Finally a good Vietnamese sandwich place in Astoria. There is another, but they "fancy" up their food to where it almost ceases to be a proper Bahn MI sandwich. Will be coming here again. Too good.
They're very vegetarian-friendly! Great, dependable pho place. Good prices. The space is cute since they renovated.
Outstanding service, tasty food!! This is a kinda small place but the staff were extremely gracious and helpful in accommodating us. Five stars plus one for the smiles, thanks!!
Such good food! The Thai iced tea and vermecelli salad are my favorites. Everyone I've recommended this place to has also been impressed.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Never before have I taken the time to write a review but I was BLOWN AWAY. Get the Beef Pho, thank me later.
Gem of a spot! Food is extremely fresh!! The summer rolls and grilled chicken pho are my favorites!!!
Only had delivery but I love the vegan pho it’s the best it’s so delicious
Bahn mi sandwiches were pretty good. Glad to have this option in Astoria. Already ordered from here twice.
Very tasty classic banh mi and Vietnamese coffee!! The staff are terrific and orders are always ready quick for pick up!
The best Bahn Mi in New York City. There are a couple in China Town that are close, but you can’t beat this bread, its fresh, its fast, and its family made. If you are in the area, you have to go.
The lady that serves you is the nicest waitress I have ever had. The food is good too.
Little too cozy hence the 3 star atmosphere. But the BEST pho I have had.
Good service and the food is delicious, especially the sandwiches and pho. Will come next! ! !
Lotus has been our neighborhood go-to delivery restaurant for over 3 years and they have never disappointed! Not only is their food pretty fresh-tasting and filling, but their delivery is incredibly fast (to the point where we ALWAYS get our food consistently BEFORE the estimated time frame). The workers there are super nice and work so fast (they’re always multitasking when we go in person)! Our go-to’s are the tofu vermicelli and the grilled pork banh mi, but honestly I recommend anything but their pho (that unfortunately was not worth it, nor did it taste like real pho). We’re so sad they’re not open on Tuesdays, but their awesome service makes up for that!
My cousin and I ordered food to go. The Grill Chicken Sandwich and Beef Pho are extremely scrumptious. Chicken is finger licking and delectable. Strongly recommended! And the beef noodles r also savory. We r both mouth watering. Worth tryin’ 4 Lotus 1 at Astoria!
The food is great. It's more of a take out place. Can seat about 8 at a time. The grilled chicken is really delicious. The vegetarian and chicken Pho is very good. The sandwiches are even better and made with fresh bread.
The most delicious bahn mi in Astoria. Both original and vegetarian were great and I absolutely love their garden salad. Awesome prices, it’s a reliable place to grab a quick bite for take out.
The food here is incredible!! The pho is seriously one of the best I've ever had, the summer rolls are super soft and fresh. I will definitely be back and recommend everyone come here for beyond delicious Vietnamese cuisine :)
The food was so filling and so good! The prices are unbeatable . We ordered the pho from here and it was definitely really good! I will totally go back to it and order from there. The food gets done pretty quickly so if you’re on the run, then this is a good place to order from.
Delicious food. I frequently order the pho, classic sandwich, bubble tea, and summer rolls for take out or delivery. Nice staff, good food, good prices & all around the corner from my apartment? That's more than enough to keep me coming back.
Best Viet food in this area, friendly staff as well. I recommend the summer rolls as a starter and if you’re really hungry, any of their rice dishes. The wait time is almost non existent, you get served very fast!
Delicious vegan options (we did the vegan “meat” but with non vegan toppings). Can’t wait to eat here again. Takeout took a while so would probably do delivery next time.
The food is excellent. Their variety of Pho are filling & nourishing. Their Bánh mi are tasteful with a variety of fillings. Overall, excellent!
I brought home some Grilled Chicken Pho from this place today and I can’t wait to go back again. What a delicious treat! Sooo good!
Excellent pho and sandwiches. Always hits the spot. Highly recommend the Ginger Lime beverage. Chill atmosphere, friendly smiling staff.
I’ve only ever done take out, but the food never fails! And Also the vegetarian options are amazing. The spring rolls can be very bland so not worth getting the vegetarian option but everything else is great!
Been here several times and the food is incredible every single time. I also appreciate the several vegetarian/vegan options offered. I’ve never seen the place crowded (I hope they get enough business to stay afloat) but I definitely won’t complain that because of that, I’ve never had to wait to sit or wait long for my food. Highly recommended spot in Astoria.
