Love this place! Food is delicious and they’re always pretty consistent. Love that they now offer lunch and dinner portions. I fluctuate on the food I order, but I really love the mushroom medley with shrimp, an upgraded side to lo mein, and their crab puffs. Worth every penny!

The food here is fresh and delicious. You should take the time to dine in cause I feel you get more food for your money. One perk for dine in is you get unlimited free salad and fortune cookies. The only thing is you won't get a chance to finish that salad cause your food comes out fast. Yes, it's hot right out the skillet. Good customer service. Try it out. Good weeknight or Sunday dinner joint.

Very nice restaurant. I’ve ordered a happy family meal with chicken, beef and shrimp. It was served on a big beautiful ceramic plate with a big portion of veggies. Freshly cooked, with steaming rice. You can also get a plate of salad for free.

They do a well job here. The service always meets expectations. The dishes are not top notch but standard American Chinese takeout. The soups are good but loaded with sodium fair warning. I enjoy the honey sesame chicken. Edit: changed from 4 to 5 stars. Compared to the PF Changs at North park this experience is preferable. The restaurant industry is mostly about consistency and this guy does that well.

This place was a hugely pleasant surprise. Stopped by because I needed a quick lunch, and it's right up the street from a company I do work for. The dine in seating is clean and comfortable, and food is very reasonably priced for the serving size, and is excellent! Staff is always fast and friendly. If you buy any entree, you get access to their fresh salad bar for free, and usually right around when you finish a quick salad, they bring your entree to your table. While it technically qualifies as "fast food" because it is ready super fast, nothing else about this new favorite spot of mine compares to any other fast food place around, other than the dining room seating style and layout, and the fact that it has a drive through window. If you haven't tried this place, try it! You won't be disappointed, and I guarantee you'll leave with a full, happy stomach for around $10.

Ok, i was skeptical about this fast food asian place, but gave it a go. I called in an order and picked it up in the drive thru. Way better than I expected and better than most full sit down chinese places in the area. I'll be back!

Very nice place, interior very clean and easy to pick in the menu and workers nice people your food will be ready in less then 10 minutes, I got mine in bout 6 minutes.

It may have been bad in the past, but I saw absolutely nothing wrong with where I had yesterday exit. I would appreciate it more than 2 1/2 shrimp in my dish. But even that did not take away from how I enjoyed my lunch so remember fresh hot delicious.

Food it pretty good. I order the combination rice spicy and it needed a little more flavor but was very well portioned for the price. The egg rolls were fresh and amazing as well as the fried dumplings. The sweet and sour chicken needed more chicken in my opinion for the price. The cashier was not friendly.

This is a great spot for a quick/reasonably priced meal. The egg drop soup is my favorite. If you dine in you get a free salad with your meal. The service is quick and friendly. The food is good. Some of the menu items can be a bit to sweet in my opinion. They change specials frequently, so always check the front door or menu before deciding your final order.

I appreciate the abundance of servings the place provides. I've tried almost all of their dishes, and I have no complaints. Chicken is good quality and the seasonings are just right. All in all, this place is very close to me and convenient, so that also contributes to my 4-star review

It was ok for on the go honey sesame chicken with crisp fried rice typical fried rice lo mein noodles with vegetables paying 12 bucks you should get a lot more vegetables it was about a 20-minute wait in the Drive-Thru no one ahead of me customer service was absolutely terrible not very polite more than likely won't eat there again but $22 total for the sesame chicken and lo mein vegetables

Food is good, but check your order before you leave. 90% of the times I've gone, they messed up my order. Double check before you leave the drive-through window. And, I think he does it in purpose.

The asian good here is good and is tasty too. I would recommend ordering to go because the dine in portions are smaller than the togo orders. I've done both and will only get it togo now. Though you dio get a free side salad when dining in.

For fast food Americanized Chinese food, it's all right. Food is better than what I can make at home but it isn't special, cheap, or tasty enough to make it a place I have to go. You will wait a few minutes for food, but since they are making it as you order, I don't mind. Staff is always professional and polite.

Drive Thru guy is consistently a prick. Today, guy didn't give me my drink, slammed the window and proceeded to ignore me until I had no choice but to leave or be late for my meeting. Decent to go food, never went inside.

Fried rice or steamed rice with brown food coloring? What’s this weird hard piece in my chicken? These are questions you’ll find yourself asking when you visit this Carrollton Tasty Wei. Other common questions are: “Why does my stomach suddenly hurt?”, “I wonder how long this has been sitting back there?”, and “Oh my god where is the nearest bathroom?”… The always friendly staff, low prices, and quick service makes it hard to not keep coming back, but every time I question “why am I here again?”.. Their marketing messaging at least says “fresh cook” - whatever that means.

