I haven't been at this Jack in forever. Glad it still where it is, still 24 hours and still quick af. Will definitely come back and visit for those late night munchies attack. It's like the only place you can have breakfast at midnight .. through a drive thru, wearing our pjs. #justsaying

Ordered two scoops of scrambled eggs - delicious! Took survey and ordered BOGO Supreme Breakfast Croissants - my favorite. Also ordered two regular Tiny Tacos - yummy!

I love Jack he has the best variety on his menu anything you want anytime of the day this is my favorite spot to go to when I need a quick fix I can get breakfast for dinner I can get dinner for breakfast I can get a bunch for dinner whatever I want Under menu will be served for me so you can't be Jack no one nowhere Jack is the man

I occasionally order and pick up a breakfast sandwich combo at this Jack in the Box and I have to say it is the most pleasant experience. 100% of the time whomever is working the drive thru is wearing their customer service hat. They listen, understand my order, asks if I want condiments before I ask, neatly gives me my order and is always, always pleasant. When I think of Jack in the Box, this is my impression. It's a great way to start a morning.

First time I ever had Jack in the box and I can say I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I ordered both a chicken sandwich and a hamburger as I would not back anytime soon, seeing as how they are not on the East Coast. They were both excellent for a fast food restaurant.

Great service at the drive-thru! I come here often, and my food is always ready quickly. The milkshake is absolutely delicious big thanks to the person who makes it!

This place is open twenty four hours and the dining area is open late. There might be a line at the drive through but it moves fast. Everything I asked for was in the bag and I was served with a smile! Good job Jack.

Updating my review here. This store has gotten so much better than my last review. Service is fast now, almost no wait. Waiting during dinner rush hour is normal. The guys on the order taking and cashier are fast and can handle the rush hour stress. Good job to all of you. Improved a lot!

Love this place, its one of my favorite fast food places, the service is good and fast, yet they sometimes mess up orders or forget things.

I usually go to this specific Jack in the Box near me and I'd say go around 1pm-4pm, great service. Before and beyond those times, its the opposite of good service.

There is only one location that I like because it is the only location in Vallejo, CA that makes the best tacos and Jumbo Jack cheeseburgers to me!

I like a kids cheeseburger meal with fries. It's old school and smallish but it fills me up. And I LOVE the French fries!! Also they have real ice cream milk shakes for desert, or a selection of other sweets for your post meal snack.

Just your average Jack in the box. Nothing to crazy but it isn't to dull. Staff is always busy but try there best to get you your food as soon as possible.

This is my new review. I ordered online with the Jack app for pickup, and I picked up my food inside, on time within 10-12 minutes. I was waiting outside in my car at the time, when I ordered.

My wife and I have been here on many occasions and usually have a great experience. The only reason I leave off a 5th star is after being confronted by an employee over my wife's service dog. My wife is blind and her dog is a real service animal. The guild dog was trained at great expense by The Seeing Eye Inc in Morristown N.J. a wonderful group that helps people like my wife. Being blind and constantly told you can't have a dog here or there is extremely degrading to diabled blind person. More employers need to train employees on ADA Laws it is illegal to refuse service to the disabled.

The chicken teriyaki is the best. It's always tender and healthy. This is good for a quick meal when you are running through the day. :)

4/9: I'd like to retract my previous review.. I went last night and my order was not only hit but correct. Staff was friendly and service was great.. They messed up my order tonight. This will likely be the last time I go there in any capacity.

Used to be a great place, now not so much. Wanted to get dinner, instead was treated rudely and told I couldn't use a coupon. Then had the coupon thrown back at me. Who does that?? Last I checked as someone who works in customer service, the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. How unprofessional, then instead of speaking in a language I could understand, switched to another language, last I checked that's also rude. Probably wont be going here again, I'll make the drive to Vallejo because at least there they understand that not everyone reads the fine tiny print on coupons. Update:1-1-2020: Had to come back because part of the order was wrong, I had a bad attitude, but the lady Marie handled my attitude with grace. She showed me the receipt and was willing to redo the burgers that where right just so they where warm for me. I'm definitely changing my rating to a 4 star!

The only thing that was bad was the bathroom. Someone had a bad time in there before we walked in. We told the employee and they apologized and I'm guessing went to go clean it. I feel bad for that person.

Need more employees they are always always out of employees the food isn't bad some healthy choices kids meals lunch great for familys as long as there's employees to help (had to wait 5mins to order due to there being no one there to help me)

Good drive thru window service at least the staff was nice. It would certainly be a great favor for both the customer and the staff if there was an overhead coverage by a big umbrella or a structure of some sort at the ordering spot. It was raining and winds blowing, along with the traffic noise, which made my ordering experience a challenge. Since my car's window was down while placing my order, it soaked me and the inside of my car. I love homestyle or country baked potatoes, but after trying it here; it left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I will try that for a while here. I hope Jack In The Box management will do a better job in future. Other than that, its conveniently located on my way home from work.