I tried Vietnamese food for the first time here, and I'm glad I did! The woman who appeared to be the owner/manager was incredibly sweet and welcoming. I dined in and had the seafood pho and the traditional banh mi, both delicious. I rarely take food home but had leftover pho that still tasted good the next day. The space was much smaller than I expected (cozy, not cramped), so parties of four or fewer are probably best.
Food is phenomenal. Portions are filling and prices are very good. Service was warm and friendly. Love that they have killer vegan options! Highly recommend. Will be a regular here for sure.
I’ve been craving Pho for a while and wanted to check out the available options in Astoria. I decided on Lotus 1, and they definitely satisfied the craving. We had the grilled chicken pho, chicken banh mi sandwich and Vietnamese coffee. Everything was served very fast. Pho was a large portion well proportioned ingredients and amazing broth. Banh mi sandwich was also very well done. The prices were affordable and reasonable. The service was swift and pleasant. I will be definitely coming back.
This is a solid affordable Vietnamese joint. We had a pho, and a vegetable bún, both tasted fresh and great. The service is also great, not loud and pushy. I’ll definitely come back!
I rarely leave reviews online. But I must say. This place is amazing!! I got shredded chicken banh mi, papaya salad, iced coffee and desert. They all tasted absolutely delicious!! Papaya salad veggies were super fresh. And the portion size?? AMAZING!! recently portion sizes at restaurants sizeably decreased especially for salads. But this place surprised me!! The baguette for the bread was also fresh and light and was toasted to perfection. Deliver was right on time! Which is a whole another level of skill in nyc. Thanks to everyone working there and keep up the good work!! I'm so glad to have found this place. I will be a regular!
Despite being off the beaten path of Astoria eateries, I will happily trek to the depths of residential pathways to enjoy a hearty, delicious bowl of pho. I love this place for the way they treat vegetarians as equals and provide them as much variety as omnivores. It was refreshing to see so many options beyond the usual tofu entree, I regret that my first visit here wasn’t made on an empty stomach, I would’ve ordered so much more. I ordered the veg chicken pho, fresh summer rolls and veg fish bahn mi. Summer rolls were a great light appetizer, like a little rice noodle salad with fresh peanut sauce. The bahn mi was incredibly delicious, the bread was soft and warm. Veggies were fresh and absolutely loved the soy fish that was like marinated tofu with seaweed. The star was definitely the pho, the broth was so savory and mock chicken was like a tofu roll with gluten based for a more accurate texture. The service was phenomenal, our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place for vegetarians especially, I will definitely be back to try other items!
We order from here regularly because they have some of the most delicious vegetarian subs and pho. Tons of meat alternatives including vegan chicken, fish and pork. I typically will get the tofu pho or vegan chicken sub. The restaurant is pretty cute, not that many tables but when we went it was pretty quiet. The staff are very friendly and the food very clean and yummy.
The pho here is top notch. I got the grilled chicken pho and it’s some of the best pho I’ve ever had. They served the grilled chicken on the side vs in the bowl with the broth and noodles which I’m used to. The grilled chicken was very flavourful and juicy, and the broth is delicious. For just about $12, you won’t find a better bowl of pho around.
Yummy! The pork chops over rice, almond bubble tea and pork dumplings were tasty. The portions are very filling. This is the 1st fast food type of establishment I've seen for Vietnamese food for me. I did have my doubts initially because of that, but I took a chance and am very happy. The main dish was nicely priced at $7 but the dumplings I thought was a bit pricey at $6. However, when you order up to $20 you get a free bubble tea! And if you're wondering the bubbles in the tea where at the perfect constancy :)
Yummy! The food is amazing, portions are filling, at a cheap price that's hard to find these days... Spend $20 and get a few bubble tea!!!! This is the pork chop over rice, fried dumplings, and bubble tea. The pork is tender seasoned well. I wouldn't take a person on a first date year as it's more fast-food like ambiance we're just several seats to enjoy your meal quickly. They absolutely deliver. $6 for dumplings... Okay a bit pricey... But when the meal is only $7, I'm okay with a total $13 meal. I highly recommend given this place a try.
The pho seems to cater more to hip Astoria more so than what I was expecting, and the prices were not cheap considering the Google price rating of a single $. Four stars though, great service and overall well run business, IMO anyway
God bless this place. $10 for a good hot bowl of pho is a godsend. Pro tip: Good authentic pho restaurants always have numbers in their names.
