I’ve never seen Mr.Jim’s Pizza advertised but kept getting coupons in the Neighborhood Mailer & it’s very close to where I live, so thought I would try it. I was shocked how delicious/freshly cooked the food was, the variety of items they offer (including subs!!), how FAST order was ready without mistakes, & THE LOW PRICES.

My best place for pizza. And when ordering by phone is the fastest service ever, at least for me. They pull up my favorite orders from history and that's it. Great customer service and process are way better than the mayor pizza places. Also, I'm lactose intolerant and this pizza is ok for me

Haven't had Mr. Jims pizza in 15 years.. Due to too much sodium with the meat lovers dish. It was alot of pork so I guess that was my fault. Moreover, today's Supreme pizza hit the spot. My daughter's loved it. Lots of grease, but we'll live, if it's once and a blue moon. The service was ok. Felt a little weird waiting to pick up my order. Like the short haired asian chick might hurt herself if she said thanks and have a good day. Starting to think it's the new norm.

I was looking for an alternative taste for local pizza. Upon discovering Mr. Jims, I went to their website. As a web developer, I have to say, this website could use some work. It was a little funny to see the usability of the site in action, from setting up an account to ordering a pizza. While their website was one story, their pizza was a similar story to other local pizza chains. Upon ordering online, driving to their location was a bit further than other competitors but it was easy enough to get to. When entering the establishment, the place seemed slightly dated but I was greeted courteously and professionally. Once the pizza was given, I was asked for condiments and went on my way. Upon inspection of the pizza, it seemed a little on the greasy end. I ordered a full pepperoni pizza while my wife ordered a 5 topping. The online menu didn't have the usual 2 topping for her so she had to make due. It turns out the 5 topping was only a 4 topping with pepperoni completely missing from her pizza. Although it was missing, we were still mostly satisfied with our pizzas. I would honestly give Mr. Jims a 3.5 but I'll rate a 4 based on customer service and size of pizza compared to other competitors. Improvements on the following could be made. Website (very dated), locations (could use one in central Arlington area), Pricing (while competitive, not up to par with the quality I was presented with).

Tonight was first time that we ever ordered Mr. Jims and I'll tell you what...It was very good! It was hot and fresh when they handed it to me and when I got it home it did not last long. The hamburger was a bit overcooked on the kids pizza but other than that everything was fine.

Never any issues at all ever. But the delivery utilizing third party apps SUCKS! It always takes over an hour for the delivery and this is the second time my food was cold because of it. Great pizzas but I’ll only be picking up from now on.

Ok alternative to Pizza Hut, Dominos and Papa John's. Originals have a lot of toppings and the D'lish are easier on the toppings with a thinner crust. Prices are comparable to others. Customer service for pickup was nothing special to rave about. I was in and out in a couple minutes picking up an internet order. Ordering online is simple but easier to do using a pc as the navigation for the mobile site is not the best. I do wish they would send confirmation notifications for order received and completed. Not my go to spot but worth supporting every blue moon when looking for a change up.

Just got my delivery. Large & Small Pizza w 2 liter of Coke. My small pizza was ordered with only xtra Mozarella Cheese. It luckily came with reg cheese because it was cheddar. Yuk!!! Very disappointed at this almost $60 order, can’t eat it.

Ordered a pizza for carryout, was told 30 minutes. I have been waiting and hour and 20 minutes. Called and they couldnt even give me an estimate of when it would be delivered 1.2 miles from their restaurant.

Mr. Jim's has good pizza but forget about trying to use the coupons they will just end up nickel and diming you to death. My experience has not been any different with them versus any other pizza place. In Mr. Jim's case though they seem to have good deals but then when you order, there is an add-on for just about everything. I got sick of it and felt like they misrepresent their pizza. Just my opinion.

This used to be the only place around where your pizza was HOT when delivered. Well not today. Took an hour and a half to get a cold pizza delivered. Will not be ordering from here again.

