Best experience I've gad in a long time. My boyfriend loves the saturday night vibes on Saturday with local dj and great late night apps and Monday they have amazing music with Kurt Thomas and all day happy hour. Win-win around. Service food is awesome and such a great place to escape to after work or for date night. 20/10

OMG this was our first time here and we were long over due for a date night. Our server Jordan was amazing. He had the most kinetic energy. You can tell he really knew his stuff and valued his job. The food and cocktails were delivered in lighting speed. I literally had to ask “was this magic✨?” 🤣 They even carried my New Favorite Vodka. 💙. The ambiance was so beautiful as well! And to add the cherry on top I walked over to the manager Sean to give him a compliment and he was just a joy! If you haven’t checked them out before don’t walk…run! You won’t be disappointed. 20/10💕

So much to be Thankful for. Thanksgiving Dinner at The Select!! Festive and Delicious. Amazing food, crafted mocktail’s, and Oliver’s service was top-tier . Metered parking near restaurant- 2hours free.

The service and food was amazing!! The space is a bit tight causing the restaurant to be very noisy. The experience was wonderful and worth a return. Julz treated us amazingly and cared about our experience the whole time when we return we please on having Julz as our server again. This place is worth the visit for any reason! Date night, happy hour, holiday festivities, it’s perfect! Thanks again Julz!!

ORDER THE FRENCH ONION SOUP!!! I can’t express it enough to order the French Onion. Very interesting decor at the bar and overall cool vibe. Ate at the bar and the bartenders were very attentive and hard working. I also had the Wild Boar Ragu and it was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent experience overall for a large work dinner! I don’t normally review work events but I managed to sneak a few photos in on this one. We were greeted promptly and had three severs for our party. Everyone was super nice and made us feel welcome. The service got a little clunky on appetizers because not everything came out at the same time. They did a great job on the main course and desserts. I thought the food overall was excellent. I had the sea bass and it was perfectly cooked and super tasty. The wedge salad with the bacon jam was glorious. Overall this was a great pick for our dinner and I would definitely go back.

Stopped by this place after leaving ATL airport! This place was all the way LIVE with a group performing with a band and dancing inside. We opted for dinner on the patio which was a quieter scene. The building is gorgeous with hanging flowers from the ceiling. Everything we ate was scrumptious!

I'm so excited!!! I was here in Atlanta for a conference. As with all conferences, there are staple restaurants. I'm glad to add this to the list. Our favorites were the trout special: for only $39 you get a 3 course dinner, crab appetizers, ragu, and mac n cheese. Thank you Logan for guiding us through the menu.

A wonderful brunch experience with the family. Atmosphere is amazing. Staff is exceptional. Tried the cinnamon roll and oh lawd! So good! Food was fresh and delicious. Looking forward to going back!

Totally in love with this place! Visited it today for our Wedding Anniversary and loved the service and vibe. Had the best risotto ever!! We had made a special request as we had a baby in stroller and were happy that we were seated accordingly . Will strongly suggest making reservations ahead as this place is packed. The decor at the bar was top notch. Live music made it even better.

Came back here for brunch. Lovely area and atmosphere. Patio gets wet after the rain, but there's one table for two that stays dry, and was awesome that we could get sealed there. I had peaches and buratta salad. It was good. It sounded better than it was, even though such food is usually right up my ally. There were no grill marks on peaches, and somehow it was just lacking. But luckily my husband didn't mind sharing his fries, very tasty. He had the breakfast sandwich and it was awesome 👌 Service was great. 20% tip is already included on the bill. We live in the area and definitely will be back to try other things on the menu as well.

We went here for our anniversary and it was spectacular. Our server Oliver was the absolute best! He made sure to check up on us regularly without being too pushy and he gave us excellent recommendations as well. He also gave us our dessert on the house and really made our night special. The food was amazing, their chefs really know what they’re doing! We tried the braised short ribs, shrimp and lobster linguine, French onion soup, duck meatballs, sticky toffee cake, and tiramisu. Each item was so delicious, we I highly recommend everything and I’m sure the rest of their menu is just as tasty. The decor and atmosphere was romantic and fun at the same time. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, top tier restaurant. If you’re in the area please give them a try, you will not regret it!