Best Banh Mi ive tried so far! Bought one the next day for my father and brother to try. The Pho was okay, would’ve liked more protein. Will try again.
Saw the place while driving by and thought I'd try it. Man, wish I found it sooner. Bought a seafood sandwich and it was delicious. Was a bit pricey and I had to wait a bit, but all in all, great food. Hope to try the other stuff on their menu eventually.
Service was great. The beef pho broth is excellent. The banh mi however is a far cry from authentic though. If you do plan on getting it, I'd recommend getting it without mayo.
I had come to this restaurant before it was renamed but had not loved it. After the name change, I gave it a second chance and it was worth it. I always come here for the Pho. Its one of the best NO-FRILLS Vietnamese options in the area (not many). The broth is always clear, and full of flavor. One of my go to spots.
The food is mostly frozen food but it's a solid standard casual spot. Good vegan pho broth! Nice people!
Had the classic sandwich, spicy. It was pretty good. A little salty and more of a “medium” spice level. The bread was hot & crispy on the outside while soft on the inside, the cucumber and cilantro were fresh and crisp, and the pickled carrots/ radish were good. It wouldn’t be my first choice in the city, but I would definitely go back if I were in the area. Also, unlike some of the other reviewers, I don’t really care if Chef Mike (microwave) is cooking my food, as long as the results are good. The results are very good as far as the sandwich goes. Also, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Seems like a win to me.
Food is well priced and consistently good. They make good bubble teas too. Summer rolls are the bomb. The perfect take out spot. If you want to eat in...not so lovely. Let's just say half the space is for eating and the other half is for charging electric bike batteries.
The summer rolls were standard, but the peanut sauce seemed like straight up peanut butter. Usually this dish at other places comes with a looser sauce that’s easier to dip in with some other ingredients so this was odd. The grilled chicken pho was very good and I’d come back for just a platter of the chicken. The beef pho was good as well
4.5 /5. Tofu banh mi was excellent. I opted out of butter but got Mayo, generous amount of carrots and solid flavor and texture. Bread was warm and airy, perfect. Could’ve had more filling … asked for extra tofu it was $3 more so I passed however more filling would’ve been perfetto. Regardless great banh mi.
I would describe this place as an order-to-go restaurant. This small place has 3-4 tables. I stumbled upon this place on Yelped. I was shopping around LIC and I had sudden cravings for pho. It was this or District Saigon. We drove passed District Saigon and it didn’t seem authentic and it seems pricey. So we ended selecting the cheaper place. I ordered a beef pho, viet iced coffee, a classic bahn mi, dumplings, and grilled pork to share. Everything was in a to-go container or paper plate. I didn’t mind given that I knew this was a more of a to-go spot. Viet coffee was on point! Strong and sweet. The beef pho was just okay. The broth was a bit bland. No raw meats like how most viet restaurant makes their pho. I didn’t mind it was still good but I wish it was a bit more flavorful. Bahn mi was out of the world. Super fresh bread and ingredients. I wanted to order another one immediately. I would totally recommend their sandwiches. The rice was not that great. The grilled pork was too dry. The dumplings were nothing special. If anything it was overkill for me. Overall I would definitely go back but just for their banh mi and iced coffee! :) you should try the classic. Oh! And it was $/$$$$. Enjoy!
Bubble teas are great but today I stopped by with a friend to get bubble teas , we sat on one of the tables and one of the workers asked us to get up just so he can sit and eat when there was many other tables that were available. Very rude.
Banh mi was so dry… other places usually put a really good sauce inside, and cilantro, other things.
UPDATE: Apparently they now don't even provide bubble tea straws to drink your bubble tea. I guess I need to eat the tapioca balls with a spoon then... -1 star. We order a lot from this place. Sadly they have discontinued some of our favorite bubble tea flavors (mocha and cappuccino). The banh mis are tasty (classic is best) and the bbq meat & rice dishes are also good. I am also a fan of the summer rolls appetizer. Hopefully they can bring back more bubble tea flavors as that helped them stand out from other restaurants.
Beef pho was lacking flavor. Crispy spring rolls were disappointing. The fried dumplings were good though...
I will share my honest review because that’s only fair to other potential customers. The place has a bad stench upon entering the restaurant. Small but looks clean; was empty. The customer service was excellent, however, the food was sub-par. I got a chicken Bahn mi and was underwhelmed, bland, not spicy at all with the fee pieces of jalapeños, and barely any cilantro. Chicken was a good amount but overall was displeased with the flavors. I probably won’t try it again.
i don't expect anything to compare to west coast vietnames, but in a moment of weakness i ordered in the hopes it would scratch the itch, even if imperfectly. would not order from here again. the food was not overly flavorful and half the meat was inedible because of the amount of gristle.