Pizza is good but this location has issues with online orders. Apparently their printer in the back doesn’t print your order so they know to make your pizza...and no one noticed that my web receipt printed up front. Even after waiting 20 minutes before going to pick it up. All they did was blame it on the printer and didn’t offer to make up for the time I wasted sitting in their store while I waited for my pizza.

I usually have a good experience with Mr.Jims, but today was not good. I spent over 8 mins just waiting for someone to pick up the phone. When they finally did they said the wait was 30 mins for pick up. I already wasted 8 mins of my lunch break waiting to order. I cancelled my order and ate somewhere else.

I started ordering from Mr. Jim's quite frequently within the last year and a half when I moved. Initially the service was consistently top notch. Even after the pandemic started, nothing about the sevice or the quality of their food changed. The two most recent times I ordered, not only were they extremely late, but tonight, my food was delivered to the wrong apartment. Which didn't seem to alarm the manager one bit. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes before calling since the delivery time was an hour. Apparently the food was delivered to the wrong apartment... All he could say was, "well it says it was delivered quite some time ago. Have you checked your door?" REALLY? Obviously I did. The "manager" was not apologetic at all. Nor did he offer anything other than to have them cook it again and send it back out. No discount, nothing free, no, " I'm sorry for the inconvenience ". I asked if it would take another hour and he said yes because they're pretty busy. Wow.. so no consideration or accommodating us for your drivers screw up? Ok.. I am beyond disappointed and irritated. You'd think that he would have been more willing to go above and beyond to rectify the situation. Instead my husband called back and opted to pick up the order instead. Only because it was far too late to get anything else to eat. And who wants to wait another HOUR for the food to be delivered to the wrong apartment again. It shouldn't take all of this. Furthermore, I think they should consider training the staff on following DIRECTIONS and better customer service!

Placed an order over Uber eats for an xl 2 topping pizza and I put both toppings to be Canadian bacon accidentally, but meant to put pineapple and Canadian bacon, so I called the store to see if they could change that, and right off the bat, Eric, the assistant manager, had an attitude. I explained what happened and at first he acted like he had no idea what order I was even talking about, and then tried to tell me I didn’t order what I told him I ordered and they couldn’t swap out the toppings because it would “change the price” on Uber eats, even though I confirmed with him the toppings were the same price, and when my boyfriend tried to explain the situation better and let him know he was misunderstanding me, Eric immediately cut him off and very harshly said “no you’re not understand ME”. Knowing the conversation was going to go nowhere at that point with Eric’s attitude, I just hung up. I know it was very close to closing time (didn’t realize that at time of ordering, but they confirmed the order before I called), but it’s not a good business decision to have someone answer the phone who’s going to have an attitude about doing their job, especially as an assistant manager.

Pizza was very very greasy, probably the greasiest pizza I’ve ever gotten. If you order from there try to get toppings that aren’t full of grease and that might help. But they do still give Parmesan cheese away and a lot of it too, it might be to soak up all the grease. Idk.

I placed my order online last saturday between the hours of 8pm-9pm and first off i only live 2 miles away from here yet it took them 1.5 hrs to deliver my pizza. Next they forgot my ranch that i paid for so when they asked me if i still wanted it i told the driver yes and he never came back. I called the store and apparently it "slipped through the cracks" and was forgotten about. When i asked for names i was refused and hung up on. This was on oct 27th between hours of 8-10pm. Garbage place of business.

