Terrible. We went on January 6th around 7:15 am and asked for help with the ordering machine, as we didn't know how to use it. He came over, and as soon as we pressed the start menu, he left without a word, leaving us as we were. We called him back, but he ignored us, and there were hardly any other customers. He had no excuse. The first and last time I went in. Terrible service

They're understaffed and take ages to get the food to the delivery drivers. They even advised us not to order takeout from the KFC on Napoles Street in Mostoles, which is a complete disaster due to understaffing. It's a shame we have to write a review like this, and that the delivery drivers themselves are the ones who have to tell us.

The prices are outrageously high for the quality of the food, which leaves much to be desired, and the restaurant is in terrible condition. I absolutely do not recommend this place. And to top it all off, the staff are incredibly rude.

Terrible. Every time I order from KFC, it's either late, cold, missing pieces, or it simply doesn't arrive at all, as was the case today. I placed the order at 9:33, called at 10:30, and they told me there was no delivery driver and wouldn't give me the option to pick it up. I called the delivery company, and they told me the restaurant was closed. I wasted my time, went without dinner, and then I didn't have time to order anywhere else because of the time. AWFUL. Then they'll tell you: "It was nice seeing you, write to us at clientes@kfc…". What we need is a real-time solution.

We're regular customers, but we're going to stop. We always order online and pick up to eat at home. We feel ripped off. This is reducing inflation to the nth degree. They've raised the prices and served less food. The three-piece menu is tiny, and when you remove the batter, the thigh looks more like a wing. The strips that come with the combos are now the size of a nugget. The mini ice creams come with a half-sized cup, and best of all, they no longer put cans of drinks in the megaboxes, even if they're plus and to-go. 25cl cups of drinks come from a vending machine with dubious lids. Even the water is toy-sized, whereas it used to be 500cl. If they continue like this, they'll lose all their regular customers.

We placed a delivery order. We ordered three "La Sobrada" burger combos. Well, the burgers were just a piece of chicken with a bun and cheese, that's it. Where were the bacon and sauces you advertise as coming with the burger? Nowhere. Each combo cost over €11. We also ordered extra large fries, and they never arrived either. In short, I find it quite shameful to pay money for something and receive a tiny burger that looks like it's for a baby.