We got summer rolls and two beef phos. First of all, the menu didn’t give options for the types of beef in the beef pho. The only choice came with sliced beef and beef balls. We told them to give us just sliced beef and they did, but it seemed like they just left out the beef balls without giving us more of the other, which would’ve been nice to know. When the pho came, the beef was already fully pre-cooked. Who does that?! And also (the main issue), their broth was very watery and didn’t have much flavor. I’d usually eat the pho as-is but I had to add srircha and hoisin to my noodles. Twas a sad meal. The summer rolls’ peanut sauce was also meh. Another 3/5
Very pricey and portions are very small. Everything tasted not super flavorful even the sauces taste like they dilute them. The people helping us were friendly.
Not good pho or classic Bahn mi, spring rolls were good though. Pho was unlike any I had had before and Bahn mi was below average
Ordered take out via Uber eats. This was truthfully the worst Vietnamese food I’ve had and I’m by no means an expert on Vietnamese food. I am not a picky eater at all, but that food was virtually inedible. I ordered the chicken vermicelli bowl and shrimp summer rolls. The only good thing about the bowl was the chicken. It was well seasoned and had a really nice flavor, hence the two stars. The noodles were slimy and they were the thickest vermicelli noodles I’ve had in a vermicelli bowl. I’m not sure why, but the bowl was not cold or lukewarm, but hot. Even the lettuce they packed at the bottom of the bowl, to make it appear like there was more food, was hot. The cucumbers were not pickled and the pickled carrots were horrible. Also, I was given rotten mint leaves. The summer rolls were the smallest summer rolls I’ve ever had. My hands were bigger than the roll. For some reason, the rolls were also hot. The rice paper was incredibly slimy, as though it had been sitting out for hours. The peanut sauce had too much peanut butter and not enough hoisin. It also had a film on top which leads me to believe that it had been sitting for some time.
This place used to be my go to when I’m craving for viet food in Astoria.. this place is not the same anymore. Food was good enough for Astoria and now it not terrible. Not authentic at all. Prices are expensive. Pho doesn’t really have that bone broth flavor. The vegan pho is bland.. ordered vermicelli with egg rolls . The eggrolls were not crispy at all. Highly disappointed the last 3 take out. Gotta got elmhurst or flushing for authentic viet food. Also less expensive
The pho broth was diluted and the only thing saving it was the bean sprouts and basil. A bit after we were served the waitress picked it up and took it away from us without asking. Half way through our meal the waitress placed the bill on the table. We didn’t ask for the check and we were also the only one’s there at the moment. We weren’t served water, and overall didn’t receive at the very least, decent service.
Food was ok except for the fact that they microwave the food. I ordered a chicken pho and happened to walk up to the counter while waiting for the food. I noticed that one of the ladies (there were two) who worked there had put something in the microwave (i didnt get to see what it was) and then walks back to the kitchen. Well I asked the other girl that was standing there if they were microwaving my food. She said no; I couldn't prove it since I wasnt standing there to see what it was. She asked me to take a seat several times and it seemed she didnt want me to see what they were doing. Well I took her word for it and sat down. She brought me the pho and it was ok. Not the best pho I've ever had but not the worst. As I ate my food I kept hearing the microwave door being opened and shut constantly. I was there for about 45 minutes and the entire time I was there, that was happening. I would say go here if you like to have microwaved food, but as for me, I'll never come back to have microwaved food again.
Beef tastes so cheep, smell like not fresh at all. It’s not authentic Vietnamese pho. Soup is good.
Left really disappointed as I’ve been here before 6 months ago and a year ago and it was great not sure if something changed but every thing was just overall not good I ordered spring rolls and they were really small and tasted mushy then the chicken wings and fries tasted microwaved and it wasn’t even actual chicken wings more like fried bits of left over chicken I ordered the chicken pho and super bland. My friend got the pork over rice and tasted tough and lacking flavor also incredibly small portion even for the dinner menu. We also ordered passion fruit boba tea and was super watered down. I left really upset as I was excited to eat here since I’ve been before but left just overall really disappointed. I spent 80 dollars for 3 meals and an appetizer which is fine but the quality was super sub par. Cyclo in LIC is a better pick spent around
This used to be my go to favorite spot for a bahn mi sandwich. Ever since they renovated though it just hasn't been the same. The classic is now just dried out ground pork that falls out when you bite into it. No pate or ham and very little mayo. Thought it was just a bad day but 3 times in a row turned out very disappointing. If you go maybe try the tofu instead.
