I went on the 2nd day of opening and let me tell you the service was great! Manager was super nice and fast with all his orders, he executed each order ahead of me perfectly I was impressed! My food was great and very fast service! There was a bit of a line but like I said my order was given to me in less than 10 min and super fast service! 10/10

I had an issue with my order being wrong and sent an email. Almost immediately I received a call back, and the young man on the line was extremely polite and professional. He truly cared about making things right and even offered a full refund (which I didn’t feel was necessary). I really appreciate the quick response, It speaks volumes about the kind of employees this Jersey Mike’s location has and how much they value their customers.

I was surprised to find such a welcoming, friendly, clean place. Staff is genuinely happy. Place was being cleaned all the time. Great quality as usual. Location is a little tricky but I’ll be back for sure. Great job you guys!

First time at this location. It was clean and although they were busy I waited 5 minutes to order. Sub was done in less that time. Staff was friendly. Ingredients were fresh and food was good.

I got the Italian sub, Mike's way. Really enjoyed it. Preparer had a great attitude and made the way I liked. Pretty quick, in and out. Definitely will be going back.

The cashier did not change his gloves. Pretty disgusting,If you ask me. Touching the monitor, the screen, money etc. then grabs your sandwich and wraps it. Great sandwiches. But they Need to be trained..

Probably the worst Jersey Mikes I’ve been too. I usually go to the ones in Pasadena and or Northridge. This one not only are they slow but kinda clueless. There were 3 guys and only one was doing his job. Poking bacon, the other two were almost like frat boys. They got my order wrong and I didn’t notice until I got home because I was paying while they were adding my toppings. But the reason why I am writing this is because it’s a problem when you have more cheese than meat on your Italian sub. Can’t believe I paid for it, never again. They need to retrain their employees in this location.

1 hour before they closed and already out of lettuce tomato bacon and mayo. It's hard to believe. Seems like they just wanted to close early. Went down the road to the next shop. Better service experience.

This was my go to, since it is close to my house. However, today when I went in the guy making the sandwiches couldn't get it together. Asking the same questions over again. Not all people like it's "Mike's Way". Wasn't listening to what I want, doing his own thing. My sandwich was gross, all that $ for a gross sandwich. No friendly hello, not welcoming there, won't be back.

Super unorganized and messy. Waited 10 minutes plus for my sandwich to be sliced. Please train properly.

Why is it that this location doesn't add enough meat and veggies?! Been here many times and not the same. Is it training? Or ownership? It's a shame very different from the other valley locations.

0 in service. They picked up the phone only to tell me I had to order online because they had too many orders. Note: Everyone doesn't like to use online services. You lost a repeat customer for something so simple.
