O que dizem os clientes de Heritage Restaurant & Bar
Heritage Restaurant & Bar is a popular spot known for its fresh, flavorful food and friendly service. Standout dishes include the hush puppies, mac and cheese, and salads. Some found it pricey for the portion size, and a few had issues with specific dishes like the Ruben or steak.

I had the cheese burger with egg & bacon 🥓. We order the oysters, which were amazing. As an appetizer we also ordered the crabcake balls. A little too much filler. Other than that, everything was awesome! Definitely would head back. Son got steak, cooked perfectly.
Our waitress was Sasha K and we so enjoyed our time here. She was funny, knowledgeable, and so welcoming. Great food...we had the french toast and Heritage burger which were excellent. Even shared a corned beef dish she said eas really good. She was right! Thanks Sasha!!
I got the lamb chop, it was soooooo tasty! I was so frustrated to be so full because i wanted to try more. WE WILL BE COMING BACK! Nicole was a delight and very good with my FOUR kiddos! So thankful for the staff and grateful for the experience.
We had an amazing dining experience at Heritage. Truly recommend them from a casual dinner to celebrating a special birthday. Of course, we had to order their famous hush puppies. We ordered the 12 ounce steak frites. For dessert, we had the ice cream special and pot of key lime that was amazing. The service was impeccable and even the ladies bathroom was a lovely experience.
We had a fantastic meal here the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The baked dip with artisan bread was comforting and indulgent, the salad was crisp and well-balanced with great textures and citrus notes, and the drinks were spot on smooth, well-crafted, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Service was warm, attentive, and never rushed. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, which really elevated the experience. The atmosphere is cozy yet lively ideal for a casual lunch, brunch, or even a relaxed dinner with family and friends. Overall, great food, great service, and a great vibe. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to, and one I’d happily recommend to anyone in the Kirkland area. 👏🍽️🍹
We enjoyed a private dinner in a separate room from the main dining room. Our group had well attentive service and the food was attractive and flavorful. The atmosphere is a bit industrial but I believe that matches the surrounding areas. We ate the Caesar salad, chicken and ice cream and shortbread cookie. I was surprised at how tender and moist the chicken was!! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Woodinville. Caution though- it was a bit loud here because of how it was constructed so maybe consider not bringing loud kids or having a quiet business meeting here. It's casual formal here.
Really appreciate the quick feedback! As I said the service has always been excellent and it also shown that they do care about customer feedback. Good job! I am bumping it from 4 to 5 stars ⭐️ We have been here several times and majority of the time the food is above standard. The quality of food is highly depend on who is the chef that day as we have ordered the same dish on the menu but it came out completely different. Service has always been excellent and really love the neighborhood restaurant feel.
Celebrated a friend's birthday here. It was our first time visits and we all really enjoyed the evening. We had made a reservation and the restaurant was packed. Our table was in a room off the main room. It was quieter -- which we appreciated -- with one other birthday party and a table of 3. Kyle was our attentive server and creator of the absinthe cocktail but my drinking friends (I was designated driver) chose the barbie cocktail. We started with the crab and corn hush puppies which were tasty and a good appetizer to share. I had the tomahawk pork chop which was excellent with plenty of vegetables. The birthday girl had the king salmon which was cooked perfectly and tasted excellent on a bed of flageolet ("flatulence") beans and mushrooms. Our other friend had the clams with chorizo which were spicy. Everyone enjoyed their food. We finished with the pie in a jar (?) which was undercooked but edible and an apple bread pudding with caramel which was pretty good. Our friend's dessert included a birthday candle which was brought, unprompted, by the restaurant and is appreciated. Very buzzy atmosphere, a decent menu and friendly staff made this an enjoyable evening and somewhere I'd happily return.
Great restaurant! The service was quick, but not too quick. Each server and host was polite and welcoming. The atmosphere was busy, but not loud, and you could still talk. They have a beautiful inside and outside. The food was very good! My favorite was the salmon dip, then the risotto and sausage balls (red pepper gravy is bomb). The crab hushpuppies were pretty good. You tasted the crab, but pretty normal after that. The big surprise were the french fries. Homemade and the perfect amount of salt seasoning. So good! Drinks were creative and delicious.
This was the best meal of our trip. Absolutely everything we ate from the beet and pomegranate salad to the mac and cheese to the chicken and pasta dishes and finally with Creme Brulee and tiramisu, we're all amazing! I've been thinking about the salad and mac and cheese for 2 days now lol the service was equally as good and we definitely will go back here next time we are in town
This is my go-to restaurant in Woodinville with friends or solo. The bakery next door is as wonderful as the restaurant. Food is always made with quality ingredients and a well balanced flavors in reasonable pricing. I was especially surprised by their selection of old loose tea leaves. It was smooth and fragrant. As a tea drinker, I appreciate the care and thoughts behind the menu. Thank you. A side note about their afternoon tea set, I would love to try it but the menu is just huge with the amount of food. I would frequent for this service if a more manageable portion is available. Support local business Support women’s businesses Cheers!
Stopped by for a happy hour on sunday. They have 2 tables and a bar top which they serve happy hour at. It was relatively quite except the 2 tables. From my order: Hush puppies are amazing, very delicious and satisfying. I rarely enjoy sauces/condiments but this one came with a great fluffy cream which was a great combination. Nice oysters although although the happy hour price is not particularly a great deal and they were sold out for second order. Tasty seasonal cocktail (some lemon drop variant). Their music was a weird shuffle of styles but I forgive them as overall very satisfied with food and drink.
