Didn't get anything to eat during this first visit to this place. I did have a great experience and enjoyed visiting with Carlos the bartender on duty. Real good guy! When I return to NYC I will be sure to stop by again and will plan on eating next time. Feels like a really comfortable local spot and there were plenty of baseball fans yelling at the TV. I sat outside and just did some people watching. Once again, Carlos was fantastic and went out his way to introduce himself and share a handshake. Nice touch!

First bar we visited in our NY trip. Pizza was great. These were the biggest chicken wings I’ve ever seen. Just nuts. Couldn’t even finish it! lol.

We ordered the wings and meatball garlic knots. Both we so good. It was such a pleasant surprise. Amazing. Drake, our bar tender, was very hospitable and knowledgeable.

Great lunch here - Italian comfort food. Everyone had a very pleasant lunch with excellent service. Would definitely go back.

This place was recommended to me and boy was happy I didn't wait long. Had the baked ziti and cheese fries. Food tasted amazing and very well portioned. The presentation was very good as you can see by the photos. The atmosphere was very good as the staff served me fast and very friendly. They have a wide variety of liquor and beer to go with amazing food.

This sports bar has the most amazing food. We order a few of the appetizers and a couple of salads. It was very tasty, but the stand out for me was the salad de capris. That was amazing!!! The waiter was really cool as well. I would definitely come back to this establishment....when there isn't a championship fight happening.

Coming from Chicago it’s hard to try pizza anywhere but home! The NY Chicago pizza feud may never end but Saluggis definitely sets the bar for NY pizza! Had to download the one bite app and try the best pizza around where we were staying! All I can say is the pizza here makes my mouth water as I’m writing this review! We kept it simple with a bottle of wine and a red pizza! The softness coupled with the surprisingly crisp crust was a perfect pair. The roasted beet salad was a perfect started too! Small little restaurant with a home feeling and perfect friendly service! Who said NY people were mean? Not here!

Great service, food and cocktails in a sports bar vibe with high top tables and seating for bigger groups. We had wings, salad and aperol spritz but will be back for some pizza which looked delicious at all the tables near by. We went casually dressed and didn’t feel like anyone was bothered by us.

This is a great place. Their menu is absolutely delicious. Every single item they offer from appetizers to pizza or other main courses- it’s all so good. This is where you can find a pizza to die for that has Brussels sprouts and pancetta or bacon and the perfect cheesy pizza. Penne vodka.... YUM.... Pink pizza.... perfection and kids love it. Their fries are perfectly delicious. They know acknowledge my kids with delight each time we are there and they just love that. They are the most kid friendly restaurant I’ve ever experienced. They let my little guy hand the wait staff the credit card to pay the bill, and take the receipt. It’s a nice neighborhood place that offers great service and such a kind and friendly environment. Great family place with good seating and room for a stroller. The only time I’ve ever been upset with Saluggis is when I have ordered on seamless. My favorite thing to get here is the spinach salad with blue cheese and pancetta... when I order it in seamless the delivery is wrong every time. But this salad as well as the Italian chickpea salad are just delicious.

One of the best places to relax after a long day of work the doesn’t disappoint. The staff treat you like a friend it’s comforting and the beer selection is good something new to try out. I recommend their bbq cheeseburger with a light lager.

Patient and informative to us dumb tourists. Good drinks good food. Waitress gave us a little bit of history on the place. We had the meatball sub, and a pizza. Both where great.

The spaghetti and meatballs tasted a bit like they dumped Ragu on top. The pizza was just okay. My water was not refilled even after asking 3 times. The garlic knots were pretty good though.

Service, I was sitting outside waiting for my order which it was $75 and one of the workers told me to move. Didn't ask are you being helped. Not coming back!!! Update: Wow the response is what customers should hear. First of all it doesn't say anything about being reserved. For an Owner you customer service SUCKS! For your response. Papa johns is better your food and service sucks. So unprofessional!
