I always Uber from here and the order is never wrong. The way they package the food for delivery is very secure and stationary. The food itself is delicious, plentiful, and authentic! Their Chile Verde in the burrito simply melts in your mouth! And the prices cannot be beat!

Great little restaurant. First time there and we loved it. It is authentic mexican food their prices are reasonable and their dining area is very clean. They also have a very nice salsa bar. We will definitely be coming back.

I've had plenty of dishes here that were great. But their chorizo burrito on a Sunday morning had me falling in love. Definitely worth the visit

My family has been eating at Tio's since the first location opened off Lemon and Haven. We keep coming back because the food tastes great and the service is excellent. This location has undergone a renovation which really opened up the dining area and now offers a lot more space for those who choose to eat at the location. I order the same thing everytime (2 hard taco combo with beef) but they definitely have a wide variety of menu options to choose from.

The menudo is excellent. Taco Tuesday tacos are delicious with generous portions of beef or chicken.

How have I missed this place, I've lived in Rancho cucamonga 14 years and I let this hidden gem slip thru my radar. The staff is so friendly from the minute I walked in to the minute I left they were so helpful and helped me decide what to order. I ordered the carne asada burrito which was stuffed full of flavorful meat, cheese, guacamole, and Pico de Gallo I opted for no beans so it wouldn't be so huge and it was still massive. My daughter had special fries with carne asada, they were a hefty portion with beans and cheese and carne asada not one fry lacked meat or cheese. This place is definitely a must try with a large menu, great staff and delicious food I definitely will return.

Tio's was recommended by someone that lives locally. We stopped by on the way to a high school football game. The food was very tasty, the staff was nice and the restuarant was clean. We ordered the chilli relleno and the enchilada taco plate. The serving sizes were just enough. Good food. The place stayed packed at dinner time.

I come here about once a week with my sis and mom. The servers are always friendly and food comes out pretty quickly. This is a great hole in the wall we consistently enjoy, and I appreciate the hard work all the employees put into making it what it is!

Love this place. Unfortunately we don't live in the area anymore so we never get to eat here. I had the #3 Flautas plate with all beans, we also ordered the Texas Enchilada plate, and had chips and salsa. Fresh food, the service was really friendly, and a good price. Highly recommend this spot.

Great salsa and customer service. They like the cheese enchiladas and carne asada burritos.

Ate with a group of 4 people. Burritos tasted delicious however, they were a bit on the cold side. Cheese was a bit tough to chew. Very fair portions. Perfect horchata. Sweet staff. Extremely affordable, ~15$/person. Salsa is self serve- I wouldn't say it's their strongest area. Overall would love to try again.

This is a large take-out style restaurant. The food is good. There is a large space to dine-in, both booths and tables. Nothing fancy, just basic take-out restaurant seating. I got a hard-shelled taco and a mini side of rice and beans. Total was $9. Plenty of free parking. Quick service.

This place has some really good Mexican food. You get a good amount of food for what you pay for and it taste great. The taco Tuesday deal is good, 2 for the price of 1. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was nice.

Love Tios, had delivery and was disappointed. We live about 3-4 miles away and food was cold. Ordered a couple burritos, I also noted no pico or guac for one but it came with instead which is a bummer. Next time I’ll call after I order. Tios's is delicious, this won’t deter me from eating there, but I was disappointed to receive cold food. Yes, I can reheat in the microwave….but it should not have arrived cold. 😔

This place isn't bad. I say that because I've had better Mexican food elsewhere. I usually frequent this place at the request of my friends/family, but it's not my first pick. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and there is plenty of seating. I usually have the chicken enchilada plate. It's good, but the food is served a bit mushy and the chicken isn't flavored. At times it seems dry as well. Not my favorite place, but not a place I purposefully stay away from either.

This is my first bad review. Never ate here but were visiting the area. Food was good but service was awful. For a tiny place that didn't make sense. From the start our waitress was terrible. She did not greet us or smile. Just asked us for drink order. Food took quite a long time to come and they got my wife's order wrong and had to redu it. With so many places to eat I would suggest going somewhere else.

We have been going here for years and average 1 time per week. A bit disappointed yesterday though with service. They are only doing take out due to covid 19 but you can sit in outdoor patio in front of store, which is nice to feel like you kinda get to go out to eat, as we have done many times when they were full open. During our order they stated no chips are being served with patio order as free chips offered only if you eat in. Which they are closed to dining in option... so if you want chips have to buy them. Crazy I tell you, and disappointed in service, as were are very loyal customers. FYI the prior 2 weeks we ate outside and was given chips and still got told "No chips, they should not of done that".

The restaurant is old and run down and the cashier was very rude. The taco shells also tasted nasty! This restaurant didn't have these problems 5 years ago. Plan on eating in the restaurant but due to the we took two nachos and a taco for $37 to go.

I'm giving 2 stars because of the history we have at Tio's. We've been loyal customers for at least 15+ years. I don't know if they've changed owners or suppliers but they've gone down hill so fast. Our last visit was probably our final visit. The beans are now super peppery, the wet burrito sauce changed, their famous tacos are smaller and tasteless. So disappointing.

The meat was not seasoned, there was supposed to be guacamole and sour cream in it and there was none. Mind you I bought 2 burritos and 1 medium and large horchata that came up to $40. The salsa’s were not flavorful at all very nasty. It’s definitely safe to say I was very disappointed and I will not be coming back.

My friend and I went here for the first time today.The staff was very polite and the place was clean. I got a green cheese echilada plate, and my friend got the Carne asada plate. We both got a soda and chips. It came out to a little over $40. The food was bland. The cheese in my enchiladas was thick and not melted.The Carne asada was overcooked. It looked a bit like beef jerkey. The worst part is both my friend and I got sick after eating here today. Needless to say, we will not be eating here again.

The women here are not very friendly, they have a little subtle attitude. Came with friends. Very nice place, everything just got renovated. Fast service. I only had chips, salsa and hibiscus drink. The food for my opinion is not worth the price. EVERYTHING is made using lard, so not a place for me.

There was a hair in my food and on table it was black and they were talking crap that it was my own hair and it wasn’t . Honestly NEVER AGAIN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Strongly disappointed with the quality of food. Tortilla and meat were cold and there was as a three inch sharp bone in my burrito. This is not up to their typical standard. Hopefully management review this comment and encourages kitchen to improve overall quality. I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years and no longer plan to give them my business.

We have been visiting this establishment since 2005 since we live down the street. Food was always good. That all changed last night we purchased our usual #10 & #15 took 1 bite and realized how much salt we tasted. Was absolutly disgusting and we threw our food away and went somewhere else to eat. Tio's has lost a customer for life..

My son didn't say anything because he doesn't like to complain but when I noticed he wasn't enjoying his food I had to speak up for him. We made the waitress aware and she said she can "heat it up for him." My husband suggested him get a new one or something else. She said no because he already ate some and that we should've let her know sooner that it was cold. ( it shouldn't have been cold in the first place) She took his burrito plate and reheated it, brought it back and it no longer looked appetizing. We left it there and don't plan to return there again. Now I have to stop somewhere else and buy something else that is properly prepared. Smh [By the way I had purchased bean cheese and rice and only got bean and cheese]

Thank God I disected my taco due to it looking extra messy . And saw some super dark chicken and it was bone pieces. Thats gross and not okay. U guys really need to fix this

I ordered the Chili Relleno and the chili was not cooked all the way and the sauce tasted too salty and was like enchilada sauce. It was not good. I got my husband the carne asada burrito but it wasn't that good the meat was chewy and big chunks and messy. The beef taquitos were ok. I won't be going there again.