Ordered a delivery of Grilled Chicken Pho and Steamed Pork Dumplings with utensils. Order had no utensils, and the advertised hoisin and chili sauces were absent from the pho order. Noodles were a blob, although I understand it is difficult to have them stay nice and tender when being sold as a delivery. Overall food quality was decent, but the missing accoutrements and utensils made it least satisfactory. I'll give it an average of two stars, but I will have to try dining in to make a final verdict on this restaurant.
I decided to try this place because it’s close by and I enjoy Vietnamese food. Every time I walk past, the restaurant seems empty, and when I walked in it was the same — no customers dining in. In hindsight, that probably should have been a warning sign, but I figured maybe they focus more on delivery and takeout. I sat at the bar and ordered the chicken & fries along with a pork banh mi. When I placed the order, they seemed hesitant about the chicken & fries and had to check with the kitchen to see if they could make it. After confirming, they took the order and I brought the food home. When I opened the chicken & fries, I was surprised to find that it was mostly fries with only two small pieces of chicken and a bunch of crumbs. It was very disappointing. I called the restaurant and explained that the order had almost no chicken in it. They acknowledged the issue and told me I could come back the following week when they received their next chicken delivery to get a replacement. I spoke with someone named Jason and made note of his name. I went ahead and ate the banh mi. It tasted good, but it was very skimpy on the ingredients and lacked substance. The following week I returned for the replacement chicken & fries, only to be told that their chicken delivery hadn’t arrived yet and that I should come back again. I left empty-handed and decided to give them one more chance the next week. When I came back again, the restaurant was empty just like before. I asked for Jason and explained why I was there. Instead of replacing the meal, he offered me $2. My wife told me to just take it and leave. At that point I was done. If they had simply replaced the meal as promised the first time, I would have moved on and forgotten about it. Instead, they kept telling me to come back week after week and never followed through. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and I can’t recommend this place.
If you’ve never had pho, you’ll think this is good. If you’ve ever had pho, you’ll think this is bad. For food in general, it’s decent. For pho, it’s subpar. Go to elmhurst or flushing and get actual good pho. This feels like it’s bland and made for the neighborhood. Far from a true Vietnamese food experience.
Was truly disappointed with the food here. I really wanted to like it as I don’t feel I’m too picky with food but my friend and I ordered the spring rolls and the combo pho, and we were not impressed. The spring rolls tasted like rubber and the peanut sauce was mostly just creamy peanut butter but somehow tasted more bland than regular peanut butter. Mainly just lettuce in the rolls and we were just chomping like rabbits. The pho was a bit tasteless and the meat quantity was quite sparse. Won’t be coming back.
Not worth it. I ordered the pho and summer rolls for lunch - total around $23.50 w/ tax $7.50 for 2 summer rolls was on par for what I expect, but it was lacking heavily. Don’t let the picture deceive you, the shrimp looks massive, but it’s sliced very thinly and you barely notice it when eating. The vegetables are just chopped lettuce, a pinch of vermicelli noodles, and a single mint leaf. Usually you’d see some cucumber or carrot - but the roll was absolutely barren. The peanut sauce was fine but it really feels like youre eating a whole lot of nothing. The pho, for about 14.50 - not great. I’ve had better for cheaper, but I’d also pay more for it to be better. The broth tastes like pho, but it lacks that deep flavorful breadth you’d expect from such a rich broth. Not to mention - i feel that the noodles and meat are way less than what you’d expect. Usually some restaurants offer extra noodles so you can finish off your soup, but I definitely wouldn’t here.
Order beef pho only two small slices and two cut beef ball soup base taste like they dump msg Viet powder on it how dare u charge 14 dollar on small portion .shame on u .this is not a authenic Vietnamese restruant try else where
The service was really very bad and the food also not worth being there or buying it. I recommend going to a different restaurant.
I love their food and order often. However the server today was so rude and unwelcoming, i couldn’t wait to leave. Won’t be back
So the food wasn’t disgusting… it was edible… but I cant think of anywhere I’ve gotten worse bahn mi or pho than here. I hope today was an off day, but the ingredients, especially the meat in the pho tasted really cheap.