Food was ok but all the advertised prices are for lunch only if you want dinner it is an up charge, if the price is for lunch only it should be advertised. I'm thinking the rude staff is pocketing the extra money or this location is just false advertising its prices.

I have never had Mexican-chinese before and it tasted exactly what you would think it taste like. Food was less than mediocre and the egg roll I had tasted like it didn't finish cooking. I gave this place two stars because I was hungry and ate my food, so thanks.Maybe they just had an off day.

Fast-food style Chinese restaurant with a drive thru window and an eat-in salad buffet. The food here is nothing special, the sauced (orange, sesame, etc.) meat dishes are very, very sweet so be aware if you're used to more traditional chinese. It is comparable to Panda Express as far as the Chinese-American food goes. Prices are comparably lower and portion sizes are more than enough for a lunch or dinner, but that is to be expected for Chinese food. The food, as mentioned previously, is very sweet and the fry breading a bit thick. The eat-in salad buffet is nothing more than chopped iceberg and tomatoes with your basic 4 dressing compliment - not a huge selling point of dining in. Overall, if you only have ten minutes, want Chinese food, and also happen to be on Midway then yes this is a nice place to stop by. If you're going out to grab food expecting a good Chinese dinner to bring home I would look elsewhere.

I want to start out by saying that I really do like the food here. My issue is how rude the staff is. I honestly felt like I should apologize for bothering them when I ordered at the drive thru. If it's such a hassle for you to take my order, I can find another place to go. Plenty of options for Chinese food near this place.

Food taste ok but there are some serious cleanliness issues.

Everything was going well. I was waiting for my food to be prepared to go. I ordered a soda and was given a cup to use self service machine. The soda machine was clogged by a bunch of mold. It was disgusting. I left without soda and when I got home I couldn’t eat the food. I called the restaurant and told the manager/owner about the soda machine. They then offered me a free soda on my next visit…🤬🤮

We got there around 5pm on a Saturday and the door was locked. We finally see a guy after a few mins who then unlocks the door. He doesn’t greet us or say anything after unlocking. We then proceed to order the food and the cashier almost seemed annoyed taking our order and especially when we asked like what comes with the dinner combo. The customer service friendly attitude was definitely not there and it almost ruined our experience of trying out some good food.

The food is decent but the customer service is very poor. They steady forget things in your order or give you the wrong thing. They don’t repeat your order to you when you pay so when you check your bag, things are missing or incorrect. When you remind them of their mistake, staff seems highly annoyed that you even checked your bag and seem hesitant to correct it. I saw another post regarding price changes when you go to pay, I can attest to that. I recommend getting an itemized receipt before you pay, especially if you pay cash.

I'm saddened by my last experience. This place used to be consistent with their food. Always tasted great. This time my fried rice was bland and hard. I had to add salt and soy sauce to make it taste better. The lo mein noodles were a bit over cooked and it lacked the cabbage I like in this dish. Unfortunately, the consistency and quality was not there this visit.

Location is great, prices are good, customer service is very good. But food is awful. I don't know why these Mexican guys decided to make Chinese food, but it feels like they have never tried Chinese food themselves. Most dishes are bland. Hot and sour soup tastes like if it was diluted in water. At first I thought I got in on a bad day. I gave these guys two more chances, but it was the same all three times. Maybe they will get better later.

First time eating here. Had the crab pastries and the bourbon chicken. Both are nothing to be proud of...unimpressed given that I spent almost 17 bucks for it. The chicken had a slight plastic taste to it so I assume they just put food in the plastic container and heat it up which can cause leaching. It's better to go to Panda Express which is right up the street if you want quality taste for the price. Not a recommended place for Chinese IMO.

This is going to be the last time I come to this place… yeah, the food is fast but not so cheap AND don’t get me started on the Mexican guy and his wife at the drive though.. they are so rude and disrespectful. You ask them a question and it’s clear they don’t want to answer it. They always give you dirty looks….

Miserable experience. The broccoli was mushy, the rice was over AND under cooked (htf did that happen) and the chicken taste like 3 month old Thanksgiving leftovers. You've been warned. #HellsKitchen

New team is slow. When you order spicy seafood rice, they can sometimes serve you combo fried rice. Also they need to work on communication

They literally ripped me off. ...i got 3 items 6.99 , 6.98 and 7.99. Paid with a 50 ...got 17 bucks back ...they never gave me a Receipt . keep the money ...your workers obviously need it ....They also weren't wearing masks

The hispanic guy working the drive thru was very rude. The food wasn’t much better. The orange chicken is heavily breaded. What looks like decent chunks of chicken is actually 75% bread and 25% chicken. Won’t be back.

