Wow, 12 tacos for $20. This will be lunch and dinner for us. Doing the math saved me $4. Service was great and the tacos were tasty. It's Taco Bell folks. Not authentic Mexican but in a pinch for time it filled the order. I will ring the bell again.
Taco Bell is the to go food any time good tacos, drive through is fast.
It's a taco bell. A solid one, accurate orders, pretty quick, never had any issues, even with very large orders placed via app. Food quality is consistent between every other taco bell I've been. The drive thru can get pretty slammed starting around 10p and worse around midnight as other options in town begin to dwindle.
Basically my nephew and I stopped on our way home from the coast. The order was correct and was an easy off and on for the freeway.
Friendly staff, restraunt is always acceptable when it comes to cleanliness levels. Carrie is super awesome and is always cool. I like this taco bell because there are places to park that are in the shade too. The guy who works in the mornings is always polite, and when I walk out, the staff (if they aren't too busy) always wish me a nice day, which I appreciate.
I've never seen so many people at 1AM , being a collage town , I should of known. But even though I had to wait 30 min for my order . I seen 1 mistake in about 60 orders . Mine was right ! The kid gave me my discount . Remembered my name . Kept a smile on his face . Yes I'd go back . This is a well oiled team . Im impressed. Way to go SLO Taco Bell late shift .
The guy who works the night shifts there in the drive thru with the long black hair is cute. I will be by on Wednesday after poker for some food and my usual cheese roll ups with potatoes added. He should put his number on a paper and put it in my bag if he's also interested.
So I've been going to this taco bell for 15+ years and its had its ups and downs with service and employees as well as food quality but tonight was a different story my fiance and I walked in to sit while eating and was greeted at the door by a taco bell employee by the name of Kyle who held the door open for us as we walked in. he was very friendly and pleasant. Food was on point fresh and quick as ever all in all it was a nice change not having all taco bell employees with meh emotions
Love me a cheap meal here and there. Taco Bell is my happy place since the 70's. Back then they fried their own shells, I miss that. 3 Tacos for 99 cents or 33 cents each plus tax. Not kidding you, in high school we ate there at least 3 times a week. Ate in my car and then went to 7-11 next store and get M&M's or some sweets then back to my brother and his friends kegger parties Friday and Saturday nights. Girls were free. Lots of people and in the front yard. Red Solo cups galore. Thanks Napa for the memories. It was hard liquor or beer, no wine. The tours at the Wineries we're FREE. We didn't drink wine, beer or hard liquor. Thanks Taco Bell for filling the munchies need. Came again today 5/30/23. Didn't give water, even had to ask when order ready. Did not wait for me to tell them I need sauces and fork.
Somewhat under packed my lunch so thought I'd stop at "the Bell" for some grub. When I walked in someone said "we'll be right with you" and within seconds I was greeted by a teenage girl at counter. She was pleasant but somewhat mumbley. When I paid by 💳 she left the receipt on the printer. I guess you grab your own now? I also ordered "to go" but of course she wasn't listening so she brought it on a tray. I asked "can you put that in a bag?" A seemingly difficult task for her based on her expression. And asked for hot sauce packets. Only got 3! The food was typical Taco Bell. Nothing special about it, but not bad. These experiences continue to remind me to stay away from Fast Food. It's terrible for my health!
It's okay. Nothing to write home about that's for sure. The quality has definitely gone way down ! It takes forever to get your food, staff is pretty blah but I mean it's a mediocre kinda deal in the first place. Not very appealing to drive up to, then again it could just be the area too.
I don't mind the self serve kiosk because I can order food without pressure. What I'm posting here today is photos of part of my order. It's a disgrace that we pay so much for take out and we now get so little of it. I'm quite disappointed in what my lunch looks like. Do better Taco Bell. You make enough money.
Waited 15 minutes to get our food with only one person in front of us. Girl was more concerned about talking with coworker and using "F" word where I could hear her, not to mention rubbing body parts with gloves and continuing to make food with same gloves. Got food, not as ordered, burrito leaking from both ends and middle and tacos broken. They were also more concerned with drive through, even though our order was placed first. Minimum wage is too high now for that kind of service.
We just went to this location and ordered because their speaker is broken. Totally fine because someone was there to take the order. She was pleasant and write the order down right, but when we got home almost everything was wrong. There were sauce and onions on the burritos marked NO sauce or onions, I was given four tacos when I only ordered one, and my drink didn't have the lid on correctly so I almost dropped my drink. I understand better drive times but this is NOT good customer service.
I went today during my lunch 1:30 pm. Once i got to work all my tacos were broken. My soda was all carbonated water. I realized I wasn't given a receipt
A person doesn't mind waiting a long time in drive thru as long as the food is good and correct!! Wasn't a huge order... 2 soft tacos swap chicken for beef... I was charged for chicken but received beef... Terrible food this evening. Sorry guys, big fail.
The workers were so rude and lazy. They were talking and cussing and offered no help and when told thank you they were rude and walked away. Place was not clean as well. The building itself is nice, but not workers. Hope the managment visits their establishment and makes much needed changes for their sake and customers.
Me and my family went into your restaurant today and it’s was awful this one shift leader was watching every single move I did and it made me feel really uncomfortable. The store is really dirty and disgusting she was wearing a blue hat. I know I might be half Mexican but she didn’t have to watch every single move I did I will not be coming back to this place while she is working there she is so racist towards me.
What a joke. Waited 10 minutes just for a person to come up and take my order while there laughing and messing around like it's a highschool classroom. Someone finally come and takes my order for a order of churros. One item. Proceed to make tons of other orders. I wait about 7 minutes and then ask if I could get my order it's just one item. They look at each other confused and say they don't even have any. They would have to make them it would take at least another 5 minutes. I got a refund and left. 15 minutes at least to get told they don't even have it. Manager Alexis did nothing to make me feel better. It's more like a highschool hang out and not a work place. Looks like I'll be driving across town to the other Taco Bell. 0/10 do not recommend
It is 10pm on January 13th. I just went into the lobby and ordered food and tried to pay with cash. My total was $24. 71 . I tried to give the cashier a $50 bill. And the manager on duty said they didn't have change with lots of Attitude. $20 worth of change is not an unreasonable amount of change. Needless to say due to the laziness of an under qualified Manager. She claimed there was no money in the till. Even though the establishment closes at 2am. I left without food because of $20 worth of change. Disappointing to say the least.
