Vibras is a lively spot with good music, especially Latin music, and a fun atmosphere. Customers rave about the friendly bartenders and security, particularly Rodney. Found our new “to go spot” ! Celebrated one of our best friends 21st bday this past weekend. Security was super nice, bartenders are amazing, drinks are amazing, music is such a vibe. Atmosphere was great. 10/10 ✋🏼🙂↕️🤚🏼
Rodney was so great and kept so professional and courteous and he made us feel so welcome upon entering and exiting, we stayed from 11 to 2am and he was so nice escorting us out and he remembered so many of us from previous visits. Definitely returning here because of the vibe, the dj, the bartender, everything.
I personally really love this place. Coming from Laredo, I was looking for a place that plays reggeaton and I found it! I love how there's so much open space and I love the inside. It does get packed on Fridays and Saturdays (goes without saying). I think the drinks were a little pricey but considering where it is on the strip...not surprised.
Lines, lines, lines lines everywhere, but fire music, and great atmosphere highly recommend. Little bit pricey but then again it's a bar oh and they charge an entrance fee.
Great place for a night out, great place to take some cute pictures. On Saturdays it can get pretty crowded after 11pm. They play a good mix of music. If you happen to stop by you gotta try the tacos from the little pink food truck that's inside. Some of the best tacos I've had so far here San Antonio.
Came to Vibras for the first time and they did not disappoint! The food from El Cevichero was great as always, and the drinks from the bar were all sooo good! Alyssa was our bartender and she was great! Very attentive and great service all through the night. They have awesome happy hour specials. Can't wait to come back!
Rodney was very great and made sure we felt very safe as females here. Definitely recommend
Rodney head of security is The Best! He made my visit to Vibras so amazing. Such a great staff everyone was friendly and welcoming. The ceviche was delicious! Thank you Rodney you are an awesome, amazing and a real Gentleman!
I have been here a few times and really enjoy it. Funnily enough I dont like going on the weekend when its crowded with long lines (crazy long) and has a 10 dollar cover charge (at least the weekend i went was crazy. But weekdays are awesome. It is empty but the place is cute, drinks are good, and can take really cute pictures with friends. Also the food truck was awesome. We got the ceviche and it was delicious.
So for a Wednesday night this place is kinda empty! Which is what I like 👍 lol. I love everything about this place. The music is a big bonus because I love all kinds of Spanish music! The staff was friendly, and gave good drink suggestions. The bouncer was nice, and gave us a break down of everything inside. Also let us know their busy night! The shots were so good, although I don’t like watermelon 🍉 it still went down smooth. They have a food truck inside the area. I didn’t get to try it but will definitely review when I do. Great for a girls night out, or just a night out for dancing. There is lots of space inside, and outside. Glad they made this addition to the strip.
Great first experience! The bartenders are so friendly and the La Fresa cocktail is so good! The bouncer, I think his name is Rodney? He’s so nice! Def coming back!
A cute spot full of good vibes and great drinks! Also have El Chevircho on deck in the back patio serving up amazing eats like discada mini tacos and quesitacos de birria! S/O to the cocinero bc their sooo good! 😘
First time here and loved it. Happy hour was really good and their "Frozens" drinks are delicious.

I had an item confiscated a day prior (my fault completely I did not mean to bring that in) but I really wanna thank all the staff who helped me. There are some special people who really helped that I just wanna say thank you too. I don’t know his name but it started with a M and he was so sweet and on top of things, along with this one other girl who helped me get me in contact with their manager. Everyone, including the manager was quick to help and I really appreciate the staff here. (Ps. The music is always fire)
It wasn't too busy for a Sunday so Ridney was able to greet everyone and make sure everyone was comfortable nd enjoying themselves without being overbearing. His smile and demeanor was the highlight of our evening.
Rodney the bouncer is the guy that will make sure everyone is safe and being aware and showed his presence when some guys were bothering my wife and her friend. So I really appreciate him doing his job and making sure nobody gets messed with, or harassed. Great guy
Had a great time for the first time everyone was vibing together. Line where long for drinks but great when served.