This place is horrible. Now normally I don’t leave a bad review but I have to about the taste. Anyone who said they have the best orange chicken is lying. They re-fry there chicken so it’s tough you will be chewing for hours. It’s bland there is no flavor. The rice is below avg. I’m not going to talk about staff you can read the other comments but if you’re looking for a great place try Sam’s Wok on Arapaho and Hillcrest.

Omg you have to watch your ticket here. They will change the price on you and not tell you. The prices are posted right I front of you but they will add on a $1 to everything you order. This place was all around bad. We pulled up at 9:15 and the door said they open till 10. I should have left but we recently moved to the neighborhood and wanted to check it out .Plus it has a drive through, so we should be able to get our food quickly and out the door way before it's time to close. He said it would be 10 min on the food and didn't have the best attitude. I should've left then. We waited about 15 min and they started to turn off the lights! Super awkward. Finally at 9:38 we had our food. We ordered the chicken pad thai, orange chicken, egg roll, and crab puffs which are like crab Rangoon. The egg roll was ice cold and very old. The chicken pad thai was not pad thai. It had flat fat noodles. Kind of like chicken see ew. The sauce wasn't very peanut like .I think they just threw some nuts on top. The orange chicken had hard pieces like it was cooked and reheated. I'm not sure why it took so long to get such bad food .We'll definitely go to panda express across the street from now on.

This was the rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. I pulled up to the window the short guy just opened the window and didn't say anything, he didn't say hi or give me a total or anything just a weird look. I asked if I could add a drink and he still didn't say anything he just closed the window, then opens the window hands me a drink which was the wrong one, I asked for Dr. Pep he gave me a coke. I asked for a couple extra sauces because they usually only give one or two for a lot of rice, he then closed the window again with out saying a word like I was getting on his nerves for asking for TWO things. The pen he gave me to sign my receipt fell on the ground and then I found out he can talk, he says "mam the pen". That was literally the only thing he said to me the whole time. I'm a server so experiencing service like that made me want to cancel my order but he had already swiped my card. I'm never coming back.

Spent $40.00 for family to try out the Wei Tasty Asian on Midway. we got the black pepper beef and Hunan beef, crispy California roll, Chicken eggrolls, lomein for everyone to sample and 2 sides of fried rice. is was disgusting at best! fried rice was white rice steamed in soy sauce and water no veggies no egg no nothing it was flavorless and starchy (Gummy), the eggrolls were ok, the hot and sour soup was egg drop soup with vinegar poured in it and it was nasty. we will never go here again. suggestion try having some pride in your job and follow your companies recipe's. the menu says what comes in it and you should at least attempt to deliver on what was promised.

This place has the worst costumer service ever . Pulled up to the drive thru, ordered my food . The guy taking my order seemed distracted not paying attention . i orderd lo main, teriyaki chicken , and a side of fried rice . when i got to the window he made me repeat my order again. and was reaching out super close to me making me feel uncomfortable . he gave me mt food and it was nothing of what i had ordered . he didnt give me my fried rice and said they can ither do one or the other . I said he can charge me extra for the rice and he rudely said no that they don't do that. I asked for my money back and they didn't want to return it , they made a big deal, and a girl named LETICIA who works there rudely said for me to PAY ATTENTION next time before i order when it was there fault . Never comimg here AGAIN ! she threw the paper if the managers numbers almost im my face . and to top it all off it was the wrong number . The place just looks dirty and they make it worse by having rude workers workimg there . So disappointed, .

The only reason this gets one star is because the veggie spring roll was decent and zero stars isn't an option. The "pad thai" is more like whack thai. The noodles are flat, massive, and cake-like, and the sauce is overdone and soupy. I purchased shrimp pad thai with extra veggies and got no shrimp and extra nasty noodles. When I called the establishment to tell them my order was messed up, the man who answered immediately copped an attitude (clearly, I was not the first person to inquire about these noodles) and told me that "at THIS location, this is the type of noodles we use." He then went on to tell me there is a picture on the back of the menu of their pad thai, and when I told him that I didn't come into the restaurant but ordered over the phone, using Google, he offered no help except to tell me to bring them back to the restaurant and "we'll see if we can do anything for you." I'm not getting in my car to drive back there only to be disappointed again. Complete waste of time and money.

The noodles taste and smell like cardboard. The pork looks and tastes like it was boiled with no seasoning.