Second time dining here and won’t be the last. John was our server and he was exceptional from start to finish. As good as it gets. Started with a few dirty martinis which were served quickly and perfectly proportioned. Bleu cheese stuffed olives were wonderful. Had the Hot Blue Crab Dip and the French Onion Soup as apps, the latter which was so rich and tasty I’d suggest splitting it amongst two people and you won’t be disappointed. My wife had the Wagyu Smashburger which had a perfectly baked bun, really nice aioli, and very tender meat. I had the Braised Short Rib which was delicious. Finished with the Sticky Toffee Pudding and ate every bite. Amazing vibe here, amazing service, and fairly good pricing considering the experience. Will definitely be back and will ask for John!

Oliver was an exceptional waiter! He made our Galentines dinner very memorable and special by being very attentive, informative and engaging, thank you Oliver!

Very impressed with The Select. Honestly, wasn't sure what to expect going in but I was thrilled with the service as well as the quality of each dish. (Laura was an amazing server, ask for her if you can!!!) Atlanta has some excellent dining options and this (in my opinion) stands up among the best of them. I suggest experiencing The Select before they get a nod from Michelin because I assure you, it's on the way and when that happens the price point will be justifiably higher. The Ceviche and the Sea Bass both stood out to me but the Maine Lobster Wedge salad, Short rib risotto and Sticky toffee pudding we're all strong choices. Genuinely, everyone in our party was happy with their selection. Yes, I did try every dish I just mentioned and left extremely full and satisfied. 10/10 - I would strongly recommend!

It was amazing! I went with my mom for the first time for Christmas eve and we loved it! The staff was awesome and the decor was breathtaking! I'm definitely going to go back!

Great place to dine and perfect for celebrating those special occasions. The bread, which comes from next door…was exceptional. The chicken and steak both were flavorful. The broccoli and fries were both very good. The dessert was solid and probably better than I give credit for, but I was already stuffed. While you could bring your kids here, the price and atmosphere is more geared towards adults. Definitely recommend and we will be back.

Having heard that the food and vibe are good here my husband surprised me on my birthday by bringing me here for dinner. We tried dragon bird and watermelon martini and they really good. Parmesan truffle fries are yummy and the Pasta primavera with chicken was very delicious and tasty. The waiter Derek was very friendly and cheerful. And finally birthday surprise sticky toffee pudding was mouthwatering and couldn’t resist it. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have had my fair share of culinary experiences, I've cooked my own gourmet dishes and have had some excellent dishes served to me. And The Select might have seriously bull-dozed its way to my top food experiences ever. My mother and I had the Blue Crab Dip, Pear & Beet Salad, and French Onion Soup to start. The Blue Crap Dip and French Onion Soup was excellent. Although the salad itself left me with more to be desired. The Main Dishes, Butternut Squash Risotto and Miso Sea Bass were the spotlight of the evening. They each had their own uniqueness. The Risotto was sweet and fruity, yet filling and left my tastebuds satisfied. The Sea Bass had given me such an intense reaction, I thought I would have a flashback to a childhood memory. It was THAT good. The texture was literally melt to the touch and the flavor was full and made my palette sing. Excellent service too.

Came on a Saturday for a date night. Our server, Bianca, was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! The food and drinks were good as well! My date and I shared the blue crab dip appetizer and it was amazing! For our entrees, I had the salmon and my date had the miso sea bass. Both so good! A true gem! I'll definitely be back!

Went on a date with my wife since she received a gift card as a birthday gift. One of our favorite/go-to spots. Service is always impeccable with Nicole as our server. Ordered our usuals - pear & beet burrata, wagyu smash burger with truffle fries, and the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Always amazing and flavorful! Ended up trying the French Onion Soup and Risotto with grilled shrimp w/ a side of broccolini - didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW!!! This place was amazing. Julez has to be one of the best servers I’ve ever had in life and we go out to eat ALOT!!! With how busy this place was on a Friday night during the holiday season, she really made us feel like we were the only ones in the place. The attentiveness and how she would always acknowledge her team when we would tell her how much we appreciated her was a beautiful thing to see. The holiday cocktails were great, I tried 3 of them. The apps, entrees and desserts were all 5 star. I can’t wait to come back again.

