are regular customers of the Abilene Red Robin. We enjoy being greeted by Hostess Hana and Manager Larry, they both do a great job. Our regular server Shannon is a wonderful person and takes great care of our needs. The food is consistently good and while the Burgers are great, so are the entrees and salads. Shannon always asks about refills on our side item and gets them quickly when we say yes to more. She also keeps track of our drinks and gets refills as needed.

Ryan was awesome! He took time to talk with everyone at the table which made my kids feel included. Even when my son spilled his drink, Ryan was calm and sweet about it. He even thanked us for starting to clean it up. The food is always delicious, and the bottomless fries make it worth it!

We arrived and were seated promptly. Table was clean and our server, Makaela, greeted us and took our drink and appetizer order. The appetizers came out quickly and the food followed right after. Always a great experience when we go, probably why we come at least 2/3 times a month.

The staff were attentive and kind. It was a special occasion and my daughter's (my daughter's birthday) first time at Red Robin. She enjoyed the avocado ash and bacon burger with fries and I got the Texas Whiskey BBQ burger. The meals were fulfilling and we even had leftovers for the morning. Definitely would come back to this location.

I wish I could remember our servers name but anyhow he was excellent! We went last night before headed to see the movie 1917 so we had a about an hour's time the waiter was on very attentive and very friendly! He kept on top of bringing are bottomless fries which are excellent I had the avocado wrap chicken Caesar which is delicious and my husband had a burger that he got with the Red Robin rewards birthday you buy one get one free Entree love their Rewards always good food great service the milkshakes are delicious I recommend The Salted Caramel it is Lush highly recommended Willow with comeback!

Great family-friendly atmosphere! Got phenomenal service from Chris. Burgers were pretty good. The zuchinni fries with campfire sauce were our favorite!

We enjoyed our meal. The server was great and quick with the fries! Food was hot and fresh. Definitely worth the money. I know people have complained about the amount of bottomless fries, but this was plenty! She bought a basketful when we first got there, and another when he requested more.

I wish I remembered our servers name but I totally don't sadly. This was some of the best service I've ever had, I was in a party of 6 and with four of them being grown men you can only imagine how full our table was with aps, entrees, and drink. Unlimited sides, amazing amazing amazing food!! The shrimp appetizer doesn't even need a dipping sauce, the fries were seasoned (not too much either!!) and the tea was sweet <3 thank you guys for giving me such a good first experience here I've heard the commercials my entire life and finally having the opportunity to try one was AWESOME! ALSO our total (six people some even got alcohol) was only $160. Very very pleased with all of it!!

I have SLEPT on Red Robin for a decade, and I am so glad I went today! The atmosphere was warm and friendly. Our server, Josh and the manager, Michelle we super attentive. The food was FANTASTIC. Everything was hot and fresh. They have much more than just burgers, and the sides are BOTTOMLESS! The bottomless everything Caesar salad was a great addition to my bacon fondue burger. The drinks were SO GOOD too, one of the best margaritas with top shelf liquor I’ve had at a chain restaurant. I can’t believe I haven’t been back in so long, but I will be back SOON.

Went to dinner here and loved it. Our waitress Selena was nice and very knowledgeable. She took care of us well and got me what I needed before I even knew I needed it ❤️. Our food was great from the appetizers to entrees. Loved our drinks so much I came back today and brought my best friend to try other drinks! The restaurant was nice and clean!

Was greeted warmly upon arrival and asked if we had been there before. The place was lively and welcoming environment. Everything we saw clean and well kept. This was our first visit and we were blown away by the level of professionalism from the staff and the manager who came by to check on us during our visit. Our server Christopher was amazing, he informed us about the reward program and how to sign up. He went over some items from the menu and told me about the kids menu when I inquired. He made wonderful suggestions to our lunch ideas, was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here.

Haven’t been here in awhile but I was glad to be back. We started with the new Twisted Cheese Sticks. These were great. Good seasoning on the crust, served hot,melty and plentiful. These were my favorite part of the meal. I went for the Grilled Chicken Salad. It was good, chicken was cooked very well and had good flavor. The veggies were pretty fresh but the lettuce had some bad brown spots that were off putting. My wife had the fish and chips. It was really good, moist meaty fish fried well and not over seasoned. The fries were disappointing. First , they didn’t taste like the Onion Rings we ordered, them they were cold and soggy. We asked for replacements and they brought a different basket of cold and soggy fries. I didn’t penalize them much for that. I have been here a lot and I know it’s not the norm. Just a bad day, and we all have those.

Great service (even when i spilled my root beer float). The food was excellent though everyone at my table received cold french fries with their meals. They quickly and courteously fixed the issue and brought new , hot fries out for everyone at my table. It wasnt as loud this time as i remember it being loud. I'll be going back.

My wife ordered fried jalapeño on her burger, didn’t get any and still got charged for it and my burger was supposed to have pulled pork on it and it had Maybe a couple of ounces of it. Not impressed for spending over 50$ for the 2 of us!!

The menu shows what it should look like. In the second is what I received. I had to ask where the burnt ends were and why there was no bacon. There were maybe 5 small pieces of brisket not really burnt ends. I forgot to ask that the burger not be cooked to well done. It's was and it was dry and tasteless. The first fries has been under a warmer. I requested fresh and they were good and hot. An over priced meal but the service was pretty good.

We came around 8 on a Friday and it was pretty empty so maybe that's why our fries and broccoli were pretty cold. The broccoli was so dry I didn't eat it. The burnt end burger and sweet potato fries were really tasty.