We ordered a beef pho. The pho broth is like hot water without any beef flavor. The beef itself is not fresh beef, all other pho places use fresh beef. The price is not cheap either. I’ve tried many pho in NYC and this is the worst one. Beef meatballs don’t even taste like beef.
I was checking the reviews before I even got the food it says the banh mi was good. I order the chicken sandwich and classic sandwich. Chicken Sandwich was so salty. Classic Sandwich was alright . Needs more improvement nothing like the real Vietnamese Banh Mi.
I'll give a quick review just because of my dissapointment in the sandwiches. A Banh mi is my favorite sandwich and for what this place is selling as a vietnamese sandwich for 7.95, they should be ashamed of themselves. Ordered the vegetarian pork that was obviously small pieces of soy bean that tastes exactly like soy. The seafood is pretty much a sliver of fake crab meat. Both sandwiches were mostly carrot! The place itself is a pretty bare room with a terrible orange paint on the walls and what looked to be a dozen large batteries on the floor being charged. Or maybe they were mining bitcoin. If this is one of your possible options for a viet sandwich you should take the short ride to Flushing or Elmhurst and take one of the many options there
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Shawn was cool. The woman employee was forgetful, annoyed and rude. She came over and said I made a mess. She needs to be taught this is America. Thats why instead of a TIP of money (to insure prompt service) I’m leaving this tip.
The WORST Vietnamese food ever. PERIOD. Pho MINUS 10 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. PERIOD!
Check your receipts!!! they added on a tip that was larger than I wrote in the receipt after an already terrible experience. Dirt in the bean sprouts, tried to serve me warm beer from the display, charged for the Pho that we sent back because of the dirt and now realizing they literally increased my tip after we left UPDATE: I ordered two Singhas and waitress said she only had one because she was going to grab the one from the display. beer sitting on the counter as display is not 37 degrees. Also, not a single bite was taken from the pho because the dirt was all over the bean sprouts yet we were still charged for it, and the waitress didn't explain anything about any bbq. Finally, our receipt which we took a picture of totals $58.50 but we were charged $61.52 because your waitress decided to add more to her tip although she didn't even deserve the tip we gave her.
We were looking forward to coming back because we loved the bahn-mi sandwiches and wanted to try something new on the menu . However, there were red flags from the beginning. First the waitress tried to give my boyfriend a warm beer from the display. Then, I learned you need to proceed with caution regarding the bean sprouts. I added the bean sprouts to my broth and then noticed they hadn’t been washed and there were dirt specks. I asked to get a chicken bahn-mi instead, which they did but on the bill I was STILL charged for a pho that I didn’t even eat. Update: Check your statements, they wrote in their own tip after I had written one. Thankfully I took a picture for reference, because I had a feeling something like this could possibly happen.
I'm highly disappointed at the portion sizes of the fried spring rolls here. I used to order every time on uber eats. At first they used to serve 4 spring rolls a plate then changed it to 3. The spring rolls were decent size, enough to satisfy you. But today I was shocked to see the rolls have decreased in size. Not only that but they were overly greasy and oil was dripping off of them. I was really disappointed and for $8.50 for 3 tiny rolls? This is unacceptable. I'm not sure if I'll continue to order from here.
I ordered the papaya salad with vegan fish because I love it. I have ordered that several times. I got my order at it was not eatable. The “fish” was dried out to the consistency of a piece of wood. I was so surprised that a cool thought it was ok to serve that. I called the restaurant 4 times but nobody spoke English. It was impossible to understand if they were planning on sending me a meal back. A few minutes later a delivery person comes and asks for the bad salad, but brings me nothing to replace. Again, I call and the person on the phone can not communicate. The restaurant closed and I got no food. So basically they charged me, sent me bad food, came back to get the bad food and kept my money. I have never in my life wrote a bad review. But this is so ridiculous and there is no one at the restaurant that I can actually speak to! So there you have it!
Just terrible. The owner should be ashamed of serving such a terrible food. pho is just disgusting, never had worse food in my life
First time here. Never again. Pho tasted like plain water. The grilled chicken rice was a joke, just scraps of chicken. Bland sauce. A total waste of money.
Horrible pho soup they don’t use any beef in it whatsoever in the broth and use chicken broth for a beef pho. The broth is literally only made of water and has no flavor whatsoever. Really bad avoid it.
Beef pho is water, no flavor. Spring rolls are tiny and hard as a rock. Beef broth is clear.