I only ordered bourbon chicken, crab ragoons and a small sweet tea and was charged $21.00. The bourbon chicken was the nastiest chicken I ever ate, crab ragoons were burnt, and the sweet tea was also burnt. I should have taken notice that there were NO CARS in the parking lot, and I went during lunch rush.

Placed my order at 9:30 showed up and couldn’t pick up my order due to them closing down the restaurant early. Why answer the phone and take my order if you had intentions on closing early? Horrible customer service. Asked if I had cash, which I didn’t so I got turned away. The man upfront didn’t care either. He was just worried about getting out right at 10. Not good for business. I will not be back. 0/10

When they opened they weren’t bad, but now they’re the worst. The last order of sweet and sour chicken was basically just fried gristle with the most watered down sweet and sour sauce ever. Completely inedible. Staff was incredibly rude too so I didn’t even bother trying to return it. Will never go back. Avoid this place.

GRRR, I have good luck when the owner/manager is working. Beware of the younger Hispanic man who does not listen, does not care and may not understand. I worked to verify a very simple order 3 times, only to drive home and it's wrong! Not worth going back, especially if you have any kind of food allergy.

My gosh! I ordered the honey sesame chicken through drive thru and parked on the parking lot to eat on my lunch hour. After the 4th piece of chicken I ate it tasted so horrible that when I looked the chicken wad rotten! It was a dark green color in the inside. I went inside the store and asked to speak to a manager and I wad told by a Carla that the manager wasn't in. I showed her the chicken and told her the chicken is rotten and with a non caring attitude she said "yes, I can see that" and looked at me and didn't say I word. I told Carla to write my info now because if I get sick or food poisoning they'll be responsible. I asked for my money back and she gave me half the money cash. What also caught my attention is that she just opened the drawer and took cash out without looking at the receipt. I asked for the managers name and she said his name is Juan. What a horrible experience. I'm surprised the chicken didn't have maggots due to the way it tasted and looked. Never again I will get food there. My complaint won't stop here. I will take it further!

UNACCEPTABLE Customer Service. I Will NEVER go there again. I went thru drive thru at 7pm. Long day... didn't want to cook. ordered chicken dumplings, egg drop soup, and the dragon phoenix. I asked employee for extra bag of fried wonton for my soup. she said ok. I got my order and went home. discovered I had what would be half a bag of fried wontons And they were stale. turned into cardboard when I put some in my soup. my chicken dumplings were overcooked looks like to me that they were refried to freshen them up. they didn't even ask me what kind of rice I wanted. so I called the restaurant and spoke to ever answer the phone and told them what I was displeased about and they just sat there and didn't say anything and I said hello and I said yeah I said so you're not going to do anything about it he said no I said is that right he said yep do I need to say more how unbelievably rude and worst customer service I believe I've ever got was no customer service at all please don't go there don't spend your money there. don't support this place. they need to go back home where they came from.

I almost swallowed this, imagine I wouldn’t have chewed correctly and swallowed this. This is a hazard!!!! Never ordering food here again. I love the food here but this is not acceptable, I am actually very upset and sad because I was so excited to finally relax and eat dinner. Imagine I would’ve gave some food to my child, I’m so upset and frustrated with the lack of care when handling food.

Worst food ever. First I order 2 types of rolls, a crispy California Sushi roll and a steak roll. Both utterly disgusting. Dripping and soggy with oil and doused with globs of mayo on top. I also ordered an overly expensive beef lo mein box and again both greasy and overcooked. My noodles were the worst ever. I'm going to recommend that if you want to order or even consider giving this place a chance, I would just advise to drive or run... RUN away from this place. I truly wished I had put up some pictures of my order before i had decided to tossed it all out with great disappointment. What a waste of food and money.

for starters, i did not see a SINGLE asian person in this damn establishment. that should’ve been my red flag to just drive off and not spend $41 on the worst “asian” food i’ve ever had. this food was BEYOND gross. we ordered 3 “appetizers” & 2 dinner plates. the crab puffs were tough & no crab inside… all sweet cream cheese. pretty much a dessert. the deep fried california rolls were the BLANDEST sushi i have ever had in my life. i don’t think the sushi is fresh. i think it’s frozen and then fried. the chicken dumplings were the only edible thing in the bag…3/10. everything else, 0/10. my boyfriend ordered the mongolian beef. once again, no flavor and just plain gross. it was mainly onions and 3 strips of beef. i ordered the sesame chicken. it was just battered chicken. no sesame taste or actual flavor. the sesame sauce AND seeds were even bland! like how do you do that? these dishes are so simple and they managed to ruin them entirely. i will NEVER be back to this place. even the fried rice was disgusting.