The food was good but the service was non existent. We did not get everything we ordered. The waiter walked past table.multple times. Never checked in is. I finally had to get up and go to the service area to get a refill of my drink and ask for frys. When the water finally bright my frys I asked for more sauce and the waiter was rude and said he had other customers to see first. He finally brought athe sauce when I was almost done with frys and then never came back.

Wow! My wife, daughter and I went to eat and while the food was good, the prices are ridiculous!!! I remember when we ate there and it was expensive at $14 for a burger. Now it’s almost $20…!!!! Really? My wife and I split chicken wings and my daughter had a burger. Our bill came to $65… I don’t know how they sleep at night. Can’t blame it on tariffs…. I don’t think they are importing anything from other countries.

Bottomless sides? Was never asked if we wanted more. Was 4pm... not crowded. Burger was smaller than the bun. Asked for a side of coleslaw, received it in a small cup the size of a dressing cup. Will never go back.

Our waitress, Maria or Marie ( not sure of the name), brought drinks around. She couldn’t remember which drinks were which so she had my friend taste it. He proceeded to taste it, give it back to her, and she gave him the other drink. She brought the drink that he had tasted to the other end of the table and proceeded to give it to someone else to drink.

I ordered the dinner salad and a chicken burger. The salad was full of yellow and pink lettuce and tasted awful. Even asked for a replacement and it was the same. The chicken burger has dark grease on top of the cheese. Service was horrible. Had to keep flagging down the server because she would not ask me how my meal was.

My girlfriend and I came in to eat at about 5pm on a Tuesday. The server was nice and took our order, I had ordered the fish and chips and my girlfriend had a salad, a little later I was told they were cleaning the fryer and there was a 20 minute wait for fish, I asked if she had just a grilled chicken sandwich and fries and she said yes. A little later she brought our food and my grilled chicken sandwich was crispy, I asked for grilled because I can't eat crispy chicken due to mouth problems. She said they don't have grilled chicken and asked me to order something else, my girlfriend was almost done eating and I didn't want to order a third time so I declined and ate a few fries, I was still charged for the crispy chicken sandwich that I didn't order and couldn't eat. To sum it up the total paid was $45 and no effort was made to make it right and I left hungry, it was my first and last visit to Red Robin in Abilene.

So disappointed in Red Robin my son turned 16 it’s one of his favorite burger places and tonight just from the experience we have and we have been there for many birthdays and occasions really showed how much you care about your customers we told the server it’s my sons bday so they always do an bday announcement and the guys are excuses was they were to busy to take maybe 5 mins at the most to sing him happy birthday he hands him a ice cream Sunday says here and walks off I was like wow and they weren’t even busy that will be the last time we choose to share a birthday at red robin the food was ok but the service was not good at all on top of not really being checked on or asked for refills and now they changed there bday policy you have to have eaten there in the last month to get your bday burger fyi !! This post is and yes I did try to talk to a manger and I called was placed on hold never got a manger to express my experience.

For the price could have ordered 3 burgers from any fast food place and got better quality. I asked for no pink and got very well done. I guess if you like eating charcoal it was ok. Also picture and description were no where near what I thought I was getting for $12+ Pig out tavern burger. Very disappointed will not try RedRobin again. There was no sugar glaze on patties as described, no tomato, no crumbles, 2 regular strips of bacon, barely any Mayo.

Dillan, who is the hostess, was rude, short, and seemed to be overwhelmed just by someone walking in the door. Definitely shouldn’t be in a position as the first person who “greets” you as a customer. The place was dead so he wasn’t being overworked for sure.

Was here at the table for 50 minutes with substandard drinks. People all around got their food and we’re enjoying their food but we didn’t get anything we ordered. The place wasn’t even busy. Finally we walked out. Never again...

Made a mistake on my order and while bring my fixed item back out a roach decided to come out and join the arty like we weren’t even there. The manager standing there and i point it out so she take the receipt she has in hand kills and and looks at me and says I guess u don’t want your food do you???? Hell no I don’t want the food if there are roaches comfortable enough to come out in the dining area with people in it I can only imagine what the back of house looks like!!!

Restaurant need to pay more attention to cleanliness throughout the entire place. Floors and tables were sticky. Restrooms have a pungent urine smell.

Walked in and asked for a table for 2 adults and a child in high chair. Host stated ( rather rudely) that they did not have room for us or the high chair. When my husband asked again. He stated it would be a 30 minute wait. We left. That was horrible service

On my birthday I got a cheese burger with fries. I asked for just cheese and meat and it came out with other things on it. The waitress was so polite and very nice, but the manager or whoever gave me the new burger.... you looked so annoyed, I wanted to say Bro take a chill pill the restaurant isn't busy. Later I got a milkshake the chocolate covered pretzel one. I got three hours of sleep I was throwing up non stop.

To the best of my knowledge, it is always been self seating in the bar area. Blue hair boy that works there was very rude. Told us that we’re not allowed to sit wherever we want to in the bar or anywhere in the restaurant so we decided that was not gonna be a good place for us to do our afternoon dining and we came to blue sky where it is self-seating and nicer waitresses

The Drive

Food was all right and service was amazing thank you kayla!!! That being said I gave a low grade because of one woman and one woman only. She had absolutely no regard for sanitation. She came in for her shift went right up to a table and used the tablet screen as a mirror while brushing and playing with her hair for a good few minutes until she decided to put it up. Then she walked off. She didnt clean the table or anything. And the worst part was she didnt even check to see if anyone was seated around her before doing that. Thank god they weren't but still. What if her hair got into someone's food? Disgusting and she needs to be spoken to about that. Other than that though over all good.