We headed to Heritage Restaurant for Sunday brunch and were thankfully seated inside during the mini heatwave. Although they do have several outside tables, we were glad to be inside, with the sun shades drawn when the temperature soared to 95 degrees. I had made reservations ahead of time for our party of three so we were greeted and seated promptly. The restaurant has several tables comfortably spaced, with a full bar and private dining room. Wood furniture and a thoughtful decor added an upscale yet relaxed vibe. The Brunch menu offers tasty breakfast and lunch options with selections for all palates. I selected the Brie and Brussel Sprout Scramble. I loved the combination and appreciated the clean preparation. My guests had the turkey grilled cheese and homemade minestrone soup with Heritage salad. Everything was fresh, delicious and made with care. Service was wonderful: friendly and responsive. This is definitely not a greasy spoon diner. Added photo: I stopped for lunch on another day and ordered the Roasted Tomato & Bell Pepper Sammie with a side of house-cut fries. Tasty and delicious! When you’re in the area and are looking for a nice place to stop with an approachable menu and ambiance, Heritage is a great option. It was my first time trying brunch and we enjoyed our experience. Parking is limited so you may want to plan ahead and book earlier reservations to find a spot in this popular complex. I’m looking forward to visiting for dinner and wine sometime in the near future! Updated Oct 2024: Teatime at Heritage was a blissful experience. Three levels of tasty treats, butternut squash bisque, Regal English Breakfast tea, live music and a nice ambiance with wonderful service. A win for sure!
One of the best restaurants I've been to in Washington. The wedge salad was insanely refreshing. Whatever they do to the bacon on the salad is amazing. I haven't stopped thinking about the crab hushpuppies. They are perfectly crispy ...and the whipped lemon dill butter is out of this world. The peach flatbread was a bit dry, but full of flavor. The steak was probably my least favorite thing. The veggie medley was not the best, and the flavor of the steak reminded me of chicken drumsticks glazed with BBQ. . nostalgic, but not in the best way. The steak was cooked well though! Overall, very excited to try more dishes.
We stopped by this wine country on Saturday night not realizing it was going to be as busy as it was. After scrambling to find parking across the street, we walked over to this restaurant and found that seating was available immediately. The hostess staff was super friendly and gave us a seat at the bar. The Dungeness crab hush puppies and the Parmesan garlic potatoes were absolutely scrumptious .The bartenders were friendly and overall you could tell the service was good at this restaurant. We snacked on multiple appetizers that were really good and we definitely would make it a point to come back here again should we ever visit this area. The only downside that we found is that most of the restaurants in this area already charge 20 to 22% gratuity so if you were to get bad service, you already are tipping at a high rate. It’s a good thing that the overall experience here was a positive one.
Almost perfect, had a nice date date here and ordered the harvest salad, top notch, followed by the Calamari which was superb. Then my burger arrived which looked and tasted bland, and juiceless. On the plus side, the Egg Pasta my date ordered was the complete opposite. Pulsing with full flavor, and a great tasting item. Will skip the burger next time and maybe avoid the key lime desert and go for the salted chocolate brownie. Will have to come back and try the Autumn Farro if it's anything like their Fresh Egg Pasta. Not a good place for kids, kids are kids and tend to ruin a pseudo fine dinning experience. I could not hear myself think half the time bc of a family with a couple of young girls that were sat next to us.
Update upon Owner Response You follow-up is a positive - shows real care for the business. Fair enough that we could have at least referenced my primary complaint re portion of fish - though not sure how to have handled the bland sauce for the salmon. Your servers have always been great. Original Review I have been to Heritage 3 times. I typically enjoy myself - the staff has been good to very good - including Eric the manager. HOWEVER, I have become somewhat disappointed by the food - including the portions. Specifically the last "fish and chips" for $30 - well, the tartar was great, the fries good - BUT merely two pieces of modest sized fish??? for $30?? Come on!! That is ridiculous - toss on a 3rd piece of decent sized - NOT over-fried pieces. The king salmon for $43 - okay, sort of a normal price in Seattle (with outliers) - but expecting a bit more of a portion - AND a sauce that actually had flavor - instead of the completely flavorless sauce provided. So despite having enjoyed the bartender and his custom Paper Plane, etc. - and the ambiance at the bar (much "cozier" than the front room), I doubt I will be back anytime soon - there are just too many good options to review.
Love the location and ambiance — that’s what keeps bringing us back. Unfortunately, on our fourth visit, the food quality and overall experience fell well short of expectations. We ordered the brie appetizer, which arrived cold in the center. When it was “remade,” it appeared to be the same piece of brie, simply cut open and repositioned with jam added on top. It was still cold and congealed when served again. The salad portion was also surprisingly small, especially compared to nearby restaurants like The Shed across the street. To add to the frustration, I sampled a beer before ordering a full glass and was charged $8 for the sample — something that was neither communicated nor expected. Taken together — repeated service mistakes, declining food quality, and unexpected charges — the experience was disappointing. Given the price point, it’s hard to recommend, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
Went there once before and the food and service were exceptional. Especially the scallops. Went there last night and my husband had the tasting menu. Instead of New York steak in the Steak Frites, they served an inedible Sirloin. Tough and hardly tasted like advertised chimichurri. The service was so slow and took forever to get anything. They also took their best dish, Scallops, off the menu. So disappointed when a bill for four people is $291.00. Will never be back.