The food is typical, no complaints, but they are severely understaffed. Manager was working the counter, the drive thru and bagging. Took ten minutes to give her my order.....

Way to much sauce on our sandwiches. My daughter had mustard and ketchup running down her arms. My husband had mayo and sirracha all over. And the last thing. They gave me a heal of the lettuce on my chicken sandwich.

More like a drive thru than indoor place seemed like drive thru orders came first the soda machine was out of almost everything order came up slow.nothing wrong with employees.

It was OK for being a fast food chain. I ordered the #2 buttery jack classic and when I received it, the cheese wasn't even melted. It was just semi soft and the burger was luke warm at best. If you are going to this jack in the box and order anything with cheese make sure to tell them make sure the cheese is melted the way you want it or they won't put effort into it.

It's the only thing open late at night other than Taco Bell. Very expensive 1 teriyaki bowl, 3 breakfast jacks, and 2 milkshakes and it came to $29.00. The teriyaki bowl was pretty spicy, the shakes were okay and my hubby ate his jacks. We did the drive thru so I can't say what the interior looked like.

Gave 3 stars due to the fact, the manager slammed the drive thru window on us, when we pointed out our order was incorrect. Manager insisted order was correct. Gave all the food bags back and so they could check for themselves. They realized they were incorrect walked away and sent another team member to hand us the corrected food. Very unprofessional and rude!

The staff were very friendly, but I don't think they were able to hear me very well. I would consider updating the microphone/speakers at the ordering box. I had ordered 6 chicken strips, with a medium curly fry and strawberry shake. I also asked for a slice of cheesecake. When I got to the window, I asked for barbeque sauce. When I got to my new home (I just moved) I checked the bag to find that they had instead given me a chocolate cake, and instead of barbeque they gave me buffalo sauce. I'm lucky that my step-great-grandparents happened to have some barbeque sauce with them, otherwise I would have had to throw out the chicken. (I can't handle spicy foods at all, but I also can't tolerate chicken unless it tastes like barbeque.) I tried to eat some of the chocolate cake, but it didn't satisfy my cheesecake craving and overall I was disappointed. Overall, I think the staff are really trying their hardest, they probably just need assistance as far as being able to hear the customers. Again, I suggest updating the speaker box.

I went through the drive-thru and while waiting saw a pretty large rat trying its best to get (back?) into the restaurant. It was flailing itself against the windows and walls, then ran around to the back. I wish I had taken a picture but I was a bit in shock.

I ordered 1 fish sandwich combo, and 1 extra fish sandwich & onion rings. It wasn't busy but he had me drive to the front. The wait was long & I didn't get my Ranch dressing. The onion rings are terrible. Where's the onions? The Service has gone down hill at the American Canyon Jack in the box. I'm not going there anymore.

The workers were rude and kept ignoring me at the counter for like 5mins.then my order toolk another 7 when there was no other customers in the dine in area why do drive thru customers get better service.?

My reason for this rating is being denied use of the restrooms when they were allowing people to sit at the dining room tables to eat they are also supposed to allow you to use the bathroom which both bathrooms had out of service on them which in my opinion tells me they are closing the bathroom to public because if the bathrooms were having plumbing issues the sign would probably say out of order.I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again because of the response from employees on the bathroom situation its pretty sad when you feel like a person is probably not being truthful with you

Sitting area was so dirty as well as the restrooms. I could only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Scary. Staff was very friendly and didnt seem to be the lazy type so i dont understand why the place was so filthy.

I appreciate how fast and efficient this location is. However my experience today was not up to par. I placed a mobile order and picked it up only to find a missing item. I tried to call this location multiple times since that is what it states to do on the receipts and no one answers. First time it went to voice mail second time went to a fax number and again tried a couple more times to call only to have it go again to voice-mail. The voice mail does not even say the name or address of the location to confirm it is the correct number. Nothing on jack in the box website even leads to a contact us portal. Always check your orders before you drive away, even if they close the window on you. Bottom line folks!

I'm at the point where if I want Jack, I'll drive to another town to get it. This particular location I've visited a few times before, never is the order correct...or hot. If you visit in the evening, maybe you'll catch an attitude from the window person. This time was definitely my last try at this location. I asked for curly fries, got regular. I requested no cheese, they slapped on 2 slices. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they can pour a mean fountain soda!

Two ladies here are super rude and stingy about sauce. Unless you eat something they think qualifies as needing ranch, you must pay. So if you get curly fries prepare to pay extra if you use ranch. People use ranch with fries. They should qualify for one. Everyone else at this place is cool with sauce. Just these two. In all of Vallejo it seems lol.