I get there fifteen minutes later and let him know I'm picking up my to go order and he gets angry saying "you see how busy we are?!" (They were not too busy) and then told me to "wait your f'ing turn!". I politely told him I have lost my appetite and to refund me. He refused. I'll have to chat with my bank to see about a refund. Folks, we work hard for our money. Don't spend your hard earned dollars here when the customer service is poor and they might curse at you. 👎👎

I'm not sure what happened to this place. When I moved to the area four years ago the food was excellent, the mushroom medley was wonderful, their fried rice was great and their sesame chicken was delicious. Now it's bland, like they changed their recipes or they did away with what made the food fantastic to begin with. Almost $15 for a dinner plate and sugar donuts, only to find that the sugar donuts are probably what's saving this place now. If you want mediocre Chinese food, you're better off going to Panda Express, it just down the street.

Very dishonest business practice! Their lunch menu was 6.99 for chicken and 7.99 for beef. My husband ordered a beef and broccoli and I ordered a cashew chicken during lunch time but we were charged for 18.38 (the numbers did not add up 7.99+6.99=14.98 and with tax should be around $16.xx.) So when I went back to the cashier he said the prices went up and gave me a menu printed on flyer with price slightly higher (I uploaded the flyer photo) but the numbers still didn't add up. Very dishonest. I didn't argue with the cashier I just figured it's wasting my time I will never go back again. Ppl be aware. By the way, the food tasted very bland. Totally disappointed.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Food didn’t even smell good. I ordered S7 which was some seafood dish and it looked so gross I didn’t touch it. Asked for a refund and he told me I couldn’t get a refund. My friend was going through her food and was picking out little creatures from the sea other than what was listed. Nasty is understatement and the fact I couldn’t get my money back is very disappointing

Didn't even finish any of the food it was awful and I'm pretty sure the rice was spoiled. You can go right up the road to panda express and get better food.

The food used to be hot, fresh, plentiful & surprisingly good quality. But now I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED? The spicy seafood noodles I ordered came with 2 small sad pieces of fried fish, 1 tiny shrimp (the size of a dime) and some small bits of "seafood", less than a handful total. I have always ordered this dish in the past and was always surprised on the amount of seafood was packed in. It used to look just like the picture on the menu with the exception of the noodle, you can't say that about many places. I completely understand businesses are having a hard time with covid but don't do this to your customers. I would have happily paid more to get the quality and actual seafood I used to get from this place. I feel ripped off for paying $10.99(+tax) for basically noodles. I am all about supporting small business and even more so during these times but I'm questioning about returning back due to the drop in quality and lack of honesty toward the customer. *If you are advertising a dish to look and have certain items, a customer should get what they pay for, or close to it.* As customers, we work hard for our money too, just like you, and I'm sure you would be disappointed if you choose to loyally spend your money somewhere and didn't get what you paid for. I can understand now why the many bad reviews lately, I truly hope this place can turn it back around to how it used to be.

Visiting from Georgia. I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken with fried rice. The guy at the window spoke 1 weird to me, "thank you". During my wait for my food, I smelled a quite foul odor(like feces odor) 🤢but thought maybe it was a drain nearby. While eating the chicken, something was fried into one of the nuggets. Looks like a rubberband FOR BRACES 🤮. Worst dining experience in all of Texas! Now that I've eaten some, the smell from earlier has me concerned. I want to do a water fast for life! GROSSS!!!!!😷 I need a hypnosis to make me forget. I'm not a dramatic person but this place deserve it

Called the restaurant back to make them aware of the mistake and I was talked to rudely and had the phone hung up in my face. Then they had the audacity to call me back after rudely hung up on me when they screwed up my order. Knaw never again not even the point about the money you can keep that it’s the principle. Because if you’re rude like that after you make a mistake with my order it’s no telling what you might do to my food… Advice people stay clear and away.

Got to restaurant at 8:15 pm It closes at 930pm They were cleaning lobby floors so they turned us around and said it would be 20 minutes if we don’t mind waiting. They are more interested in cleaning up and going home than making money and serving guest . Dining room smells like clorine and bleach . Ridiculous. We can’t eat here tonight when we decide to eat in.

If I could give this place a 0 stars, I would. I ordered online and when I got there, my order was nowhere to be found. The employee, Alfredo, said it might be at the other restaurant. I explained that the receipt said the Carrollton location, which is where I was. The employee was super dismissive and made no effort to help or even look at the order number to check if it was received by the restaurant. I eventually got tired of trying to get my food and left. The bad customer service had made it enough for me to never go back.