The atmosphere is aced ♠️❤️ The place is fun and adventurous. People and staff very friendly, security on point and very helpful. Secure place to drink and have fun. The dance floor does get packed and gets hot quick, but who cares when your Cumbia is on right. Age and culture dynamics very well balanced, so music is balanced for all age groups perfectly. Drinks are well priced and some exotic ones as well to try.
Nice atmosphere outside and inside before 9pm. Inside is more of a club atmosphere at 9pm. Tables and chairs are picked up to transition the atmosphere into a nightlife feel. Paid $5 for a mixed drink. Tasted good. Kid and pet friendly until 8pm.
Loved it here great music excellent AC and good patio space. Great bar service.
Coming from Houston where it's known for the night life this place has good vibes "Vibras". Besides then having a food truck with the best birria tacos I have tasted they play good latin music from old school reggaeton to Spanish pop, bachata, salsa, etc. A very good mix of popular hits from old to new. Now some of the prepared shots are 🤢 but the rest of the cocktails are 👍🏽. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. IG: love_to_exist

Good place but fell off after playing the exact same music. Used to be Spanish music only, now plays English music, which defeats purpose of a Latin bar. DJ doesn’t play recent songs. Good security Good food

It's a good place to hang out with your friends. I like the security of the place, but the only thing that's taking away points is that the DJ always plays the same music. He sounds like a broken record. It would be good if he changed the music or updated his music list. It's getting boring with the same old thing.
Honestly getting frisked was the best part of the visit so seriously .The drinks strong but just ok .It's a house that's empty but has a great outdoor area with heaters bar n food truck ..So if you have a group and Wana chill great stop. If you wana house full of strangers and not unique at all ,subpar DJ music it's ok .
Very spacious place with good music and tvs, lots of places to sit. The line for the bathroom was crazy long, but the bathroom was cute! It reminded me of Blanche's bedroom! (Golden Girls) They were extremely rude when 2am hit. They started flashing lights in our faces and yelling at everyone to leave.

This place has great potential. It used to play almost exclusively Spanish music which was great, and their food truck (get the quesabirrias) is one of my favorite in the city. However, they kinda went away from Spanish music a bit the last couple times I went, and the line is very long not just to get in but to get drinks, which are expensive. If the cover (which is cash only btw) wasn't expensive and it wasn't such a hassle to get a beer, I'd come more often.
My friend was talking to an employee and it didn’t work out. Went in tonight and got kicked out for being “too intoxicated” but we had literally just walked out of the women’s bathroom when they stopped us and they couldn’t say what she did. The people around us were confused too, she was walking straight and speaking clearly. Just frustrating they can be that petty.

Pudgy security, during daytime security, is non-existent and unprofessional. Drink options are minimal. Don't get a buzz; they won't let you back in the bar if you have to make a phone call. Won't be going back.
Over crowded and do not take paper ID/DL. You need to actually have the actual ID/DL.
Went during the afternoon and it wasn’t packed. Loved the music vibe and drinks but won’t be coming back. Even though the music vibes were great it was the rude bartender that made me and my friends feel so uncomfortable. Had an attitude and felt judgement even when sitting down away from the bar.

