Wow! This place is one of a kind!!! I can finally find all of my gluten free needs in one beautiful zen location!! Not to mention the spa downstairs!! SO AFFORDABLE, so PURE!

Nice place, nice and knowledgeable staff. The espresso is smooth and they have awesome and creative drinks with coconut oil, brain fuel and much more.

Friendly staff and good massage. Accommodating for my delay too.

All salads are premixed. Decor is woodsy fresh. Atmosphere is a bit unchillaxing fitting for brain blacksmithing in Manhattan.

There’s a cafe, a cosmetics store and lots of seating. Food: everything is plant based. Try the chocolate milk, it’s so good. Sweetened with dates and raw cacao. We ordered the kale wrap and raw bibimbap/sushi. Very fresh. I love when I eat my vegan things that you can taste the quality of the plants. Service: they even have dog treats. Everyone is kind and patient. Even the patrons are super lovely. I think it’s the vibe because the moment you enter you’re surrounded by wood, plants, natural remedies and lots of sunlight. The cosmetics have samples to try. Sometimes there’s samples of food too. I’m lucky to live close to it. It’s a great spot in the neighborhood.

Came here to get cryotherapy after my flight in and they were very sweet and welcoming. I really enjoyed having conversation with them especially while I did cryotherapy to help it go by fast.

Tried CryoSkin facial + double chin treatment for the first time and very impressed. I have been swollen due to traveling so my skin feels instantly lifted + there is already a noticeable difference in my chin/jawline definition immediately after.

This is a super cute store, a neighborhood gem. You can get beauty supplies, home goods and in the front they have a smoothie, coffee, juice station. They also offer home made health foods to go, for a snack or lunch.

Suffering from TRAUMA -- in need of HEALING...? The newest offer is "Active Stretch" package included THE MOST AMAZING TREATMENT -- I never liked being stretched but this is mind blowing and healing.... I have so much pain in my body and this practitioner who worked at Equinox for 12 years stretched me and "ironed" my body with this large vibration machine -- he stretched and erased so much pain. He is a "body genius" and even showed me a stretch for my neck. My neck chronically kills me and that is a forever pain until I get surgery but the pain in my shoulder, leg and hip gone today. Next as part of the package is having my legs placed in big nylon like sleeps up to your groin for lymph massage for a half hour -- the automated massage does the intense dorsiflexion of your feet which felt amazing because I have so much pain in my feel and right ankle. 3rd part of package is Kryo -- the chamber is freezing so it gives me a break from all pain including the severe degenerative disc disease in my neck. The Kollectiv also have NutriDrip and that really helped me with stress -- I do B vitamin boosters, D, occasionally the skinny, etc -- LOVE the booster shots and I think that is a reason I did not lose my hair despite horrific stresses. I was violated at a MD's office in Soho but at the Kollectiv I feel safe. They have really good food too. I also by powdered herbs there to support me through terrible stress trauma.

Theraphi was so relaxing! I thought it was a gimmick but it works!

Beautifully designed Wholistic store dedicated to lotions, 'elixirs', cbd oil, tinctures etc, seems to be a center point for a small wellness community and they throw events and talks related to the subjects very dedicated staff. Interesting devices like liquid nitrogen recovery machines in the spa downstairs.

This used to be a nice place to pick up herbs and tinctures but now it’s badly stocked and the mark up on the products is outrageous. For example - they are selling the Hudson Hemp CBD for $96… yet this is $40 if you buy from HH direct!!!!!! Avoid like the plague, that price hike is unforgivable. 👎

I see many high star reviews here which is why I gave this location a chance, not sure if it is because I am a POC or what but the experience was the worst Ive had at any spa/wellness center. I proceeded downstairs to the spa and greeted the man at the front desk with a warm smile and a hello and all that he said was “room 3”, nothing else, no greeting, did not inform me of the facilities/amenities, how to use the phone to play music in the sauna room or anything. As I enter room 3, alone, he comes in and hands me a plastic reusable cup for water, probably breeding germs from other guests. The towels were hard and looked used. He set the timer on the sauna to exactly 30 minutes. Typically at a sauna you are given 5 min additional to take your coat and clothes off so that you can get your true 30 min in the sauna. I rushed to take my clothes off and get started, the sauna was semi hot, Ive experienced hotter ones, barely caused me to break a sweat until the last 10 min. Upon leaving the room, I came out towards the general area and the same man looked at me and turned his head. I was shocked!!! I was also confused because this was my first time visiting here and I was so cheerful and nice. I am not sure what is going on at this facility but I have never experience such blatant unprofessional and rudeness. I will NOT be returning. There are plenty of other sauna/spas that provide superb experiences, customer service and cleanliness.

Basically no privacy as well, most services are out in the open and as a young lady in her underwear (their recommendation) I felt completely unsafe around their staff. Safety is NOT a priority and neither is hygiene. As I said I left early because it was a joke and didn’t want to get injured. Felt gross the entire time, wish there was more regulation to stop these types of facilities. Do not be fooled by pictures or other five star reviews, it is not a zen experience.