Burger was overcooked like a hockey puck. Fries were barely warm. The soda machine button was sticking and had ants on it. Even though we dined inside, they gave our food to us in a to-go bag.

Went to the drive thru at 12:40 am and seen three employees sitting down at a table inside the restaurant and when we pulled up to the drive thru we were told we could not be served at the time and to cone back in an hour since they were cleaning and doing maintenance when we placed a call to ask why they werent open. Sitting at the tables and cracking jokes does not look like cleaning and maintenance. When questioned, one of the employees made an offer to give free food if we would come back in an hour. Decided to take business elsewhere since employees do not seem trustworthy.

Horrible experience. I came Wednesday after school. Never been here not even from American canyon. American canyon middle schoolers were here and a few boys who were so rude. One bumped into me with food in my hand almost spilled every where. He apologize but his little crew was behind me saying I had herpes. I told the little brat off. I will never ever come again. This place and attitude will never change at this location due to the 2older woman that works the drive thru. SAD! Till the owner of this place gets people in here that care about service and quality. WE WILL SPEND OUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They were lazy. The bathrooms were locked and they refused to open them!! I ordered a popcorn chicken box combo and only charged me for the box! They I proceeded to ask them if it was not a combo and she only charged me for the box and tried selling me the drink and fries aside. Take forever to get orders out manager is very rude the way she talks to customers. Everyone seemed pretty lazy. Wont be there again for sure!!

This was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had. The manager Lupe and her crew were very rude. They left us in the lobby for 30 minutes while they continued to help other people. When I brought it to her attention I was met with attitude saying "I don't like being yelled at" I never yelled at her. I read many complaints on line about poor experiences at that location however it appears that nothing is changing. Jack in the Box was one of my favorite restaurants.

I literally just left it has been less than 10 minutes I’m about to grab a hash brown and it is cold I’m baffled I call the manager Sonia informed me that they make up to 4 at a time. So for clarity to save themselves time they will happily serve you cold hashbrowns that you paid money for. This is so tacky and classless and apparently this protocol is totally normal as a customer I don’t care for the convenience of the company and excepting any cutting of corners

They forgot my orange juice and 1 of my tacos when i went right back to correct it they girl gave me the juice, then she walks away to ask about the taco. When she comes back she says that the person who put them in the bag said he put all four in and there's not one missing and I'm sure there is but I was on the way to take my daughter to the airport and did not have time to argue with her nor speak to her manager but I will never go there again. Her tone implied that we were lying yet we had only just pulled out of the drive-thru then right back around again.

They always forget the straws for the drinks and curly fries were old and dry. 4/22 again they messed up my order! I order 6 tacos and I got 2 instead! Idiots. 11/24 once again I order tacos got charged for them and never received them. They’re stealing from me! 5/8 the chicken on the chicken sandwich was dry af!

Building itself is new and nice, that's about it. customer service is slowwwww, took 3 minutes for someone to take order ( I was 1st in line, 6 more ppl came after and we all waited). Food - half of fries of normal portion and sandwich tasted old. Dining room is another story - floor was so sticky everywhere, not even a single clean table! Stuff either lazy or do not care. Hopefully owner of this place will pay attn to it

The Mexican manger lady was super hot. I was doing a door dash day after. New year and I had to cancel the order because they were so backed up. She was awesome. And quite attractive but she was she was super nice. If u see this lady holla!

The customer service is terrible. I had to repeat myself four times when speaking to the young man over the intercom. I couldn't catch his name but he was using another associate ID number (receipt 1101) but I asked the guy to tell me what was on it and he did and I asked politely no onions. If you don't mind waiting in a drive thru for 25 minutes to pickup an on line order, I'd say go here. Then enjoy eating your COLD food that sat on the counter because they didn't have the sense to have the problematic customer in front of me wait for their order in front of the store so I and the other 4 cars behind me get their lunch. I will NEVER go to this location again. After this experience I may never go to Jack In The Box again. Let me elaborate: I would not accept the cold food that I saw waiting on the counter and told them I wanted my order fresh. I went inside, identified who I was, and still stood waiting for 10 minutes for someone to provide my food. I finally said I wanted a refund. I was informed that couldn't happen since I ordered online. The manager came out and said I could cancel in the app. I found this odd and when I tried to, there was no option to do so. Mgr lied to me to get me to leave. I lost $12 because they don't know how to run their business properly.

I rather wait in line at in-n-out drive thru at least they move quicker than jack in the box! Idk if the workers moves like snails or this restaurant doesn’t have a big staff (probably both I’m assuming) I tried not to come here because this happened more than once. I waited almost 30 mins at the drive thru. The drive thru speaker kept telling each customer to wait before starting the orders. Waited 10 mins for this worker to come back to help with my order. And wait another 10 mins for pay and get my food. Also the person that helped me was rude. Next time i go to jack in the box I’m probably going to the vallejo one instead. Hire better people.