Atmosphere was good but watch out for “security” with corn rows who called our party on Sunday 04.21 for no reason while he was sitting down relaxing behind the bar hanging out with his buddies. We were all having a good time not bothering anyone or disturbing anyone’s peace and sitting down minding our business and having dinner. I, nor my table were able to finish our dinner that we had just paid for. Be careful before going to this place as you will not be able to finish your dinner. While we asked why, they had absolutely no answer as to why we were cut off nor reasonable explanation as to why we had to leave the premises.
I’d been looking forward to trying this place for a while. I finally get the chance. The place is open and I walk right in to the bar. The bartender is nice and I order 2 drinks. Another bartender immediately walks up to me and tells me they’re closed for a private event. Closed? You would have never known. The gate and front doors to the place were open. There was NO signage on the doors or outside saying it was closed. I even looked online prior to driving 30 mins to get there and their website said OPEN. This place should really post online or social media if they’re going to close for a day to prevent customer from wasting time getting there. At least have some signage outside saying you’re closed. Very disappointed.
They literally will let ANYONE in there no matter what ! It’s cool but also sad , theres literally ppl that are 19 in there ! Shoutout joe ( I believe it’s Joe kinda forgot ) the door guy he lets anyone in as long as they look good ! So if youre looking for an underage place, this is where to go
Food was good bartenders and security terrible no training awful service watch out for “security “ guy with corn rolls thinks he owns the place. Made the whole bar uncomfortable. Owners need too rethink this guy costing them money instead of making them!
We ended up at Vibras on Sunday night with a bachelorette party. We ordered food and we were able to get a table outside and we were extremely chill , minding our own business and not causing any disturbance-and you would have noticed because the place was completely dead outside. Our bachelorette and friend went to use the restroom together(girls helping with clothes). The manager came outside to ask if we were with the bride because she was in the restroom throwing up. Concerned, I went inside to check on them. When I got into the restroom she was washing her hands and I told the girls the manager said that she was throwing up and that we were going to have to leave the bar. They both were shocked to hear that because she did no such thing. When confronting the manager about who said that he said his bartender said she was drunk and throwing up. We tried to tell him numerous times that that was untrue and the bride had not even had ONE drink at the bar since we got there. He refused to listen and stood by what the bartender claimed. I work at an establishment with bartenders and understand the level of safety you need when serving alcohol and that sometimes you have to back up your bartenders. However, I do not understand why she felt the need to assume and LIE and then continue to have an attitude when confronted as to why she lied. Unfortunately, it was a damper on that part of the night, especially when we saw customers inside who were obviously inebriated. This is not the first review I've seen about parties being broken up for nothing and bartenders being rude and it's a shame because the establishment is unique. All we hoped for was a great ending to our friends night. Brass Monkey received the rest of our business that night.
Only place in the strip to charge for a wack add dj p
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAR ! Paid a cover charge to get in which is not a problem . Went straight to the inside bar to get a drink . Waited 25 mins in line to get a drink cause it’s shoulder to shoulder in the line , only to get told I can’t buy beer. I get to the bar and the lady bartender asked what can I get you ? I said can I have three Michelo ultras with the caps on because I had to walk through a crowd of people and I didn’t want to spill it She said “policy is that I have to take the caps off” I said OK, “but you didn’t takeoff the other peoples beer caps” , she now looks at the other couple that she served and said I have to take these caps off Because I had called her out, She got upset when I told her that she didn’t do her job correctly . Her next response to me was I was too drunk to buy any beer because it was at her discretion. I couldn’t believe what she said . At this point, I did not argue with her child like mind . I walked away to go to the front to talk to the guys who are charging the cover charge to let them know. I told one guy he said yeah these girls can get real moody like that and at that point it’s up to them if they want to serve you, I told him that that was not right, and I wanted to speak to a manager. They said the best we can do is give you your 10$ back and you can get out. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE .
Started our bachelorette weekend there, Saturday afternoon and we were cut off after 1 drink and one shot. It was empty, we were one of two groups there. Their excuse was we had a 20 year old with us and the other group that was there was giving their minor drinks. What does that have to do with our group? Never recommending or bringing business back. Giving it one star because the DJ was good.
