Needed a quick snack before dinner & didn’t want to break the bank so we stopped in here to share a quick pork Bahn mi and it was SO GOOD!!! Great price, fantastic flavor and so much meat in the sandwich! 10/10 would recommend. Definitely will be back to try the other items!
This is the first place in SF I know of that sells Vietnamese egg cream coffee. The coffee is delicious, very creamy, and well-balanced. The spot itself is very nice, with plenty of seats some by the windows where you can do some people watching. While I was waiting, I noticed other people’s food orders looked delicious with generous portions. I definitely need to come back to try them
Had fantastic pho here. Angiday is conveniently close to Golden Gate Park. Their food is filling, fresh, and delicious. Service is fast and friendly and the restaurant itself is very airy and light. I would 100% recommend this place!
Best banh mi I’ve ever had in my entire life. The place itself was very aesthetically pleasing too. The people who work there are also very kind and accommodating. I think I’ll only come here for banh mis from now on. Here is a pic of my chicken banh mi half eaten
This spot feels so cozy and friendly—perfect for a casual Vietnamese lunch. The portions are great value, the food and drinks are top quality with authentic flavors, and the prices are very budget-friendly. Absolutely a must-try!
Finally a place in SF for egg coffee!!! Was super excited to try and it met my expectations. Cant wait to come back. The tropical rolls were good too and there was just enough peanut sauce for it. Seating is great with lots of lighting. 082625 tuesday.
10/10 banh mi and solid pho, nice location on haight street, went on valentine’s day wasnt too crowded just a solid place overall would highly recommend. Heres a picture of me and my girlfriends order she got some pho and i got the house special banh mi and 2 milk tea 🔥
Fresh, flavorful and authentic! We ordered the Pork Bahn Mi and the fresh spring rolls. No regrets on either!!
I highly recommend this spot! Authentic Vietnamese food is hard to come by in SF, but this place truly delivers. We visited on a Sunday and tried the banh mi and pho—both were incredibly tasty. The flavors are authentic, the food is absolutely delicious, and the portions are generous. The space itself is elegant and aesthetically pleasing, making it a great dining experience. They also have takeouts. The staffs are super friendly! You really can't go wrong here!
Such a great addition to Haight Street. The Vietnamese food is fresh and tasty, the specialty coffees are unique, and the vibe is clean and cozy. We’ll definitely come back for lunch again. We got the pork spring rolls, banh mi, vermicelli bowl, and egg cream iced coffee.
A hole in the wall! We ordered a plate of grilled pork rice, a bowl of pho, and two Vietnamese coffees, and everything was chief kiss. The dishes took us right back to Vietnam—a journey of umami flavours but with American portion size. Honestly, if you’re looking for a taste of Vietnam, you’ll find it here at Angiday. Really guys, I cannot recommend this place enough! I’ll definitely become a regular here myself. Always left feeling full and satisfied.
Favorite spring rolls and banhmi in the city!! It’s safe to say this place is my new go to. Fantastic location, nice interior, even better tasting food. You’ve got to try this place!
What an amazing restaurant. This is really an amazing addition to an already historic neighborhood. Full disclosure one of my favorite friends and role models Khoa opened this establishment and I came in not knowing what to expect but wow he blew my mind! THE FOOD: the PORTIONS are amazing the SPRING ROLLS are almost the size of my hands and I can PALM A BASKETBALL. The BANH MI idk what’s the magic behind the bread but no generic bread can COMPARE with this bread the fillings are all so tender and blends amazingly BEST BANH MI IN SF hands down. The Pho not too salty not too bland right in the middle to get pho of this taste with the complexity of broth you gotta go down to veit town in San Jose to even get a fair comparison. Job well done!!! The COFFEE: I had 2 coffees egg coffee and pandan coffee they were both a great mix of flavors tailored to the modern taste but brings the veit drip coffee taste alongside it. Great coffees and def worth a visit just for them! To Khoa: Bro this review doesn’t even get close to how proud I am of you man!!! Expect me to come by regularly and I hope you the best of luck and bountiful years to come the Haight will take care of you just like it did for me when I was a part of the businesses here when I was small. GOOD STUFF!!!

Great spot for yummy food! Loved the pork banh mi! The bread was perfect and meat tasty- big sandwich that could be easily shared but so flavorful that I ate it all myself!
This is my favorite restaurant on Haight Street! Spring rolls are my favorite food — I even make them regularly — but their take with the tropical rolls is a must-try. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone. Their bánh mìs are also a perfect 10/10. The staff are always so friendly and great, which makes every visit even better. My go-to order is a set of tropical rolls and a sandwich to share, then take it all to the park.
Delicious !!!! My friend got the jasmine oolong tea and we highly recommend that. We also got the spring rolls and the beef pho. No complaints here !!!! Try it🤓
Great bahn mi, large sandwich for only $12. Chicken was flavorful and not dry at all, pork was delicious as well. I also really enjoyed the kumquat drink. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

The pho broth here is the best I’ve had in SF. You can truly taste the pho spices. The bread used for Banh Mi sandwiches is nice a flaky without being too dense. I definitely recommend trying the coconut cream coffee and pho.
Perfect place for a fast but quality snack. The vermicelli with the grilled pork were amazing!
Great casual Vietnamese spot at the end of Haight St for a cozy meal. Banh mi was well toasted and the pho broth was light. A tasty, simple meal with no surprises. Pandan latte was a treat if you like salty forward drinks. Not a lot of seating.
Welcome to the neighborhood! Pork Bahn Mi is on point and the spring rolls are light and fresh. Great option for a quick lunch or takeout for the park.

very happy to have a new vietnamese place on haight street! both the banh mis are delicious. the pho is solid but not as flavorful as I'm used to, could've even used just some more fish sauce. But, everything is quality and the restaurant is nice, intimate, and great for grabbing a bite by yourself. I'm excited to try their other stuff!

I think the location is great, and the name and logo were really cute. However, I am totally not a fan of the seat-yourself and serve-yourself model of this restaurant. Not saying that I disliked the workers or anything, but they definitely could have made that clearer and be friendlier. What am I tipping for if I am doing all the work myself, respectfully? Definitely a non-standard practice in a Vietnamese restaurant. Food was not bad.

The first time we came to this place we got the chicken pho and it was firrree and this time tonight we got the same exact thing, with double chicken, and it was not fire. The broth was extremely watery, the noodles were flat and slimy, they gave us maybe a tablespoon and a half of chicken per bowl of pho, and for some reason their new recipe includes cinnamon. Tasted pretty awful but unfortunately we got it to go and they were closed by the time we got to tasting it. Would have loved a refund because this was 40$ for some straight bs, but there will always be a fail of eating out every so often i suppose!