My wife and I had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner at The Select. The appetizers, entrees, and desserts were delicious. Creative beverages. Excellent service by Omar and other staff associates. Very talented musical trio of keyboardist, bassist, and drummer who expertly played sophisticated jazz pieces together.

If you’re reading this and have been thinking about going to go The Select for awhile like we have, stop waiting and go! The food was INCREDIBLE! To say worth the price would be an understatement. The service was AMAZING. Tara took such great care of us. The cocktails were delicious!! The music from Jovan, the decor, honestly I have zero complaints. We can’t wait to come back. You have to go!

Excellent experience! The atmosphere was inviting, the menu with cocktail were delightful, and the server was attentive and helpful. We went celebrating our 17th anniversary (the furniture gift one), and had a delightful 2-hour meal. We shared the duck meatballs and lobster arachino. They were both fried, but still tasty. We shared the lamb ragu, which they shared without request. They gifted is the dessert – a sticky toffee pudding done well. The Delta9 cocktail and CBD oil cocktails added to the relaxed evening. The prices did feel a bit higher than expected, given the fried appetizers and number of babies and kids in the restaurant, but the food and service was well worth it.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was the first time we had been there. I was in town from Jacksonville and my boyfriend lives About 30 minutes away, but we definitely wanted to make the truck after we saw the pictures online! Trent Was our sever he was a pleasure! We had the risotto and the short rib apparently had just been added. It was 10 out of 10 and we took the rest home. Thanks for a great time yall

My wife and I came for date and to see the holiday decor, but ended up staying for the vibes. The food was amazing! I had the shrimp linguine and my wife had the short rib. The short rib was fork tender and very flavorful. At some point a dj started playing. The music was great. I definitely will be coming back

Visiting from Minnesota, and this was my first time at The Select—it did not disappoint! Between the stunning Art Deco atmosphere and the soulful live music, the vibes were 10/10. ​The food was spectacular from start to finish. We started with the famous French onion soup (that Gruyère crust is a must) and the beef tartare with taro chips. The scallops were perfectly seared, but the real star of the show was the Korean Braised Short Rib. It was truly melt-in-your-mouth tender and packed with flavor. ​To top it all off, Hayes was a wonderful server. He was attentive, welcoming, and made my first visit feel truly special. If you're looking for incredible food and top-tier service in Sandy Springs, this is the place.

Had the absolute BEST experience last night at The Select! We went for a girls night and to celebrate a birthday, and it could not have been more perfect. Trent was our server and made the whole experience unforgettable. He was upbeat, hilarious, attentive, and just so much fun to be around. Hands down the best server I’ve ever had at a restaurant! He made sure everything was perfect while keeping the energy high all night. We’ll definitely be back. If you go, ask for Trent. 10/10 experience!

Got there towards the end of happy hour. Heard great things about their burger and had to check it out. Good deal on food during happy hour as prices are a bit cheaper but it's limited to food (no happy hour on drinks which was a bummer) Burger was a sesame bun but in pictures and on their own website it seemed to be brioche. Decent taste but wasn't mind blowing as it was hyped to be. Not sure if it was because it's a Happy Hour version where it's made cheaper or what. Dessert (toffee pudding) was the best thing I ate. Disappointed that they upsell on their "house" martinis with Grey Goose but don't actually mention it beforehand. Seems a bit underhanded to say "is Grey goose OK? " after I order the espresso as if I know what your house drink already includes. Had I known it wasn't made with Grey Goose, I would at least know and would have all the info to then make that decision to upgrade the drink. But all in all, food was eaten drinks were had. An experience nonetheless.

We had a reservation so were able to be seated immediately. Great ambiance and decorations, including the multicolored lanterns across the space. I ordered the cocktail that came in a glass shaped like a bird, which was cute but felt more like a novelty considering the amount of drink, as well as the price. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. However, the food came out relatively slow, and I didn’t particularly enjoy any of the dishes we ordered. The risotto was bland, and the portion sizes of the entrees felt more like appetizer portions.

Great food.. at a bit of a price. Awesome ambiance. Great service. We had brunch here. Not a big shrimp and grits fan but their preparation was really good. Also the French toast was super. Recommend this place.

