Went to this place because of the reviews. Ordered 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 beef. Got home, mouth all ready, and it was such a let down. All pepperoni. They got the order wrong. On top of that it is so greasy! And cold…. I’m thinking how long did it set on the counter, it was supposed to be fresh. I arrived exactly when they told me to arrive.

Pizza was mediocre taste with chewy dough. half was just cheese and had barely no cheese on it at all. Certain slices are just a piece of bread. Looks like the pizza was cooked on an angle and all the cheese slid off. Half mushroom, anchovies and sausage with too many toppings poured on.

Alfredo was completely inedible and I mean shockingly disgusting. It was as if someone accidentally broke the lid off a shaker and dropped the entire oregano or basil into the meal and left it. This was like a meal a child made and said here mom I made this for you and you could only stomach one bite. I was absolutely in disbelief how horrible this was and that such low quality like this could make it out of a “well known” kitchen. Alfredo is traditional butter, parm, and cream, and heck I’ll just take it straight from the jar, but this was unexceptable. You also really know it was terrible because my dog smelt it and wouldn’t t take one bite. First time I ordered this and most definitely the last.

So I order 2 full rib dinners and my daughter the chicken alfredo. Delivery guy was nice,, Chicken alfredo was good, ribs.... ribs were cold, and smelled/ taste like it was cooked 4 days ago. Sad. I usual love the rib plate. I can't even eat it. Almost a half inch of fat. Try biting into cold rib fat. Pretty gross

Picture on web is not what you get. We ordered a 14" "Mexican" pizza and got a oblong 6" x 12" cut weird thick crust thing with lettuce and tomato in a separate container. Not what I would call a pizza!

Oof. This place needs work. First of all, do not order the steak & cheese sub. There will be no cheese. When you call to let them know that there's no cheese on your steak & cheese sub, they will act like it's, somehow, your fault..... even when you ordered extra cheese. Brian, we need to have a conversation about the serious lack of customer service, and non-existent phone etiquette happening at your store. The location in Canyon runs MUCH BETTER than this. (Unrelated Spoiler Alert- their homemade bread is just pizza crust).

Just received a pizza and they are charging $20.00 for a personal pan size pizza. Very disappointing and won’t be back!

Delivery option online sends you directly to uber eats. I called to add and pay for ranch which they refused to add to the order due to ordering thru a 3rd party which wasn’t our first choice in the first place. Poorly handled being we order from them regularly

I’m sorry to say this but I have found hair in the pizza 2 times when i bought it for the second time I’m sure it’s not my hair or my family’s because it’s between the bread and the ingredients and when I’m just enjoying it and half finished I find the hair buried inside the pizza I’m not trying to sound mean but I saw hair.

La Bella’s on hillside do better… they did not get my order correct this is supposed to be hand tossed it is thinner than paper it was not even cut we Had to do there job for them the manger has horrible hospitality when we called and told him he says I can remake the pizza but I want the other ones back or give you a 15 percent discount on your next order like really come on because yall don’t do yalls job right my kids are supposed to wait another 45 mins for you to bring more pizza that’s crazy to me will not go back here!!!!!!

This place went from amazing to garbage. Just door dash from a better franchise. They dropped the ribs off the menu and started using shipped in breaded wings. Who wants breaded wings from a pizza place. Just small fried chicken. People want traditional wings. Enjoy your downfall. Oh and very poor customer service.