Was kicked out of this bar because I had to use the restroom (that time of the month) and the women’s line was outrageous. 3 toilets were not working so I took a chance and tried to go to the men’s restroom. I was escorted out and then the door man “manager” said good job. Very short man energy of him and disappointed in this place.
Man selling tickets is rude as hell. Didn’t let me into the bar because I “looked too messed up”. I was stone cold sober. I came with my girlfriend. I felt discriminated against for being gay. Do not recommend this place.
We went to celebrate to co workers bachelorette party mind you were outside eating our food we bought from el cevichero which was really good but the staff from vibras being the bartender inside and the manager and the trash crew Littlerally kicked us out lying that our friend was throwing up in the restroom when she wasnt took all our drinks from table rude staff we asked for a number and sight to complain all acting manegers would not give us any numbers of any sort to complain. This is only the start of my complaining please stay away from this place because you will be greeted by plain rudeness and ruining your night stick to other bars
So first time I got passed up I don’t know how many times to even get a drink. Then at approximately 1:50am, I tried using the bathroom and the was told that I couldn’t use it because they wanted everyone out. Remind you it was only 1:50, 10 min before they close. I’m very disappointed that I was a paying customer and couldn’t use the restroom before they even closed and trying to find one that is open at that time is unrealistic.
Worst bar in town. They have terrible service and the restroom was down so both men and women shared the same restroom. Ronaldo the security guard I wanted to point out as the worst I have ever encountered. Not sure why he even works there . Long line and a cover to get in that’s not worth it on top of that
I have went to Vibras several times and never had issues up until these last couple of weeks when I tried to go with my black, queer friend. When getting to the door last week, my friend was denied entry due to wearing a sleeveless cropped top. Even though several white/latina women in front of us were granted entry whilst wearing far more revealing clothes than my friend. We moved on with our night and tried to go again yesterday. My friend wore a full shirt, and after waiting in line, we were once again denied entry because he was wearing crocs. I decided to do some digging on this, and I checked out Vibras website and instagram. I could not find a dress code anywhere. What I did find, were SEVERAL pictures of people inside of the club wearing sleeveless cropped tops AND crocs. The difference? They weren’t black people. I checked the reviews and I see that we were not the only gay people who felt discriminated against as well. I am not sure if the problem Vibras has is with black people or with gay people, or both. I’ve tried calling several times to speak with a manager regarding this but I automatically get sent to a “voicemail box full” greeting. Vibras is a racist, homophobic establishment and they don’t deserve your money. I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, but they certainly deserve one. Don’t waste your money here. Several places are the strip are far more worth it.
Over charge you paid 30 on a small bowl of sea crab very bad experience they are ripping people need to be investigated asap
Went here to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and for some reason one of the security guards wouldn’t let one of our friends in—no explanation whatsoever—and was extremely rude to them when they asked why. They told us we could go inside, but we obviously weren’t going to leave our friend behind, so we ended up leaving. Don’t waste your time here and go across the street to the Wave Room instead.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. I went here on Sunday 1/25 and was standing at the bar with my friend, minding my own business, watching the tv and I just so happened to peep over at the girl bartender working (black hair with glasses) she gave me the ugliest look for no reason so I asked her if there was something wrong and she asked me why I kept looking at her? Which was very ODD because I wasn’t, I might have just taken a glance but wasn’t staring.. I responded to her telling her that I wasn’t and then she decided to tell the security guard to kick me out. The security guard even agreed that he had no idea why she was telling me to leave. She was rude the entire time we were there. My friends and I won’t be attending this bar anymore, it was one of our favorite spots but I feel as if a worker being rude at an establishment is VERY unprofessional. You shouldn’t experience issues with a bartender and having them cause problems with you for absolutely no reason.
Crowded place, overpriced drinks. Paid the cash only cover (in 2025 btw) and bought many drinks and was denied to use the restroom 15 minutes before close and was manhandled by some feminine diabetic Edgar, which they apparently somehow appointed a bouncer, after pointing out it was 15 minutes til close. For how mid the place is, they sure love driving customers away. Steer clear and go to Wav Room across the street instead for a good time and cool staff!!