Love love love this place! We ordered the Burger AGAIN! ITS DELICIOUS. I also love their Braised Short Rib here. Cocktails and Mocktails on point! I had to send my fries back because they were not hot...and a few were missing lol (not sure why it was so few)🤔 They made it right as they always do! Try it!

Our server Amy was great! We went in December….Great Christmas atmosphere. Park in the parking garage…level green. Two hours was free.

The food here is mostly overall good. However, I’ve had way better steak and eggs than what they served me. Their French toast was pretty good; except for the slices of mint they added on top. Looks good but taste not so good. The salmon was okay. A little disappointed at their brunch menu. I had previously visited for their dinner menu and liked it. (2x for dinner menu) Also, if you don’t have a reservation they send you to the bar high tops; which is fine, but the server got forever to get to us!

Parking deck was easy to navigate although I was told online and by the parking attendant the restaurant would validate parking and they didn’t. That was disappointing I would have just valeted. Walking in the ambience was nothing exciting. I couldn’t see the advertised decor from the main dining area, no biggie, just nothing special. It was really loud and at one point the lights kept being dimmed then turned back up a few times. Service was pretty good nothing amazing but not bad at all. I did have trouble hearing because it was so loud. Food was ok. The appetizers were best part the octopus was delicious and the sauce for the duck meatballs had me licking the plate. The sea bass was not that great and the black rice was mushy. I got the cocktail in the bird glass and it was also a let down. I probably would try again for a happy hour but wouldn’t go back for sit down dinner.

This review will consist of 2 visits. Visited this restaurant for dinner and had a great time. Music was bumping, drinks were decent, service was impeccable, food was on point. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice with the flowers hanging from the ceiling. True 5/5 experience honestly. Food and drinks are depicted between the 2 visits for those interested and it was ALL good. So good that I decided to come a 2nd time not long after the dinner visit for brunch. Brunch visit started great. Seated promptly, the server came and took the drink order promptly then our actual server for the visit came and took care of us the rest of the visit. Drinks got dropped off after a good bit of time but this was just the start. We put in our order at this time and ordered everything from appetizers to dessert. The appetizer came out after about 20 minutes, which is pretty long for an appetizer but cool, let's just eat. Finished the appetizer and from the time we finished that until we got our entrees, it was 40 MINUTES! I'm a pretty patient person but come on son, this is kinda crazy. Once we finally got our food, it was good but then the dessert took long to come out as well The way they seem to be organized is server puts in the order, the chef cooks the order, and the food runner delivers the order. Someone in the chain here fell behind and it resulted in us being here for 2 hours for something that should've taken approximately half that amount of time. TLDR: This place has great food and great service for the most part but be careful if you go to brunch as it might be a while. Dinner is immaculate in my experience. Brunch 2/5, dinner 5/5. We'll call it a 3/5. If you like some good American food though, check this spot out

Came with my sisters Friday night, wasn't busy, the service was slow, and our waiter hardly checked on us. The food took forever to come out, I understand busy restaurants but it was just not busy so idk. Maybe staff. The food was not all that considering their prices, the mac and cheese didn't taste fresh, their roasted cauliflower tho was amazing. Their drinks are the best thing they have to offer.

Atmosphere when we entered the bar area was nice and beautiful, but we waited 20 minutes after checking in to get to our table after the “your table will be ready in 5 minutes”. Appetizers started off strong! The baguette, octopus, and blue crab dips were all delicious. But with main course, everything went down hill. 2 of us ordered steak frites, and holy smokes. I’ve never ever had a burnt, crisp filet mignon that was medium on the inside. It took about 15-20 min for the waiter to come ask us how the food is, and well I ate all the fries while waiting and 2 bites of the steak (1 for me and 1 for my wife). When I mentioned it was too burnt, waiter told me “well you ate half of it, so it can’t be that bad”. Lil feisty, but it’s an 8 oz filet…. It’s like 4-6 adult bites to be honest but ok. just wanted a steak that wasn’t burnt, but I guess that’s too much to ask. They brought out new steaks, and again, it was burnt, crispy filet with medium inside. And the manager was very nice and generous, took it back and removed it from our bill. But from the beginning to the server’s attitude and lack of customer service rubbed me the wrong way. Also, my wife’s butternut squash risotto was pretty awful as the squash was hard and not really cooked through.
