This place offers visual interest and comfort. The menu at KX Burger & Beyond has good prices and healthy vegetable options. The cooking is skillful and the staff is accommodating. The employees' attention to guests was outstanding! This spot is marked for our next visit.

I have been coming to this place since they opened and the food is always on point. My family and I drive all the way in from Long Island because we love these burgers. My son absolutely loves the french fries and it has become our weekend tradition, they have never let us down the hospitality and service go far above and beyond.

Excellent food and service. I had a turkey burger and the person I was with had a cheeseburger perfectly cooked with sautéed mushrooms. Our server Cristina was so nice and attentive, making sure everything was great. Everything was reasonably priced.

The restaurant is located in the quieter part of Astoria. Abundant patio seating and 3 tables inside. They have a wide variety of burger options from $14 to $18. Serving size is decent. The food is delicious. The name KX is from the previous owner. But the new owner decided to keep it. Highly recommend.

Definitely a hidden gem in Ditmars, Astoria!! Tried few burgers , they were all packed with flavors of their own. We tried out the Mac Attack , Boss Burger and Truffle Theory Burger . Truffle Theory was delicious , the Boss Burger we couldn’t finish. Milkshakes were on point !!! Service - 10/10 Christina was very Nice Ambiance - 10/10 Outdoor Setup was nice and Cozy Parking - Metered WiFi- Yes

Burgers are great. The onion rings aren’t. They put the thinnest slices of onion in each ring that i can’t taste or feel any onion cus it’s so thin and dissolved. Feels like I’m just eating breading batter at that point. Please make your onion slices thicker in your onion rings, the onion is the entire point people buy them, i want my mouth to explode with juicy thick chunks of onion in every bite….. I won’t even bother buying them anymore sadly, can’t trust spending money when the last 3 orders of rings have all been this sorry excuse.

I was excited to try their food because of all the creative options on the menu. I decided to create my own burger because I couldn’t make up my mind of the selections they provided. It was a really big burger for a single 8oz beef patty. I just wish the burger meat itself was a little more seasoned; was okay though. The wings were breaded then tossed in buffalo sauce which made them a little soggy and I had that with a side of ranch.

Super friendly and attentive staff, we sat outside with our dog and there was no issue. Ordered the truffle burger and nachos satisfied all of our craving. Would definitely come again for a quick bite. Wish they had a mushroom burger option.

Pretty good burgers. We ordered in a veggie quinoa burger and a customized one with red velvet bun, avocados and the works. We had truffle mayonnaise fries on the side which weren’t as good as truffles fries I’ve had with truffle oil or salt. Just a personal preference.

The food and service is good. The problem is in the pricing. They charged me $7 for a side a fries. I asked for ranch on the side. I assumed the dipping sauce would come with a $7 order of fries… at minimum be a few cents more. I was two blocks away when I look at the receipt to see that I was charged a $1 for 0.75 container or ranch that wasn’t even filled to the top. Did I turn around and ask for a refund? Absolutely! Yes, it was only a $1 but it’s also principle. I put the $1 in the tip jar, I’d rather the tip employees have it.

How is this: My burger was left outside without my knowledge, so by the time I found it, it was cold. There was no notification or indication that it had been delivered. I had to reheat it just to be able to eat it, which completely ruined the experience. Food delivery shouldn’t mean guessing where your order is or reheating a burger that was abandoned outside. Would not recommend.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I have been going here for over a year and the food quality has gone down immensely, it is extremely overpriced. I got such bad food poisoning from this place that I was shocked. It was so bad we were considering medical attention. The meats were no good. I ordered boneless wings to be delivered and the wings looked like I was given the bottom of the barrel that was refried over three times I asked for a ranch, that was half full and they left all of the boxes open in the bag so whoever was delivering it could’ve easily opened them taken food and closed them again. When I open my french fries, they look like they had been tempered with because again they did not staple the bag or put any sort of plastic wrap around the containers. Please be aware going to this place. This happened to me. The food poisoning was like no other, please be careful. I do not know how they store their meats or their food or what they use to fry things or when they change that oil they fry with. someone can get seriously sick from here. lost another customer and my family. never again. We are also not the only ones I went through their negative reviews and found two other customers that have written about food poisoning from this place so we are not crazy. Beware.