I love pizza, but never will return to Mr. JIM''S PIZZA chain. Ordered the supreme thin crust with moderate toppimgs. Picked up and payed, then looked at pizza at counter, was disappointed. I inquired about why they 8 toppings were scarce, that I ordered the 1 with moderate toppings, he stated that was it. So, yes, STRIKE 1. I had placed my order around 7pm to have it delivered by 830pm. My chair was placed outside for my no contact delivery. The delivery time had passed, so I called the store. The Mr Jims employee stated that the driver had came by, rang the door bell and called my phone multiple times. LOL, as HUNGRY as I was, beleive me, I was looking for the driver before he ever attempted to locate me. I have a very sensitive security alarm and it alerts me when someone is in my yard and my phone works very well. The employee, whom I found out was the manager stated that they would remake/redeliver the pizza. Lol, why did I have a COLD pizza waiting for me and on top of that NEVER received an apology. I will NEVER order from this store again. I understand that things happen, but don't LIE to me.

Stopped in to order around 10:30 or 11 in the morning door was locked and open sign was off but Google said that they were open called and lady answered the phone and said oh manager is gone and other employee is late and has not arrived she will open the door the lady who open the door was the cook and then said oh manager must have locked the door and then I waited for my order to be cooked manager and late employee arrived manager looked very mad had no customer service did not even acknowledge I was there did not say how are you doing nothing and neither did other employee who appear to be another type of manager the way she was dressed when your business is open doors should be unlocked at all times and even in the end when I left no one said I'm sorry for the inconvenience nothing very bad customer service will not return to this location

My kiddos and I enjoy Mr. Jim's pizza, no matter where we've lived we find a Mr.Jims. That said we are new to this area and this Mrjims location and so far the pizza is good most times, but what I've noticed about this location is the delivery drivers aren't kind. I barely started my new position so these last few times we've ordered delivery I've not been able to tip on an already 50+bill. The time i did tip it was out of guilt because I understand but not because he was kind or anything because each time he comes he's cold and dry. Either or the one time i did i could only do a small one and in doing that i put my account at a negative because i really didnt have it. Tonight he asked and i kindly told him i couldn't this time and apologized and he says "oh you want me to do it on your card again" smh I'm like I can't this time and he rudely gathered his pizza bag, rudely said mmhmm yea and walked away. 2023 was rough for my kiddos and myself and I know we're not alone in that, but we always try to lead with grace and love because you never know what people are going through it's just sad that with all the world has been going through that alot of ppl still can't show grace and understanding. Maybe we should order at the Mansfield location from now on.

Completely disappointed. I had such high hopes for the restaurant, its 2 min from where I live so would have been great. Instead I ordered and was told order would arrive within 30-40min. 1hr later i call and ask about my order and was told I haven't waited long enough. Then 1.5 hrs later I call again and am told its on the way. Food finally arrived almost 1.45 hr later and everything is COLD, wings are SOO soggy and my sub was soggy-raw chewy tasting bacon. This whole experience is just terrible.

Just don’t do it . I ordered online pretty late at night but it was before they closed for the night so I assumed my order was coming since they charged my card . After realizing the food wasn’t coming I decided to give them a call early the next morning. I asked the gentleman would my money be refunded back into my account and he told me yes don’t worry. A few days go by and I still didn’t receive my refund so I called back up to the store and a lady took down my information and said the manager will give me a later ....either later never came or he never looked into it because it’s been WEEKS since this issues since it happend and it has not been solved.

Ordered a pizza here for my daughter’s an they brought the first pizza out with way too much sauce when i politely ask for very very light sauce with extra cheese the customer service lady was already extremely rude then I even tipped for my delivery driver for the pizza to be wrong then they brought out another pizza just for my daughter to bite into a slice of pizza with foil in it I’m so glad she brought it to my attention an I’m hoping she did not digest any of it i want corporate to reach out asap

I'm assuming they use a third-party delivery service, too, which would be fine, but they do not make this transparent to the customer before, during, or after ordering, so proceed with caution. Tasted like a cold circle of garbage.

I am an extremely loyal customer. I order from this establishment up 2x weekly. This past Saturday, I.ordered my normal Pizza. It was burned so badly and they still sent it out. I am SO DISAPPOINTED....this has never been an issue. But to pay 25$ for a medium veggie and it's burnt....I am just so outdone...I will rethink ordering from here.
